Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Kebijakan Dividen, Ukuran Perusahaan (SIZE), dan Nilai Buku (BV) pada harga saham dengan parsial dan simultan. Kebijakan dividen yang diukur dengan Dividend Per Share (DPS). Dan ukuran perusahaan diukur dengan penjualan perusahaan. Model dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data panel. Sampel yang yang digunakan 51 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Indeks LQ-45 2007-2010 yang dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil empiris menunjukkan bahwa sebagian Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), dan Nilai Buku (BV) berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap harga saham. Selanjutnya, kebijakan dividen dan ukuran perusahaan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan positif terhadap harga saham. Selain itu hasilnya secara bersamaan menunjukkan bahwa Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Kebijakan Dividen, Perusahaan Ukuran (SIZE), dan Nilai Buku (BV) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham.The purpose of this study is to know the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Dividend Policy, Firms Size (SIZE), and Book Value (BV) on stock price with partially and simultaneously. Dividend policy is measured by Dividend Per Share (DPS). And firm size is measured by sales company. The research model in this study used panel data analysis. The samples are 51 firms listed on Index LQ-45 in 2007- 2010 selected by purposive sampling method. The empirical results partially show that Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), and Book Value (BV) have positive significant effect on stock price. Further, dividend policy and firm size do not have positive significant effect on stock price. Beside that the result simultaneously showed that Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Dividend Policy, Firms Size (SIZE), and Book Value (BV) have significant effect on stock price.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the decision to choose Starbucks. The population in this study amounted to 395 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. Variables that influence the decision to choose Starbucks are cultural, social, personal and psychological. The result of the partial test and simultaneously stated that the cultural variables, social variables, personal variables, and psychological variables influence the decision to choose Starbucks.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that become a stressor to stress the work and employee performance and to determine the effect of work stress on employee performance Secretariat General of the Ministry of Finance. This research was conducted on the employee group III at 5 (five) units which are under Sekretariatan General of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. The analytical method used path analysis using SEM analysis tools SmartPLS. The sample used in the study amounted to 150 respondents. The results showed that the lack of authority in order to carry out the responsibilities of being a major factor in generating stress (stressors) whereas the difficulty to get along with superiors, they cause work stress. While taking risks and thinking hard to always be able to work with either a major factor in improving employee performance. Stressor in the office of the Secretary General of the Ministry of Finance significantly positive effect on employee stress, while in the office of the Secretary General of the Ministry of Finance stressor does not significantly affect the employee performance and job stress did not significantly affect performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the use of e-learning system Master of Management Program. Population in this research is student of system e-learning system of Management Master Degree Program of 2014. The method in this research is quantitative research, done by using statistical procedure to draw conclusion or hypothesis testing. Analytical methods used GSCA (Generalized Structured Component Analysis). Stages of activities undertaken are: (1) designing structural models; (2) designing the measurement model; (3) construct path diagrams; (4) the conversion of path diagrams to the system of equations; (5) estimates; (6) evaluation of goodness of FIT; And (7) hypothesis testing. The result of the research shows that the quality of the system influences and signifies the usage, (2) the quality of the information influences and significant to the usage, and (3) the quality of service influences and significant to the usage.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to measure the influence between agency conflict’s factors to the value of the firm with dividend policy as the moderating variable. Some of variables which are used in this research such as Free Cash Flow Ratio, Leverage, Return on Asset, GCG’s Implementation (CGPI), Dividend Policy, danValue of The Firm (Tobin’s Q). This research sample consisted of 126 observations which are the listed company in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2008-2014 period and they also are the company with the best GCG index. The results showed thatFree Cash Flow Ratio, Leverage, Return on Asset, GCG’s Implementation (CGPI), Dividend Policy have significant effect simultaneously on Value of The Firm (Tobin’s Q). While in partial, only GCG’s Implementation (CGPI) which doesn’t has significant effect onValue of The Firm (Tobin’s Q). On the other hand, dividend policy significantly moderated the influence of the other 4 independent variables to the value of the firm.

Abstract

This research is intended to test influence Motivation and Leadership Style against Organizational Commitment work lecturer at Universities in Jakarta. The Universities is a private university located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The sample used purposive sampling technique, who works as a lecturer at the Universities. Instrument analysis of data used is multiple regression analysis by the aid Partial Least Square (PLS) program. Based on the results of the study found that there is a positive relationship. The result is Motivation and Leadership Style against Job Satisfaction, Motivation and Leadership Style against Job Performance, Motivation and Leadership Style against Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

This study aimed to compare the three models SCAPM, namely SCAPM without risk free, SCAPM inflation and SCAPM zakat to know which model is more optimal use. The method used is the analysis of explanatory power and linear regression. The data used is secondary data, the inflation data, zakat, sharia shares incorporated in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) from 2011 to 2015.The results are based on the analysis of explanatory power, SCAPM inflation is more optimal than SCAPM zakat and SCAPM without risk free. The results are supported by the results of the analysis graph illustrating SCAPM inflation has a higher volatility than other SCAPM, it indicates that the more profitable inflation SCAPM models are accompanied by greater risks, in accordance with the principles of the classical high risk high return.

Abstract

E-lifestyle behavior towards avoiding internet advertising needs to be known to design an advertisement on the internet, so that the tendency of avoiding internet advertising can be reduced.Therefore, research on e-lifestyle and internet advertising avoidance is needed which aims to find out the influence of each e-lifestyle on Internet advertising avoidance and the behavior of each e-lifestyle towards Internet advertising avoidance activities. The population of this study is Internet users. A sample of 200 Jakarta residents were selected by purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results obtained after the data were analyzed show that need-driven, interest-driven, entertainment-driven, sociability-driven, and novelty-driven influence the avoidance of Internet advertising. But Importance-driven and concern-driven e-lifestyle have no influence. In addition, entertainment-driven e-lifestyle has the largest factor loading value on average. This indicates that the majority of respondents are entertainment-driven in using the Internet everyday.

Abstract

Krisis keuangan global yang terjadi menjelang akhir tahun 2008 berdampak terhadap industri perbankan di Indonesia. Krisis keuangan ikut berperan dalam melambatnya pertumbuhan aktivitas penyaluran kredit perbankan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dominan dalam mempengaruhi aktivitas penyaluran kredit pada bank-bank BUMN dan merumuskan strategi untuk meningkatkan penyaluran kredit bagi setiap bank-bank BUMN. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). Variabel mikro keuangan yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), dan Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR). Variabel makroekonomi yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah BI Rate, Nilai Tukar, dan Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hanya beberapa variabel yang memiliki kontribusi yang signifikan dari masing-masing bank dalam jangka panjang, yaitu DPK pada Bank Mandiri, NPL pada Bank BRI dan Bank BTN, dan PDB pada Bank BNI dan Bank BCA. Setelah mengetahui faktor-faktor dominan tersebut, maka masing-masing bank dapat memilih strategi untuk memberikan hadiah promosi dan cash back dalam periode tertentu, melakukan verifikasi data kredit dengan menggunakan four eyes principles, dan melakukan ekspansi pasar pada daerah potensial.The global financial crisis that occurred towards the end of 2008 have many impact on the banking industry in Indonesia. Financial crisis also had a role in slowing the growth of credit lending activity. The purpose of this study was to describe the most dominant factors that affect lending activity at the government banks and to formulate strategies to increase lending activity by each government bank. The methods used in this research were Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). Micro-financial variables examined in this study were Third Party Fund (DPK), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR). The macroeconomic variables examined in this study were BI Rate, Exchange Rate, and Gross Domestic Product (PDB). The result of this research indicated that only a few variables that have a significant contribution of each bank in the long run are DPK on Bank Mandiri, NPL on Bank BRI and Bank BTN, and PDB on Bank BNI and Bank BCA. After knowing that dominant factors, each bank can raise capital by giving promotional gifts and cash back in certain periods, verifying credit data by using four eyes principles, doing market expansion in the potential region.

Abstract

The occurrence of the gap phenomenon between Indonesia's economic growth and population has increased but the retail market has declined. Therefore, the purpose of research is to find out how much the relationship between sales promotions and customer satisfaction in Matahari stores. The research method uses a quantitative approach with accidental sampling method through the distribution of questionnaires to 100 retail customers. The result of this research is the relationship between sales promotion and increasing customer satisfaction. The management should focus on midnight sale and member membership because it has a significant impact on customer satisfaction. The voucher discount variable and buy two get one free have not significant on customer satisfaction. In the next future, the research focuses on the increase of online shore sales promotion.
