Abstract

Kepuasan pasien y1ang belum optimal disebabkan oleh efektivitas pelayanan yang belum optimal yang dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas hubungan yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh service quality dan relationship quality terhadap service effectiveness di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Bandung, serta implikasinya terhadap kepuasan pasien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan melakukan survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 271 responden yang merupakan pasien Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Bandung. Analisis jalur digunakan untuk menganalisis data dan menguji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan kualitas hubungan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap efektivitas layanan. Selain itu, efektivitas layanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan kualitas hubungan dengan pasien dalam upaya meningkatkan efektivitas layanan di rumah sakit, yang akan meningkatkan kepuasan pasien dan memperkuat citra dan reputasi rumah sakit.

Abstract

The seamless attainment of strategic objectives and the cultivation of a cohesive and engaged workforce This case study examines the strategies employed by the Nusak Termanu Kingdom to effectively communicate their brand image and maintain a positive public perception. Nusak Termanu, an indigenous monarchy in Indonesia, is compelled to safeguard its cultural heritage and distinctiveness in the face of modernization and globalization. The study employs concepts of brand image management, strategic communication, and organizational communication to understand how communication influences and maintains the public perception of a corporation. In order to establish a cohesive and captivating brand story, it is essential to align internal and external communication efforts, as emphasized in the literature. According to Robert K. Yin, the study employs a qualitative case study methodology. Data was collected by conducting comprehensive personal interviews with key stakeholders of the Nusak Termanu Kingdom, which included the royal family, communication managers, and community leaders. In order to triangulate the findings, one also examined relevant records and archival materials. The results reveal the many communication strategies employed by the Nusak Termanu Kingdom to manage its brand image. These encompass the intentional utilization of traditional and digital communication channels, the establishment of strategic partnerships, engagement with the local community, and alignment of internal and external communication endeavors. The report also highlights the primary possibilities and challenges that the monarchy encounters in managing its brand image. The research provides incisive analysis for cultural organizations and conventional enterprises grappling with the intricacies of brand image management in the digital era. It highlights the importance of employing a comprehensive and inclusive approach to communication that incorporates both traditional and contemporary methods in order to engage stakeholders and maintain a favorable public perception. The results establish a foundation for future research on brand image communication within traditional organizations and have practical significance for communication experts.

Abstract

Good internal communication is absolutely necessary for companies to have a cooperative and efficient workplace. With an eye toward the phenomena of groupthink among staff, this study looks at the internal communication dynamics of the Puri Asih Group Clinic in Karawang, Indonesia. Based on the theoretical concept of groupthink, which holds that a very cohesive group may value agreement over critical thought, therefore producing less than ideal decision-making. Examining relevant literature helps one to understand the elements causing groupthink as well as the ways in which companies could reduce its negative consequences. As Robert K. Yin outlines, the study used a case study methodology. Data were gathered via in-depth employee interviews, clinic operations observation, and document analysis of relevant materials. Using the case study approach helped one to fully understand the dynamics of internal communication inside the Puri Asih Group Clinic. The findings show that the Puri Asih Group Clinic had groupthink traits including a strong focus on maintaining peace, a high degree of cohesiveness, and insulating from outside viewpoints. These elements led to a lack of critical assessment of decisions and a resistance to question the status quo, therefore affecting the general performance and flexibility of the clinic. The study provides insightful analysis for the Puri Asih Group Clinic and such medical facilities in overcoming groupthink's challenges. The outcomes show the need of encouraging critical thinking, a more inclusive and open communication environment, and policies that support informed decision-making and many points of view. The implications of this research can guide the creation of efficient internal communication plans and organizing techniques meant to raise organizational resilience and employee involvement.

Abstract

Pemerintah kota Surabaya saat ini sedang gencar-gencarnya mempromosikan dan mengembangkan keberadaan pariwisata yang ada. Dalam upaya menunjang keberhasilan program pengembangan pariwisata maka perlu dukungan dari berbagai pihak, dimana salah satunya adalah industri perhotelan. Hal tersebut akan mendorong pertumbuhan jumlah hotel yang ada di Surabaya dan salah satu kategori hotel yang mengalami pertumbuhan adalah hotel Bintang 3 di Surabaya. semakin banyaknya berdiri hotel-hotel baru maka tingkat persaingan yang ada akan semakin tinggi dan akan berdampak pada kinerja hotel. Oleh karena itu, hotel melaksanakan kegiatannya berorientasi pada pasar, sehingga akan dihasilkan produk dan pelayanan sesuai kebutuhan, keinginan pelanggan, dan adanya komitmen dari seluruh karyawan yang ada di hotel, serta memiliki keunggulan dalam bersaing. Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh orientasi pasar terhadap keunggulan bersaing, serta menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh orientasi pasar dan keunggulan bersaing terhadap kinerja hotel. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah jajaran manajemen Hotel Bintang 3 di Surabaya sebanyak 150 responden. Berdasarkan pengolahan data menggunakan WarpPLS. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa orientasi pasar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Orientasi pasar dan keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja hotel Bintang 3 di Surabaya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pengetahuan Perpajakan, Hak Kewajiban Perpajakan, dan Sanksi Pajak terhadap Pemenuhan Kewajiban Pajak UMKM di Kelurahan Baktijaya Kota Depok. Data penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui kuesioner kepada 130 responden Pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Baktijaya Kota Depok. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis inferensial dengan regresi linear berganda dan menggunakan program Statistic Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 26.0. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pengetahuan Perpajakan (X1), Hak Kewajiban Perpajakan (X2), dan Sanksi Pajak (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pemenuhan Kewajiban Pajak UMKM (Y). Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menjadikan para UMKM mampu untuk mengetahui Pengetahuan Perpajakan, Hak Kewajiban Perpajakan, dan Sanksi Pajak yang dapat meningkatkan perpajakan.

Abstract

Cooking oil is a staple food product frequently used by Indonesian households. According to data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (2022), 90.27% of households used cooking oil during the 2019-2021 period, with an average expenditure of 1.35% of total monthly expenses. This study analyzes the sales and characteristics of ten popular cooking oil brands in Indonesia in 2021-2022, namely Fortune, Minyakita, Sania, Bimoli, Sunco, Sovia, Tropical, Hemart, Sabrina, and Filma, using biplot analysis to understand consumer behavior and market competition. The study finds that the Fortune brand has high market penetration and expenditure per buyer, whereas the Filma brand shows a high volume of purchases per transaction. Biplot analysis reveals the proximity of characteristics among brands such as Sania, Tropical, Sunco, and Bimoli, while Fortune stands alone in its sales characteristics. The study also identifies that sales metrics like penetration, expenditure per buyer, and average purchase frequency play important roles in understanding consumer preferences and the market positioning of brands. These results provide deep insights into effective marketing strategies to enhance the sales and competitiveness of cooking oil brands in Indonesia.

Abstract

In any hospital, administrative staff definitely play a role in handling letters. The role of the letter processing employee is the daily work of processing incoming and outgoing letters, which can be managed properly and correctly. Knowing the role of an employee is a prerequisite for success in a hospital. The research method uses descriptive qualitative methods. The data collection technique was through direct observation and interviews on June 13, 2024. The data source used purposive sampling technique. The results of the survey show that administrative employees use manual system correspondence services as an official communication tool. The administration plays an important role in the operation of the hospital to ensure that all incoming and outgoing letters can be well managed. There is still a manual system for mail processing. The phases of mail processing begin with the receipt of the letter through to the archiving of the letter. The hurdles for employees are that typographical errors often occur in incoming letters as employees are often in a hurry when writing letters and parts of incoming letters are sometimes incomplete, such as: E.g. missing letter numbers, dates, subject lines, etc. To solve this problem, the employee must transcribe the incoming letter clearly and correctly into the diary book. If the part of the letter is incomplete, the employee can enter it according to the existing part of the appointment calendar letter.

Abstract

Pada tahun 2020 dimasa pandemi perekonomian mengalami penurunan yang cukup drastis dikarenakan berkurangnya aktivitas masyarakat diluar rumah terutama aktivitas berbelanja di pusat perbelanjaan. Hal ini menyebabkan perusahaan retail mengalami kerugian yang cukup besar seperti penurunan penjualan, produk yang akan sulit dipasarkan, pengurangan karyawan, dan lainnya. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui penelitian kepustakaan. Data sekunder digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Subjek penelitian adalah perusahaan department store yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2020 hingga 2023. Purposive sampling merupakan metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada perusahaan-perusahaan berikut: PT Mahari Departement Srore Tbk, PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk, dan PT Sona Topas Tourism Industry Tbk. Berdasarkan temuan analisis, modal kerja mempunyai dampak negatif terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan ritel sektor department store. Profitabilitas meningkat seiring dengan peningkatan modal kerja, dan seterusnya. Dampak jam kerja terhadap profitabilitas hanya sebesar 1,2%, sedangkan 98,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor yang tidak diketahui.

Abstract

CV Jaya Abadi Teknik merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang industri pembuatan mesin plastik , kemasan makanan dari berbagai merek yang terletak di Protonayan, kecamatan Nogosari Kabupaten Boyolali . Permasalahan yang ada di CV Jaya Abadi Teknik adalah menurunnya kinerja dari karyawan yang disebabkan karena gaya kepemimpinan yang kurang tegas. Berdasarkan pada permasalahan komitmen kerja pegawai yang berdampak pada pencapaian kinerja pegawai yang masih rendah maka CV Jaya Abadi. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di CV Jaya Abadi Teknik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan dari CV Jaya Abadi Teknik. yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah teknik non-probability sampling. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa budaya organisasi  mampu memberikan dorongan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan secara negatif dan  signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal usaha dan harga jual terhadap pendapatan UMKM pada Toko Kelontong di Kec. Deli Tua, Sektor II dan III, Kel. Deli Tua, Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini antara lain: (1) mengidentifikasi pengaruh modal usaha terhadap pendapatan, (2) menganalisis pengaruh harga jual terhadap pendapatan, dan (3) mengevaluasi pengaruh modal usaha dan harga jual secara simultan terhadap pendapatan UMKM di daerah tersebut. Penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi peneliti dengan meningkatkan pemahaman tentang pentingnya modal usaha dan harga jual terhadap pendapatan. Bagi pelaku UMKM, penelitian ini memberikan masukan bahwa modal usaha dan harga jual sangat berpengaruh terhadap persediaan dan keuntungan yang akan diperoleh. Bagi STIM SUKMA, penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan reputasi universitas, memberikan sumbangan ilmu pengetahuan baru, mendukung pengembangan program studi, dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya, penelitian ini memberikan dasar yang kuat untuk melakukan eksplorasi lebih lanjut mengenai pentingnya modal usaha dan harga jual terhadap pendapatan pedagang.
