Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan pengaruh Environmental Social Governance (ESG) dan Capital Intensity terhadap Tax avoidance pada perusahaan publik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018 –2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 604 perusahaan publik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan periode 2018 –2022. Dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling di dapatkan sampel sebanyak 30 perusahaan selama 5 tahun sehingga total sampel 150 dan data dianalisis menggunakan Eviews. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Environmental Social Governance (ESG) tidak berpengaruh terhadap tax avoidance, sedangkan capital intensity memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tax avoidance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian pada UMKM Op Kitchen di Kabupaten Pelalawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang didistribusikan kepada 73 responden, yang dipilih dari populasi sebanyak 270 konsumen menggunakan rumus Slovin. Analisis data dilakukan melalui beberapa uji statistik, yaitu uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi pemasaran memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada UMKM Op Kitchen sebesar 64,2%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi pemasaran yang efektif dan tepat dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen.

Abstract

Karyawan sebagai aset perusahaan harus dikelola dengan baik agar tidak muncul permasalahan perputaran karyawan yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan gaji, beban kerja dan pengembangan karir terhadap turnover intention. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan data primer diperoleh menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. XXXdan sample berjumlah 45 karyawan yang dipilih menggunakan teori presentase Yount. Analisis data menggunakan uji instrumen penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SPSS 23.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan gaji dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT. XXX. Sedangkan variabel beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT. XXX.

Abstract

Employee performance is a benchmark used by the organization in reflecting its success. Employees can be considered successful if they are able to complete the tasks assigned by the organization. However, there are several factors that can affect employee performance which in turn can have a good / bad impact on the organization. one of those factors is motivation and job training. providing motivation to employees is the obligation of the leadership so that employees are able to increase work productivity. Companies usually prepare each employee to get to know their job better and continue to provide learning guidance in the long run. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between work motivation and job training on employee performance in the management department of the Management study program of the College of Business Management Multi Sarana Management Administration and Engineering Technology (STMB MULTISMART) Medan. The research method used is quantitative research method where the sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique or census. The results showed that motivation is able to contribute to employee performance, meaning that motivation plays an important role in shaping employee productivity. Therefore, employees who have high motivation tend to be more productive towards employee performance. Job training is able to contribute to employee performance where the more job training provided to employees, the higher employee performance, so that with an increase in employee performance it can improve company development.

Abstract

Wellington Intelligence School (WINS) is a national plus school established in 2013. WINS offers education from Toddler, Kindergarten, Primary School, to Junior High School and Senior High School. The school adopts the concept of multiple intelligences to help students recognize and maximize their potential, with the aim of developing hidden abilities that will support their future success. Currently, WINS is facing some internal issues. This study involved 57 people who made purchases at the company. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample, where the entire population was used as a research sample. The results showed a positive and significant influence partially between Leadership and Job Satisfaction, Job Competence and Job Satisfaction, and Work Environment and Job Satisfaction. Overall, Leadership, Job Competence, and Work Environment have a positive and significant influence on Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Strong family ties, especially in professional settings, require open and straightforward communication. This study examines how family communication management affects employee relationships at LAZ Coal Mandiri, a major coal mining firm. Family communication affects professional behavior and relationships, according to research. Strong family communication has been shown to improve job happiness, organizational dedication, and work-life balance. This study followed Robert K. Yin's case study principles. A single-case study was used to understand LAZ Coal Mandiri's family communication management strategies. Twenty supervisors and frontline staff were asked about family communication and how it influences their work relationships.We carefully reviewed corporate records and archives to confirm interview data. This case study shows that family communication management can strengthen employee-employer relations at LAZ Coal Mandiri. Based on qualitative evidence, workers who receive family support and feel comfortable discussing work issues tend to bond with their bosses and coworkers. The case study showed how regular family reunions and honest work-life balancing chats promote success. This case study impacts HR policies and organizational management. LAZ Coal Mandiri may improve employee family communication competency by understanding the importance of family communication in employee-employer relationships. This could include family workshops, therapy, and a work-life-balanced company culture. These activities may improve employee well-being, productivity, and company unity.

Abstract

Employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of East Nusa Tenggara Province is not optimal and is thought to be influenced by job analysis, workload and competency which is mediated by job satisfaction. This research aims to determine: 1) respondents' perceptions regarding job analysis, workload, competency, job satisfaction and performance of NTT Provincial Regional Secretariat employees; 2) the significance of the partial influence of job analysis, workload and respective competencies on job satisfaction of NTT Provincial Regional Secretariat employees; 3) the significance of the analysis of positions, workload and competency and job satisfaction, respectively, on the performance of employees of the Regional Secretariat of NTT Province; 4) the significance of job satisfaction in the analysis of positions, workload and competence of NTT Provincial Regional Secretariat employees. The method used in this research is a quantitative method using simple random sampling as many as 79 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of descriptive statistical analysis show that respondents' perceptions of employee performance, job satisfaction and workload are in the good category, while job analysis is in the quite good category and competency is in the not good category. The results of inferential statistical analysis show value Adjusteed R-Square This research shows that the coefficient of determination for the job satisfaction variable is 0.397 or 39.7%, while the employee performance variable is 0.781 or the equivalent of 78.1%. 1) Job and competency analysis partially has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction 2) Workload has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction 3) Job analysis, workload, competency and job satisfaction partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 4) Job satisfaction can significantly mediate the influence of job analysis, workload and competency on employee performance. Based on the research results, it is recommended to the Regional Secretary of NTT Province to pay more attention to competency factors which can be done through increasing and developing competency for all employees of the Regional Secretariat of NTT Province both through formal and non-formal education. Factor analysis of positions and workload is carried out by implementing the results of a comprehensive and structured analysis of positions and workload at the Regional Secretariat of East Nusa Tenggara Province to ensure that the roles, responsibilities of employees and workload as well as employee placement are carried out in accordance with educational qualifications and workload.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) gambaran tentang kompetensi pegawai, lingkungan kerja fisik dan komunikasi interpersonal serta kualitas pelayanan terpadu yang ada di kantor Camat Taebenu Kabupaten Kupang, (2) signifikansi pengaruh kompetensi pegawai, lingkungan kerja fisik dan komunikasi interpersonal secara simultan terhadap kualitas pelayanan administrasi terpadu, (3) signifikansi pengaruh kompetensi pegawai terhadap kualitas pelayanan administrasi terpadu (4) signifikani pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kualitas pelayanan administrasi terpadu, (5) signifikansi pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kualitas pelayanan administrasi terpadu. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data pada penelitian ini adalah data primer dari kuesioner keseluruhan populasi sebanyak 40 responden yaitu seluruh pegawai yang ada di Kantor Camat Taebenu. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial dengan software SPSS 20.00. Hasil analisis deskriptif menyimpulkan bahwa rata-rata capaian indikator variabel kompetensi pegawai pada kategori baik sebesar 78,13%, capaian indikator lingkungan kerja fisik pada kategori baik sebesar 83,03%, capaian indikator komunikasi interpersonal pada kategori baik sebesar 82,73%,. Hasil analisis inferensial menunjukkan kompetensi pegawai berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan terpadu, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 atau < 0,05. Lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan terpadu, dengan signifikansi 0,008 < 0,05. Komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan terpadu dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,046 < 0,05. Secara simultan kompetensi pegawai, lingkungan kerja fisik, dan komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan administrasi terpadu dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan kesimpulan, kompetensi pegawai, lingkungan kerja fisik dan komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan administrasi terpadu, Namun terdapat saran seperti peningkatan kompetensi pegawai melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan baik yang bersifat structural maupun non structural atau pelatihan ketrampilan, terus meningkatkan kenyamanan kerja pegawai melalui penambahan fasilitas kerja dan meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi pegawai dalam hal kecepatan merespon keluhan masyarakat dan ketepatan penyelesaian pekerjaan.

Abstract

Dengan persaingan bisnis yang semakin meningkat, karyawan lebih termotivasi untuk mencapai target penjualan, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan keuntungan perusahaan. Mengetahui apakah anggaran biaya dan realisasi biaya memiliki pengaruh terhadap laba rugi Panglong Beton Jaya merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Analisis kuantitatif yang menggunakan analisis regresi liniar berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa anggaran biaya dan realisasi biaya memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap laba rugi. Hasil statistik menunjukkan bahwa anggaran biaya sebesar 37,5% dan realisasi biaya sebesar 33,1%, dengan faktor-faktor yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini mempengaruhi sisa 29,4%. Berdasarkan hasil ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh anggaran biaya dan realisasi biaya terhadap laba rugi dapat membantu pelaksanaan bisnis yang lebih besar.

Abstract

The seamless attainment of strategic objectives and the cultivation of a cohesive and engaged workforce are made possible by effective internal communication, which is essential for the success of a business. This case study investigates the importance of effectively managing internal communication to improve strategic communication within a substantial multinational organization. Current research underscores the significance of internal communication in promoting employee engagement and job satisfaction, fostering the interchange of knowledge, and ensuring that employees are aligned with the organization's objectives. Nevertheless, it is imperative to possess a more profound comprehension of the precise strategies and methodologies that organizations may implement to enhance their internal communication management. This investigation implemented the case study methodology proposed by Robert K. Yin, which entailed the observation of internal communication management procedures, the analysis of documents, and the conduct of in-depth interviews. The aim was to examine the extent to which these practices influence the efficacy of strategic communication within the organization. The research demonstrates that the organization's strategic communication has been improved as a result of its emphasis on internal communication, which has been achieved through the implementation of explicit policies, the utilization of diverse channels, and the involvement of leadership. Employees attain improved alignment with organizational objectives, increased knowledge dissemination, and improved cross-departmental collaboration. The results of the study indicate that in order to optimize communication effectiveness and execute strategic initiatives effectively, organizations should prioritize internal communication. By investing in internal communication management, organizations can cultivate a cohesive, well-informed, and highly engaged workforce, thereby gaining a competitive advantage and achieving long-term success.
