Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara kinerja marketing karyawan dan jumlah pembiayaan (studi kasus PT. Bank Sumut Kantor Cabang Syariah Medan). Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif analistis. Pendekatan ini memfokuskan penelitian pada kinerja karyawan marketing serta variabel apa pun yang berfungsi sebagai pengukur kinerja. Pihak-pihak yang bertanggung jawab atas kinerja karyawan marketing di PT. Bank Sumut Kantor Cabang Syariah Medan dipilih sebagai subjek penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Wawancara yang dia lakukan dengan karyawan marketing Alat penelitian yang digunakan adalah PT. Bank Sumut Kantor Cabang Syariah Medan. Analisis deskriptif kualitatif adalah teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Ini adalah prosedur pencatatan yang digunakan untuk menggambarkan atau melukiskan keadaan objek yang diteliti berdasarkan fakta yang ada. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan termasuk observasi, wawancara (wawancara), dokumentasi, dan kepustakaan.

This research aims to determine the payroll accounting information system in supporting internal control at the company PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat Kec. Aek Songsongan Kab. Asahan, whether the payroll accounting information system is in accordance with theory in its implementation and whether it supports internal control , as well as solutions to resolve problems that cause the payroll accounting information system to not support internal control. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this research were 4 people who were employees at the company PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat District. Aek Songsongan District. Asahan is the Manager of the company PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat District. Aek. Songsonan District. Asahan, Personnel section of the company PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat Kec. Aek Songsongan District. Asahan, Payroll Accounting section of the company PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat District. Aek Songsongan District. Asahan, and the Finance section of the company PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat Kec. Aek. Songsonan District. Sharpening. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this research show that the payroll accounting information system at the company PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat District. Aek Songsongan District. Asahan has used a computerized system but it has not supported internal control because it is not in accordance with theory, including the lack of functions used, documents used and accounting records used, and the lack of an adequate authorization system for implementing healthy practices in the elements contained in internal control.

Human Resources is one of the most influential factors for a company. Apart from human resources, one factor that is very influential for a company is teamwork and work facilities. Where this occurs in internships is the phenomenon of less effective communication within the team and a lack of checking the availability of office stationery such as salary card stock and HSS paper. The aim of this research is to evaluate teamwork and work facilities in increasing employee work motivation. The method used is qualitative research where data collection is carried out by observation or observation where the researcher must go directly to observe the research object and location. The importance of teamwork and employee work facilities in increasing employee work motivation at internships. Where facilities are a means to expedite and facilitate the implementation of the work process. Apart from that, teamwork is very important in a company or organization because the organization's work will not be carried out if the members of the organization or company do not work together in harmony. Therefore, the importance of teamwork between employees and superiors as well as complete facilities in an organization or company will create work comfort and work motivation in the employee. This research aims to analyze the factors of consumer loyalty and service quality on purchasing interest at Azzairi Mart. This type of research is quantitative research, research used to test the relationship or influence of variables using purposive sampling techniques, namely determining the sample with certain considerations. The samples taken in this study were all students of the Abu Zairi Salafiyah Islamic Islamic Boarding School, namely 230 respondents consisting of male and female students, but not all were used as samples, the selected sample was 150 respondents who used the Slovin formula.Based on the results of descriptive analysis, the frequency of consumer loyalty respondents' answers has an average index value of 123.5 with very high criteria. And the results of descriptive analysis of the frequency of respondents' answers to service quality have an average index value of 127.3 with very high criteria. And the results of the descriptive analysis of the frequency of respondents' answers to buying interest have an average index value of 123 with very high criteria. And from the results of the multiple linear regression test, the consumer loyalty variable does not have a significant effect on purchasing interest where the significant value is (0.089) > 0.05(a=5%) so the hypothesis is rejected. And the service quality variable has a significant effect on purchase intention, because the significance value is (0.000) < 0.05(a=5%) so the hypothesis is accepted.

Research entitled the influence of employee engagement and knowledge sharing on the quality of employee performance with organizational culture as a mediating variable: case study at UD. Friends of Sidoarjo Farmers. This research uses a quantitative type of research. The type of data used in this research is primary data which comes from taking a questionnaire using a 1-5 Likert scale. Option one is a statement of strongly disagree and option five is a statement of strongly agree. Based on this research, the results show that employee engagement has an effect on organizational culture with a p value of 0.000, knowledge sharing has an effect on organizational culture with a p value of 0.0001, employee engagement has no effect on the quality of employee performance and has a p value of 0.247, knowledge sharing influences the quality of employee performance with a p value of 0.006, organizational culture mediates the relationship between employee engagement and the quality of employee performance with a p value of 0.009, and organizational culture mediates the relationship between knowledge sharing and the quality of employee performance with a p value of 0.021. Environmental issues are currently starting to be widely discussed, which can also be a consideration for businesses to adopt as part of their operations. One of them is green products which have been used in several business fields and can generate positive word of mouth compared to conventional products. This research aims to determine the influence of green products and word of mouth (WOM) on decisions with purchase intention as an intervening variable for Fore Coffee Surabaya consumers. The population of this research is all consumers who make purchases at Fore Surabaya. The number of respondents to this research was 165 who used a non-probability sampling type with a purposive sampling technique. The results of this research show that: (1) green products have a significant effect on buying interest, (2) word of mouth (WOM) has a significant effect on buying interest, (3) green products have no effect on purchasing decisions, (4) word of mouth (WOM) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, (5) buying interest has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, (6) green products have a significant effect on purchasing decisions through buying interest as mediation, and (7) word of mouth (WOM) has a significant effect on decisions purchase through purchase interest as mediation.

This research has an observation of the implementation of green economy in the management of the tourism sector in Bandar Lampung City, namely Wiragarden, Green Valley, and Bukit Sakura tourist attractions. Where in its implementation it affects the surrounding environment, economy, social and culture of the people in the affected environment. Examining the ability to implement green economy efforts in realizing sustainable development with the ultimate goal of supporting environmentally friendly conditions, revealing elements that can be intertwined when doing a green economy in an effort to realize sustainable development with the ultimate goal of making a tourism sector that makes its practices environmentally friendly and increasing the potential for sustainable development.The relationship between the idea of implementing a green economy and the idea of environmental fiqh based on the Al-Quran and hadith. The research method used in conducting this research is a quantitative method with a case study approach. The results showed that the tourism sector in the city of Bandar Lampung, namely in the tourism objects of Wira garden, Green Valley, and Bukit Sakura, has implemented several green economy principles in the management of tourist attractions that affect the success in realizing environmentally sound development with supporting and inhibiting factors in it. In the perspective of Islamic economics, its application is also in accordance with the orientation of development in Islam.

Dana perimbangan merupakan dana yang bersumber dari pendapatan APBN yang dialokasikan kepada masing-masing daerah untuk mendanai kebutuhan daerah dalam rangka pelaksanaan desentralisasi fiskal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh transfer pemerintah pusat terhadap perilaku fiskal pemerintah daerah di Pulau Sumatera dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam. Periode penelitian terdiri dari 10 tahun, dimulai dari tahun 2014 sampai dengan tahun 2023. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari sembilan provinsi di Pulau Sumatera, yaitu Lampung, Sumatera Selatan, Bengkulu, Bangka Belitung, Jambi, Sumatera Utara, Sumatera Barat, Aceh, dan Riau. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa DBH, DAU, DAK secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku fiskal pemerintah daerah di Pulau Sumatera.

Halal certification has become a key element in strengthening product competitiveness, especially in countries with a Muslim majority population. This article examines the role of halal certification in facilitating global business development, highlighting Pakong Market, Pamekasan, as a case study. This study investigates the impact of halal certification on local products in Pakong Market, as well as the opportunities that arise to enter the international market. The study findings reveal that halal certification not only increases consumer confidence but also expands market access for local products. However, the challenges in obtaining halal certification, especially for small and medium enterprises, remain an obstacle that must be overcome. This article proposes several steps for business actors and policy makers to accelerate the halal certification process in order to improve product competitiveness in the global market. The workforce is the driving force of company activities. Therefore, companies need workers to carry out company operational activities. There are two work agreements regulated in Article 56 paragraph (2) of Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning employment, namely the Fixed Term Work Agreement (PKWT) and the Indefinite Term Work Agreement (PKWTT). Not a few companies use PKWT, such as PT Putera Rackindo Sejahtera. 64% of its employees are PKWT. This is because PKWT employees have better performance compared to PKWTT employees. The company provides pressure in the form of punishment and strict supervision to regulate the workforce so that they can work well. The results of the study showed that the performance of PKWT employees was 4% better than the performance of PKWTT employees Keywords: Motivation; Punishment; Supervision; Performance; Employee Outsourcing
