This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of influencer marketing on the intention to buy wardah cosmetics among Jember Islamic University students class of 2022, (2) the effect of halal labeling on the intention to buy wardah cosmetics among Jember Islamic University students class of 2022, (3) the effect of price on interest in buying wardah cosmetics for female students at the Islamic University of Jember class of 2022, (4) the influence of Influencer marketing, halal labeling and prices on the interest in buying wardah cosmetics for female students at the Islamic University of Jember class of 2022. The approach used is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were all university students Islam Jember Class of 2022. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with a total sample of 96 respondents. From the results of the analysis it can be seen that: The influencer marketing variable (X1) has an effect on buying interest (Y). Halal labeling variable (X2) has no effect on purchase intention (Y). The price variable (X3) has no effect on buying interest (Y). Meanwhile, simultaneously influencer marketing, halal labeling, and price have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention.

Along with developments in this era of globalization, it is the hope of each individual to look at a bright future with diverse human life conditions by fulfilling various existing needs, Islam is present which offers a concept in growing and developing the communitys economy so as to create social welfare as a whole. This concept does not only apply to Muslims, but also to all individuals on this earth because it is in line with the definition of Islam as a religion that is rahmatan lil alamin, which means Grace to all nature. The emergence of Islamic economics is aimed at building an economic framework based on religious sources so that a state economic order is formed based on justice as well as equality for the birth of a civilized society under the protection of Allah SWT. Every human activity in Islam has a principle with a measurement of the value of his merits and sins. Everything that is done by humans and has the value of worship will get a reward, and everything that contains the value of harm or harms one party will be worth a sin in the eyes of the creator. In life and quality formation of human character, Islam bases economic development on the formation of each individual who is directed to God as controlling every human action in daily mu'amalah. people who prioritize economic changes only with spiritual matters, they still deviate from God's law, each economic actor and government play an important role in creating prosperity in every level of society. This study aims to determine the role of waqf in developing MSMEs through financing schemes. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The literature study was conducted by reviewing and examining various literature and policies related to the concept and role of waqf as an instrument for financing MSMEs after the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of this study show that waqf and MSMEs have a very close relationship in an effort to realize community welfare. The role of waqf as an alternative source of financing for MSMEs is carried out through the distribution pattern of waqf benefits as well as in the form of cash waqf.

This research is motivated by the large tourism potential possessed by the Gus Dur grave area. Apart from Gus Dur being the 4th president of the Republic of Indonesia, the beauty and Islamic nuances presented make it a special attraction to keep visiting. Nearly 30,000 tourists come every month from various regions and this will increase during holidays and before Ramadan. With the existing potential, this is an opportunity for people to get out of the cycle of poverty which can be done through empowering the community's economy. However, the absence of skills training and coaching from management means that the local community is unable to stand alone to produce a product that is usually bought and sold around the Gus Dur Tomb tourist attraction. The aim of the research is to determine the influence of the concept of halal tourism, both partially and simultaneously, on the economic empowerment of civil society in Tebuireng Jombang. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The research results show that: 1) There is a simultaneous influence of the halal tourism concept on the economic empowerment of civil society in Tebuireng Jombang based on the t test with a sig level value and the F test with a sig level value. So H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. 2) of the 5 variables, the ad-din variable has the greatest contribution to community economic empowerment. Pondok pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang sudah lama berkembang di Indonesia, pesantren merangkumi unsur unsur yang berperan dalam penyebaran islam dalam bentuk pendidikan. Hakikat pondok pesantren adalah persiapan sebuah generasi menjalani kehidupan terbaiknya di hadapan Allah swt, memenuhi tugas mereka sebagai khalifah di bumi. Namun Sesuai dengan tuntutan zaman, pesantren harus mampu mencetak lulusan dengan berbagai ketrampilan, karena tidak semua alumni menjadi ulama atau kiai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang bagaimana pondok pesantren memainkan peran dalam menumbuhkan jiwa entreprenur pada santri di Pesantren Rahmatan Lil Alamin. Berwirausaha merupakan salah satu jenis pendidikan yang diberikan kepada santri Pondok Pesantren Rahmatan Lil Alamin sebagai persiapan kedepannya. Mendapatkan pengalaman berwirausaha selama berada di pesantren dapat menjadi salah satu faktor yang membantu lulusan dalam mencari peluang kerja yang menghasilkan keuntungan finansial. Hal tersebut dapat dijadikan sebagai jalan pintas untuk meraih pendapatan yang lebih tinggi. Metode yang dipakai dalam mengumpulkan data yaitu metode wawancara dan studi dokumen sedangkan teknik analisis data digunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif.

Competition in the business world is unavoidable, therefore if you want to enter the business world, you need self-preparation or a survival strategy to face other business competitors. Survival strategies are several ways that are used by a person, or group of people to maintain the existence of a self that is valuable or considered valuable, both material and non-material.The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. Qualitative research is research that aims to gain a deep understanding of a phenomenon in a society without using the process of measurement and calculation. Data collection methods used in this study include observation or observations, interviews with key informants, and documentation that supports the research process. The data analysis technique used in this research is using SWOT analysis.Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the best defensive strategy that must be done at this time is to apply the SO (strength opportunities) strategy. This strategy is carried out to take advantage of the company's strengths in order to capture the opportunities the company has. Using promotional media that is right on target, namely promotional media with internet networks because promotional media with internet networks are very appropriate to use in the modern era, consumers can access their requests easily and flexibly because they can be done anywhere and anytime. The researcher hopes that entrepreneurs will pay more attention to the problems of competition and obstacles in the home industry so that they can compete with large industries. In micro economic studies, the discussion is based on individual behavior as economic actors whose task is to determine price levels in the market mechanism process. The market mechanism itself is an interaction between demand from consumers and supply from producers, so that the price formed is a combination of the strengths of each party. This research uses descriptive qualitative research by examining conditions in the field which will then be analyzed based on observation data. Based on the results of the analysis of the rice demand system in traditional markets by considering the factors that influence it and the results of data collection, it can be seen that the demand for rice in Jember Regency is still very high. Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT Dana Desa) is one of the actions taken by the government to provide subsidies to people in need in Indonesia. The aims of this study are: 1) Economic Conditions of Direct Cash Assistance (BLT Dana Desa) in RT 03 RW 18 Village Langsepan, Sumbersari District. 2) Mechanism for the distribution of Direct Village Fund Cash Assistance (BLT Dana Desa) to the community in RT 03 RW 18 Langsepan Village, Sumbersari District. This type of research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach, determining research subjects using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation, the validity of the data in this study used technical triangulation. The results of this study indicate that: 1. Village Fund BLT recipients in Langsepan Village, Sumbersari District before the COVID-19 pandemic had an irregular income, but still can find a job to meet their daily needs. During the COVID-19 pandemic it hampered this in meeting economic needs so that the Village Fund BLT helped meet the basic needs of the community. 2. The mechanism for distributing Village Fund BLT in Langsepan Village, Sumbersari District, is carried out in cash every month for 9 months in the village office hall by complying with health protocols, in 3 stages/waves from April 2020 to December 2020 by implementing the accuracy of determining choice, target accuracy, timeliness, and program monitoring so that the distribution mechanism can be said to be effective. Nowadays, there are many financial institutions that adhere to sharia principles, both micro and macro, both in the form of bank and non-bank Islamic financial institutions. These financial institutions have their respective roles and operations. Bank Syari'ah Mandiri (BSM) is a financial institution whose operational system is based on sharia principles which are based on the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. Where the main task is to collect funds from people who have more funds and distribute them to people who need them. Sharia banks also provide services. One of the sharia financial institutions in Tanjungpinang is BSM Tanjungpinang. BSM Tanjungpinang offers several fund distribution products, including muraabahah financing, which is most popular with customers. This research uses qualitative research, namely research procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of words. Data analysis carried out in research uses deductive analysis, namely a method of thinking that begins with theories, postulates and general provisions and then draws specific conclusions. This research results in the conclusion that the pillars and conditions of the muraabahah contract in muraabahah financing at BSM Tanjungpinang have been fully fulfilled and in accordance with sharia provisions. Loyalty is a customer's commitment to a product or service as measured by repurchasing. Customer loyalty has an important role in a company. Maintaining them means improving financial performance and maintaining the viability of a company. This is the main reason for a company, to attract and retain customers. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach aimed at describing and drawing the phenomena that exist in the field regarding strategies to maintain customer loyalty. With data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the strategy to maintain customer loyalty in the Rara Laundry business is said to be good, because it is in accordance with the theory of strategy to build customer loyalty. However, in reality, a good strategy has not been able to maintain customer loyalty. It is concluded that the supporting factors have not fully maintained customer loyalty. While the inhibiting factors from external parties dominate the level of customer loyalty. Keywords: Strategy, loyalty
