People with disabilities are often faced with problems of poverty, difficulty in getting work, and the fulfillment of basic rights which have an impact on welfare problems. This study aims to understand the stategy for improving the welfare of people with disabilities through empowerment, and the rationale for empowering the welfare of people with disabilities at the Department of Social Affairs, Women’s Empowerment, Child Protection and Family Planning (Dinsos P3AKAB) of Bondowoso Regency in terms of maqashid sharia. This research uses a qualitative approacj with a case study research type, using primary data obtained from interviews and observations and supported by secondary data through related literature. Data analysis in this study was carried out in three steps: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Meanwhile, checking the validity of the data uses data triangulation techniques. The study results of the study show that empowering of people with disabilities by the Social Service P3AKAB of Bondowoso Regency through skills training, capital assistance, and market access assistance is a strategic step that can improve the welfare of people with disabilities. This approach is in line with the maqashid sharia which includes the protection of religion, soul, mind, property, and descendants

Millennials are active users of financial technology (fintech), which helps them manage their finances better. Financial applications and investment platforms make it easy to manage budgets and make investments. However, many millennials also have difficulty understanding basic financial concepts, such as debt management, investment, and retirement planning. This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Literacy and Financial Technology on Financial Satisfaction of the Millennial Generation in Bandar Lampung with several problem formulations, namely; can financial literacy affect financial satisfaction in the millennial generation in Bandar Lampung; can financial technology affect financial satisfaction in the millennial generation in Bandar Lampung; can financial literacy and financial technology affect financial satisfaction in the millennial generation in Bandar Lampung; and how financial literacy and financial technology increase financial satisfaction from an Islamic economic perspective. This type of research is quantitative descriptive using a quantitative approach. The number of samples is 100 respondents determined by the Slovin formula. The data analysis method uses IBM Statistics SPSs 26. The data analysis tests used are descriptive statistical tests, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, t-tests and f-tests, and determination coefficient tests. The results of this study indicate that Financial Literacy does not have a positive and significant effect on financial satisfaction, Financial Technology has a positive and significant effect on financial satisfaction, and financial literacy and financial technology have a simultaneous and significant effect on financial satisfaction.

Indonesia is a country that has enormous potential in the halal industry with the largest Muslim population, and is supported by UMKM which have an important part in the Indonesian economy with the largest workforce absorbing 99.9% of the total business actors in Indonesia. If the authority that Indonesia currently has is not immediately utilized, it will be left behind by other countries, because the development of the halal industry is also being followed by other countries even though the majority of these countries are not Muslim and the development of the halal industry continues to increase along with the increasing demand for halal products. . halal, which is a lifestyle. So it is very important to strengthen UMKM. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method and the data used in this research are secondary data sources obtained from research results, articles that discuss topics related to the research theme. The research results show that Indonesia has various potentials to become a market player in the world halal industry, requiring support from sharia-based UMKM that can be globally competitive. MSMEs are able to be globally competitive by strengthening halal certification, in accordance with UUD No. 33 of 2014, strengthening capital requires the contribution of sharia banking as well as strengthening the development of the quality of human resources, namely business actors so that they can always innovate and adapt to business developments and technological developments. Mie Gacoan is the first food outlet in Indonesia to serve a noodle menu with a spicy level that can be adjusted. One of its branches is in the city of Jember which has received a positive response from the community, where since the grand opening until now it is always crowded with customers. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze partially and simultaneously the effect of product quality, service quality and price on customer loyalty. The method used is descriptive quantitative, with ex post facto research type. The population in this study is an unlimited number of Mie Gacoan Jember customers and a sample of 150 loyal respondents, namely with the criteria of having bought Mie Gacoan products more than twice. The data collection techniques used are observation and questionnaires. The data obtained were then analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results of this study show that partially product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality has no effect on customer loyalty and price has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The test simultaneously obtained the results of product quality, service quality and price simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with a contribution of 37%. Dunia dalam perkembangan sejarah perekonomian telah melahirkan banyak tokoh yang membahasa dan menganlisis tentang ekonomi salah satu contohnya yaitu dalam pembahasan tentang mekanisme pasar, dalam hal ini banyak ilmuan yang telah membahas mekanisme pasar baik ilmuan tersebut barasal dari kalangan ekonom Islam maupun ekonom konvensional diantaranya seperti Ibnu Taimiyah, Muhammad al Ghazali dan Ibnu Khaldun dari kalangan ilmuan muslim sedangakan dari kalangan ekonom konvensional yaitu nama yang sudah tidak asing lagi dikalangan ilmuan terkhusus dalam ilmu ekonomi yaitu Adam Smith yang dikenal sebagai bapak ekonomi pada abad pencerahan Eropa dan juga masih banyak lagi ilmu yang lainnya. Mereka semua telah membahas dan menganalisis tentang berbagai macam masalah ekonomi yang masuk juga di dalamnya yaitu pembahasan tentang mekanisme pasar, dalam menganalisis mereka mempunyai pandangan masing masing tentang masalah ekonomi sesuai dengan metode yang mereka gunakan. Adapun Penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam jurnal ini yaitu menggunakan jenis penelitian pustaka (library research) yang mana penelitian jenis ini peneliti melakukan kegiatannya dengan mengumpulkan berbagai macam sumber pustaka. Hasil kesimpulan dari jurnal ini menunjukan bahwa pemikiran dalam menganalisi mekanisme pasar terlebih tentang faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi mekanisme pasar bahwa Ibnu khaldun membuat dasar tentang teori harga di dalam mekanisme pasar dilatar bekangi oleh prosese terjadinya penawaran dan permintaan sedangkan dalam tentang teori nilai Ibnu Khaldun mendasari pendapatnya terhadap tenaga kerja dan hasil yang didapatkan oleh mereka, tugas pemerintah dalam hal ini menurut Ibnu Khaldun bertugas mengawasi untuk mengawal mekanisme pasar agar tetap tercipta sebuah keadilan sesuai dengan aturan syariah sedangkan menurut Adam Smith teori harga dilandasi dari adanya harga yang tercipta secara alami yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat, dalam hal teori nilai Adam Smith mendasari teori terhadap nilai dari para pekerja karena menurutnya nilai tukar adalah tenaga kerja dalam hal ini tugas pemerintah hanya sebatas sebagai keamanan demi terciptanya mekanisme pasar dengan perdagangan bebas Kata Kunci: Mekanisme Pasar, Ekonomi Islam, Ibnu Khaldun, Adam Smith

Ijarah is the act of selling benefits that is done by one person to another according to Islamic law. The pillars and conditions of ijarah include the contract (sighat al-aqad) that involves the offer and acceptance (ijab and kabul), the presence of two parties (aqid) involved in the transaction, the agreed fee (ujrah), and the benefit that is rented. The contract (akad) in ijarah is the meeting point of the offer and acceptance to reach an agreement. This research focuses on the practice of renting snakes in Kalikajar Village, Purbalingga, and analyzes it using the concept of fiqh muamalah. In this practice, there are some deviations from the principle of ijarah contract in Islam. Some conditions, such as wages and liability of the object of ijarah, are not met. This results in a lack of clarity regarding payment, rental time, and responsibility if the snake injures the renter. The research method used is field research with a qualitative method based on inductive analysis. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and then analyzed with the concept of ijarah contract in fiqh muamalah. The results of the study show that the practice of renting snakes in Kalikajar Village Purbalingga is not valid because some conditions in the rental contract are not met. Thus, this study identifies deviations in this practice that are contrary to the principles of Islamic law. Keyword: Ekonomi, Muamalah dan Syari’ah

Marketing is an activity that must be carried out by every economic activity, especially in every financial institution. because with these marketing activities, the goals of a company organization or institution can be achieved. And it is undeniable that the unavoidable changes in technological globalization require every company, institution and organization to be more sensitive to encourage one's creativity and innovation in the marketing process so as not to be left behind by the times. This study aims to analyze the digital marketing implemented by BPRS Bhakti Sumekar as a marketing strategy in attracting customers. The problem which arises in this research is about the strategy of BPRS Bhakti Sumekar marketing from digital marketing in attracting the interest of the customer and the impact of BPRS Bhakti Sumekar marketing from digital marketing to customer amount.This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data sources used through interviews, observation and documentation. The analysis in this study was carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. According to the data analysis proposed by the theory of Miles and Huberman. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy carried out by BPRS Bhakti Semuker is through digital marketing by promoting shared social media such as Instagram, Facebook, websites, Videotron, and also Tiktok. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar's digital marketing has an impact on increasing the number of customers and the use of BBS Mobile facilities every year.

This research has observations regarding the application of green economy in managing the location of tourism objects in the Sumber Agung area, namely the Lengkung Langit 2 tourist attraction. Where its application will affect environmental conditions, the level of tourist visits, tourist comfort, and the economy of the affected communities. Assessing the ability to implement a green economy in producing shipping industrial areas with the ultimate goal of supporting environmentally friendly changes, Uncovering the elements that can occur when implementing a green economy in the development of shipping industrial areas with the ultimate goal of promoting environmentally friendly changes. Explain the relationship between the idea of implementing a green economy and the idea of sharia financial issues based on the Koran and Hadith. The research method used in conducting this research is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The research results show that the Lengkung Langit 2 tourism location has implemented several green economy principles in managing tourist attractions which influence the success in realizing environmentally conscious development with supporting and inhibiting factors therein. Since the implementation of the CPO export ban, there have been significant changes in the Indonesian economy and the environment surrounding oil palm plantation areas. Despite the argument that the export ban aims to increase domestic value-added and protect the environment, some preliminary studies have indicated significant negative impacts of this policy. Furthermore, the impact of the CPO export ban on Indonesia's economic growth and global market stability is also not fully understood. Therefore, a thorough analysis of the economic losses and environmental impacts of the implemented CPO export ban is required. Considering the complexity of the issue and its potential implications, an in-depth analysis of the economic losses and negative environmental impacts of the CPO export ban in Indonesia is crucial in order to develop sustainable and effective policy strategies for the palm oil sector and the economy as a whole. The research method used quantitative methods and the results and discussion concluded that when the export volume fell, it caused an increase in imports in 5 countries. The decline in CPO exports will be accompanied by a decrease in the export volume of 5 countries, it will make the country spend more money on spending, so that output sales increase which makes imports interested in importing in the country because they will get high profits or returns. The development of sharia financial institutions will be largely determined by the trust of their customers. This is because all financial institutions are required to respond to the reality that fund providers (shareholders and depositors) and other stakeholders have desires. If institutions do not meet their expectations, they will not be willing to provide funds or cooperate well. So Islamic financial institutions must work harder to build trust in their customers. This type of research is a normative approach through library research. The results of this research show that, first, Islamic financial institutions must build a good reputation in order to gain the trust of the wider community based on the identity and image of the institution. The two Islamicity performance index (IPI) can build a good reputation for sharia financial institutions with several indexes used, namely profit sharing ratio (PSR), Zakat Performance Ratio (ZPR), Equitable Distribution Ratio (EDR), Directors-Employee Welfare Ratio (DEWR ), Islamic Income Ratio (IIcR) and Islamic Investment Ratio (IIvR).
