Abstract

The Borneo Lentera Prima ceramic handicraft industry is an industrial center that houses a group of craftsmen in the ceramic field in the Singkawang area. This industry is a production place for ceramic goods which is still active from several other industrial groups. This handicraft industry group can survive and develop itself. This is based on the existence of a management system that is well managed, so that it can maintain its existence in the industrial world, creatively and innovatively. The purpose of this research activity includes the concept of existence which is developed in the management of the Borneo Lentera Prima ceramic industry in Singkawang, by paying attention to worker management strategies, product forms and marketing strategies. The method used in this research is an interdisciplinary approach with a qualitative case study method, supported by several disciplines such as socio-culture, management. The data collection process was obtained from the field by means of observation, interviews, and related and relevant documents. The existence process carried out by the management of the Borneo Lentera Prima Singkawang ceramic craft industry includes an appropriate wage system, so that it can make every craftsman have an income according to economic needs. Other stages of existence include a distinctive form as a cultural identity, so that it has an appeal to the market, but in achieving success in sales management undertakes a marketing strategy that includes goals, needs, excellence and renewal.

Abstract

Research to date has not found an effective pattern of efforts for civics education in character building for young people and democratic values; in schools, families, community leaders, religious leaders, traditional leaders, youth leaders, and social organizations. This study aims to understand the attitudes and behaviors of young people in schools and the role of democratic values ​​as a solution to character development of young generation in SMAN 1 Pulau Buano. The research procedure used a qualitative approach, which is descriptive. Data collection techniques were in forms of (1) in-depth interviews, (2) direct observation, and (3) documentation studies. The sample was selected purposively and the research data were processed through a reduction process and descriptive qualitative analysis. After the results were analyzed, it was found a pattern of character building for the young generation in SMAN 1 Pulau Buano, effectively carried out with Civic Education approaches and democratic values ​​in schools, including: (1) value ​​of togetherness, (2) value of freedom, (3) value tolerance, (4) mutual cooperation (5) the value of consensus. It indicates that the harmony in school and community life will be achieved in accordance withthe absence of disputes among schools, young people, communities, ethnic groups, and religions. It can be concluded that developing the attitudes and character of the young generation and the values ​​of democracy in schools can develop brotherhood, cooperation, tolerance, harmony, responsibility, self-control, and mutual respect.

Abstract

Students' understanding of the role of guidance and counseling teachers is very important that is to be a sharing friend and motivator in dealing with problems. As for the tendency of students' understanding, (1), the student assumes that of bk teacher is only places for troubled students and (2) students a have bad understanding based on the words of their senior that of bk teacher are fierce or school police whose working punishes students who do not obey the rules of the school. The purpose of this research is to know the application of group guidance services with audio-visual media in the form of short films in improving Students' understanding of the role of BK teachers in SMP Nusantara Palangka Raya during the covid-19 pandemic of the 2020/2021 academic year. This research method is an experiment using a quantitative approach. The design used in this study is one group pretest-posttest (the one group pretest-posttest). So the group that researchers used in the study was only one experimental group. The result of this study is a short film media able to improve the understanding of students, the results obtained from the test results t two sample pairs is 13,000. The result is greater when compared to 2,228 (13,000 > 2,228) at DK = = and 5% significance. then can is concluded that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. This thing is to attest that the existence of enhancement understanding students about the role of bk teacher with use short film media

Abstract

Women’s organization are one of the instrument that are considered capable to fighting for gender equality. However, it was found that many women’s organization were have wrong interpreting about the role of their existence. So, even tought women’s organization have been active for decades, they have not had a significant impact on efforts for gender equality in Indonesia. this can be seen form the low gender development index in Indonesia compared to several countries in the world. This study aims to look at and reflect the existence of women;s organization in Indonesia, and try to indentify what iportant aspect of women’s organization that affect ti gender equality. This research uses discriptive qualitatif method. They key to reach the success of women’organization in striving for gender equality lies in the perspective and on the programm of women’s organization in understanding their roles. There are many women’s organization in Indoensia with various form, types, acitvities and membership backgrounds. However, whatever the form of organization and its field work, the key to success in realizing gender equality, is when women’s organization focus on identifying women’s needs, reflecting and reconstructing patriarchal hegemony, strengthening skill and knowledge, incerasing access to policies, empowering women, networking and knowing women’s issues in the global realism.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the types of information services, the procedures for the delivery of information services, the obstacles faced in providing information services. The approach used is qualitative descriptive research. Sources of data in this study are divided into primary and secondary data sources. Data collection was carried out using several techniques, namely observation, interviews, and document study. The type of information disseminated by Twitter is information about government policies, public services, health, traffic, culture, natural disasters, current phenomena and other information that is of public interest. The procedure for using Twitter as an information medium is by the Communication and Information Technology Office consisting of 4 stages, namely: collecting information data from related agencies, processing data, making designs, publishing, evaluating to check the correctness of published information. Supporting factors using Twitter, namely the information conveyed quickly spreads, reaches many people, and is easy to use. The problem with using Twitter as a provider of information is coordination between managers. lack of coordination with related agencies, and limited number of managers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that cause learning difficulties of students in the online learning system on sociology subjects in class XI IPS 3 SMA St. Fransiskus Asisi Pontianak. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive research form. Sources of research data were students of class XI IPS 3 and teachers of sociology subjects at SMA St. Fransiskus Asisi Pontianak. The data in this study relate to learning difficulties faced by students in online learning systems in sociology subjects. The results of this study indicate the occurrence of learning difficulties of students in the online learning system caused by two factors, namely internal and external factors. The internal factor is the lack of learning motivation of students, where they feel bored and less enthusiastic in the learning process, and the lack of social interaction between students and teachers and students and students. While the external factors are due to the lack of costs and internet access on sociology subjects, during the Covid-19 pandemic it was carried out online, and students needed sufficient fees and good internet access and the factors of technical skills or poor learning habits of students caused learning difficulties in the online learning process.

Abstract

The background of this research at the time of the outbreak of the Covid 19 pandemic which required stakeholders to implement an online learning activity system policy or distance learning (PJJ). This study aims to describe the implementation of Learning Innovation Based on Technology Applications in Increasing the Effectiveness of Learning From Home in the Economic Education Study Program FKIP UPR. The benefit of this research is to contribute thoughts, knowledge, information as well as a form of implementation of Technology Application-Based Learning Innovations in Increasing the Effectiveness of Learning From Home in the Economic Education Study Program FKIP UPR. The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques were interviews, observation and document study analysis. The results showed a form of online learning innovation developed by lecturers for students of the Economic Education Study Program FKIP UPR, namely that several lecturers stated that online learning made it easier for students to study from home or anywhere using Google Classroom, Zoom Meeting, WhatsApp Group, Google Meet and Youtube. During online learning, several obstacles were found, such as students having different levels of material absorption, unstable internet networks, limited internet quota, power outages, inadequate computer and mobile devices.

Abstract

This study aims to develop, implement, and evaluate a mini research model of observing individual development in developing higher-order thinking skills. The method used descriptive qualitative research. Qualitative research data were obtained from the observation sheet on the achievement of the learning process which included the teaching activity observation sheet for lecturers, and the observation sheet for student learning activities, and the assessment of the results of the mini research model. The Results of mini research activities were carried out with group activities in teaching services, surveys, observations, and interviews. Mini research products include: 1) Physical development: average height, weight, puberty for boys and girls; 2) Cognitive development can be seen from the understanding of the values ​​of Pancasila; 3) Emotional and moral development can be seen in attitudes and behavior in accordance with the appropriateness of the prevailing norms; 4) Social development can be seen in the social attitudes of adolescents interacting with others. The achievement of applying the teaching steps of the lecturer with the mini research model has an average achievement of 85.6%. The achievement of student learning activities with the mini research model has an average of 81.4%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis peran OCB sebagai pemediasi hubungan antara komitmen organisasional dan kinerja polisi pada Satuan Reserse dan Kriminal Khusus Polda Nusa Tenggara Timur. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan seluruh anggota populasi sebagai sampel, pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis jalur digunakan untuk menjawab permasalahan. Analisis menggunakan SmartPLS versi 3.30. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) komitmen organisasional tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja penyidik, 2) komitmen organisasional berpengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja penyidik; 3) OCB berpengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dan; 4) OCB memediasi hubungan antara komitmen organisasional dan kinerja penyidik secara positif dan signifikan.
