Abstract

This article will discuss the online population service innovation carried out by the Kutai Kartanegara Regency Population and Civil Registration Service in terms of service innovation characteristics and their achievements in the context of digital government. By using qualitative methods and analysis, the research findings indicate that the online service innovations that have been carried out have met the characteristics of service innovation. From a digital government perspective, this online population service innovation has reached stage 2 of digital government, Transformation, or Electronic Government.Keywords: innovation, population service, digital government

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the significance of the relationship between the Youth Development Index and the Human Development Index in Indonesia. This research is quantitative research to obtain results in the form of values from the correlation between the youth development index and the human development index in Indonesia. The data used are secondary data obtained from literature studies. Data analysis and correlation test used the Spearman Rank Correlation test. The results showed a correlation between the Youth Development Index variable and the Human Development Index, with a significance value of 0.004. (0.004 <0.05), the correlation coefficient value is 0.485 so that the final result shows that the relationship between the two variables is unidirectionalKeywords: Youth Development Index, Human Development Index.

Abstract

This article will review the organizational structure's effectiveness through the complexity, formalization, and centralization of BAPPEDA Kutai Kartanegara Regency in its position as a regional apparatus based on Government Regulation Number 18 of 2016. With a qualitative approach and interactive data analysis, the research findings show that the BAPPEDA organizational structure's effectiveness in Kutai Regency Kartanegara is quite effective and follows existing regulations. Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the application of the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System standard and to identify the implementation of the Quality Culture contained in PT PLN (Persero) UPDK Mahakam UL PLTGU Tanjung Batu. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative data collection using observation, interviews, and literature studies. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model. The results showed that the implementation of the Quality Management System at PT PLN (Persero) UPDK Mahakam UL PLTGU Tanjung Batu refers to the principles and ten clauses required by the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System standard. The results showed that the implementation of the Quality Management System at PT PLN (Persero) UPDK Mahakam UL PLTGU Tanjung Batu went well. A company's quality culture supports the implementation of the policy. However, labor limitations, employee consistency, and lack of socialization regarding implementing ISO 9001: 2015 are still obstacles experienced by companies.Keywords: Quality Management System, ISO 9001: 2015, Quality Culture, PLN Management

Abstract

This article will describe and analyze the role of the Kutai Kartanegara DPRD in carrying out the function of forming Regional Regulations. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach and data analysis using an interactive model. Abstract

The integrity of the election organizers in enforcing the rules of ethics for election organizers is still very far from what it should be. Therefore, does the portrait of general election organizers looks beautiful in case of ethics or vice versa. The duties and authorities of DKPP (Honorary Council for General Election Organizers) relate to individual election organizers, both KPU and Bawaslu. Ethical cases in running the general election process have often been encountered in every electoral event in Indonesia. The lack of discipline of an organizer in carrying out their duties and functions causes these organizers to deal with cases of organizers code of ethics. Ethics is an important element that must be obeyed by every election organizer because it is one of the fundamental aspects in realizing democratic elections. Therefore, to uphold the Code of Ethics for election administrators, the Honorary Council of General Elections (DKPP) was formed, aiming to maintain the independence, integrity, and credibility of the KPU and Bawaslu that the General Election will certainly run well and correctly.Keywords: Local Politics, Election Organizer, DKPP, East Kalimantan

Abstract

This research aims to find out, describe, and analyze Junior Chamber International's participation and supporting factors and obstacles in Junior Chamber International's participation in fulfilling the rights of persons with disabilities in Samarinda City. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques are carried out using library research and field research and using observation, interviews, and documentation methods. The data analysis used is an interactive data analysis model. The results of this research showed that the participation of Junior Chamber International (JCI) Indonesia, East Kalimantan Province in fulfilling the rights of persons with disabilities was held through the personal form for the Walk For Autism program and support form is carried out by establishing dialogue, communication and partnerships with the government and providing suggestions regarding the issuance of SIM D for motorbike disabilities.Keywords: Participation, People With Disabilities

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Bank Mandiri Branch Office Micro Unit Palaran. The sample in this study were 92 customers of Mandiri Branch Office Micro Palaran Unit who were randomly assigned using a purposive sampling technique and then analyzed the data obtained using quantitative data analysis. The results showed that there is a significant influence between service quality on customer satisfaction of service users of Bank Mandiri Mikro Unit Palaran. The influence of service quality variables on customer satisfaction at Bank Mandiri Mikro Unit Palaran is negative. This means that the higher and better the quality of service provided by Bank Mandiri Mikro Unit Palaran, the higher customer satisfaction, and customers are less satisfied with the quality of service provided by frontline staff or Bank officers.Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

This article aims to describe and analyze the government's policy model to develop the tourism sector in Samarinda. The policy is based on the assumption that the tourism policy of Samarinda has not delivered its potential to increase the tourism sector. This research is descriptive with a qualitative method. Primary data are collected through interviews with both government and non-government informants. Secondary data are collected by screening related regulations and documents and then analyzed by interactive method. The research finds that Samarinda tends to develop metropolitan-based tourism rather than traditional ones, while the policy itself is formulated using the rational model.Keywords: tourism development, public policy model, Samarinda

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the role of the Adolescent Counseling Information Center in Narcotics Abuse Prevention through Counseling in North Samarinda District. The type of this research was a qualitative descriptive study. The data collection technique of this research used interviews, documentations, and literature methods. The data analysis used was an interactive data analysis model. The results of this research showed that the Adolescent Counseling Information Center has done the direct counseling through presentations at junior high schools, high schools and the private school in North Samarinda District, from the counseling that has been done, there were 8 schools from 42 schools that were given counseling at once in each school with the limited number of students between 40-60 students who had free time.
