The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction on the turnover intentions of contract workers at Aloe Saboe Hospital in Gorontalo City. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The data collection methodology for this study used a questionnaire with a specific sample of 36 respondents using a sampling technique using purposive sampling methods. Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis. The results of the study show that the statistical hypothesis meets the criteria that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, or that job satisfaction positively influences the intention to leave.

BUMG is one of the forces that can encourage the creation of economic improvement for villagers or gampongs based on the variety of potentials they have and BUMG management must be able to manage and develop businesses by looking at existing opportunities and understanding the demands of the community. The BUMG policy in Manee Kareung supports Gampong’s economic independence through the development of Tourism Villages. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Implementing BUMG policies in the development of Tourism Villages is the focus of research. Sources of data obtained through literacy studies are available online and offline, such as scientific journals, books, and news from trusted sources. The results show that at the organizational level, BUMG Manee Kareung has not shown functional capacity in aspects of external partnerships, aspects of tourism development potential, and aspects of tourism village promotion. Likewise in the aspects of leadership and coordination, it shows a lack of capacity and individuals also do not have the functional capacity to spearhead the development of tourism potential. Therefore, this study provides several recommendations for further research, especially regarding institutional capacity at the system level. At the system level, research on the relationship between individuals, informal groups, and formal organizations that generate social capital and policies carried out by the Tourism Office and the Gampong Government related to the development of tourism villages.

This study aims to answer questions about how to use appropriate language and terms to attract consumers' buying interest to make purchases online. This study uses a systematic literature review method. The choice of language and terms in digital marketing is still a problem for most content creators in creating relevant marketing content to attract consumers to make purchases online. Researchers found 14,333 related articles published in 2021 and 2022 then selected and reduced the articles. based on the relevance of the discussion into 168 which were analyzed descriptively qualitatively using the Publish & Perish, Mendeley and VOSviewer applications based on article searches on Google Scholar, Crossreff, PubMed and OpenAlex. Research findings indicate that the use of interesting and valuable language and terms is one of the factors triggers for consumers to make purchases online. Broadly speaking, the choice of language and terms can be categorized into two, namely to target teenage consumers, the language and terms used are more attractive and contemporary in the form of certain slang or idioms. While the language and terms that must be used to target adult consumers, the choice of language and terms that are simpler, not tacky and also not wordy. On the other hand, the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is still part of consumer activities to make purchases online

Sabakota is an electronic Tangerang City Assistance Application System) is an innovation of the Tangerang City Communication and Informatics Service aimed at preventing problems related to the transparency of grant funds and social assistance and providing convenience for grant applicants. The purpose of this study is to describe Sabakota's electronic Public Service Innovation. This research uses qualitative descriptive research. The research focus uses the theory of innovation success factors according to Cook, Mattews and Irwin consisting of Leadership, Management / Organizatin, Risk Management, Human Capital and Technology. The results of this study show that Sabakota's electronic service innovation has been running quite well even though in its implementation there are obstacles. This is evidenced by analysis using innovation success factors, among others. The leadership factor held by the person in charge of Sabakota's service innovation has shown its role, responsibility and commitment well. Management/Organization factors related to policy strategies and network improvement have been well done. The Risk Management factor shows that there are still obstacles in the difficulty of changing the habit of grant applicants to apply toelectronic systems, low digital literacy of the community, as well as obstacles in technical implementation, the Human Capital Factor shows that in terms of the quality of Human Resources has been adequate but still lacking in terms of quantity.

This article aims to determine and describe the effectiveness of the direct cash assistance process for people affected by covid 19 in balahu village, tibawa district, gorontalo regency. the research method used is a qualitative method. the data analysis used is an interactive model analysis consisting of three analysis components, namely: 1) data reduction; 2) data presentation; 3) data verification and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that: (1) in the context of handling the impact of covid 19, especially the economic impact, the balahu village government provides direct cash assistance sourced from village funds which are then distributed to the community through the specified mechanism and time; (2) the effectiveness of the blt program from the aspect of timeliness of blt distribution is on time and follows the existing mechanism. meanwhile, in terms of the accuracy of making choices, the village government has worked according to the procedure. the aspect of targeting accuracy, that the provision of direct village fund cash assistance is right on target.

The purpose of this research is to find out how well oil and gas management policies comply with applicable regulations. The research location is in Jambe Bay, Kedungbanteng Village, Tanggulangin District, Sidoarjo Regency. Interviews, observations, and written notes were used as data collection methods in this qualitative research. As well as primary and secondary data are used as data sources. The research findings show that PT. MinarakBrantas Gas in managing the gas mine in TelukJambe, Kedungbanteng village, tends to ignore the applicable regulations as stipulated in Law No. 22 of 2001 concerning Oil and Gas and Regional Regulation No. 6 of 2009 concerning spatial planning for the Sidoarjo Regency area in 2009-2029. It can be seen as follows: (1) In terms of policy effectiveness, mining business actors have not been effective in providing employment opportunities for local communities and have not been effective in developing village territories (2) In terms of policy responsiveness, it can be seen from the rejection of the community which has an impact on gas mining activities (3) In terms of policy smoothing, with the existence of a mining licensing policy, mine managers will benefit more than the affected communities. (4) Regarding the accuracy of the policy, the management of the gas mine in the village of Kedungbanteng is dominated by negative impacts such as damaged roads and land subsidence which causes flooding in settlements and rice fields belonging to the people of Kedungbanteng village

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tantangan dan kendala yang dihadapi oleh penjabat rumpun JFT Penyuluh Pajak di lingkup Direktorat Jenderal Pajak guna meningkatkan kinerja JFT Penyuluh Pajak agar dapat meningkatkan hasil penerimaan pajak negara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang merupakan alat untuk menggali dan memahami pandangan individu atau kelompok yang berkaitan dengan masalah sosial atau manusia. Dalam hal ini penelitian ini mengumpulkan fakta di lingkup Direktorat Jenderal Pajak mnengenai tantangan dan kendala yang dihadapai oleh JFT Penyuluh Pajak mulai dari workload analysis dan berbagai data sekunder lainnya. hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hambatan dan kendala internal dimana para penyuluh pajak ini berikan tugas administrasi yang melebihi jam kerja normal per jabatan. Sehingga para fungsional penyuluh pajak ini terhambat dalam melaksanakan salah satu tugas pokok dan fungsinya yaitu melakukan Penyuluhan dan Pengembangan Penyuluhan yang bertujuan untuk menyampaikan informasi dan mengedukasi masyarakat (dalam hal ini adalah Wajib Pajak) ataupun pihak lain yang membutuhkan terkait peraturan perpajakan dengan harapan dapat memberikan motivasi kepada para wajib pajak yang pada ujungnya nanti berdampak pada peningkatan pendapatan negara. This study aims to determine the extent to which the personnel information system at the BPSDM of the Ministry of Transportation is running. This is done with the HOT FIT Model approach which tests several things on these variables including technology, Human, and Organization. As a result, the factory has a very large contribution of 63.6%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the human factory element has a significant role, the thing that can be done is to provide regular training and continue to improve the quality of the Human factory.

The purpose of this study is to describe the Implementation of Policies and obstacles in issuing Sailing Approval Letters (SPB) to shipping companies at Class IV Lhokseumawe Port Authority and Harbor Authority Offices. This study uses a qualitative research method that is descriptive by using techniques to obtain data through observation, interviews, and documentation. This study used 10 informants who were determined purposively consisting of the Head of Class IV Lhokseumawe Port Authority and Harbormaster Office along with their staff and several agents from shipping companies. Sailing Approval Letter (SPB) is a State document issued by Syahbandar to every ship that will sail. The results of the study show that the Implementation of the Policy for Issuing Sailing Permits (SPB) at the Class IV Lhokseumawe Port Authority and Harbormaster Office is in accordance with applicable regulations, but there are still several obstacles in its implementation. SPB making services are completed in approximately 3 hours after the complete requirements are received, if the application is incomplete it will be rejected. Obstacles and efforts in Issuing Sailing Approval Letters (SPB) at Class IV Lhokseumawe Port Authority and Harbor Authority Offices include: The applicant's lack of understanding of the procedure for Issuing Sailing Approval Letters (SPB) and Service Procedures for Issuing Sailing Approval Letters (SPB) are still manual and there are limited officers at In the field, the efforts made are to continue to disseminate information to service users.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of social media contributions WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram as a means of promotion of Merv Industries products. Then it aims to find out which social media has the most dominant influence as a promotional tool for Merv Industries products. This study used quantitative methods, collecting data through interviews and questionnaires. As for the population in this study are all consumers / product customers at Merv Industries. The sample was determined as many as 100 customers using the Cooper and Schindler methods. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on all aspects and sectors in people's lives, especially in the economic sector, resulting in many layoffs and a decrease in the number of buyers. To overcome the decline in the number of buyers, choosing to use marketing through social media is the main choice made by business actors. The results of the research based on the results of data processing show that partially or simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence on WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram variables as a means of product promotion at Merv Industries. Then it is known that whatsapp has the most dominant influence as a means of product promotion at Merv Industries. The means of product promotion at the convection company Merv Industries are influenced by WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram by 70.30%. While the rest, namely 29.70%, is influenced by other variables outside the variables examined in this study, including; service quality, company location and price discount.
