Abstract

This study is motivated by the phenomenon of a shift in customer interest in reference on beauty products, which initially prefer to use beauty products from internasional brand, recently preferring to use local beauty products from Indonesia. This study aims to determine what dimensions of customer satisfaction have an effect on repurchase interest in Somethinc’s products.The method used is quantitative research with descriptive type. Multiple linear regression analysis was used as a data analysis technique. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. This study managed to collect 300 respondents.The descriptive analysis that has been successfully summarized states that product quality, service quality, and repurchase interest are in the good category. Meanwhile, the variables of emotion and ease are included in the very good category. This study also concludes that both simultaneously and partially customer satisfaction has a significant effect on repurchase interestsby 64.2%. The remaining 35.8% is influenced by other variables not examined and explained by this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and identify factors that hinder the rational behavior of bureaucratic politics in the 2019 elections in Boalemo County. To answer this goal, this study uses qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach. The results showed that ASNs in the structural and functional ranks of teachers tend to behave irrationally in elections. Meanwhile, ASNs who are in the functional ranks of Health tend to be rational in making political choices. There are three factors that hinder ASN's political preferences in politically rational behavior, including familial and kinship factors or fraternal ties, the existence of regional heads as incumbents and the last is the motive factor for career offices. This is why asn tends not to be neutral in the 2019 elections in Boalemo County. Asn neutrality can be achieved if it behaves rationally in determining political choices consisting of logical considerations and consistency based on the vision, mission and work programs of both political parties and candidates.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada berkembangnya era revolusi 4.0 yang menjadikan content creator salah satunya yaitu YouTuber sebagai alternatif pilihan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan pendapatan yang diperoleh YouTuber dengan pekerja dari sektor formal seperti Banking and Financial Services, Consumer Goods and Services, Engineering, Hi Tech, dan Life Science. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi peningkatan profitabilitas YouTuber. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk mengidentifikasi pendapatan yang diperoleh YouTuber dan pekerja dari sektor formal, serta metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menentukan strategi sukses YouTuber meningkatkan profitabilitas. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode non probability sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jumlah rata-rata pendapatan yang diperoleh YouTuber lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan karyawan dari sektor formal seperti Banking and Financial Services, Consumer Goods and Services, Engineering, Hi Tech, dan Life Science. Hasil menunjukkan faktor yang sangat berpengaruh adalah personal branding. Aktor yang sangat berpengaruh adalah content writer. Meningkatkan jumlah viewers merupakan tujuan yang paling diprioritaskan oleh YouTuber dalam meningkatkan profitabilitas. Alternatif strategi yang paling penting dilakukan oleh YouTuber adalah membuat konten dengan topik yang up to date.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the financial management of BOS funds during the Covid-19 pandemic at Al-Ihsan Baleendah Private MTs. Financial management should receive more attention because if financial management is carried out properly, it will facilitate activities and achieve organizational goals. The theory used in the researcher is Mulyasa's financial management theory which includes (1) Financial Planning, (2) Implementation, and (3) Evaluation. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is according to Miles & Huberman which consists of data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the management of BOS funds at Al-Ihsan Baleendah Private MTs has been running well and smoothly where in financial planning, the preparation of RKAM at Al-Ihsan Baleendah Private MTs has been in accordance with existing technical instructions. Then in Implementation, the distribution is carried out in two stages or per semester. The use of BOS funds in 2020 has complied with the technical instructions. And at the Evaluation stage, supervision of the management of BOS funds at the Al-Ihsan Baleendah Private MTs in 2020 is carried out by the Madrasah Committee. Meanwhile, the LPJ is evaluated by the Regency Ministry of Religion.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of culture shock on employees of the Ministry of Agriculture in the new normal era. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The data using primary data is conducting interviews with employees of Kementerian Pertanian and secondary data using literature and documentation relevant to the problem taken. Data analysis is carried out through the stages of Data Reduction, Data Presentation and conclusion. The work from home system is allowed in a sector that focuses on services. Differences in work culture will cause the impact of culture shock which is characterized by a sense of anxiety and fear, to find out the result, researchers use ABC theory in culture shock. The results of this study show that the culture shock that comes from the interpersonal of employees who are dominated by Behavior component includes communication and coordination that has not been effective due to the implementation of 50% WFO and 50% WFH, services that have not been delivered optimally, fear of the spread of the virus from colleagues, and have not been able to adjust homework and offices for female employees. This is because employees are able to adjust to the new normal era.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the prohibition of female circumcision involving the World Helth Organization (WHO) and the National Commission on Women. Where the organization gives legitimacy that female circumcision violates Human Rights. The methods used in this study are qualitative and descriptive research methods. For the location of the study was carried out in Gorontalo Regency. The results showed that the implementation of female circumcision in Gorontalo did not conflict with juridical law in terms of the procedure for implementing female circumcision as stated in the regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 6 of 2014. In addition, the factor that makes female circumcision mandatory for indigenous peoples in Gorontalo Regency, namely the belief that female circumcision ( Mongubingo) can suppress sexual desire, behavior, and sturdiness in maintaining Islamic law. now. Dnature this is the purpose of female circumcision is actually to regulate the order in religious values, customs and norms that apply to societya as well as the practice of beliefs and symbols of greatness of traditions oriented towards the Custom of serendikan syarak, syarak bersendikan kitabullah (ASQ).

Abstract

The existence of a multi-party system embraced by the Indonesian nation, gives legitimacy to individuals and groups with open space has the right to establish political parties. This is in line with the principle of democratic rights in accordance with the constitution of the Indonesian nation where there is a guarantee of freedom of expression through a forum for organizations or political parties. This study aims to describe the motives for the establishment of the Indonesian student party, using a philanthropic approach. Where philanthropy is a method of measuring human behavior that has great expectations and realities. The methods used in this research are qualitative and case studies use prime and secondary data analysis techniques. As a result of this research, the establishment of the Indonesian student party in the inauguration on the basis of expectations and incompatible realities in the government system is a driving factor for the formation of the party (PMI). In addition, the presence of this party was also mediated by the growth initiated by the group that wanted change.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze and describe the quality of public services in the Entalsewu Village Government, Buduran District, Sidoarjo Regency. The research method was carried out qualitatively with a case study approach. Collecting data by interview, observation and documentation. Data processing with reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data with credibility test through triangulation of sources and techniques. The results showed: (1) the ability of human resources: first, skilled in compiling and storing public service files. Second, have a good knowledge of filing and administering services. Third, have a disciplined attitude to work, friendly and fair in service. (2) the facilities and infrastructure used: computers, handtrees, filing cabinets, waiting rooms. (3) service procedures: starting from the head of the neighborhood unit or residents, continued at the village office and other government offices (4) types of public services, namely the management of police records, certificates of inability to education and health, management of loss, birth management, death management, marriage management, business domicile management, business license information processing, moving location management, travel management, people's business credit management, management of decreasing or adding electricity power and managing different names.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived value, brand awareness, perceived quality on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones to students at the Muhammadiyah University of Jember. The source of the data used in this study was the distribution of questionnaires to students at the Muhammadiyah University of Jember who used Xiaomi smartphones as many as 120 respondents. The sampling technique is based on a proportional random sampling technique where samples are taken from members of the population using a random method without regard to the strata in a particular population. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical test, data instrument test (validity test, reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing (t test, coefficient of determination). multiple linear regression using t test which states that there is a significant effect of perceived value, brand awareness, perceived quality of purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The Building Permit is a form of permit granted by the One Stop Integrated Investment Agency for Industry and Manpower in the City of Bukittinggi from various kinds of permits granted. In this study, to see the Public Service Innovation of Building Permits in the City of Bukittinggi. This study applies a qualitative method. The object of this research is the Front Office DPMTSPPTK which is involved in providing services, Sector B staff who are involved in obtaining building permits. The results of the data obtained by conducting in-depth observations or examinations, interviews or questions and answers, data, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, various obstacles were found in the process of implementing public service innovations such as the use of SIMBG carried out by the Bukittinggi City DPMTSPPTK. As the focus of the research, which describes more public service innovations in the Bukittinggi City DPMTSPPTK. There are 5 innovation indicators proposed by Rogers in the Pangestu, namely Relative Advantage, Compatibility, Triability, and Observability.At the end of the study, it can be concluded that DPMPTSPTK has implemented innovations in public services, al though there are still things that need to be improved and improved.
