Abstract

This study aims to examine how employee performance at PT Citra Putera Utama Pringsewu is impacted by the physical work environment, job satisfaction, and interpersonal relationships. The study was carried out at PT Citra Putera Utama Pringsewu, where a decline in employee performance had an effect on business performance. The Partial Least square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM 3.0) is the analysis method used in the quantitative research method. With a total of 70 respondents, 20 women and 50 men. This sampling method uses non-probability sampling and saturated sampling techniques. “The analysis's findings indicate a significant positive relationship between the physical workspace, employee satisfaction, and interpersonal relationships and performance. Employee performance is influenced by the physical work environment, which also has an impac to job satisfaction, human relation, and employee performance. Employee performance at PT Citra Putera Utama Pringsewu is indirectly impacted by the physical work place.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leader-member exchange on intrinsic motivation with psychological empowerment as a mediating variable. This research is a quantitative research using primary data. This research was conducted at the Credit Union Dharma Prima Kita Credit Union Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP) office in Yogyakarta with a total of 50 respondents. Primary data was obtained from field surveys by distributing research questionnaires offline to employees. The analytical method used in this research is the classical assumption test and regression analysis. The results of the study found that the effect of leader-member exchange on intrinsic motivation was mediated by psychological empowerment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT. BPR Regional Bank Bangli (Perseroda) for the period 2017 to 2021 using the RGEC method and the EVA method. This descriptive research uses a quantitative approach. The results showed that 1) the financial performance of PT BPR Daerah Bangli using the RGEC method with the predicate Very Healthy composite rating 1 (PK 1) complies with the standards set by Bank Indonesia and OJK regulations. 2) the financial performance of PT BPR Regional Bank Bangli using the EVA method is able to provide economic added value of Rp.1,045,513 over the last five years, this means that in 2017-2021 the EVA value is greater than zero, and that means that PT BPR Regional Bank Bangli (Perseroda) gets a positive value and this number has a positive value.By testing statistical analysis, namely using data analysis techniques t-test one sample. This analysis technique is used because the number of sample members (df) = n-1 = 4. and based on the calculations the value < is obtained so that the number shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the statistical test that states the level of financial performance of PT BPR Regional Bank Bangli (Perseroda) has been able to create economic value from the expected positive criteria that can be accepted, which means that the management of PT Regional Bank Bangli has succeeded in creating economic added value for the company.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi collaborative governance yang dilakukan desa Pangandaran dalam mengembangkan smart village, sehingga nantinya dapat mengkontruksi model kolaborasi berdasarkan teori penta helix. Diharapkan dengan model kolaborasi penta helix, program smart village yang telah dibangun dapat dikembangkan dan ditingkatkan keberhasilannya. Untuk itu, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Karena mencoba untuk menggali secara mendalam berkaitan collaborative governance. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara terstruktur, observasi, dan juga dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman dan Saldana diantaranya melalui pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 3 produk yang dilahirkan dalam pengembangan smart village desa Pangandaran, yaitu smart governance, smart society, dan smart economy. Tidak ada konsep collaborative governance peta helix sesuai teori dari Astuti, Warsono, dan Rachim, 2020. Sebab, dalam membangun smart village di desa pangandaran, akademisi tidak dilibatkan. Stakeholder yang terlibat hanya kementerian desa, pemerintah desa Pangandaran, PT. Telkom, masyarakat dan Media Massa.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence, namely: (1) communication, workload, and compensation on the performance of Crystal Kuta Hotel Bali employees; (2) communication on the performance of Crystal Kuta Hotel Bali employees; (3) workload on the performance of Crystal Kuta Hotel Bali employees; and (4) compensation for the performance of Crystal Kuta Hotel Bali employees. The population in this study were all employees of Crystal Kuta Hotel Bali, totaling 55 people. This research is included in the category of causal research using a quantitative approach. Data collection in this study was carried out by survey using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) communication, workload, and compensation have a significant effect on the performance of Crystal Kuta Hotel Bali employees; (2) Communication has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Crystal Kuta Hotel Bali employees; (3) workload does not affect the performance of Crystal Kuta Hotel Bali employees; (4) Compensation has no effect on the performance of Crystal Kuta Hotel Bali employees. The research results are expected to be a consideration for hotel managers or company directors in determining employee communication, workload, and compensation so that employee performance increases and will affect guest satisfaction at the hotel.

Abstract

Budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja karyawan masih belum terealisasi dengan baik karena terdapat beberapa kendala yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap variabel etos kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap etos kerja karyawan pada PT. Bumi Mineral Sulawesi. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan metode accidental sampling dengan jumlah 50 responden. Data dianalisis dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui Analisis Regresi Berganda menggunakan Aplikasi SPSS Versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap etos kerja karyawan PT. Bumi Mineral Sulawesi. Sedangan secara parsia budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap etos kerja karyawan serta lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap etos kerja karyawan PT. Bumi Mineral Sulawesi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of service quality and product quality on purchasing decisions through brand image as an intervening variable on the Vamo brand. The population used in this study were people who had purchased Vamo products in the city of Yogyakarta. This study uses a type of questionnaire that uses the Google form as a research tool. The research method used is purposive sampling technique. The sample used was 100 respondents. The data obtained from the questionnaire were then processed and analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis with model accuracy (classical assumption test), hypothesis testing using the partial test (t) and determination test (R2) using the SPSS 25 program. The results in this study indicate that the variable service quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image, product quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image, service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has no effect on purchasing decisions, and brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the quality of human resources and work motivation has on employee performance at PT. Cipta Prima Kontrindo. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques in this study were observation and questionnaires with a total of 100 samples or people consisting of employees of PT. Cipta Prima Kontrindo. The results showed that the quality of human resources and work motivation simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance. Evidenced by the results of the Fcount value of 11.902 greater than Ftable 3.09 with a significance of 0.000 less than 0.05 so that it can be stated to have a positive effect. Based on the test results of the coefficient of determination, R square is 0.197 or equal to 19.7%. This figure can be used to see the magnitude of the influence of the quality of human resources and work motivation on employee performance, while the remaining 80.3% is influenced by other variables outside the regression equation or variables not examined, for example discipline, environment and infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, work environment, and job satisfaction partially or simultaneously on the employee performance of BUMDes in the Sukasada District. Sample of this research is 101 employees with purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that is distributed through the Google form which has fulfilled the validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the classical test which consisted of normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests which were then processed using SPSS. Hypothesis in research using the t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that work motivation, work environment and job satisfaction partially have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F test state that motivation, work environment, and job satisfaction together have a significant effect on employee performance. The regression estimation results show that the predictive ability of all independent variables on employee performance is 65.7%, while 34.3% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of soft skills, talent management and transformational leadership on employee performance. The sample was taken by accidental sampling with 121 respondents.date were analyzed using a quantitative appoarch throught multiple regression analysis using the SPSS application. Soft skills are skills and life skills, both for yourselft, in grups or in society, as well as with are creator. In addition to soft skills, talent management is also key having strategic and sharp thinking, the ability to attract and inspire people, have entereneuprial instincts functionall skills and the ability to create result. The company also needs transformational leadership. This leadership is described as a leadership style that can arouse or mootivate employess. The result of the research coundcted show the soft skills, talent management, and transformational leadership have a positive and significant effect on employee performance simultanesously or partiallyTransformational Leadership
