Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe how the leadership mindset or mindset of a leader in managing human resources in the VUCA era, especially for leaders in Bojonegoro Regency. This kind of study uses a qualitative approach and is descriptive in design. The government, education, business, entrepreneurial, and community sectors provide the informants for this study. Purposive sampling was used to identify the informants based on pre-established criteria. The following components influence the practice of transformational leadership are idealized influence, individualized consideration, intellectual stimulation, and inspirational motivation.In this study, data were obtained from observations and interviews with predetermined informants. The data analysis technique used is data triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the transformational leadership style mindset is used by leaders who are informants in this study. The model of transformational leadership is thought to be able to overcome the difficulties presented by the VUCA era by fostering a sense of unity, fostering creativity, and fortifying a common vision. In the face of the VUCA era's transformations, organizations that apply a leadership style that emphasizes transformation are also more capable to be innovative and adaptive.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) Implementation of Slum Handling Policy (Self-help Housing Stimulant Assistance) in Supporting the Development of the Tomini Bay Area in Dumbo Raya District by using planning, implementation and reporting indicators. (2) Factors Determining the Success of Implementation of Slum Handling Policy (Self-help Housing Stimulant Assistance) in Supporting the Development of the Tomini Bay Area in Dumbo Raya District by using organizational indicators, interpretation, and implementation. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive research type, while the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of research analyzed in the field that (1) Implementation of Slum Handling Policy (Self-help Housing Stimulant Assistance) in Supporting the Development of the Tomini Bay Area in Dumbo Raya District using planning, implementation and reporting indicators has been carried out properly. However, based on findings in the field, several obstacles were encountered by Recipients of Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance (BSPS), namely difficulty finding building materials due to many queues of buyers, also complaining that the building materials ordered were not sufficient for the construction of their houses, so KPB overcame the shortage using his personal money. (2) Factors that determine the success of the implementation of Slum Handling Policy (Self-help Housing Stimulant Assistance) in supporting the development of the Tomini Bay area in Dumbo Raya District using organizational indicators, interpretation and implementation that have been carried out properly.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of Public Relations in an institution as a strategy to build the institution's image by optimizing the function of digital technology. Public relations should have a wide network and relationships to be able to convey information, education and promotions. However, along with developments in technology and the flow of information in society, public communication activities carried out by Public Relations also experience various challenges that must be faced. Challenges in public communication include competition in facing the digitalization of information in the form of using the internet in communication activities. Therefore, to fulfill the role and function of government public relations as a public communicator, this challenge also becomes an opportunity as a means of carrying out the main function of public relations by optimizing digital technology. In this article, the author conducted research aimed at finding out how to optimize digital technology in public relations activities. The type of research in this article is descriptive qualitative. The results of this research show that the Pariaman City Government optimizes digital technology in carrying out the main public relations functions of the Pariaman City Government including, (1) in disseminating information about government policies and programs; (2) Performing services to the public; and (3) Bridging the interests of the institution and the public by accommodating aspirations and paying attention to public desires.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the work environment and digital literacy of Honda Tegal Raya marketing personnel have an effect on their job happiness. This kind of research uses SPSS 24 and is quantitative in nature. Techniques such as observation, interviews, and questionnaires were used to gather data. Thirty-one permanent employees in the marketing department made up the population. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis was utilized to analyze the data. With a t-count value of 2.640 and a significance level of 0.014, the partial study's results indicate a positive and significant relationship between digital literacy and job satisfaction. Similarly, a t-value of 2.285 and a significance level of 0.030 demonstrate a positive and significant relationship between the work environment and job satisfaction. Employee job satisfaction was found to be positively and significantly impacted by digital literacy, as well as by the work environment. Additionally, employee job satisfaction was found to be positively and significantly impacted by both digital literacy and the work environment at the same time. The study's findings support the notion that digital literacy positively and significantly affects job satisfaction among Honda Raya Tegal employees working in the marketing department. Specifically, it demonstrates that higher an employee's proficiency with technology (digital literacy), the more content they will be with the work they produce. In the marketing department of Honda Raya Tegal, employees' job happiness is positively and significantly impacted by their work environment. This indicates that higher job satisfaction is correlated with a better work environment for employees. Both the work environment and digital literacy have a simultaneous impact on Honda Raya Tegal employees' job happiness in the marketing department.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to investigate the methodologies used by hotels in enhancing their reception services and analyze the subsequent impact on customer satisfaction. The adopted research methodology is qualitative, including surveys and interviews conducted with hotel personnel and actual guests. The research findings reveal that there are many effective strategies to enhance reception services, including staff training, use of cutting-edge technology, improvement of interpersonal and emotional competencies, and optimization of information systems. The implementation of this strategy is anticipated to provide an increased level of guest satisfaction and enhance the hotel's competitive position in the industry. Consequently, a holistic approach to enhancing reception services has the potential to enable hotels to maintain a competitive advantage and strengthen their brand image in the market.

Abstract

This research aims to find out that Human Resource Planning (HR) in Islamic education is an important aspect that plays a major role in forming a quality Rabbani generation. This research uses a literature study or literature study method. In this competitive era and rapid technological progress, the presence of quality human resources is very vital for Islamic educational institutions. The HR planning process involves systematic identification, procurement, development and evaluation of human resources to ensure availability, quality and effective management. The Rabbani generation is a generation that has a deep understanding of Islam, has noble character, has broad knowledge and is able to apply its values. Islam in everyday life. Human resources in Islamic educational institutions have a big role in forming the Rabbani generation by being role models, educating with patience and compassion, creating a conducive environment, imparting knowledge effectively, instilling Islamic values, guiding them to become leaders who have faith and noble character, providing motivation. , as well as collaborating with parents. The HR planning process involves identifying needs, procuring human resources through recruitment and placement, developing and educating human resources through training and coaching, as well as evaluating and controlling human resources to ensure maximum performance and contribution. Awareness of the importance of thorough HR planning and the role of effective HR in forming the Rabbani generation is the main key in advancing Islamic educational institutions and building a better future for the people and nation.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of work-life balance and flexible work arrangements on partner performance, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research focuses on Gojek drivers in the province of Bali. The study employs a quantitative approach through a survey method to gather data from a sample of Gojek drivers. Data analysis will be conducted using Partial Least Squares (PLS), which constitutes a component of the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) framework. The results showed that higher levels of job satisfaction contribute to improved performance, while lower levels of job satisfaction lead to decreased performance. Additionally, work-life balance positively and significantly affects performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable among Gojek partner drivers in Bali Province. This indicates that achieving a good work-life balance can create job satisfaction, ultimately enhancing the performance of Gojek partner drivers in Bali Province. Similarly, effective implementation of flexible work arrangements positively and significantly influences performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable among Gojek partner drivers in Bali Province. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the understanding of how work-life balance and flexible work arrangements, particularly in the context of Gojek drivers in Bali

Abstract

This research aims to explore how psychology can be used to overcome barriers to teamwork and improve overall organizational performance. Teamwork is an important element in various contexts, from the business world to academic and social environments. Effective teamwork not only contributes to achieving common goals but also strengthens interpersonal relationships, increases job satisfaction, and optimizes productivity. Through a qualitative research approach and data collection from various literature sources, this article presents an in-depth analysis of the role of psychology in improving the quality of teamwork. The results of this research show that psychology has an important role in improving the quality of teamwork and has a significant influence. By understanding and overcoming obstacles in group dynamics, developing effective communication skills, and promoting coordination, balance of contribution, mutual support, effort, and cohesion in teams, psychology can assist in creating a work environment that is conducive to successfully achieving shared goals.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of Leadership and standard operational procedures through work productivity on the Religious Courts of Gorontalo Province. The analytical method used to test the hypotheses of this research utilizes a Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with the assistance of SPSS ver. 26 software for research instrument testing and data analysis requirements, and Smart PLS version 3 for data analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) Leadership has a positive and significant direct effect on employee performance, (2) standard operational procedures have a positive and significant direct effect on employee performance, (3) work productivity has a positive and significant direct effect on employee performance, (4) Leadership has a positive and significant direct effect on work productivity, (5) standard operational procedures have a positive and significant direct effect on work productivity, (6) Leadership has a positive and significant indirect effect on employee performance through work productivity, and (7) standard operational procedures have a positive and significant indirect effect on employee performance through work productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence of career development on job satisfaction through a qualitative approach. Job satisfaction is one of the variables for companies to achieve good employee productivity results for the company. The study examines how the relationship of career development affects employees' perceptions of their job satisfaction. Drawing from previous research and through descriptive analysis, it is concluded that career development has a significant influence on job satisfaction. These findings provide a deep understanding of the relationship between career development and job satisfaction within organizations. The implications of this research can assist organizations in designing more effective career development programs and management policies that support employee well-being and enhance overall organizational performance.
