Jurnal Aplikasi Manajemen dan Inovasi Bisnis (JAMIN) is one of the scientific publication journals published by STIE Kertanegara Malang. The aim of JAMIN is to establish effective channels of communication between stakeholders including academics and research institutions, business, government and society. It also aims to disseminate research findings in the development of management theory and practice, and innovations in business and entrepreneurship, especially in Indonesia. Jurnal Aplikasi Manajemen dan Inovasi Bisnis (JAMIN) accepts both empirical and theoretical articles relating to micro and macro phenomena in the development of management science. Abstract

Penelitian mengambil lokasi di Rumah Sakit yang ada di Provinsi Gorontalo yakni; RSUD Aloei Saboe, RS Islam, RS Multazam, RS Bunda, RS Otanaha, RS Toto, RS Ainun Habibie, RS Tani Dan Nelayan, dan RS ZUS. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama rentang waktu April – Oktober 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Informan dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik snowball yakni proses penentuan informan berdasarkan informan sebelumnya tanpa menentukan jumlahnya secara pasti dengan menggali informasi terkait topik penelitian yang diperlukan. Informan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu seluruh pegawai yang ada mencakup kepala tata usaha, kepala seksi penunjang dan pelayanan, para dokter umum, perawat, bagian perencanaan, staf kepegawaian, dan para koordinator bagian. Data dianalisis mengikuti konsep yang yang diberikan Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Direktur RS di lingkungan Provinsi Gorontalo menjalankan ketiga gaya kepemimpinan namun lebih cenderung pada gaya kepemimpinan Demokratis yakni kepemimpinan dimana pemimpin selalu bersedia menerima dan menghargai saran-saran, pendapat dan nasehat dari staff dan bawahan, melalui forum musyawarah untuk mencapai kata sepakat. Kata Kunci: Otoriter; Demokratis; Laissez Faire

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the compensation, leadership and work environment on employee job satisfaction at a McDonald's restaurant in the city of Malang. Examine the effect of compensation, leadership and work environment on employee job satisfaction and analyze which of the variable compensation, leadership and work environment the dominant influence on employee job satisfaction. To reach this objective, the research method used was survey method in which the collection of information from respondents was conducted using questionnaires and calculations using SPSS. The population in this study are employees of McDonald's restaurants in Malang, amounting to 98 people. This study uses data subjects, namely in the form of a written response from the respondent with regard to grains have a question or statement made as one from each of the indicators in each variable. Abstract

Data dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) tahun 2019 bahwa angka pengangguran di kota Batu 4,29 % dari jumlah penduduk kota Batu berumur 15 tahun keatas sejumlah 153.794.000 dengan jumlah angkatan kerja 105.500 dengan penduduk yang bekerja 100.97 pengangguran terbuka sejumlah 4526 atau 4,29%, dengan tingginya angka pengangguran di kota Batu sumber daya manusia (tenaga kerja) kurang memiliki keahlian atau keterampilan sehingga daya saing di pasar kerja rendah.Pelatihan diharapkan untuk meningkatkan sumber daya manusia yang lebih berkompeten di dunia kerja. Melalui pelatihan yang tepat sasaran yakni di bidang perhotelan diharapkan bisa mengurangi angka pengangguran di kota Batu. Tujuan  penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan kompensasi terhadap kompetensi dan dampaknya pada produktifitas kerja pada dinas penanaman modal pelayanan terpadu satu pintu dan tenaga kerja kota batu.Analisis data yang dipakai adalah analisis jalur atau path analisis yaitu menganalisis hubungan sebab akibat yang terjadi pada regresi berganda jika variabel bebasnya mempengaruhi variabel tergantung secara langsung tetapi juga secara tidak langsung.  Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh langsung pelatihan terhadap produktifitas kerja sebesar 0,702 sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsung sebesar 0,315 dan pengaruh total pelatihan terhadap produktifitas kerja sebesar 1,0178. Sedangkan pada variabel kompensasi pengaruh langsung terhadap produktifitas kerja sebesar 0,209 dan pengaruh tidak langsung sebesar 0,702 dengan pengaruh total sebanyak 0,911.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis secara simultan dan parsial pengaruh motivasi dan kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.  Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi (X1) dan kemampuan kerja (X2) serta kinerja karyawan (Y).  Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian survei dan bersifat verifikatif.  Sumber data berupa data primer yaitu data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner serta studi dokumentasi yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini.  Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program statistik SPSS versi 16.0.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan motivasi dan kemampuan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai R Square sebesar 0776 atau 776%.  Secara parsial motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan sebesar 498% dan kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan sebesar 215%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an increase or not on the financial performance of the property, real estate and building construction sector which conducted in IPO 2017 on the Indonesia stock exchange. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method with a descriptive analysis approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique with predetermined criteria. Of the 6 issuers conducting IPOs in 2017, there were 4 companies selected as research samples. Data collection techniques in this research is the study of literature and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study are horizontal analysis with liquidity ratios, activities, solvency and profitability using the CR, cash ratio, TATO, DER, LTDtER, ROA, and ROE models. The result of this study indicate an increase and decrease in financial performance after the IPO in each sample if measured using CR, cash ratio, TATO, DER LTDtER, ROA and ROE.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) either simultaneously or partially on changes in earnings in Islamic stock companies in the investment services trading sector listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The research period starts from 2018-2019. The type of data used is secondary data. The population in this study amounted to 89 companies. The sample selection was carried out using purposive sampling method, in order to obtain a sample of 53 companies. Simultaneous test results (f test) show Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) simultaneously have a significant effect on earnings changes where the independent variable is only able to explain the independent variable by 38.6% as for the remaining 61.4% is explained by other variables. The partial test results (t test) show that the variable Current Ratio (CR) has a negative and significant effect on changes in earnings, while the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no significant effect on changes in earnings and Net Profit Margin (NPM) has a positive and significant effect. to changes in earnings in Islamic stock companies in the investment services trading sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 - 2019

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine empirical evidence about the effect of strategy Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning of Product Brand Purchasing Decisions azara brand hijab at a lecturer at the University of Islam Malang. The research method in this research is to use the linear regression method with the processed data are Segmenting (X1), Targeting (X2), Positioning (X3) and Decision Purchase (Y). This type of research is explanatory associative with quantitative approach. In this study, the population is a lecturer at the University of Islam Malang the number of samples used by 100 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 24.00. Research result shows that the coefficient of determination (R2) that of all the independent variables Segmenting (X1) Targeting (X2) and Positioining (X3) have the ability to explain variations of the decision dependent variable Purchase (Y) of 0.145 or 14.5% while the remaining 0.855 or 85.5% is explained by variables other. There is a significant effect of the Segmenting (X1) Targeting (X2) and Positioning (X3) variables simultaneously affect the dependent variable, namely the Purchase Decision (Y).

Abstract

This research revealed the Influence of Dicipline (X1), Work Motivation (X2) and Leadership Style (X3), toward Employee Performance (Y) in Research and Development Planning Agency of Sigi Regency. The purpose of this research is to analyse the influence of Work Dicipline, Motivation and Leadership Style, toward Employee Performance in Research and Development Planning Agency of Sigi Regency. This reseach is classified as a verificative researh and use a survey research design.  Source of data is divided into primary data which are collected through questionnaires and secondary data which is collected from a documentary study which has relation with this research.  The analysis method used in this research is linear and multiple regression analysis which is also supported by a statistical program of SPSS 20.0 version. Result of this research shows that work discipline, work motivation and leadership style has simultaneity significant influence on the employee performance with R square value 0,361 or 31,6%.  While partially this research result is as follows, the discipline has a positive but not significant influence to the employee performance (24,1%), work motivation has a positive and significant influence to the employee performance (63,9%) and leadership style has a positive and significant influence to the employee performance (32,4%). Leader of Research and Development Planning Agency of Sigi Regency must deliver the task to its employee through discipline and responsibility based on regulation so that the employee could give their best service and performance in return.

Abstract

The imitation strategy has become the best strategy to catch up with the market leader. The phenomenon of imitation strategy is also still dominantly carried out by Small and Medium Enterprises in the Tanggulangin Sidoarjo bag and luggage center area. This study aims to reveal the attitude of the craftsmen towards the imitation strategy and the experiences of the craftsmen while carrying out the imitation strategy from an entrepreneurial perspective. The research uses an interpretive paradigm and a phenomenological approach. data collection through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis refers to the Creswell analysis technique and the unit of analysis is bag and suitcase craftsmen. The research findings show that the imitation strategy is responded positively by the craftsmen who are supported by the spirit of learning and the spirit to progress. The experience of implementing imitation strategies is manifested in the themes of profit opportunities, market access, learning from failure, liking challenges, long-term orientation and hard work. The originality of the research succeeded in revealing the entrepreneurial values that accompany the successful implementation of the imitation strategy.Keywords: entrepreneurship, imitation strategies, success

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance. In this research, the respondents are employees who work at PT. Karyamitra Budisentosa in the Warehouse (department) with the number of employee personnel as many as 30 people and the research sample usedas many as 30 people. The data used in this study is primary dataobtained by distributing questionnaires to employees in theWarehouse PT. Karyamitra Budisentosa Pandaan Pasuruan. From the results of this study, the analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the F test hypothesis test and t test with a significance level of 5%. The test results prove that the variables of motivation and work discipline have a simultaneous and partial effect on the work performance of employees in the Warehouse section of PT. Karyamitra Budisentosa Pandaan with F count > F table value and tcount > t table value, while the motivation variable has a dominant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Achievement
