Abstract

Beberapa usaha bisnis telah menerapkan teknologi informasi untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan dan keberlangsungan usahanya dalam mencapai tujuan bisnis. Salah satunya ialah peralihan sistem lama ke sistem terintegrasi, yaitu sistem enterprise resource planning. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menganalisis apakah sistem ERP dan pemasaran digital dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan explanatory. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 Responden. Analisis data statistik menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi  ERP dan pemasaran digital secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan UMKM. Variabel imlementasi ERP dan pemasaran digital mampu memberikan kontribusi sebesar 55,8% dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh persepsi harga, iklan, dan electronic word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian. Objek penelitian ini adalah konsumen Npure Brand Skincare di Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif, menggunakan data primer dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang diperoleh melalui distribusi Google Forms. Uji data yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen yang meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas; uji model yang meliputi uji F, koefisien determinasi (R2), analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji t diolah dengan SPSS Versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa persepsi harga , advertising, dan electronic word of mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Nilai perusahaan adalah memaksimalkan nilai usaha dan kesejahteraan pemegang saham, meningkatkan kekayaan pemilik usaha dengan cara memperoleh keuntungan atau laba yang sebesar-besarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh green accounting, kebijakan dividen, leverage, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2020-2022. Nilai perusahaan diproksikan dengan price book value (PBV). Pengujian ini menggunakan 164 sampel data perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan dividen dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. sedangkan green accounting dan leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan

Abstract

This study examines the role of consumer engagement, preferences, and opinions in shaping the market for packaged chili sauce products. Using a quantitative research approach and descriptive statistical analysis, data for this study was collected from the TikTokShop platform, with a focus on eatsambel brands. The findings indicate that consumer interests, perceptions, and actions have a significant and positive influence on the decision to purchase and provide valuable insights for marketers and businesses in the packaged chili sauce industry, emphasizing the importance of understanding the lifestyle aspects of consumers to better meet their needs and preference.

Abstract

This research develops a creative economy model as a strategy to increase tax revenues in Indonesia and to develop theory in the field of taxation in the creative industries sector through empirically testing influence of tax revenues from the creative industries sector on economic growth in Indonesia. The sample used was 8,203,826 creative economy actors in 16 subsectors registered in the Data Center of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy / Tourism and Creative Economy Agency of the Republic of Indonesia on the recent decade. The result provides empirical evidence that there is a significant positive influence of taxes from the creative economy on Indonesian economic growth. The implication of this research is Indonesian government should facilitate the regulation and policy in order to enhance the creative entrepreneurship in Indonesia.

Abstract

The implementation of child protection in Rokan Hilir Regency is an important issue to study because there are still many cases of children related to physical and verbal violence, sexual violence, child custody, child neglect and children who are in conflict with the law. Violation of children's rights will actually hinder the nation's struggle, because children are the potential and the younger generation to continue the ideals of the nation's struggle. This study emphasizes that in the implementation of child protection, it is necessary to have the capacity of the local government. From the literature review conducted, there are several capacities needed for public organizations, namely the capacity of human resources, organization, systems and networks. This study uses qualitative methods with the main objective of being descriptive and revealing. The informant withdrawal technique used was purposive sampling using interview, observation and documentation data collection techniques. The results of the study found that there were still relatively high cases of children in Rokan Hilir Regency because the capacity of the local government of Rokan Hilir Regency had not been fulfilled in implementing child protection as seen from the dimensions of human resource capacity, financial capacity, organizational capacity, and network capacity.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the factors influencing domestic tourists' intention to visit Bali using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) framework. Specifically, it focuses on the role of trust and its impact on subjective norms, attitudes, and perceived behavioral control in shaping tourists' intention. A cross-sectional survey was conducted using a structured questionnaire to collect data from 138 potential domestic tourists in Bali. The path analysis approach with Smart PLS was employed to analyze the relationships between trust, subjective norms, attitudes, perceived behavioral control, and intention to visit Bali. The results revealed that trust significantly influenced tourists' intention to visit Bali. Moreover, trust indirectly impacted intention through subjective norms, attitudes, and perceived behavioral control. Destination marketers and tourism stakeholders should prioritize building trust and promoting positive experiences to enhance tourists' perception of Bali. Addressing barriers and promoting positive social influence can further strengthen tourists' intention to visit, ultimately contributing to sustainable tourism growth in Bali.

Abstract

Menguji dampak adanya consumer product knowledge, trust, risk perception, terhadap purchase intention studi kasus pada pembeli ecommerce Tokopedia ialah tujuan atas penelitian ini. Penelitian ini terdapat populasi yakni konsumen yang berpengalaman membeli di ecommerce Tokopedia, Teknik sampling yang dipakai teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengkolektifan data menggunakan kuisioner, jumlah sampel 167 responden. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menampilkan consumer product knowledge dan trust ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan ke purchase intention. Semakin besar pengetahuan produk dan kepercayaan konsumen atas suatu produk, semakin besar niat beli yang akan dilakukan oleh konsumen. Risk perception ada pengaruh negatif dan signifikan atas purchase intention. Semakin rendah Risk Perception pelanggan atas sebuah produk, semakin besar niat beli pelanggan guna membeli produk.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui lingkungan kerja melalui growth mindset pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dilaksanakan pada Bank BJB Kantor Cabang Buah Batu Bandung. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan populasi sebanyak 60 responden, menggunakan rumus solvin sebesar 5% dengan hasil 53 responden, dengan teknik sampling memakai sampel jenuh. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, angket dan studi kepustakaan. Proses growth mindset pada lingkungan kerja setiap karyawan itu berbeda-beda pertumbuhan dan pengembangannya. Ada yang prosesnya lambat dan ada juga yang prosesnya cepat untuk menyadari kemampuannya itu bisa berkembang dengan kekuatan dari dalam diri mereka sendiri. Jika setiap karyawan merasa mereka bisa/mampu dan tidak lagi insecure atau merasa takut dengan apa yang mereka kerjakan karena cemas akan adanya kesalahan yang banyak, mungkin kinerja mereka akan meningkat dengan cepat atas kepercayaan diri yang baik. Melalui penelitian ini, peneliti ingin mengetahui apakah lingkungan kerja melalui growth mindset bisa berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dari permasalahan tersebut, didapatkan hasil bahwa lingkungan kerja melalui growth mindset berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, Perputaran Aktiva, Ukuran Perusahaan, Kebijakan Dividen, Pertumbuhan Penjualan memiliki pengaruh terhadap Struktur Modal. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan Manufatur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2020-2022 dengan populasi penelitian sebanyak seratus tujuh puluh delapan (178) perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling lalu diperoleh sampel sebanyak Lima puluh satu (51) perusahaan. Data yang digunakan adalah laporan keuangan dari masing–masing perusahaan sampel yang dipublikasikan di www.idx.co.id. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Likuiditas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal sedangkan Profitabilitas, Perputaran Aktiva, Ukuran Perusahaan, Kebijakan Dividen, dan Pertumbuhan Penjualan tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal. Secara simultan Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, Perputaran Aktiva, Ukuran Perusahaan, Kebijakan Dividen, Pertumbuhan Penjualan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal pada perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2020-2022.
