Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of accuracy of the Black Bunch Cencus (BBC) method and the production forecasting method which be combined by seasonal index. The same data is calculated by using both methods. This study uses primary data, ie data taken at the block 06 which be planted 2000, in which samples were taken from each block as much as 10% of the total of tree for calculation of the BBC, while for production forecasting uses only the total of tree on the block. The result of the calculation will be compared against the actual production. Based on the calculation that the production forecasting method provide a more accurate result than the BBC method. Thus methods should be used to calculate the estimated production is the production forecasting method.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to assess the influence of Organizational Commitment (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) on Education and Training Service Satisfaction (Y) using Employee Performance (Z) as an intervening variable. The model used in this study is a model of causality or influence relationships. To examine the hypotheses proposed in this study, the analysis technique used is the path analysis. After testing and data analysis to test hypotheses proposed, this study offers the following conclusions: 1) the Organizational Commitment (X1) has smaller effect than the variable influence Organizational Culture (X2) on Education and Training Service Satisfaction (Y); 2) through Employee Performance (Z), Organizational Commitment (X1) has smaller effect compare Organizational Culture (X2) on Education and Training Service Satisfaction (Y); and 3) Employee Performance (Z) has a direct impact on the Education and Training Service Satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to get crushing tool tufts fertilizer and provision of material the road for operation fertilizing and the road that can add work performance, get efficiency and effectiveness instrument curito of the operational fertilizing and provision of material the road in the palm oil plantation. Method to research this is the method approach design in general namely approach the functional architecture. Shredder fertilizer work in a radial manner with mounted a screw to enumerate smoking fertilizer which has been hardened. Crushing is done in tube machines and the final step in process is being away who next in apply them to garden palm oil. Effective capacity rate are 191.3 kg/hour for tufts fertilizer urea, 58 kg/hour for brick and 120 kg/hour for adobe.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to assess the influence of style leadership managers and commitment organization, culture organization of the performance of employees. Data collected by using instrument that measures the variables. Calibration instrument done to test the validity of its grains and coefficients reliability, validity grains calculated by using product moment coefficient, and reliability calculated by applying the alpha croncbach coefficient. The model used in this research was model causality or relation influence. To test hypotheses that will be brought in research and technique analyst who will be used is the path analysis. The results of the study concluded the influence of total style leadership of the performance of employees of 0.8262 .This showed that style leadership already impact to performance employees. With value of 0.8262 showed strongly impact to style of leadership through culture organization; while the influence of total commitment to organization of employee performance of 0.34. It showed commitment organization have an strong against performance, through culture organization that had been formed.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to know the effect of the varying herbicide concentrations in the level of weed mortality which is senduduk (Melastoma malabathricum). The method used in this study is the direct application in the field and the observations conducted on the mortality rate is based on changes in morphology such as weed leaves and stems. This research was conducted in two groups, namely: 1) the application of herbicides with the active ingredient 20% methyl metsulfuron was given at the concentration of 2.5 g/10 liters of water, 5 g/10 liters of water and 7.5 g/10 liters of water; and 2) application of the herbicide with the active ingredient of 0.7% methyl metsulfuron was given at the concentration of 1.0 g/10 liters of water; 1.5 g/10 liters of water; 2.0 g/10 liters of water. Results showed that the application in the first group with a concentration of 5 g/10 liters of water and 7.5 g/10 liters of water controlled weeds by damaging the tissue leaves as well as the stems of weeds and also it was more economical and it takes 28 days after spraying to control the weeds. While in the second group with a concentration of 1.0 g/10 liters of water and 2.0 g/10 liters of water controlled the weeds by damaging tissue leaves and stems of weeds, but the most economical is at a concentration of 1.5 g/10 liters of water, because this treatment is capable of causing damage to the leaves and stems of weeds within 24 days after spraying.

Abstract

This research discusses the more realistic formulation of harvested quality effectiveness (HQE) and fruit collection index (FCI) and its use as an indicator of palm oil harvesting performance. HQE and FCI that have been formulated previously no longer applicable because of some changes in the paradigm of harvesting system of harvested fruit palm oil. The purpose of this research is to explain how to formulate HQE and FCI as well as its benefit for palm oil plantation industry. This research is a quantitative and quantitative analysis, which is a scientific study to formulate the model of HQE and FCI. The data were collected by literature study and observation. The discussion is done through descriptive analysis, ie explanation about HQE and FCI and how to use it on assessment of palm oil harvesting performance. The result showed that the formulation of HQE and FCI can be done by taking into account the current FFB grading system and taking into account the fruits composition to FFB. Both can be used to measure the palm oil harvesting performance at the estate and compare them with the quality of raw materials received at the palm oil mill.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the flow of process, materials and information using value stream mapping, define key performance indicator system, determining the points that could be the focus of improvement and propose improvements to describe the future value stream mapping. The method used in this study is the description which describe and analyze the real conditions to give the proposed improvements in the future. While the results of this study is to determine the Process Cycle Efficiency (PCE) as an indicator of the performance of the current condition value of 0.41% and the conditions proposed by 0.87%. The conclusion that in order to raise the value added ratio on a system can be done by applying the tools pull system.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the influence of primal leadership and qualty of work life of organizational culture, leadership influence primal and qualty of work life towards citizenship behavior, and the impact of organizational culture on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour Unit DG Employment Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation. This study uses a quantitative approach to the design of an explanatory or causal. This research method using structural equation modeling (SEM) using 8.70 lisrel program, after testing the validity and reliability of research instruments by SPSS 20. Next, analysis of the data in this study using a test confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and the weight Regression testing using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results of this study indicate that the CFA test on variables primal leadership, organizational culture, quality of work life and organizational citizenship behavior entirely generate significant value thus declared valid and relibel. Relationships leadership primal and qualty of work life against the culture of an organization is shown to have a significant relationship, then the relationship between the leadership of primal on the behavior of organizational citizenship is proven not have the significant relationship, while relations qualty of work life of the behavior of organizational citizenship proved to discount significant relationship, and the relationship of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior shown to have no significant relationship.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the compensation and career paths influence on employee performance of PT Bank BNI Syariah Branch Office Bekasi, either directly or through the Quality of Work Life as an intermediary factor. In this study, which will be tested are: 1) the effect of the Performance Compensation; 2) influence on the Performance Career Development; 3) Compensation influence on performance through Quality of Work Life; and 4) the effect of the Performance Career Development through Quality of work life. In this research approach used is a quantitative approach and the issues to be examined is the problem asosiasif in the form of causal relationships, which relationship is causal. To answer these problems, the researchers chose Path analysis method, this study population were employees of PT Bank BNI Syariah Branch Office Bekasi both contract and permanent employees numbering 100 persons. Researchers used a census collection techniques. The results of this study are concluded that the variable compensation significantly influence employee performance, variable Career Development significantly influence employee performance, compensation to employee performance through variable Quality of Work Life does not need to be done or moderated, career paths on employee performance through variable Quality of Work Life needs to be done or moderated in order to improve employee performance.

Abstract

PT Yasunli Utama Abadi Plastik is a manufacturing company engaged in the plastics injection. The company has a finished goods warehouse as part responsible for controlling the products. Currently the problem that occurred in the warehouse is not the passage of the working principles of 5S is on stage Seiketsu and Shitsuke. This study aims to determine the cause of the ineffectiveness of the 5S principles, determine the relationship between the condition of the warehouse that are not compliant with any of the activities of the warehouse, as well as showing losses incurred when the 5S principles are not going well. Analysis was conducted on the causes and consequences of problems that occur. After finding the causes and consequences of these problems will be tested on the relationship between the causes with their effects, as well as prove any harm to the company if the principles of 5S is not going well. The results showed that the factors causing the ineffectiveness of 5S principles are human and there is a relationship which had a negative impact among warehouse conditions incompatible with the standard warehouse activities, so that the company suffered losses during the 5S principles are not going well.
