Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of self-efficacy, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at BLPT Yogyakarta which is mediated by work motivation. This research is a quantitative research with a survey method that takes samples from the entire population of 105 people and uses a questionnaire as the main data collection tool with a Likert scale. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample technique (census). The data analysis technique used is inner model with SmartPLS 3.2.9. The results of this research show that the impact that Self-Efficacy has on Employee Performance is shown by the Original Sample Coefficient (OS) value of 0.320 and the p-value of 0.000 is smaller than the 5% significance level (0.05) which indicates a significant effect. Work Discipline on Employee Performance is shown by the Original Sample Coefficient (OS) value of 0.400 and the p-value of 0.000 is smaller than the 5% significance level (0.05) which indicates a significant effect. Work Environment on Employee Performance is shown by the Original Sample Coefficient (OS) value of 0.295 and the p-value of 0.000 is smaller than the 5% significance level (0.05) which indicates a significant effect. It can be concluded that employee performance can be influenced by self-efficacy, work discipline and work environment.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of problems in the performance of passport making services at the Medan TPI Special Class I Immigration Office. Some of the problems in the performance of passport making services include procedures that are considered to complicate passport applicants, inadequate number of staff while the number of requests increases which causes queue buildup and there is no guarantee of the timeliness of passport completion given by officers. Furthermore, this study discusses the performance of officers in serving passport making at the Medan TPI Special Class I Immigration Office. The importance of this research is to be able to know the efforts or ways made by the Medan TPI Special Class I Immigration Office in improving the performance of officers in providing services. In addition, this research is also useful for officers at the Immigration Office as service providers to improve and improve their performance in order to achieve goals seen from the level of satisfaction of service users and increase public trust. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach method. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The informants in this study were the Head of the Travel Document Section, Travel Document Staff and passport applicants. The results showed the following First, Productivity has been running successfully this is evidenced by the increasing number of passport applicants; Second, Service quality is still not running optimally because there are still complaints; Third, Responsiveness has been running optimally as evidenced by the dexterity of officers in providing services; Fourth, Responsiveness still needs to be improved regarding the guarantee of timeliness of passport completion and Fifth, Accountability has been successful as seen from the transparency indicators in the passport making service process, handling complaints and monitoring and evaluating the performance of officers in serving passport making services.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of work abilities and employee behavior on the performance of PT. Bintang Niaga Sinergi (Id Express) employees. The method used is quantitative, the object of this research is the employees of PT. Bintang Niaga Sinergi (Id Express). The respondents in this research were 38 employees of PT. Bintang Niaga Sinergi (Id Express), collecting data using a questionnaire. Sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique, namely sampling carried out as a whole from the total population. The data analysis technique was carried out using SPSS version 20. The results of this research show that first, work ability has a significant effect on employee performance (H1 is accepted), second, employee behavior has a significant effect on employee performance (H2 is accepted). It is hoped that this research can add information and reading references, thereby increasing knowledge about employee work abilities and behavior.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji kesiapan ASN menghadapi e-government berdasarkan Kompetensi SDM dan Faktor Sosiodemografi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, objek penelitian pegawai kantor Kecamatan Jakabaring Kota Palembang. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kecamatan Jakabaring Kota Palembang sebanyak 96 orang pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, yaitu pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan secara keseluruhan dari jumlah populasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini Regresi logistik yang merupakan jenis analisis regresi yang digunakan untuk menggambarkan hubungan antara variabel independen dan variabel dependen, dengan variabel dependen (Y) yang diasumsikan berupa kualitatif biner/memiliki dua kategori. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan SPSS versi 20. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi logistik biner didapati faktor-faktor signifikan terhadap kesiapan ASN menghadapi e-government berdasarkan Kompetensi SDM dan Faktor Sosiodemografi adalah umur, lama kerja, kepribadian, dan keterampilan. Sedangkan faktor yang tidak didapati signifikan terhadap kesiapan ASN menghadapi e-government berdasarkan Kompetensi SDM dan Faktor Sosiodemografi adalah inovasi & optimis. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah informasi dan referensi bacaan, sehingga meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai proses transformasi digital. Kata kunci : Kesiapan ASN, E-Government, Kompetensi SDM, Sosiodemografi ABSTRACK This research aims to test ASN readiness to face e-government based on HR Competency and Sociodemographic Factors. The method used is quantitative, the object of research is employees of the Jakabaring District office, Palembang City. The respondents in this research were 96 employees of Jakabaring District, Palembang City, collecting data using a questionnaire. Sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique, namely sampling carried out as a whole from the total population. The analysis technique used in this research is logistic regression, which is a type of regression analysis used to describe the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables, with the dependent variable (Y) being assumed to be binary qualitative/having two categories. The data analysis technique was carried out using SPSS version 20. Based on the results of the binary logistic regression analysis, it was found that significant factors in ASN's readiness to face e-government based on HR Competency and Sociodemographic Factors were age, length of service, personality and skills. Meanwhile, factors that were not found to be significant in ASN's readiness to face e-government based on HR Competency and Sociodemographic Factors were innovation & optimism. It is hoped that this research can add information and reading references, thereby increasing knowledge about the digital transformation process. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality provided by governmental institutions, particularly the Sembilan Sepuluh Ulu Subdistrict Office in Palembang City, on public satisfaction through indicators of Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy, utilizing the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS 3 method. The results indicate that Tangibles and Assurance positively influence Public Satisfaction, whereas Reliability and Responsiveness do not show a positive influence. Empathy is also proven to have a positive influence on Public Satisfaction. The managerial implications suggest that the Subdistrict Office can enhance public satisfaction by addressing and improving aspects that have been shown to have a positive influence. The theoretical implications of this research contribute to understanding the relationship between service quality and public satisfaction, particularly in the context of governmental institutions. For future researchers, it is recommended to conduct a deeper analysis regarding the implementation of solutions, particularly by considering the effectiveness of training, the application of service information systems, and continuous evaluation of the transparency and efficiency of services.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to evaluate waste management policies by comparing policy objectives/targets with the results achieved. Gayo Lues Regency is one of the districts in Aceh Province. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The problem currently faced in waste management is that waste management is not yet optimal, both in terms of services, operational and maintenance costs, institutions, regulations and community participation in its management. The theories used are evaluation theory and management dimensions. Researchers use a qualitative descriptive research design, to understand phenomena about what research subjects experience, for example behavior, perceptions, motivations, actions, etc. holistically, and by means of descriptions in the form of words and language, in a specific context. naturally and by utilizing various natural methods. The results of research on the Evaluation of Waste Management Policies at the Gayo Lues Regency Environmental Service show that the implementation of waste management in Gayo Lues Regency has not been effective, which can be seen from the planning system which is not evenly distributed across all sub-districts in Gayo Lues Regency, and has not been able to carry out waste clean-up activities. , and the waste bank program has not yet run as expected. This is because there are still obstacles, namely limited budget, human resources, and waste management facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how tourism policy is implemented in Gayo Lues Regency and what factors influence the implementation of tourism policy. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research approach with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation studies. The research was conducted referring to Merille S. Grindle's policy implementation theory. The results of the research conducted show that the implementation of tourism development policies in Gayo Lues Regency has not been optimal. There are several supporting and inhibiting factors for policy implementation. The supporting factors are that the interests affected by the policy are shared interests, not personal interests, the type of benefit produced has multiple effects so that its scope can be felt by various groups, the characteristics of the governing body which continues to carry out activity programs in accordance with existing policies, the compliance and responsiveness of the implementers. Very good. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are that the degree of change expected in tourism development policy is not the degree of change that can be achieved in a short time, the location of decision makers and policy implementers and targets is relatively far so that implementation does not run optimally, there are implementers of tourism development policy programs who have tourism education backgrounds. , the resources involved in the form of human resources, physical resources, technological resources and financial resources in Gayo Lues Regency are very minimal, the actors involved do not have a high commitment in making tourism development strategies.

Abstract

This research aims to explains the method used to analyze the implementation of the United Nations (Department of Economic and Social Sustainable Development) program in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which is the global development agenda agreed upon by 193 UN member countries in 2015. The research method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which involves the systematic identification, evaluation, and interpretation of evidence contained in scientific literature to answer specific research questions. The results of this research will help Indonesia achieve the SDGs in the fields of peace, justice and strong institutions, which is goal number 16 of the 17 SDGs goals. UNDP programs in Indonesia have an important role in supporting the achievement of the SDGs in the areas of peace, justice and institutions through various initiatives and projects that are in line with national and regional priorities. However, as the implementation of its programs is faced with various challenges and obstacles, such as the complexity of problems in the fields of peace, justice and institutions, lack of resources and uncertainty in funding. Efforts continue to be made to find innovative solutions and obtain further support from relevant parties

This research aims to analyze the influence of training and competency on career development of KPP Pratama Semarang Barat employees with intrinsic motivation as an intervening variable. The sample in this study amounted to 116 respondents using the saturated sampling method or census research method. The data collection method used is the questionnaire method and data analysis method using SmartPLS software. The test results show that only competence has a positive and significant effect on intrinsic motivation. Apart from that, the variables of training, intrinsic motivation and competence which are mediated by intrinsic motivation are also able to have a significant influence on the career development of KPP Pratama Semarang Barat employees. Meanwhile, the competency and training variables mediated by intrinsic motivation have no significant effect. Abstract

The aim of this study is to gain a better understanding of the role of Order Taker in improving the quality of Housekeeping services at the Renaissance Hotel & Resort Okinawa. In addition, the study also tries to identify problems faced by staff and ways to address them. Methods: This research is designed as descriptive qualitative research. Data is collected through interviews, observations, and literary studies. The result of this research is that Order Taker helps improve the quality of Housekeeping services by receiving and processing guest requests in a timely and efficient manner. Handle guest complaints in a friendly and professional manner. Give me a polite and friendly service. Create a positive relationship with the guests. Using technology to be more efficient. Maintain the comfort and hygiene of the guest room. Obstacles: Order Taker faces many challenges, including high work pressure, lack of technological support, mismatch with Housekeeping staff, and lack of training and motivation. Strategy: To overcome this problem, you can use technology, manage workloads, and improve communication. Team coordination, training, and incentives.
