The purpose of this study was to describe and determine the implementation of the Rice Farming Business Insurance Program (AUTP) in Kedungpring District, Lamongan Regency. The theory used in this research is the implementation model theory by Edward III. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The focus of communication in the implementation of the Rice Farmer Business Insurance Program (AUTP) in Kedungpring District, Lamongan Regency has not been implemented properly. This happens because there are still inconsistencies in the coordination and communication of the Office of Food Crops, Horticulture, and Plantations of Lamongan Regency to Field Extension Officers and to the community in Kedungpring District; (2) Resources are well implemented; (3) the disposition in the implementation of the Rice Farming Business Insurance Program (AUTP) in Kedungpring District, Lamongan Regency can be said to have been implemented well; (4) the bureaucratic structure in the implementation of the AUTP program in Kedungpring District can be said to have not been implemented properly because there is no work flow arrangement for field officers.

This study aims to determine the effect of communication variables and personality variables on community satisfaction variables through service quality variables. The type of research used is descriptive research through a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires and the data analysis technique used is path analysis with the help of the SPSS version 26 application. X1) and Personality (X2) have a direct effect on the Service Quality variable (Y), there is only a direct influence on the Communication variable (X1) and the Service Quality variable (Y) on the Community Satisfaction variable (Z), there is no indirect effect on the variable Communication (X1) on the Community Satisfaction variable (Z) through the Service Quality variable (Y), and there is an indirect influence on the Personality variable (X2) on the Community Satisfaction variable (Z) through the Service Quality variable (Y). Based on the results of the study, it is hoped that the Driyorejo Village office employees can improve service quality, improve communication and personality in order to create better Driyorejo Village community satisfaction and researchers hope that further research can add other variables to make research more accurate.

This study aims to determine the effect of infrastructure on community satisfaction, the effect of service quality on community satisfaction and the effect of infrastructure and service quality together on community satisfaction. The type of research used is descriptive research through a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26 application. The results of the study draw conclusions based on the t test, infrastructure (X1) has an effect on community satisfaction (Y). Service quality (X2) has an effect on community satisfaction (Y). Furthermore, based on the results of the simultaneous test obtained F count of 193,058 with a probability value of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that simultaneously the variables of infrastructure (X1) and service quality (X2) have a direct influence on the variable of community satisfaction (Y). Based on the results of the study, it is hoped that the Disdukcapil office employees can increase the availability of good and decent facilities and infrastructure and service quality in order to create better community satisfaction and hope that further research can add other variables, so that research can be more accurate.

Budget planning is the initial stage for the running of government activities. Budget planning becomes an instrument or tool in evaluating and monitoring government performance to achieve the intended mission vision. This research aims to find out the budget planning in Bappelitbang Bandung city in 2019-2020 reviewed from the principle of preparing APBD. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, documentation and triangulation. The determination of informants in this study was done with purposive sampling techniques. In processing and analysis of data is carried out with three series including data reduction, presentation of data, and verification or drawing conclusions. The results showed that the budget planning in Bappelitbang Bandung city in 2019-2020 was reviewed from the principle of preparing APBD has been going well. However, there are several obstacles in budget planning, including due to the covid 19 pandemic that causes less than maximum budget uptake and lack of human resources in terms of budget planning.

This study intends to explore the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at Bank Negara Indonesia Rengat Branch. It employs a descriptive-causality quantitative approach. A saturated sample was utilized to draw data from the study's 55 participants, all of whom worked for PT Bank Negara Indonesia Branch Rengat. Multiple linear regression analysis was done to assess the data. The Tbk Rengat Branch of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) seeks to succeed in the highly competitive banking business. Bank Negara Indonesia Rengat Branch is particularly concerned about staff performance, as can be observed by its attempts to encourage performance improvement. According to figures obtained in 2019 and 2020, there has been a drop in performance. The results of the research of work motivation and work discipline impact the performance of workers of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Rengat Branch by 53.9 percent partially and concurrently.

This study aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of work engagement on employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. Research using quantitative methods involved 122 employees of Kimia Farma Pharmacy Business Unit Jayapura City, Papua. The results of the study indicate that employees perceive work involvement and their performance at a moderate level on average. In addition, the hypothesis test conducted shows that work involvement has a positive influence on the performance of Kimia FarmaApotek Business Unit employees in Jayapura City, Papua. Kimia Farma Pharmacy Business Unit Jayapura City, Papua. Having the opportunity to improve the employee experience during the Covid-19 pandemic phase by focusing on employee health and safety towards a more nuanced approach to creating a work environment that encourages passion, dedication, and devotion to serving customers.

This study aims to determine the financial management of Regional Original Income (PAD) in Maintaining the Ratio of Regional Independence of Cilegon City in 2018-2020. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Regional FinancialManagement Agency (BPKAD), as the regional apparatus authorized to manage regional finances ofCilegon City. The theory used by Baldric Siregar consists of Financial Planning, Financial Implementation, and Financial Reporting using the Halim formula, namely the Regional Financial Independence Ratio, Effectiveness Ratio, and Efficiency Ratio. The results of the study concluded that the City of Cilegon uses an information system to facilitate the implementation and reporting of PAD regional finance, although Cilegon City still relies on transfer funds (both from the Provincial Government and Central Government), but has made efforts to increase regional independence based on the average percentage growth PAD is 39.41%. Based on the effectiveness ratio, So it can be concluded that the financial performance of the Cilegon City Government for 3 years (2018-2020) is quite good even though it fluctuates per year.

This research was conducted with the aim of: 1). To describe the social impact on the community regarding the existence of the North Gorontalo reservoir. 2). To describe the economic impact on the community regarding the existence of the North Gorontalo reservoir. The research method used is descriptive with the type of qualitative research. The data used are sourced from primary data obtained from interviews and secondary data obtained from publications relevant to the study. The results of this study indicate that: 1). The social impact of the existence of the dam is to make the relationship between the community closer, especially the farmers because they always work together, help each other and work together with other farmers. This mutual cooperation activity in Tolinggula Beach Village, Tolinggula District is known as "Molude" (planting). 2). The economic impact on the existence of the reservoir is the existence of job opportunities and large business opportunities for the community as well as increased income and acceleration of infrastructure development such as the construction of access roads to the location of the reservoir.

This study aims to determine and describe the quality of service and employee performance on community satisfaction in Ambulu Village, Sumberasih District, Probolinggo Regency. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods by setting a sample of 100 people with the aim of explaining the relationship between variables through the submission of formulated hypotheses. The data analysis technique applied is multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis answered that the quality of service and employee performance to the community there was a significant relationship. The level of significance of service quality and employee performance on employee performance can be seen through the results of the F test, it is found that service quality and employee performance simultaneously affect community satisfaction. This is evidenced by the statement, if F count F table or significant value <0.05. Then, the result of F Count is greater than F table which is 35.957 > 2.75 then Ha is accepted, which means that service quality and employee performance simultaneously have an effect on community satisfaction in Ambulu village, Sumberasih sub-district, Probolinggo district.

The purpose of this study was to examine how the online work environment affects the health of teachers and how it affects their productivity at the Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SD-IT). Path analysis method is an analytical approach used in this study. Teachers have faced a number of challenges as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, including some degree of disruption for both teachers and students. Basically, maintaining a smooth teaching and learning process (PBM) that results in high productivity requires more than just a healthy work environment and also depends on the health of teachers. According to the measurement of the effectiveness and efficiency of teacher skills, there has been a decline in teacher productivity in online learning, which in the 2020-2021 school year ranged from only 70-75%. According to research findings, the work environment has a negative impact of 19.27% on teacher productivity in terms of their physical and mental health. The priority for improvement is the work environment, followed by the creation of health conditions that will increase teacher productivity.
