Abstract

This article aims to find out how Mohammad Hatta's interpretation of Pancasila is. And how these values ​​become the basis of the implementation of Islamic education in Indonesia. Mohammad Hatta was a Muslim nationalist who was involved in the birth of Pancasila. The Islamic style of Mohammad Hatta is oriented towards substance rather than formality and symbols such as salt rather than lipstick. As a devout Muslim and nationalist, his interpretation of Pancasila was accepted by different political groups. Pancasila, according to Hatta, contains two main fundamentals, namely the moral fundamentals of religious ethics (1st principle) and political fundamentals (2nd to 5th precepts). The Precepts of Godhead become the basis for leading the other precepts. The existence of the One Precepts of Godhead as the first precepts causes the five precepts to bind to each other and creates a harmonious pair between the five precepts in Pancasila. Pancasila for Mohammad Hatta is a guideline for realizing happiness, prosperity, peace and independence in a perfectly sovereign Indonesian society and legal state. The practice of implementing Islamic Education in Indonesia should make these four things as things that need to be realized. The basic values ​​of the Pancasila perspective of Mohammad Hatta to be used as the basis for the implementation of Islamic education in Indonesia: Divine values, human values, unity values, social values, and justice values

Abstract

: Indonesia is a Republican State, not a theocracy state based on a particular religious teaching. Because that's the importance of compiling an educational formulation based on religious values ​​in general (not from a particular religion). That ideal was initiated by Ki Hadjar Dewantara. Through the reading of philosophical hermeneutics, the author wants to revitalize the educational thinking of Ki Hadjar Dewantara. Formulation of the problem in this study to investigate 1. How was the transformation of culture initiated by Ki Hadjar Dewantara? 2. What is the Education perspective of Ki Hadjar Dewantara? 3. What is the relation between education (religion) and the perspective culture of Ki Hajar Dewantara's thinking? The results of the study revealed that 1. Through the three-way journey: continuous, convergent, concentric, Ki Hadjar tried to compile his argument about maintaining local traditions and embracing them in national culture. 2. Human nature is an independent and outward soul. Practically, the concept of education that he applied in Taman Siswa is by rejecting the teachings of coercion, orders and punishments, because they are deemed inhuman and in accordance with human nature. Whereas, the nature of nationalism is to live together, one country and one nation, with the spirit of nationalism. 3. The relation between education (religion) and culture are each placed in public space (education and culture) and private (religion)

Abstract

Religion in a sociological perspective contains of kindness, nobleness, grandeur, and glory for his folower. Religion (read: Islam) is a religion that was revealed by Allah, brought by the Prophet, Muhammad Saw., with the aim to provide guidance for humans and summarize the realization of welfare for humanity (read: being religious). In other hand, tends to be religious moderation in the position of conceptual categorization. It means being religious on theological essence; and historical-sociological pattern or as a grand cultural phenomenon. Then bring up religious studies from a sociological perspective. Both are related inter-values, norms, meanings, phenomena and all individual interactions relating to the life of groups, communities, and at large societies, presumably can be a starting point in religious life. So that being religious is in the position of the sliced space which contains rules, norms, values, and likes the order found in religion and sociology. Indonesia is not based on Islam as the major religion, but his people are referred as an Islamic society, even if it is not an Islamic state. Islamic society which is meant that the religious product is friendly to science, technology, age, morals and so on.

Abstract

The Global competition has a long history that is marked by the enlightenment of the 18th century, especially Islamic education. There are currents called modernization of Islamic education, including Indonesia. However, it becomes important and interesting to study it not only from now on but how the modernization of Islamic education from its historical aspects. The existence of this research is expected to be able to describe the modernization of Islamic education in Indonesia and Egypt. This research was conducted using a literature research model (literature review), using a qualitative type. The discovery of figures who at that time were not well known, such as Rifa'ah al-Tahtawi, appeared to have not been much studied. The renewal of Islamic education in Indonesia that occurred at the beginning of the 20th century was also influenced by the thinking of figures in Egypt, such as the founder of the Adabiyah madrasa in Padang Panjang. The intermittent political upheaval in Egypt and Indonesia greatly influenced educational policies. The highest authority has not yet fully paid attention, although recently there have been some improvements made since Mubarak's leadership collapsed, not yet encouraging the advancement of educational institutions there. Almost the same thing also happened in Indonesia, since the reform era there have been many changes in the world of Islamic education, taking into account the salaries of civil servants and private teachers, but always leaving new problems or problems for education

Abstract

This paper undertakes a survey of the sharia banking case studies on Non Performing Financing (NPF), saving and time deposit. The aim is to provide an understanding of the multiplier and also forecast the Return On Asset (ROA). Hence, to accomplish this provide, the quarterly data from the best six sharia bank in Indonesia were analyzed. This study employs multiple regressions analysis.The result shows that the return on asset of Indonesian sharia banking positively supported by saving. The negative effect on ROA areshown by time deposit and NPF.

Abstract

Orang tua memiliki peran yang sangat menentukan atas kualitas dan prestasi anaknya. Prestasi bukan hanya bersimbol pada nilai akdemis, lebih penting dari itu adalah nilai moral yang menjadi tolak ukur keberhasilan anak dalam tumbuh dan kembangnya serta peranannya di tengah masyarakat social. Upaya orang tua dalam penanaman dan pembinaan karakter pada anak secara nampak adalah dengan memberikan pola asuh yang tepat dan pendidikan yang baik. Namun diluar batas kemampuannya orang tua juga memerlukan kekuatan dan pertolongan atas penguatan usaha yang telah dilakukannya melalui tirakat dengan menyandarkan penuh kekuatan spiritual pada Allah. Laku tirakat merupakan sebuah upaya untuk pencapaian sebuah tujuan melalui jalan tasawuf yang bersifat mistis. Jalan tasawuf sebagai akhlak para sufi juga menjadi akhlak bagi seseorang yang ingin mendekatkan diri pada Allah melalui pensucian hati dan dengan melakukan amalan-amalan ibadah khusus. Dalam tulisan ini akan dideskripsikan hasil sebuah pengamatan terhadap orang tua yang mengupayakan keberhasilan anaknya melalui usaha tirakat. Dampak dari tirakat yang dilakaukan orang tua adalah meningkatnya nilai spiritual dan moral bagi pelaku dan juga memberikan dampak pada kecerdasan moral pada anak yang ditirakati. Nilai spiritual dan moralitas dari subjek pelaku dan objek yang dituju keduanya juga akan berdampak pada kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam ranah terciptanya masyarakat yang ideal.

Abstract

Pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan Islam yang mengajarkan ilmu-ilmu agama Islam memiliki keunikan dan kekhasan tersediri dibandingkan dengan lembaga pendidikan lainnya di mana pesantren tetap mempertahankan tradisi- lama baik materi maupun metode pembelajarannya. Pembelajaran dilaksanakan tanpa sekat atau kelas dimana santri membentuk kelompok-kelompok kecil dan setiap kelompok mengitari ustadnya sesuai dengan tingkatan dan materi yang diajarkannya. Meski sederhana tetapi lebih efektif dan komunikatif. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami (1) Bagaimana eksistensi pesantren dalam mencetak generasi terbaik diera milinia (2) Bagaimana konstruksi dan mempertahankan pesantren garasi di Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan femenologi. Dengan pendekatan ini berusaha untuk memahami fenomena sebagai mana apa adanya sehingga obyektif dan validit. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah Jawa Timur. Abstract

Women and identity politics are actual problems and often invite endless long debates. Women are often forgotten in the history of the Indonesian Nation, especially related to policies such as sharia regulations. The birth of Islamic sharia regulations is not from a vacuum, but is born from a very long and twisted process. Regional autonomy has become the main entrance to the emergence of shari'a regulations as a form of regulatory decree both whose authority is attributive (inherent) or delegative (derivative). The rise of the expansion of new regions as a result of regional autonomy policy, apparently also led to the strengthening of identity politics that seemed to be inherent and must be present in every regional policy taken especially in sharia regulations. Women and sharia regulations become interesting phenomena to be studied from various sides, both political, cultural, legal and religious aspects. This paper portrays women and identity politics in shari'a regulations. A review of how women's representation and identity politics influence the contents of shari'a regulations.

Abstract

The form of the Islamic government became a heated debate again after the chairman of the Indonesian Solidarity Party, Grace Natalie, said that she would not support the adoption of sharia regulations, which were then reported to the police. Therefore, by seeing this kind of phenomenon, it is necessary for the writer to see the perspective of Nahdlatul Ulama, about his views on the form of Islamic government that prevails in Indonesia today. In reality, Nahdlatul Ulama 'actually does not reject the Khilafah system, because that Nahdlatul Ulama' gave the title Waliyul Al-Amr Daruri Bi Al-Syaukah to President Soekarno. NU's rejection of the Khilfah system was caused by circumstances that made it impossible to establish a Khilafah, where each state is currently under the auspices of the nation-state (nation state), coupled with the absence of definite provisions in Islam, which require a form of state and system a certain government, for its adherents. Therefore, the State of Indonesia can be called Darul Islam or an Islamic state, because it was once fully controlled by Muslims, although it was later captured by the infidel invaders (the Netherlands), but the Islamic state remained forever
