Abstract

Delay in the publication of financial statements affects the credibility of the company. POJK regulation number 14 of 2022 regulates the provisions of sanctions for companies that are not on time. The maximum deadline for submitting financial statement audit results is the end date of the third month after the fiscal year. This study analyzes the effect of auditor signature special characteristics and company characteristics with sample of 427 companies listed on the IDX for the 2021 period. The approach used in quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results showed that the company size and profitability variables had an effect on audit delay. However, the variables of gender, education level, company age, and leverage have no effect on audit delay.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis penerapan service quality dan service recovery untuk meningkatkan customer satisfaction pada Hotel Nyland Pasteur Bandung baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan sampel penelitian 100 responden yang merupakan pelanggan Hotel Nyland Pasteur Bandung. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis deskriftif, regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa service quality yang diterapkan secara positif dan signifikan mampu meningkatkan customer satisfaction pada Hotel Nyland Bandung. Service recovery yang diterapkan secara positif dan signifikan mampu meningkatkan customer satisfaction pada Hotel Nyland Bandung. Penerapan service quality dan service recovery secara bersama-sama mampu meningkatkan secara signifikan customer satisfaction pada Hotel Nyland Bandung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh antara Karakteristik Perusahaan terhadap audit fee. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 24 perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang Terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2012 – 2022 dengan total data sebanyak 261 data. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda untuk menganalisis data. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa secara parsial variabel ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap audit fee, sedangkan variabel profiabilitas, Kerugian, Piutang, Pertumbuhan Perusahaan, Leverage, Debt Equity tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap audit fee dan secara simultan variabel Karakteristik Perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap audit fee

Abstract

Overall, a good and effective marketing strategy in the world of education is not only about attracting new students, but also about maintaining the quality of education, building a positive image, and adapting to technological developments and the dynamics of the education market. Educational institutions need to develop inclusive and sustainable strategies to face the challenges and takeadvantage of the opportunities that exist in this modern era. The marketing strategy for educational services at LP3I Sidoarjo uses an effective marketing mix in attracting the interest of new students. Factors such as internship and work placement facilities, company relations, trusted brands, popular majors, supporting infrastructure, and strategic location are the main determinants in increasing the interest of prospective students. However, higher costs and interest in public universities are challenges that must be overcome. This type of research is qualitative with the research object being LP3I Sidoarjo. Data collection through interviews, observation,documentation and literature study. The results of marketing mix design at higher education institutions in this research show that withproper marketing mix planning it can have an effective impact in attracting the interest of new students

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) are the main asset in an organization, so human resources (HR) or also called actors (people) must be empowered in a balanced and humane manner. Health Service Agencies need human resources or medical personnel to achieve goals. Human resource management has several goals, one of which is organizational goals or company goals and also to achieve employees' personal goals.The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Excellent Service, Job Satisfaction and Motivation on the Performance of Medical personnel  in Health Service Agencie.. The approach used in this study was quantitative by distributing questionnaires to 52  respondents who were taken using one of the non-probability sampling techniques used, namely the total sampling or saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression of the IBM SPSS version 24 software program with results obtained that answer the hypothesis that there is a partial and simultaneously influence of excellent service, job satisfaction and motivation on performance.

Abstract

This research aims to know the role of internal communication management in increasing the participation and motivation of employees at PT Raz Call Mandiri. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth employee interviews and internal document analysis. This study shows that effective internal communication management, including the use of digital technology and increased transparency, plays an important role in strengthening employee-management relations. The results of this study also highlight the importance of being sensitive to different organizational cultures in creating an inclusive and supportive working environment. Supportive leadership and communication practices that promote collaboration and innovation have also been identified as important factors in stimulating employee intrinsic motivation. Therefore, this study provides detailed information on how internal communication practices can be optimized to achieve higher engagement, increase motivation, and support the organization's sustainable goal achievement at PT Laz Coal Mandiri providing insight.

Abstract

Training for adults requires a different and more interactive approach compared to training for children or young people. This research aims to identify the importance role of teaching tools in improving the effectiveness and comfort-feel of the learning process for adult trainees. The method used in the research was descriptive analysis which describes the results of the identification of teaching tools as one of the nonverbal communication techniques. The data analysis was conducted by qualitative analysis by utilizing the results found during the training and by using the results of interviews with participants. The use of Post-it notes was proved to be useful in accommodating participants' ideas and thus making nonverbal communication became more effective. Posters were useful in improving the delivery of information visually and concisely, making it easier for participants to remember and to understand the information conveyed. The meta plan made it easier to convey ideas and thoughts visually, while the design of the room in accordance with the training theme could also increase the motivation, enthusiasm, and build a positive impression. The results showed that the use of training tools helped adults learner to accommodate, to organize, and to communicate ideas more effectively, improving engagement, creativity, memory, and interaction among participants. By understanding and optimizing nonverbal communication, trainers or facilitators can maximize adult learning. Therefore, the trainer or facilitator can unlock the learning potential of adults and put them on the path to success.

Abstract

Penurunan minat pada penggunaan cashless payment di Surabaya dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu financial self-efficacy, social influence, dan financial literacy. Mengetahui peran literasi keuangan sebagai variabel moderasi dalam pengaruh efiksasi diri dalam keuangan dan pengaruh sosial terhadap minat menggunakan transaksi non tunai merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah generasi Z di kota Surabaya berusia 17 tahun keatas dengan 100 orang sebagai sampel penelitian yang ditentukan dengan simple random sampling. Data yang digunakan yaitu jenis data primer. Pengolahan data menggunakan analisis jalur dengan bantuan software WarpPls. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa financial self-efficacy berkontribusi dalam peningkatan intention to use cashless payment, social influence tidak berkontribusi dalam peningkatan intention to use cashless payment, financial literacy tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh financial self-efficacy terhadap intention to use cashless payment, dan financial literacy mampu memoderasi pengaruh social influence terhadap intention to use cashless payment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management and supervision of Regular BOS funds at Hosana Christian Elementary School Kupang, and to analyze the obstacles in the management and supervision of Regular BOS funds at Hosana Christian Elementary School. This research uses a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that the planning and budgeting of BOS funds at SD Kristen Hosana is carried out by the BOS management team which has been carried out based on the stages of planning and budgeting in the 2022 technical year, but the preparation of the RKAS document is carried out based on the needs of the school and has not been based on the School Self-Evaluation (EDS). The implementation of BOS fund administration at Hosana Christian Elementary School is in accordance with the stages of implementing BOS fund administration in the 2022 BOS fund management technique, but the school has not made PBJ documents and conducted an inventory of goods financed from BOS funds. Reporting and accountability of BOS funds at Hosana Christian Elementary School are carried out in accordance with the stages of reporting and accountability of BOS funds in the 2022 BOS fund management guidelines. Internal supervision of Regular BOS funds at Hosana Christian Elementary School is carried out by the principal, teacher council and committee. However, the supervision carried out has not gone well.

Abstract

Penyelenggaraan pendidikan harus bisa menerapkan manajemen pendidikan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan, tidak hanya mengutamakan pengetahuan tetapi yang paling penting dan mendasar saat ini adalah karakter peserta didik. Manajemen pendidikan yang dimaksudkan tidak hanya melihat pada output dan outcame tetapi mulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, koordinasi, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan. Masalah yang diteliti dan dibahas dalam tesis ini adalah :”Bagaimana penerapan manajemen perencanaan, pengorganisasian, koordinasi, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik SMPK Sta. Theresia Kupang.” Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif karena permasalahan yang diteliti bersifat holistik, kompleks dan dinamis. Setelah dilaksanakan penelitian secara komprehensif pada semua unsur yang berperan dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan, maka peneliti merumuskan temuan dan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter peserta didik di SMP Katolik Sta. Theresia Kupang terintegrasi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan kegiatan budaya sekolah. Penelitian yang dilakukan di SMP Katolik Sta. Theresia Kupang mengungkapkan temuan, bahwa ada perencanaan pendidikan karakter peserta didik yang disusun pada awal tahun ajaran baru. Perencanaan dikembangkan berdasarkan visi, misi dan tujuan sekolah. Selain perencanaan aspek manajemen yang juga diimplementasikan secara konsisten adalah pengorganisasian, koordinasi, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Khusus mengenai pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter diperoleh suatu fakta yang prospektif yaitu antara lain : kegiatan pembelajaran, selain untuk menjadikan peserta didik menguasai kompetensi (materi) yang ditargetkan, juga dirancang untuk menjadikan peserta didik mengenal, menyadari/peduli, dan menginternalisasi nilai-nilai dan menjadikannya perilaku. Perwujudan dan implementasi kepemilikan karakter peserta didik dapat dimonitoring melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Simpulan akhir penelitian setelah membahas data yang diperoleh dari Kepala Sekolah, Wakasek kurikulum, Wakasek Kesiswaan, Guru Pendidikan Agama Katolik, Guru Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, Guru Bimbingan Konseling, Wali Kelas dan beberapa orang guru serta beberapa orang siswa menunjukkan bahwa SMPK Sta Theresia Kupang sudah menerapkan manajemen pendidikan yang menunjang karakter peserta didik secara konsisten, baik dalam perencanaan, pengorganisasian, koordinasi, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan ata evaluasi.
