Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the principles of good governance in public services at the East Wongkaditi Village Head Office, Kota Utara District. In this study, researcher used descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach, namely research that aims to provide an overview of the application of the principles of good governance in public services in the East Wongkaditi Lurah Office, Kota Utara District. The determination of the informants was carried out using a purposive sampling technique, and the selected informants were village heads, youth leaders, 2 community leaders, and 4 people from the community. The results of the study indicate that the application of the principles of good governance in public services at the East Wongkaditi Lurah Office, North Kota District, has not been maximally implemented by village officials. This can be seen from the three indicators studied, namely accountability, transparency and community participation in the administration of public services in the East Wongkaditi Village, all of these three indicators have not been implemented properly by the apparatus.

Abstract

This research focused on analyzing the relationship between work safety behavior and the usage of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) on board. The safety of the ship's crew at work must be considered because accidents can happen at any time. To support safety, the ship's crew needs to be equipped with disciplined behavior while working. Like when doing work that is required to use of safety equipment. If this behavior is used as a discipline while working, then the ship's crew can avoid accidents. This research was conducted for 12 months. Data was collected through direct documentation, observation of the ship's crew while working, and giving questionnaires to determine the work safety behavior of the ship's crew. Based on the correlation test with Simple Linear Regression Analysis, it turns out that there is a good and significant relationship between the use of PPE on the safety behavior of ship crews. This is evidenced by the correlation equation with a coefficient (r) of 0.903 (in the form of a positive relationship). This means that if the PPE usage variable increases, it will be followed by the work safety behavior variable which also increases and vice versa.

Abstract

Profil pelajar Pancasila adalah representasi dari implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar, dengan tujuan membentuk kepribadian peserta didik yang beriman dan bertakwa kepada Tuhan YME, berakhlak mulia, berkebhinekaan global, bergotong royong, mandiri, bernalar kritis, dan berpikir kreatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran guru Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) dalam mewujudkan profil pelajar pancasila di SMAN 3 Kota Gorontalo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melibatkan observasi dan wawancara. Sumber data diperoleh dari data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PPKn di SMAN 3 Gorontalo memainkan tiga peran utama dalam mewujudkan profil pelajar. Pertama, sebagai demonstrator, guru aktif mengorganisir kegiatan keagamaan dan memotivasi kreativitas siswa, seperti sholat Dhuha bersama dan zikir bersama. Selain itu, untuk mengembangkan kreativitas, guru mendorong siswa dalam pembuatan film dokumenter dan presentasi menggunakan media canva. Kedua, sebagai mediator, guru memainkan peran penting dalam mengadakan dialog lintas agama, membantu siswa dalam aspek beriman dan bertakwa, serta memberikan bimbingan mendalam terhadap nilai-nilai Pancasila. Ketiga, sebagai evaluator, guru melakukan evaluasi intensif terhadap partisipasi siswa dan kreativitas, sambil meninjau teknis program untuk meningkatkan efektivitasnya. Evaluasi kinerja guru, termasuk penilaian diri, menunjukkan komitmen terus-menerus untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme dan memberikan pendidikan berkualitas. Secara keseluruhan, peran guru PPKn memiliki dampak signifikan dalam membentuk profil pelajar Pancasila di SMAN 3 Gorontalo.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify and analyze the influence of strategic agility variables on organizational performance which is mediated by innovation capability at BPVP Pangkep. A quantitative approach was used in this research. Supported by descriptive analysis and path analysis methods. The sampling of 47 employees as respondents was carried out using a saturated sampling technique or non-probability sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data results are then processed and analyzed using statistical tests, such as the t test which functions to test the hypothesis and followed by the Sobell test to determine the ability of the intervening variable to mediate. Previously, data quality testing was carried out through validity and reliability tests. The resulting research resulted in the conclusion that (1) strategic agility has a positive effect on organizational performance, (2) strategic agility has a positive effect on innovation capability, (3) innovation capability has a positive effect on organizational performance, and (4) innovation capability has a mediating effect on the relationship between strategic agility and organizational performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of the implementation of public service innovation through the IKD application provided by the government together with the Population and Civil Registration Office. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with a case study type approach. Primary and secondary data collection from interviews, observations, documentation are then analyzed and conclusions are drawn from the research problem. The results of this study show that the implementation of Digital KTP innovation has so far been carried out as directed, with the application in making population identity, which is easy, fast does not need to wait long, practical, data is safer and can save the budget for the KTP-el stamp, but in its implementation there are still various problems, namely on the internet network, the application often errors, the device does not support and low public awareness

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the strategic management implemented by the Department of Trade, Cooperatives, and Micro Enterprises in Bojonegoro Regency in maintaining the stability of rice prices. This is due to the inflation of rice prices, which are above the highest retail price. The research method is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Informant identification is carried out through Nonprobability Sampling Technique using purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques involve interviews and observations. This study refers to the theory of strategic management according to Freed R. David, focusing on Strategy Formulation, Strategy Implementation, and Strategy Evaluation. The research findings indicate that the strategic management undertaken by the Department of Trade, Cooperatives, and Micro Enterprises to maintain the stability of rice prices involves market operations and affordable markets, which are implemented in accordance with applicable regulations. However, there are still cases where some traders sell at prices that have been set. The conclusion drawn is that the strategic management carried out by the Department of Trade is functioning well, but increased field supervision is still needed to ensure the effectiveness of these strategies.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether this application makes things easier for people or makes things more difficult for people. The National Police must be able to keep up with technological advances so that it makes it easier to serve the public. One of the police regulations is the Police Traffic Corps Digital Application which was available on April 13 2021. This is the official application of the Indonesian Police Corps. The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. Data sources come from trusted and credible online portals such as CNN Indonesia, Tribun.news, Kompas.com, Tempo.com and relevant journal articles. The results of this research are that the National Police traffic police digital application cannot yet be used optimally because it is still in the development process, and many of its features are still not active.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the synergy of Regional Government Organizations (OPD) in reducing early marriage. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods and data collection techniques using field studies which are carried out directly at the research location through observation, interviews and documentation. This research uses the concept of Najiyati and Rahmat (2011), Synergy can be built in two ways, namely Communication and Coordination. The results of the research show that synergy between Regional Government Organizations (OPD) in handling the number of early marriages in Bojonegoro Regency has made various efforts but the results are not yet optimal. It can be seen: 1) So far they have carried out good synergy, they have carried out socialization between Regional Government Organizations (OPD ) also invited parents and teenagers who are still underage. 2) create a joint program to reduce the rate of early marriage.

Abstract

This research aims to predict and develop the structural relationship between internal and external locus of control and its impact on entrepreneurship intention through self-efficacy. This research was studied using quantitative methods to find out and analyze the direct and indirect relationship between locus of control internal and locus control external on Fajar University students' entrepreneurship intention through self-efficacy. This research used a sample of 113 students at Fajar University with a purposive sampling technique and a confidence level of 95%. The research instrument was measured using a Likert scale with a value interval of 1 to 5. Next, the data was analyzed using SmartPLS 3, both reflectively and formatively. The research results obtained were 1) a significant positive impact of the locus of control internal variable on self-efficacy, 2) a significant positive impact of the locus of control external variable on self-efficacy, 3) a significant positive effect of locus of control internal on entrepreneurship intention, 4) effect significant positive impact of locus of control external on entrepreneurship intention, 5) a significant positive impact of self-efficacy on entrepreneurship intention, 6) a significant positive impact of locus of control internal through self-efficacy on entrepreneurship intention, 7) a significant positive impact of locus of control external through self-efficacy in entrepreneurship intention.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the impact of work training and physical work environment on the performance of employees of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Fuel Terminal Bandung Group Ujung Berung.This research uses a method of quantitative approach, and this type of research is a causality descriptive study. The sampling techniques used are nonprobality samplings and saturated samples with respondents of 30 employees. Descriptive analysis and double linear analysis are used to analyze data.Employee performance is very important in a company because it is the primary basis that determines success in achieving the goals of the Company. Employees performance is influenced by several factors including the competence of employees and the organizational environment. The results of the analysis showed that job training belonged to the category "very good", the physical work environment belonging to the categories "very good", and the performance of employees belongs to this category. The result of the test of the hypothesis partially indicated that the job training significantly affected the employee's performance, but the physical working environment did not significantly affect employee performance. Physical work environment and work training have an impact of 56.9% on employee performance, while the remaining 43.1% can be influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.
