Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia tahun 2015 mengalami penurunan. Hal ini berdampak pada industri Otomotif Indonesia. Semua produsen mobil menyusun strategi untuk mempertahankan bisnis otomotifnya. Strategi yang banyak dilakukan umumnya diarahkan pada kepuasan pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meneliti variabel- variabel yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Objekpenelitian penelitian ini adalah Kualitas Produk, Pelayanan Purna Jual, Brand Image, Perceived Value, dan Kepuasan Pelanggan. Sampel data adalah pengguna produk mobil Honda. Kuesioner disebarkan pada 200 responden di seluruh Indonesia. Analisis data dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation model.Kesimpulan yang diperoleh membantu produsen Honda mampu mempertahankan kepuasan pelanggan pada level tinggi dan memenangkan persaingan pada industri otomotif di Indonesia.The Indonesia economic grewth slowdown on 2015. It has impacted the competition in the automotive industry in Indonesia. All players have got to implement many strategies to keep them in the automotive business. One of the most common strategy is to how to maintain customer satisfaction.This research aimed to investigate which variables are significant and contribute the most to the customer satisfaction variable. This research was using 5 variables, i.e. product quality, after sales service, brand image, perceived value, and customer satisfaction. The sampling data was customers that used Honda Mobile. The questionnaires were distributed to 200 respondents across Indonesian provinces. Structural Equation model method was used for data processing using Lisrel program for Windows.Finally, the conclusion of this research would help Honda improve its performance to keep its customer satisfaction level high, and win the competition in the Indonesian automotive industry

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan insentif terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan di PT Avrist Assurance, dengan menggunakan 211 karyawan sebagai responden.Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara acak sederhana. Analisis dilakukan dengan Structural Equation Model (SEM) menggunakan Lisrel 8.5. Hasil penelitian menemukan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antarabudaya organisasi dan insentif terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan, serta pengaruh yang signifikan antarakepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengaruh total budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan lebih dominan daripada pengaruh total insentif terhadap kepuasan kerja dankinerja karyawan.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and incentive on job satisfaction and employees’ performance. The study was conducted in PT Avrist Assurance, using 211 employees as respondents. The sampling technique in this research is simple random. The analysis was performed with Structural Equation Model (SEM) using Lisrel 8.5. The study found that organizational culture and incentives significantly affect job satisfaction and employees’ performance. Moreover, job satisfaction significantly affect employees’ performance. The total effect of organizational culture on Job Satisfaction and employee performance is more dominant than the total effect of incentives on Job Satisfaction and employee performance.

Abstract

In addition to running the rules set by the government, the activity of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is also carried out by the company in increasing customer loyalty. This study aims to analyze the influence of CSR activities at the local aircraft company and local banking company to customer loyalty mediated by customer trust,C-C(Consumer-Company) identification, and customer satisfaction. Selection of these two industries because ofgrowththat hasoccurredeveryyear. The sample was consumers who have used the services of local aircraft in the last six months and consumers were registered as clients of local banks in the six months before the study began. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and found that for consumers from local aircraft, the company's CSR activities significantly affect customer loyalty through mediation of customer trust, while consumers from  local bank, CSR activities significantly affect the customer loyalty through mediation of c-cidentification.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Style of Leadership and Career Development effect on Turnover Intention in PT. Takenaka Indonesia, either directly or through job satisfaction as an intermediary factor. PT. Takenaka Indonesia is a Japanese company, which is engaged in construction services include design, supervision and contractor, established since 1994.The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach, whereas the method used to analyze the research data is The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The population in this study were employees of PT. Takenaka Indonesia, both permanent employees and contract employees who were three hundred and ninety-two,and the number of samples is one hundred and ninety-two, which taken using stratified random sampling technique. Based on Statistics test results using SEM analysis technique, it was found that (1) style of leadership and career development had a positive influence on job satisfaction; and (2) The style of leadership and career development a positive influence on turnover intention, either directly or through the Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to give empiric evidence from the influence of demography variable toward portfolio investment selection and risk tolerance also the influence of risk tolerance toward portfolio investment selection.   The methodology of this research was used primer data by questionnaire both online and offline to postgraduate students in Jakarta. Data succeeded to be collected for 258 respondents and data analyze method used descriptive statistic, coefficient concordance Kendall W and chi square analyze. The result of this research showed that demography variable significantly influence to investor risk tolerance for Postgraduate students in Jakarta. Gender and age significantly influence to risk tolerance and occupation is not influence to investor risk tolerance for Postgraduate students in West Jakarta. Meanwhile for gender significantly influence to investment portfolio selection. Risk tolerance significantly influence to investment portfolio selection for postgraduate students in West Jakarta.  The implication for investor and investment advisor should understand the demography variable and investor risk tolerance level, therefore they make right investment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji dukungan akademik dan dukungan sosial terhadap niat berwirausaha. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 siswa dari Jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tarumanagara melalui metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria sampel yang siswa mengikuti program spesialisasi kewirausahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) dukungan akademik dan sosial dukungan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan pada niat berwirausaha (2) dukungan akademis secara parsial tidak memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap niat berwirausaha (3) dukungan sosial secara parsial memiliki dampak signifikan pada niat berwirausaha.This study was conducted to test the support of academic and social support for entrepreneurial intentions. Samples taken in this study were 60 students from the Faculty of Management Department of Economics, University Tarumanagara through purposive sampling method with sample criteria that students follow entrepreneurship specialization program. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression. The findings showed that (1) support the academic and social support jointly significant effect on the intention of entrepreneurship (2) academic support partially does not have a significant impact on the intention of entrepreneurship to students (3) social support partially have a significant impact on entrepreneurial intentions.
