Due to the development of the internet nowadays, people utilize it with games and it results in the development of gaming industries that leads to the strong existence of the virtual economy. However, the development of the gaming industry in Indonesia was indeed a little late compared to other countries. This study generates a new perspective that describes purchase intention on virtual goods in Massively Multiplayer Online Social Games (MMOSG), Audition, in Indonesia. This research is done through a survey by using a questionnaire that acquired 200 Audition players as respondents. The data processing used is structural equation modelling. Results of the study show factors that significantly influence purchase intention on virtual goods are social influence and aesthetics in which purchase intention affects actual purchase behaviour, while price utility and satisfaction do not influence purchase intention.

Bureaucratic reform is continually echoed to meet the demands of the masses for better functioning of the public sector service. To respond to the aforementioned issue, this study adopted several important constructs in contemporary human resource management (work-life balance, engagement, role-performance, and self-efficacy) and analyzed the mediation and moderation role in the context of civil servants. In addition, to collect primary data, an online survey method was used and distributed to Civil Servants (CS) within the scope of the provincial government of South Sulawesi, Indonesia. PLS-SEM based analysis was employed to test measurement and structural models. The results indicated work-life balance had a positive and significant effect on CS engagement but does not affect in-role performance. Furthermore, the role of engagement as a mediator and self-efficacy as a moderator was confirmed to be significant. The discussion, implications, and recommendations for the prospective study are discussed further.

The problem of the catering business is that tastes tend to be less tasty, mistakes in choosing non-quality cooking ingredients, and employees (chefs) tend not to be painstaking, so it is interesting to research by investigating the relationship of intellectual capital with the innovative behaviour of women managers and impacting on business performance through competitive advantage. From 25 catering businesses headed by women managers, we set managers and employees (cooks) as 75 respondents (purposive sampling) with data analysis using WarpPLS 7.0. We found that the better the intellectual capital, the better the innovative behaviour of female managers, and the better the catering business performance in Makassar City. We found that the better the intellectual capital, the better female managers' innovative behaviour, and the better the catering business performance in Makassar City. We also find that behaviour innovation is getting better so that this business has a competitive advantage and good business performance.

To test the hypotheses, the current study collected data from employees working at communication and information companies in Pekanbaru City, Riau, Indonesia utilizing PLS-SEM analysis. The finding shows that leader humour can encourage employee knowledge sharing behaviour through the relationship quality between leaders and employees.

The leadership style at STIEM Bongaya is transformational leadership with a moon character not found on other campuses in Makassar City. We examine the role of involvement and the proactive role of transformational leadership relationships with employee performance. The reason for choosing the object is because the characteristics of ownership are family owned and are directed by second-generation family members, so it is interesting to study. This study used a sample of 83 employees to obtain accurate information in analyzing data by using WarpPLS 5.0. We find the transformational leadership of the moon character can improve employee performance. Because the leaders always emit the moonlight form of new enthusiasm, harmonization, comfort, and coolness, the employee engagement behaviour becomes high. It has been rooted among employees that work orientation is noble. Involvement will be meaningful if there is an intelligent proactive role by the employee and the employee's performance becomes quality.

The development of online transactions is driving the development of technology in payment systems. One of the most popular electronic money services in Indonesia is OVO. Behind OVO's rapid market share growth, system maintenance problems often arise that often occur without notice and are of long duration. This phenomenon is a doubt of consumers to continue to use OVO in the long term going forward because it does not match expectations and consequently consumers will look for alternative payments. This experience makes consumers unable to feel the price saving program offered and consequently consumers become dissatisfied. This study used a sample of 200 respondents, with a purposive sampling method, and with a questionnaire of 24 indicators. The result found that there is the influence of performance expectancy, social influence on continuance intention. Meanwhile, there is no relation to variable effort expectancy, price saving orientation and facilitating conditions to continuance intention.

Financial attitudes in emergency fund ownership decision-making are important in shaping decision-making behaviour to have an emergency fund. In order to obtain an accurate profile of financial attitudes in emergency fund ownership decision-making, it required a good instrument with a precise measurement model. This study focuses on developing a financial attitude scale in emergency fund ownership decision-making using Rasch model. The participants were 106 respondents and after going through 2 analysis process stages using Winsteps, the instruments possessed a very decent reliability index, both from alpha Cronbach's and item reliability value. The items have also met the accuracy of the item model, the unidimensionality number was above the standard, as well as the unexplainable variance by the instruments did not exceed the standard. Overall, it can be concluded that the financial attitude scale in emergency fund ownership decision-making held a decent psychometric attitude so this attitude scale can be used to a second stage pilot test process with a larger number of respondents.
