Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan utuk mendeskripsikan tentang inovasi pelayanan publik melalui e-government di Dinas Kependudukan Catatan Sipil Kota Gorontalo. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengabsahan data dilakukan melalaui teknik kredibilitas dan tranferabilitas. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik interaktif Miles Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa inovasi pelayanan dokumen kependudukan melalui e-governement di Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Gorontalo berupa pelayanan administrasi kependudukan terintegrasi dan pelayanan daring telah dilaksanakan namun belum optimal. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat dalam menggunakan aplikasi pelayanan berbasis elektronik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran pemerintah dalam pengembangan pemberdayaan kerajinan akar jati di Desa Geneng Margomulyo Kabupaten Bojonegoro untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat, yang akan ditinjau melalui empat peran pemerintah dalam pemberdayaan menurut teori Jim Ife dan Frank Tesoriero (2008), yaitu sebagai fasilitator, edukasi, representatif, dan teknologi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi kepustakaan,wawancara mendalam dengan narasumber, observasi, dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa peran pemerintah mampu meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat dengan: (1) Peran dalam fasilitasi, pemerintah memberikan berbagai fasilitas pembiayaan dan pembangunan pasar sebagai penunjang pengrajin akar jati, (2) Peran dalam edukasi, pemerintah memberikan pelatihan pada para pengrajin sebagai upaya inovasi produk kerajinan akar jati agar lebih ekonomis, dan bernilai lebih, (3) Peran dalam Representatif, pemerintah bekerjasama dengan beberapa instansi terkait bantuan pembiayaan masyarakat Geneng dalam pemberdayaan kerajinan akar jati, (4) Peran dalam Teknologi, Pemerintah memberikan pembinaan dan sosialisasi tentang teknologi kepada masyarakat sebagai sarana media promosi hasi lkerajinan akar jati.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how to relate job satisfaction with the organization's commitment to firefighters in sidoarjo district. This kind of research USES quantitative research. Hypothetical testing. This research sample is sidoarjo county PMK with a total of 78 samples. Data processing is done using version 25 of the SPSS device. Research shows that working satisfaction in the NCG region's ncd-d-2 region is low, sufficient, and high, where most of the work satisfaction of the respondents is low enough (70%), while the high work satisfaction alone is 13 (17%) and the low job satisfaction of 10 respondents (13%). However, the rupiah still had a chance to strengthen to rp9,100 per dollar, he said.

Abstract

This research is interesting to discuss the effect of ISO 9001:2008 on employee performance and employee motivation in the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) office. Surabaya City 1st class immigration service. In this study, the method used is a quantitative approach with the type of explanatory research. The sampling technique was based on purposive sampling with a total of approximately 70 civil servants. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and documentation, while the data analysis technique used in this study was a statistical test using SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that the ISO 9001:2008 quality management standard influences employee motivation and performance in the level 1 immigration office in Surabaya. The results also show that one of the variable dimensions is an infrastructure dominant in employee motivation and performance. Performance in public services is one of the outputs produced and shows the quality of an organization. Public services in a government office have always been in the spotlight by some people. This condition causes the need for quality improvement and quality in public service management standards. To improve the quality, you can use the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system. In addition to performance, the change in motivation that is built up from the organization is also one of the impacts of the role of the ISO 9001 quality management system.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on human resources, the impact on unemployment, the effectiveness of work from home, the impact on workers' mental health, and the effect on the quality of the workforce. . The object of research focuses on employment. The method of collecting data from research was carried out through literature studies with gap analysis method and descriptive method. Namely, with data sourced from reputable journals and information media. The results showed that the Covid-19 Pandemic increased the unemployment rate, increasing the anxiety and stress level of workers and the existence of work from home decreases the productivity level of workers so that the quality of human resources decreases. Implementation work from home (WFH) during a pandemic caused unrest that working at home can mengurungi work productivity, make it increasingly difficult to be cooperation not directly, as well as the impact on pe declined an 'll salaries of workers .

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence consumer loyalty at PT. Kebakkramat Elang Perkasa. The method of data collection was carried out using a questionnaire containing questions related to the research variables and using a simple random sampling technique. The collected data is then processed and tabulated using the data instrument test, classical assumption test, F test, coefficient of determination test, multiple linear regression analysis, and t test. The results of the analysis show that the variables of marketing strategy, product quality, service quality, and customer satisfaction each have a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the significance of the influence of individual abilities, work discipline and work experience on organizational progress at the Yogyakarta City Health Office. This type of research is a quantitative research method using SPSS 24. While the data collection technique in this study uses a questionnaire media with the Likert method. The population in this study were employees of the Yogyakarta city education office. The sampling technique used simple random sampling and obtained a sample of 105 employees of the Yogyakarta City Education Office. Based on the tests that have been completed in this research, the results show that: (1) individual abilities do not have a significant influence on organizational progress. (2) Work discipline has a significant effect on organizational progress. (3) Work experience has a significant effect on organizational progress. (4) Individual ability, work discipline and work experience simultaneously affect the progress of the organization.

Abstract

This study attempts to analyze the restaurant tax to increase Regional Original Income (PAD) in DKI Jakarta Province by describing the potential and obstacles amid the opportunities and challenges in the digital era. The results of the analysis of this study aim to explore the expansion of the restaurant tax base by utilizing technology to increase digital transactions. The method in this study uses the SWOT analysis methods. The data was obtained from the official website of the Regional Revenue Agency of DKI Jakarta Province from 2019 to 2020 by using documentation study data. This study concludes that the regional tax authority of DKI Jakarta Province is needed to oversee digital transactions as an expansion of the restaurant tax base regulated by local laws and regulations in the digital by utilizing technology to increase digital transactions amid the Covid-19 pandemic. Thus, collaboration with other institutions will give success of modernizing the restaurant tax administration system can be an opportunity to expand the tax base against challenges in the digital era that have a positive impact on local tax revenues and positive regional fiscal quality the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government in implementing regional autonomy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, job satisfaction and compensation on turnover intention in press company employees in the Indonesian Cyber ​​Media Union (SMSI) South Sulawesi (South Sulawesi). In collecting data, the writer uses the accidental sampling method with a sample of 32 respondents (employees). This research has been tested using a test instrument consisting of validity and reliability. In addition to the instrument test, the analysis used is the classical assumption test, hypothesis testing, and multiple linear regression testing using the SPSS 26.0 program. The results of the reseashowsshow that the first test is that leadership has a negative and insignificant effect on turnover intention, therefore leaders at press companies should change the leadership pattern that is in accordance with the character of the employees they have in order to build a good synergy to foster job satisfaction and comfort. The second test, job satisfaction has a negative and insignificant effect on turnover intention, this is a concern for the company that employees can survive not only because of job satisfaction but other things. Thus the third test, compensation has a negative and insignificant effect on turnover intention, the company's attention to compensation still needs seriousness and real implementation so that employees can stay longer at the company.

Abstract

The purpose was to determine the effect of Online Customer Review , Word Of Mouth, and Price Consciousness on Buying Interest at Shopee. Type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were active students of the 2018 and 2019 Faculty of Economics, Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa totaling 1,383 then 120 samples. Sampling was carried out using the purposive sampling method. The data collection technique used was a survey method using a questionnaire. Then the data is processed using SPSS IBM Version 23, the data analysis technique used is data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression test, t test, and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of this study, online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on buying interest. this is evidenced by the t-count value of 4.943 and the significant value is shown by 0.000 <0.05. word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on buying interest, this is evidenced by the t-count value of 3.436 and a significant value shown by 0.001 <0.05. Price Consciousness has a positive and significant effect on buying interest, this is evidenced by the t-count value of 3.451 and a significant value shown by 0.001 <0.05.
