Jurnal Aplikasi Manajemen dan Inovasi Bisnis (JAMIN) is one of the scientific publication journals published by STIE Kertanegara Malang. The aim of JAMIN is to establish effective channels of communication between stakeholders including academics and research institutions, business, government and society. It also aims to disseminate research findings in the development of management theory and practice, and innovations in business and entrepreneurship, especially in Indonesia. Abstract

Disruption of digital technology that occurs as a result of the industrial revolution 4.0, demands development in various fields including the defense sector. The potential threats to the defense sector have extended even to the cybersecurity dimension. For this reason, it is necessary to develop information technology by involving stakeholders who have human resources with superior job performance. There are several factors that influence employee job performance in the defense sector, including the discussion on self-efficacy and knowledge sharing. Furthermore, this study aims to determine the effect of knowledge sharing self-efficacy and the quality of knowledge sharing on employee job performance. The research sample used is 45 employees of PT. Aji Pangan Lestari which is engaged in defense information technology. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Square using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of the analysis show that the quality of knowledge sharing is largely determined by the knowledge sharing self-efficacy of employees. In addition, it is also concluded that knowledge sharing self-efficacy and the quality of knowledge sharing each have a significant effect on employee job performanceKeywords– knowledge sharing self-efficacy, quality of knowledge sharing, employee job performance

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine whether or not there is an influence related to work motivation on the performance of employees at PT. Bank BNI Malang City Branch. So in accordance with these objectives, this research includes a type of quantitative research that is causal or causal, and is also included in descriptive research (Explanatory Research). Employee Performance (Study at PT.Bank BNI Malang City Branch)", it can be concluded as follows: Related to work motivation, it is known that the responses of respondents agreed and strongly agreed with the statements that had been submitted on the research questionnaire. So from the results of these studies, it can be concluded that work motivation on employee performance at PT. Bank BNI Malang City Branch is said to be good. Abstract

The concept of happiness at work will be a magnet for top talent to occupy pivotal positions. This is based on the phenomenon that the net generation is here with the slogan working to live which has an orientation about balance in life (work-life balance). But sometimes the older managers considers the concept to show a lack of commitment and loyalty at work, therefore the conventional approach is no longer relevant to the capacity of this generation. then the Human Capital Department must have the right strategy to manage it. This chapter will provide a systematic overview of Strategic Talent Relationship Management (STRM) for young future leaders, based on the concept of strategic talent management (Collings & Mellahi, 2009) and Talent Relationship Management (Trost, 2014) also Human Capital Department policies at Maybank Indonesia as an example of the implementation of one aspect that is in the STRM component. Abstract

The role of human resources in the company is very important because as the main driver of all company activities in achieving goalscompany in order to maintain the success and survival of the company then a leader always maintains and improves the resources he hasThis includes paying attention to the work environment to improve performance his employees.Based on the objectives, this research was conducted to determine whether or not whether or not the influence related to the work environment with the performance of employees at PT Bank BNI Cash Office Pakis Malang. So in accordance with this purpose, This research is a type of causal quantitative research, namely: causal relationship, and includes explanatory researchwhich is descriptive in nature where this study aims to find an explanation why an event occurs.The conclusion from the results of this study is that it has been proven that there is an effect of significant on the variables of the Physical Work Environment (X1) and Non. Abstract

ABSTRACTIn this study, the authors use customer satisfaction and trust in brand as independent variables to test how they affect customer retention. The population used in this study were consumers of the Indomaret Minimarket in Pasuruan. Where this population is a population whose numbers are not known with certainty. In this study, the sample was taken using non-probability sampling, using purposive sampling technique, the number of samples taken using the Lameshow formula and obtained 100 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. The research results obtained from the t test results that customer satisfaction and trust in brand each have a positive effect on customer retention. Meanwhile, the results of the F test are obtained simultaneously that customer satisfaction and trust in brand have an effect on customer retention. The coefficient of determination seen in the adjusted R-squared value is 0.284 or 28.4%. Customer satisfaction is the dominant influence that affects customer retention compared to trust in brandKeywords : customer satisfaction, trust in brand, customer retentionABSTRAKDalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan customer satisfaction dan trust in brand sebagai variabel independen akan menguji bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap retensi pelanggan. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Minimarket Indomaret di Pasuruan. Dimana populasi ini merupakan populasi yang jumlahnya tidak diketahui secara pasti. Dalam penelitian ini pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling, dengan  menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, jumlah sampel yang diambil menggunakan rumus Lameshow dan didapatkan 100 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitan didapatkan dari hasil uji t bahwa customer satisfaction maupun trust in brand masing-masing berpengaruh positif terhadap customer retention. Sedangkan hasil uji F didapatkan secara bersama-sama customer satisfaction dan  trust in brand berpengaruh terhadap customer retention. Koefisien determinasi yang terlihat pada nilai adjusted R-squared adalah 0,284 atau 28.4%. Customer satisfaction merupakan pengaruh dominan yang mempengaruhi customer retention dibandingkan dengan trust in brand.Kata Kunci : customer satisfaction, trust in brand, customer retention

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui perbedaan Devidend Payout Ratio yang signifikan antara PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk dan PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, dan Untuk mengetahui perbedaan Earning Per Share yang signifikan antara PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk dan PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. Desain penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah komperatif yang mana untuk meneliti perbedaan kedua fariabel. Jenis data pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif yang di peroleh dari sumber primer. Obyek penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan perusahaan yang terdaftar pada bursa efek indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah data laporan keuangan selama 32 tahun. Jumlah Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah selama 7 tahun yang di tentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang di gunakan adalah uji normalitas dan uji independent sampel t-test. Berdasarkan hasil analisis di peroleh kesimpulan bahwa, Terdapat perbedaan Devidend Payout Ratio yang signifikan antara PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakasa Tbk dan PT. Semen Baturaja (persero) Tbk, dan Tidak terdapat Perbedaan Earning Per Share yang signifikan antara PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk dan PT. Semen Baturaja (persero) Tbk.

In addition to compensation, work motivation also plays a very important role in a company. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work motivation at PT Binamandiri Muliaraharja Malang. The population of this study amounted to 35 employees of PT Binamandiri Muliaraharja Malang with the number of samples selected were all employees.In this study, the sampling technique used by the author is the Non Probability Sampling technique using the saturated sampling method. Saturated Sampling is a sampling method when all members of the population are used as samples. In this study, researchers will take all 35 employees of PT Binamandiri Muliaraharja as samples. The data collection method in this research is the questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that; 1. Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Binamandiri Muliaraharja Malang. 2. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Binamandiri Muliaraharja Malang.Keywords: Compensation, Motivation and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian Ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, promosi dan brand image terhadap Kepuasan konsumen shopeefood di kota Malang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen pengguna shopeefood di kota malang yang berumur 18 tahun ke atas. jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang dengan melewati tahap purposive sampling. Pengujian instrumen meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik. Teknik analisa yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda untuk memperoleh gambaran yang menyeluruh mengenai hubungan antara variabel satu dengan variabel lainnya. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan, promosi dan brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.Kata kunci : kualitas pelayanan, promosi , brand image , kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

Pemasaran adalah salah satu upaya untuk memasarkan suatu produk atau jasa kepada konsumen dengan menyampaikan keuntungan yang akan didapatkan konsumen saat memiliki produk atau jasa yang ditawarkan, pemasaran dilakukan secara konvensional dengan berbagai cara yaitu melalui strategi pemasaran. Strategi pemasaran dilakukan dengan perencanaan yaitu dengan cara memahami fungsi dan tujuan dari strategi pemasaran serta memahami faktor yang mempengaruhi strategi pemasaran. Pada era teknologi dan lingkungan yang terus berkembang maka hadir pemasaran digital., pemasaran digital adalah pemasaran yang dilakukan secara online dengan bantuan media internet, sama dengan strategi pemasaran konvensional yang memiliki bauran pemasaran pada pemasaran digital juga memiliki berbagai metode untuk menentukan strategi pemasaran yang akan digunakan. Pemasaran digital juga dapat membantu meningkatkan penjualan dengan berbagai teknik dan alat yang tersedia pada media pemasaran digital. Pemasaran digital sebagai strategi pemasaran sangat baik dilakukan karena memiliki jangkuan yang luas dan memiliki segmentasi pasar yang luas dan tertampil dalam berbagai media dengan minim biaya dan tenaga.

Abstract

This thesis research was conducted at the Long Bang Village Office, Peso Hilir District,  Bulungan  Regency.  This  study   aims  to  analyze  and  find  out  how Accountability  of  Village  Fund  Allocation  Management  (ADD)  is  in  Long  Bang Village. This type of research is a qualitative approach description in order to know the planning, implementation, administration, and accountability in the Management of Village Fund Allocations in Long Bang Village, Peso Hilir District, Bulungan Regency. Sources of data used are primary data obtained from interviews and secondary data obtained from related documents. In addition, for data analysis using triangulation techniques. The focus of this research consists of planning, implementation, administration and accountability in the Village Fund Allocation Management (ADD) system in Long Bang Village. The results of this study indicate that the stages of planning, implementation, administration, and accountability have been carried out properly, as evidenced by the village party having made accountability starting from planning to implementing each activity. Keywords: Accountability, Village Fund Allocation (ADD)
