Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of learning from home on learning motivation and to know and analyze the effect of learning from home on learning outcomes at SMK Negeri 2 Kayuagung. In this study using primary data and secondary data, primary data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 46 students as sample respondents. The quatitative reseach is used. Simple resression was used to analyse the data by using SPSS 22 version in model development and hypothesis testing. From the results of data analysis of the variables studied, namely the teacher competency variable and the learning strategy variable showed that learning from home at SMK Negeri 2 kayuagung was affective, and there was a significant relationship to the learning motivation but there was no significant to the learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and work compensation on employee’s performance with work motivation as mediation at Wyndham Garden Kuta Beach Bali. The research method is descriptive causality using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is using non-probability sampling on employees in the guest contact department. Data collection technique by distributing questionnaires to 56 respondents. The data analysis technique used is a path test with the SmartPLS 3.0 Software analysis tool. The results showed that: (1) transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) work compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) work motivation has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, (4) transformational leadership style has a negative and significant effect on work motivation, (5) work compensation has a positive and significant effect on work motivation and (6) work motivation does not have mediating role either transformational leadership style nor work compensation on the employees performance of Wyndham Garden Kuta Beach Bali. Theoretically this research is providing the implications that work compensation is the main factor in improving employee performance. Practically, this research has implications for Wyndham Garden Kuta Beach Bali that there is an expectation of an increase in employee performance by giving attention to the aspects of leadership style, work compensation, and employee motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to test and measure the relationship and influence both partially and simultaneously on service responsiveness, transaction speed, service presence, professionalism, and overall service satisfaction on customer satisfaction at PT Pegadaian CP Sukoharjo. Then to find out the most dominant variable relationship and its influence on customer satisfaction at PT Pegadaian CP Sukoharjo. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting primary and secondary data through distributing questionnaires and literature data. The population in the customer research at PT Pegadaian CP Sukoharjo took a sample of 50 respondents with Convenience Sampling. Providing good service is something that is expected by every service provider and those who receive service. If a service company is not careful in attracting consumers, it can result in consumers leaving the company and moving to other companies that are considered more satisfying to their customers. In an effort to attract consumers, service companies must further improve their services both in service quality, service results and matters related to the service directly. The results of the study found that both partially and simultaneously there is a significant positive relationship and influence of optimal service quality consisting of service responsiveness, transaction speed, service presence, professionalism, and overall service satisfaction on customer satisfaction at PT Pegadaian CP Sukoharjo. Then it was also found that service responsiveness had the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction at PT Pegadaian CP Sukoharjo. Customer/consumer satisfaction can be explained by service responsiveness, transaction speed, service presence, professionalism, and overall service satisfaction of 85.70. While the remaining 14.30% is explained by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

the purpose of this research is to find out whether the variables that are factors in this study have a large and significant effect on the increasing number of Shopee users in their interest in buying online shopping. In this research, service quality, price perception and brand image are used as factors that influence buying interest in Tokopedia E-Commerce. With primary data collection techniques obtained directly through filling out questionnaires by Tokopedia users. Researchers collected data using a questionnaire. The research method used to achieve the goal is a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis. The criteria for the selected respondents are Tokopedia e-commerce users. In this study using SPSS software in order to help process and analyze data in research. Test results in this study are service quality has a significant influence on repurchase intention on Tokopedia E-Commerce, Price Perception has a significant influence on repurchase intention on Tokopedia E-Commerce,: Brand Image has a significant influence on repurchase intention on Tokopedia E-Commerce, and the results of the F test are Service Quality, Price Perception and Brand Image simultaneously influence repurchase intention. Abstract

This aim of the research was conducted to determine the role of job satisfaction as a mediating influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on the performance of employees of the Regional Secretariat of Buleleng Regency. The research design used is causal quantitative. The objects of this research are organizational culture, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and employee performance. The subjects of this study were ASN employees in the Regional Secretariat of Buleleng Regency. The population used in this research is all ASN employees in the Regional Secretariat of Buleleng Regency. Collecting data through questionnaires and observation. Researchers use SEM PLS for data analysis techniques. The results of this study state that: (1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in the Regional Secretariat of Buleleng Regency. (2) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in the Regional Secretariat of Buleleng Regency. (3) Organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction in the Regional Secretariat of Buleleng Regency. (4) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction in SETDA Buleleng Regency. (5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Regional Secretariat of Buleleng Regency. (6) The role of job satisfaction as a mediation has a positive and significant effect on the influence of organizational culture on employee performance in the Regional Secretariat of Buleleng Regency. (7) The role of job satisfaction as a mediation has a positive and significant effect in mediating the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance in the Regional Secretariat of Buleleng Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, knowledge management, leader member exchange on the employees performance of the Infrastructure 2 division of PT Housing Development (Persero) Tbk Jakarta.. This research uses quantitative methods with the analysis technique used, namely the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) analysis. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling and saturated sampling, with the number of respondents participating as many as 84 employees. Based on performance data from the Infrastructure 2 division of PT. Housing Development (Persero) Tbk Jakarta in 2019,2020 and 2021 there is a problem, namely experiencing a decline in performance. The results of the analysis show that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and knowledge management, organizational culture and leader member exchange, knowledge management and performance, leader member exchange and performance, as well as the relationship of organizational culture to performance through knowledge management and leader member exchange. From this research, it proves that the better and higher the implementation of organizational culture in knowledge management and leadership of member exchange leaders in the company, it will be followed by an increase in the performance of employees or companies in the Infrastructure division 2 of PT. Abstract

This study has a goal, namely to be able to determine the effect partially or simultaneously on the variables of leadership, work discipline, motivation on employee performance. In order for management activities to work optimally, the organization must have competent and trained workers and then efforts to operate the organization as well as possible to improve employee performance. This shows that it is increasingly clear that the position of human resources in a company is an important asset that must be managed properly and correctly. This research was conducted on PT Batk Keris employees who are located at Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan No. 1. Surakarta. The population is all employees as many as 50 people, then all are taken as samples (saturated sampling). The results of the study can be stated that there is a partial and simultaneous influence of the variables of leadership, work discipline and work motivation on employee performance. The influence of the three independent variables turns out to be the leadership variable that has the most dominant influence on the ups and downs of employee performance. The influence of the variables of leadership, work discipline and motivation is 88.60%, while the remaining 11.40% is influenced by other factors that are not included in this study.

Abstract

Millennial generation is a generation that has competitiveness, collaborative, and innovative, responsive to technology although sometimes referred as a generation that is impatient with something, easily distracted and tend to be self-oriented, and consider work is not just a matter of salary. For this reason, it is necessary to know whether career development and compensation factors have an influence on job satisfaction because of course there are many factors that make a worker especially millennial generation feel satisfied at work The sampel used is 145 respondent and data collection by distributing online questionnaires using Google Form. The analysis technique used in this study is classic assumption test. The result of the study which used quantitative analysis method, found that career development, and compensation have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction on millennial generation in Jakarta and for that further research is needed with a wider sample and analyze other factors.

Abstract

Therefore, this study aims to determine the relationship between the implementation of good governance based on employment contracts, bureaucratic reform, and E-goverment in order to improve the efficiency of government administration in the city of Surabaya. This research also uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques in the form of descriptive analytical techniques that are explained or discussed descriptively and based on relevant literature reviews by studying and collecting data taken from articles published in various scientific journals and book collections. The instrument used is secondary data referenced from the relevant literature review. In an effort to improve government administration, Surabaya city conducts bureaucratic reforms based on work contracts where government administrators, such as regional heads, are always required to achieve predetermined work targets. The results of this study indicate that in the implementation of bureaucratic reform to achieve good governance, the Surabaya city government uses the concept of work contracts to run well with the output in the form of work evaluation using the concept of work contracts that utilize technology (e-government) so that it can be more transparent. This is evidenced from several aspects, such as the use of e-government related to the establishment of good governance practices, the implementation of good governance related to bureaucratic institutional reform, there is a relationship between performance and electronic government, performance with bureaucratic reform, and the implementation of good governance with performance.

Abstract

This study aim to examine the influence of (1) internal communication on job satisfaction (2) internal communication on job satisfaction (3) internal communication and interpersonal communication on job satisfaction. The subjects in this study were POLRI members at the Sawan Police. The objects in this study were internal communication, interpersonal communication, and job satisfaction of POLRI members at the Sawan Polsek. The population in this study were all POLRI members at the Sawan Polsek, totaling 57 people. The method used in this research is to use a descriptive quantitative method. Where in this descriptive quantitative research, the data collected is in the form of numbers which are the result of distributing questionnaires to the sample (respondents). The sample in this study is all members of the population or is a saturated sample. This research is also a type of causal quantitative research. Where this study aims to determine the causal relationship arising from the independent variables on the dependent variable. The data obtained was then processed using multiple linear regression analysis models with the help of SPSS 22 software. The results of the research using the 't' test showed that the value of the internal communication variable wast count 2.702 > t table 2.005 and the interpersonal communication variable shows a value of t count 4.718 > t table 2.005. Then based on the results of the 'f' test that was carried out, the results were obtained forf count 76,978 < 3,165 f table.Furthermore, based on the results of calculations using multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient results obtained from the job satisfaction variable were 7.258 and the coefficients from the internal communication and interpersonal communication variables were 0.312 and 0.548 respectively. With an Adjusted R Square determinant coefficient of 0.731. From the results of these calculations, conclusions can be drawn in the form; (1) internal communication has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) internal communication and interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction by 73% while the remaining 27% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.
