Abstract

This study purpose to examine the influence of perceptions of organizational support, work-life balance, and leadership on organizational commitment in Kampung Marketindo Berdaya located in Purbalingga. This type of research is quantitative to examine the influence between variables. The study population was 451 commercial employees, while the research sample was 110 employees. Research determined through the slovin formula, a sample technique used simple random sampling, this research analysis technique uses SmartPLS. The results found that the perception of organizational support has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, work-life balance has a positive but not significant influence on organizational commitment , and leadership has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. From this, it can be concluded that the perception of organizational support and leadership holds the most control in increasing organizational commitment.

Abstract

This research aims to provide an understanding of the Malang City Government's efforts to develop green open space with a collaborative governance approach. This research includes an understanding of the central role of government, green open space conditions, collaborative governance strategies, and sustainability steps taken in the context of green open space development in Malang City. Green Open Space (RTH) is a structure in the city that supports the city's ecology as an improvement in the quality of the environment in Malang City. The development of green open space in the past month has reached its maximum point with all its problems starting from planning for green open space development which often fails and is diverted into trading land and is less effective. green open space management. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method which focuses on the role of the Malang City government in the development and development of green open spaces in Malang City which is analyzed from a collaborative governance perspective. The results of the research show that there is collaboration between the city government and the community and the private sector in the development of green open space, however, there are still shortcomings in its implementation, such as the role of the community as outlined through the Musrenbang RKPD which has been carried out but in the end the development of green open space is said to be far from the community's expectations, then it was discovered There are also deficiencies in the management and development of RTH that are not on target.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the comfort of facilities and infrastructure, the ease of service procedures, and the behaviour of officers on the satisfaction of Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMIs) in obtaining a Police Record Certificate (SKCK) at the Administrative Services Section of the Directorate of Security Intelligence, Regional Police, Central Java. Previous studies have examined the level of community satisfaction in obtaining SKCKs from police institutions, but this study focuses specifically on PMIs, who may be more susceptible to marginalizing treatment and subpar public services. The quantitative research population consists of PMIs applying for SKCK, with a sample of 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination. The research results indicate that the comfort of facilities and infrastructure, the ease of service procedures, and the officers' behaviour all have a significant partial and simultaneous influence on PMI satisfaction. To improve PMI satisfaction in obtaining SKCKs, it is necessary to simplify the application process, develop and maintain the facilities and infrastructure, especially the parking area, and provide education and training to enhance the officers' professional competence.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the effectiveness of the training program organized by Telkom-ITDRI (Indonesia Telecommunication & Digital Research Institute), the evaluation approach used is the Kirkpatrick Four-Levels method including, level 1 reaction (reaction), level 2 learning (learning), level 3 behavior (behavior) and level 4 result (result). The research method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. This research data was collected through distributing questionnaires and sampling was carried out using probability sampling techniques using the proportional sampling method method. There were 280 respondents in this study who were participants in the AfRAM (Agility for B2B Regional & Account Management Team) training. The analytical method used in this research is a simple regression analysis test and multiple regression analysis test and processed using SPSS 27 software. Based on the descriptive analysis, it can be concluded that the level 1 reaction variable is in the category, level 2 learning and level 4 result are in the "good" category, level 3 behavior is in the "very good" category. The relationship between reaction to employee performance has a significant effect. The relationship between learning and employee performance does not have a significant. The relationship between behavior and employee performance is influential but not significant. The relationship between results and employee performance has a significant effec. Furthermore, the relationship between reaction, learning, behavior and results simultaneously influences employee performance, this shows that the training provided is effective and able to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to review and analize how the policy for developing community-based tourist destinations in tourist areas in Bone Bolango Regency is implemented. Bone Bolango Regency is one of the districts that has many land and sea tourism destinations that need to be managed so that they can become strategic economic potential. This research was conducted in 2023 with a qualitative descriptive approach. The sample in this research was taken purposively from elements involved in tourism in Bone Bolango Regency, namely the Head of the Tourism Division, Head of the Tourist Destination Development Section, Village Head of the tourist destination, the community and visitors to the tourist destination. The research results show that Bone Bolango Regency has had various policies issued by the Regional Government aimed at managing tourism affairs and development in the form of Regional Regulations, Regent Regulations, and other decrees as part of policy derivation. Management policies for the development of community-based tourism destinations have been implemented, but they have not yet been implemented optimally. This is because the implementation of this policy is still limited to routine administrative activities.

Abstract

This purpose of the research is to analyze and identify the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance results for employees of the Company PT. Mutiara Tirta Dewata Surabaya uses employee loyalty as mediation. Research was conducted on employees of PT. Mutiara Tirta Dewata Surabaya with a total population of 80 people. The sample used was only 80 respondents because some samples did not match the criteria. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire using a conventional formula directly. Variable measurement uses a Likert scale with a scale of 1-5 and analysis for data processing uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with the SMART PLS Ver application. 4.0.0. The research results show that job satisfaction has a positive effect on job performance, through the mediation of employee loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work flexibility and non-physical environment on employee satisfaction. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method with a descriptive and associative approach. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and literature studies. The population in this study consisted of 31 Honda Motor sales people in Sukabumi, and all members of the population were used as samples. The data analysis technique used is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis which includes the coefficient of determination, multiple correlation coefficient and partial test (t test). The research results show that the majority of respondents feel they have a high level of work flexibility, a very good work environment, and an adequate level of job satisfaction. Statistical analysis states that work flexibility has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, and a good work environment also has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that work flexibility and the non-physical environment play an important role in increasing employee satisfaction. Findings show that employees tend to feel satisfied with their jobs when they have a high level of flexibility and a good work environment.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the relationship between Digital Competence and the use of TRK Jabar Application using quantitative methods. Civil Servant in the Electronic Based Government System need to have Digital Competence to follow digital transformation, especially in the use of TRK Jabar Application in West Java Province Regional Secretariat. The total sample in this study was 175 respondents who were analyzed using the Spearman correlation test method with the help of SPSS version 25 software. The research results show that digital employee competency is included in the Good category and the use of TRK Jabar Application is also in the Good category. Apart from that, employee digital competence is related to the use of TRK Jabar Application with a correlation coefficient value (0.703) which describes the strength of the position relationship so that if there is a change in digital competence, the use of TRK Jabar Application will increase. also tends to change. Apart from that, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.005 and an r value > 0, these variables are positively linearly related so that if digital competence increases then the use of TRK Jabar Application will also increase, as will if it decreases. This research results that Digital Competence has a significant and positive correlation with the use of the West Java TRK Application.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the mediating role of work discipline in the relationship between punishment and reward on employee performance. The theoretical framework employed includes justice theory, expectancy theory, and reinforcement theory. The research methodology involves a quantitative approach, and data collection is conducted through the distribution of questionnaires. The study includes a total of 38 respondents, comprising all employees of the Micro Capital Service Unit. The sample size is determined using purposive sampling. Utilizing Likert scales, the questionnaire is disseminated to gather data. Data analysis is carried out using SPSS 22, and the data are subjected to path analysis. The research findings indicate that 1) There is no significant negative influence of reward on performance. 2) There is no significant negative impact of punishment on employee performance. 3) There is a significant positive effect of work discipline on employee performance. 4) Work discipline can serve as a mediator between reward and performance. 5) Work discipline can act as a mediator between punishment and performance.

Abstract

There are social business organizations that focus on market orientation, and these social business components come from processes that include intelligence generation, intelligence distribution, reaction design, and response implementation. Market orientation takes into account the marketplace needs of every industry, as well as the accountability of every business organization. The creative industry at UMKM is one social issue that can help the economy grow. The UMKM business can grow its operating units and sales by having a strong market orientation. The application of market orientation as a business strategy that is based on a social perspective and prioritizes the consumer as the primary customer in order for the theory of pricing to be operationalized. The research method uses the mix method using a sample of 30 respondents. Data analysis techniques with questionnaire data analysis on measuring the variables of intelligence generation, intelligence dissemination, response design, and response implementation as many as 32 items and technical interviews with MSME business actors. The results of the analysis of the questionnaire data for the total existence of market orientation in the Cilacap MSME creative industry were obtained at 79% consisting of the creative industry in the fashion sector 76% and the creative industry in the culinary field 82%. The existence of market orientation is not yet optimal based on the results of the interviews due to the lack of coordination, communication and regular management systems in the company.
