Abstract

This study aims to analyze students' interest and motivation in attending lectures with the e-learning system. Sampling research using accidental sampling method with a total of 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using a quantitative approach through Multiple Regression Analysis using the SPSS Application. The results of this study indicate that Fcount is 225,445 at a significance level of 5% and Ftable is 2.70 at a significance level of 5%. Thus, Fcount (225.445) > Ftable (2.70), which means that simultaneously interest and motivation affect lectures on the e-learning system. The e-learning system is 82.3% influenced by interest and motivation and the remaining 17.7% is influenced by other factors not examined or outside the research model. Partially interest has a positive and significant effect on e-learning system lectures. Partially, motivation has a positive and significant effect on e-learning system lectures.

Abstract

This study aims to describe (1) the supporting factors for implementing PTSP. (2) PTSP management system implementation and (3) PTSP management system in the Singaraja religious court. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique in this study was to conduct interviews with several informants including the head of the service sector, several service implementers and the community as PTSP service users. The results of this study indicate that: First, the supporting factors in the implementation of PTSP are facilities and infrastructure, there are innovations in supporting the running of PTSP. Second, the implementation of the PTSP management system at the Singaraja religious court is to achieve excellent service and simple and fast service. Third, the PTSP management system at the Singaraja religious court includes performance planning for the implementation of several actions that must be carried out, namely the front office that applies 5S (smile, greet, greet, polite, courteous) and services that are friendly to persons with disabilities such as providing tracking guides. performance development by conducting excellent service training where the activity is aimed at socializing the application of a culture of excellent service at the Singaraja Religious Court. Implementation of performance monitoring by looking at the absences of workers. Performance appraisal is carried out using a survey mechanism conducted on the community where the survey aims to measure the extent to which the service is carried out and is able to provide satisfaction to the community.

Abstract

The purpose of research to analyze the implementation from policies through the SAMISADE program and to find out the response of community satisfaction towards infrastructure development in Ciawi District. This is qualitative research with a mixed method type between qualitative and quantitative with Merille S. Grindle's theoretical analysis. The study results show that the 2021 SAMISADE program has completed infrastructure development by village proposals. Infrastructure Development in Ciawi District, as many as 13 villages have completed infrastructure development in 20 construction locations. The condition of the dominant land contour in the Ciawi Subdistrict is in the form of cliffs, so more SAMISADE development funds were absorbed for constructing a Land Retaining Wall (TPT); this function is to stabilize soil conditions. However, there are several obstacles, including from the supervision side of SAMISADE in 2021; there needs to be more supervision in the ongoing development process. Furthermore, the program regulations that will run in 2021 it is considered that the public needs to understand the same as the existing regulations. From the point of view of community satisfaction with this program, it is calculated based on measurement (IKM) with a score obtained with an index number of 91.23, which means service quality A (Very Good). The element of the highest average value (NRR) is the element of Product Specification Type of Service (3.737). The lowest NRR is handling complaints, suggestions, and feedback (3.535). Community ratings are generally good, motivated by the fulfillment of community needs for infrastructure development in the villages of the Ciawi District.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze human resource management strategies in the province of Bali. The research locations were conducted in 2 project locations, namely the Ubud Lodtunduh Villa Development Project in Gianyar Regency, and the BaliHandara Villa Project in Buleleng Regency. The sample of this research is 15 project workers. The research method is carried out with a qualitative approach. Data collection in this study was carried out by means of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show (1) HR management of construction projects is carried out by controlling and supervising work implementation and carrying out structured project organizational planning (2) Factors that can accelerate project completion, namely by increasing the number of workers and applying overtime hours

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the application of talent management in the Management Trainee program to the most admired companies in Indonesia through the determinants of talent management factors, actors, goals and strategies. Seven HR professionals from seven companies in Indonesia participated in the study, which was conducted between July 2022 and November 2022. The methods used in this study were the NVivo analysis and the AHP analysis. Indonesia's human resource competitiveness is still less than that of Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. This necessitates the improvement of HR capabilities in Indonesia and motivates any company to response the challenges posed by the ongoing talent war. One strategy used by many companies is Management Trainee program. The findings of this study show that skills are the most significant talent management factor; leader and top management and also human capital are the most important talent management actors; producing potential company executives is the most significant goal; and attracting is the most significant alternative strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to address public participation in dealing with several environmental and other public issues in Aceh. One in every one of them is the excessive quantity of waste generated within the vicinity and the waste control system, which is predicated on traditional exercises which include open dumping. This observation proposes enhancing the contemporary waste management method based on the lively participation of residents and favoring neighborhood groups in handling their waste. The case have a look at is the city of Banda Aceh, that's positioned in the capital town of Aceh Province. The survey consequences had been evaluated based totally on quantitative and qualitative techniques, including descriptive statistical strategies, thematic analysis, and SWOT evaluation. Abstract

This study aims to measure how effective the cash on delivery system is based on several variables, namely consumer perceptions, service quality and customer satisfaction. The object under study is the cash on delivery payment system on one of the e-commerce applications, namely Lazada. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data collection was carried out by using the survey method. The method used in sampling is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The sample of this study were 159 Lazada users in Indonesia who had used the cash on delivery payment system in the last 3 months. The research uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques assisted by SPSS software. The result of this study is that consumer perceptions and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on purchase intentions, meaning that consumer perceptions are effective for presenting purchase intentions on the Lazada application through the cash on delivery system. However, service quality has a negative and insignificant effect, which means that the service quality of the cash on delivery system at Lazada is not yet effective in influencing consumer purchase intentions. However, consumer perceptions, customer satisfaction and service quality simultaneously influence purchase intentions with the cash on delivery system at Lazada.

Abstract

Companies need to make strategic and policy decisions in handling the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic so that goals can be achieved according to the company's vision and mission. Good strategic planning is a very useful tool for running this business effectively and efficiently, which in its preparation requires a comprehensive design to the chosen implementation and control. Research using the SWOT analysis method was carried out at PT. Indolakto Solo Distribution. The research aims to determine internal IFAS (Internal Strategic Factor Analysis Summary) and external EFAS (External Strategic Factor Analysis Summary) factors using the SWOT method and determine marketing strategies using the SWOT method. The results obtained include the strengths factors with a score of 3.16 while the weaknesses factors have a score of 0.54 with a total IFAS of 1.31. Opportunity factors have a score of 2.53 and threat factors have a score of 0.89 with a total EFAS score of 0.82. The matrix is ​​at the value of the IFAS matrix is ​​strength (Strenghts) with a value of 2.62 and from the EFAS matrix is ​​an opportunity (Oportunity) is a value of 1.64. The recommended strategy is the Strengths and Opportunities strategy, also known as the SO strategy, which uses strengths to overcome opportunities. The IE Matrix strategy and the SWOT diagram show Quadrant I which means a favorable situation because the company has opportunities and strengths so that it can take full advantage of opportunities so that it is able to implement strategies that support aggressive growth policies.

Abstract

Implementation of new renewable energy policies is an important issue in climate change. In its implementation, trust between organizations is needed in achieving effective policy performance, considering that the policy is a cross-sectoral policy. This study uses a qualitative approach, data collection methods include observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The informants in this study include cross-sectoral policy makers where the key informants are in the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources. Data sources include primary and secondary data. Data analysis using interactive data analysis. Where these various stakeholders have the ability and can be relied upon in managing new and renewable energy in Indonesia but still need to be improved. Where is the obedience then? Agreement designed to implement new renewable energy policies in Indonesia. Related to the motives of these stakeholders, normatively they have a common interest, namely to increase the production of new and renewable energy by starting to abandon conventional energy. Finalist the commitment and political will of the stakeholders required to be consistent in implementing new renewable energy policies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of village government officials in providing E-KTP services in Tambak Rejo Village, Krembung Sidoarjo District. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. The type of data used in this study is qualitative data, which is divided into two, namely secondary and primary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by reviewing legislation, interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The technique of taking informants in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The performance of government officials in village E-KTP services is the focus of this research. Sources of data obtained from interviews and observations. The results of this study indicate that the performance of village government officials in the E-KTP service in Tambak Rejo Village is quite good and optimal. This can be seen from the five indicators which are quite optimal because the understanding of quality, quantity, independence, work commitment and timeliness is quite good.
