Abstract

This research was conducted at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Batu, with the aim of (1) to fnd out and describe the implementation of character education based on religious culture in SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Batu; (2) to fnd out and describe the enabling and inhibiting factors in the implementation of character education based on religious culture in SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Batu; (3) to describe the solutions taken in addressing the problems that arise in the implementation of character education based on religious culture in SMP Muhammadiyah2 Batu.This study uses qualitative research techniques. Where researchers plunge directly to obtain information related to the title of this research. The collection of data obtained from interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The informant that needs to be explored include, the principal of SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Batu, vice of the student , vice of sarpras, PPKn teachers, religious teachers, and students of class VII, VIII, and IX. Then the data were analyzed by descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the implementation of character education based on religious culture in SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Batu, implemented through collaboration between the KTSP curriculum with the curriculum of Primary and Secondary Education Muhammadiyah assemblies and their development become specifc policies that have been agreed upon by the school. The development is carried out through habituation or cultural activities in schools are routinely carried out, namely: Culture 5S, Kultum and Duha prayer, Quranic Literacy (BTA), afternoon prayers in congregation , Fridayprayers, empathy (caring), study end-run council/IPM, and the Great Day of Islam (PHBI). Religious culture based on character education is very important in shaping the character and morals of students that possess akhlakul karimah corresponding to 18 values rooted in religious character, Pancasila, cultural, and educational purposes. Supporting factors in the implementation of character education based on religious culture in SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Batu is a curriculum, agreements, teachers (human resource) that support, facilities andinfrastructure (Mosque) in the school, the program, control of community (community participation). Inhibiting factor is student input that are heterogeneous and plural so it can not evenly distributed, the external factors (social environment or community), the limitations of the existing facilities at the school, the programs are less agreed, student awareness is still low. The solution is the school needs to improve, and always keep the communication and cooperation with parents, provide insight to the child, parents, and related institutions, develop and optimizing potentials, as well as tighter regulations in the character formation of students.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan: 1) Modelpembinaan anak jalanan di Pondok Pesantren, 2) Kendala-kendala yang terjadi dalam pembinaan anak jalanan, 3) Mengatasi kendala yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun metode analisis datanya melalui: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian menjelaskan bahwa: 1) Pembinaan yang dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Sabilul Hikmah ini adalah pendekatan secara personal sosial dimana pengurus pondok pesantren harus berinteraksi sosial secara anak per anak agar tahu apa yang sebenarnya diinginkan oleh masing-masing anak serta pembinaan dengan pendekatan secara agama (religius), 2) Kendala yang paling menonjol adalah sulitnya masa peralihan anak-anak yang semula hidup bebas dijalanan dan kemudian hidup di lingkungan pondok pesantren serta kurangnya dana operasional untuk mencukupi kebutuhan sehari-hari para santri, 3) Mengatasi anak yang susah diatur adalah dengan membuat anak - anak tersebeut merasa nyaman maka itulah guna dari pembinaan melalui pendekatan personal sosial,sedangkan kendala dari keuangan adalah bagaimana pendiri Pondok Pesantren menggunakan uang pribadi dalam mencukupi kebutuhan sehari-hari para santri.Kata Kunci : Model Pembinaan, Anak Jalanan, Personal sosial dan religi.ABSTRACTThe research objective is to understand and describe: 1) The mentoring model for street children at Islamic Boarding School, 2) The problems in mentoring for street children, and 3) The solution for solving the problems. This research applied the descriptive qualitative research. The techniques for data collection were observation, interview, and documentation. The analysis data started from data collection, data reduction, result of research and conclusion. The result of this research showed that: 1) The mentoring which was done by Salafiyah Sabilul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School was a personal and social approach where Islamic boarding school staffs should make an social interaction to eachof street children so they could understand their real needs, 2) the most problem which faced by street children was the difficulties on their adaptation from the life street to Islamic boarding school which did not have a good financial to support all their daily needs, and 3) To mentor the street childern who could not be taught easily was by making them feelmore comfortable so it aligned with the goal of a personal and social approach, and to cover the lack of financial on the student?s daily needs was by using the staff?s personal money.Keywords: Mentoring Model, Street Children, Personal and social approach, and religion.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) Karakter partai-partai Islam dalam menghadapi pemilihan umum 2019 di Kota Malang, (2) Faktor penyebab permasalahan disharmonisasi partai-partai Islam dalam menghadapi pemilu 2019 di Kota Malang, dan (3) Solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan disharmonisasi partai-partai Islam dalam menghadapi pemilu 2019 di Kota Malang. Fokus pada penelitian ini adalah permasalahan disharmonisasi partai-partai Islam dalam menghadapi pemilu 2019 di kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan di kantor DPC PPP kota Malang, PKS kota Malang, PAN kota Malang, dan PKB kota Malang. Prosedur penelitian terdiri dari tahapan pra penelitian, pelaksanaan, dan analisis data. Teknis analisis data meliputi empat tahapan yakni pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan empat tahapan yakni, Credibility, Dependability, Confirmability, dan Transferability. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kordinasi internal partai sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dari suatu karakter partai di Masyarakat. (2) Faktor terjadinya permasalahan disharmonisasi partai-partai Islam di kota Malang meliputi faktor internal yakni adanya ketidaksesuaian langkah poltik yang dilakukan pengurus partai dengan ideologis partai. Faktor eksternal yakni adanya peran media yang kurang kredibel dalam menyampaikan informasi. (3) Solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan disharmonisasi yakni harus ada kordinasi internal yang bagus dan peran aktif setiap kader dalam menanggapi isu-isu yang sedang beredar di media atau dimasyarakat.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to find out and describe (1) the concept and implementation of full day school based on Islamic culture for strengthening religious character of students at the Islamic Junior High School Surya Buana Malang (2) the inhibiting and supporting factors, (3) the solutions to deal with the inhibiting factors that emerging. This research method uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach, collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed qualitatively, through stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification, along with data validity techniques using triangulation techniques. The result of this study showed that (1) the concept of full day school that applied is islamic full day school by focusing on strengthening the religious character of students. The implementationof full day school based on Islamic culture aims to make to make students have good character through the habituation that is carried out since students enter school until after school. (2) the inhibiting factors consist of diverse inputs, location and school regulations. Supporting factors consist of internal and external support. (3) the solutions to deal with the inhibiting factors that emerging is to provide special guidance, increase religious activities, comunnication and cooperation with parents of students.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPendidikan karakter muncul akhir-akhir ini, setelah terjadi degradasi moral yang melanda bangsa Indonesia. Pendidikan karakter pada prinsipsinya adalah sebagai upaya menumbuhkan kepekaan dan tanggung jawab sosial, membangun kecerdasan emosional, dan mewujudkan peserta didik memiliki etika yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan: (1) penerapan pendidikan karakter berbasis 5 karakter wajib taruna SMK Negeri 13 Malang, (2) kendala yang dihadapi dalam penerapan pendidikan karakter berbasis 5 karakter wajib taruna, (3) solusi yang dapat dilakukan dalam penerapan pendidikan karakter berbasis 5 karakter berbasis 5 karakter wajib taruna. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penelitian kualitatif dengan prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan orang-orang dan perilaku yang dihadapi. Pengumupulan data diperoleh dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Tahapantahapandalamanalisis data dilakukandengancara: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data danpenarikankesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan denganteknikkredibilitas, transferbilitas, debendabilitasdankonfirmabilitas.Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat diperoleh hasil penelitian yaitu: (1) Penerapan pendidikan karakter berbasis 5 karakter wajib taruna diterapkan dalam kegiatan sehari-hari dari taat, jujur, disiplin, bekerjasama dan berprestasi. 5 karakter diterapkan dalam semua aspek kehidupan di lingkungan sekolah. (2) Kendala yang dihadapi dalam penerapan pendidikan karakter berbasis 5 karakter wajib taruna diantaranya; belum ada kesadraan penuh dalam diri taruna sehingga kecenderungan sulit menerapkan pendidikan karakter berbasis 5 karakter wajib taruna, masih adanya guru yang tidak mendukung, kurang pengawasan orang tua dirumah. (3) Solusi yang dapat dilakukan dalam penerapan pendidikan karakter berbasis 5 karakter wajib taruna yakni memberikan pencegahan secara preventif melalui buku saku dan al-kays, melakukan koodinasi antara pihak sekolah dan orang tua, melakukan konsultasi kepada taruna-taruni oleh staff batalyon, kontrol sikap taruna-taruni melalui bimbingan konseling.Kata Kunci : ?5 karakter wajib taruna?ABSTRACTNowadays, character building in education is commonly spoken, let alone after degradation of the youth moral in Indonesia. Principally, character building is an attempt to grow the sensitivity and social responsibility, to build the emotional intelegence, and to create students with high attitude. This research is aimed to describe: (1) the implementation of character building in education based on the 5 obligatory characters of school with military based in SMKN 13 Malang, (2) the problems that are faced in implementing the character building in education based on the 5 obligatory characters of school with military based, (3) the ways to cope with the problems in implementing the character building in education based on the 5 obligatory characters of school military based. This research employed the qualitative research that produces the descriptive data which are written or oral data, and the attitude of the students. The data colllection techniques that were used: interview, observation, and documentation. The steps in analayzing the data were: collecting the data, reduction data, findings, and drawing the conclusion. The validity test were done by using credibility,trasnferable, dependable, and confirmable techniques. Based on the analysis, it can be drawn several results as follows: (1) 5 obligatory character of students was implemented in daily activities at school: obedient, honest, discipline, cooperate, and be an achiever.All students in education based military were taught about 5 obligatory characters which were implemented in every aspect at school. (2) The problems which were faced during the character building implementation were: there was no high awareness of students in implementing 5 obligatory characters. There was lack of support from teachers and parents at house. (3) The ways to cope with the problems which were implemented: gave the preventive ways through pocket book called al-kays, built cooperation between school side and parents, did consultation between students and staff battalion, attitude control of students through counseling advisory.Key words: ?5 obligatory characters of school with military based?

Abstract

Leadership and human deifying two sides of the coin, who one another cannot beseparated, because basically human being born as the leader of the leadership. Leadership there are in all orgnisasai, from the level of most small and intimate, namely of a family until the village level, the city, the state, from the local level, regional and national, and international. Leadership village did not only occupied by men. With the advent of the times, now the position of women in the domain of political start to arise, especially for the village head. The arrival of the village head women certainly makes a fresh to women to actively involved in the domain of politica, but it a little bit too some the community to the eyes ofleadership the village head women. The problems to take is setting off from the responses the community with the absence of a head village women, methods and type leadership, with the constraints of faced and the solution offered. Data collection obtained through observation directly, photographing matters related to research and interview deeply on eleven informants. Data analyzed qualitatively consisting of three grooves activities that happen simultaneouslynamely reduction data, presentation of data and the withdrawal of a conclusion or data verification. The result of this research suggests that there are community members who the pros and cons with leadership the head of the village women, while methods of his leadership used sensitive to suggestions and use tipy misionary and developer type. While for obstacles faced the village head was the readiness of and willingness when needed by the local peopleup at any time. The solution offered to the village head in reducing the in leadership is to grow of the nature of trusted each other. When we do not capable of finised own, so finish by means of to distribute with the neares (deliberation ).

Abstract

AbstrakUpacara Larungan merupakan salah satu tradisi peninggalan leluhur yang diwujudkan dengan melarungkan sesaji ke Telaga Ngebel. Tradisi ini dilaksanakan setiap satu tahun sekali pada tanggal 1 Suro atau 1 Muharram. Tujuan dilaksanakannya larungan ini adalah sebagai ungkapan rasa syukur kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Kuasa atas berkah yang telah diberikan. Upacara larungan tersebut memiliki makna mendalam bagi masyarakat Ngebel, karena masyarakat percaya akan datangnya malapetaka apabila tidak melaksanakannya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) partisipasi masyarakat dalam upacara larungan, (2) kearifan lokal upacara larungan dapat mewujudkan harmonisasi sosial masyarakat, (3) peran pemerintah desa dalam mencegah konflik dengan memanfaatkan kearifan lokal upacara larungan.Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah Pemerintah Desa Ngebel, tokoh masyarakat Desa Ngebel dan masyarakat Desa Ngebel. Pengumpulan data dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing/verification. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) partisipasi masyarakat Desa Ngebel dalam upacara larungan tergolong aktif dibuktikan dengan keikutsertaan masyarakat dalam rangkain kegiatan yang sudah disusun oleh panitia pelaksana; (2) nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang terkandung dalam upacara larungan antara lain: nilai religi, nilai hiburan, nilai kekerabatan, nilai keindahan dan nilai simbolik. Kearifan lokal dalam upacara larungan memiliki kekuatan untuk menumbuhkan rasa persatuan sehingga membuat persaudaraan masyarakat semakin kuat yang menjadikan masyarakat dapat hidup damai dan harmonis; (3) nilai kearifan lokal dalam upacara larungan yang menjunjung semangat persatuan dimanfaatkan pemerintah desa dan stakeholders dalam menyelesaikan konflik yang timbul di masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Kearifan Lokal, Upacara Larungan, dan Harmonisasi AbstractUpacara Larungan is one of the ancestral heritage that is realized by washed away the offerings to Telaga Ngebel. this tradition is carried out once every year on the 1st of Suro or 1st Muharram. The purpose of doing this ban is as an expression of gratitude to the all-powerful God for the blessings that have been given. The upacara larungan has deep meaning for Ngebel society, because people believe it will come disastrous if not implement it.This study aims to describe: (1) community participation in upacara larungan, (2) local wisdom of upacara larungan can realize social harmonization of society, (3) role of village government in preventing conflict by exploiting local wisdom of upacara larungan.This research uses qualitative research with descriptive method. The data sources used are Ngebel Village Government, Ngebel village community leaders and Ngebel Village community. Data collection was collected by interview, documentation and observation techniques. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, display data, and conclusion drawing/verification.The results of the study showed (1) the participation of Ngebel Village communities in the upacara larungan is classified as actively evidenced by the participation of the community in the series of activities that have been prepared by the organizing committe; (2) the values of local wisdom contained in the upacara larungan include: religious value, entertainmen value, kinship value, beauty value and siymbolic value. Local wisdom in the upacara larungan has the power to foster a sense of unity that makes the community fraternity stronger that makes the people can live in peace and harmony; (3) the value of local wisdom in the upacara larungan that upholds the spirit of unity utilized by the village government and stakeholders in resolving conflicts arising in the community. Keywords:Local Wisdom, Upacara Larungan, and Harmonization

Abstract

ABSTRAKGerakan mahasiswa turut mewarnai perkembangan demokrasi pada lintas orde kekuasaan di Indonesia. Dinamika demokrasi di Indonesia tidak lepas dari beragam aksi gerakan mahasiswa sebagai bentuk aksi moral dan politis untuk memperjuangkan masyarakat dari ketidakadilan dan penindasan. Gerakan mahasiswa merepresentasikan partisipasi politik dalam bentuk konvensional maupun non-konvensional dan sekaligus menyemai praktik demokrasi di Indonesia. Namun dinamika gerakan mahasiswa diwarnai beragam aksi represiberupa kekerasan oleh aparat pemerintah dan oleh mahasiswa sendiri sebagai respon terhadap penindasan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan secara sosio-historis bentukbentuk gerakan mahasiswa sebagai manifestasi partisipasi politik dan kekerasan-kekerasan yang menyertainya. Artikel ini merupakan refleksi kritis terhadap dinamika perjuangan gerakan mahasiswa dalam kancah demokrasi nasional. Gerakan Mahasiswa dalam hal ini merupakan praksis sosial yang berlandaskan pada nilai-nilai moral untuk mewujudkan kehidupan masyarakat yang ideal. Untuk mewujudkan tujuan itu, Mahasiswa melakukankajian ilmiah, membentuk lembaga swadaya masyarakat, mobilisasi massa, demonstrasi atau protes, advokasi sosial dan intervensi kebijakan politis pemerintah. Kekerasan terhadap gerakan mahasiswa merupakan konsekuensi perjuangan mereka yang terkadang menentang kekuasaan dan status quo pemerintah. Perubahan sosial yang diperjuangkan mahasiswa butuh perjuangan dan pengorbanan. Kasus kerusuhan, penculikan dan pembunuhan mahasiwa setidaknya menggambarkan parade kekerasan yang dialami oleh gerakanmahasiswa.Kata Kunci: Demokrasi, partisipasi politik, kekerasan, gerakan mahasiswaABSTRACTThe student movement colored the development of democracy across the order of power in Indonesia. The dynamics of democracy in Indonesia cannot be separated from the various actions of the student movement as a form of moral and political action to fight for society from injustice and oppression. The student movement represents political participation in conventional and non-conventional forms and at the same time sowing the practice of democracy in Indonesia. But the dynamics of the student movement are colored by various acts of repression in the form of violence by government officials and by students themselves in response to oppression. This article aims to explainNomor 1, Meisocio-historically the forms of student movements as manifestations of political participation and the accompanying violence. This article is a critical reflection on the dynamics of the struggle of the student movement in the arena of national democracy. TheStudent Movement in this case is a social praxis based on moral values ?? to realize the ideal community life. To realize this goal, students conduct scientific studies, establish non-governmental organizations, mass mobilization, demonstrations or protests, social advocacy and government policy intervention. Violence against the student movement is a consequence of the struggle of those who sometimes oppose the power and status quo  of the government. The social change fought for by students needs struggle and sacrifice. Abstract

Raga, Gawan  Bagus Adi. 2019. Analisis Peran Guru PPKn dalam Membina Moral Antikorupsi Peserta Didik di SMP Negeri 2 Pucuk Kabupaten Lamongan. Drs. Nurbani Yusuf, M.Si., Drs. M. Mansur, M.HTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui peran guru PPKn dalam membina moral antikorupsi peserta didik, (2) mengetahui bagaimana kendala yang dihadapi guru PPKn dalam membina moral antikorupsi peserta didik, dan (3) menganalisis peran yang tepat bagi guru PPKn dalam membina moral antikorupsi peserta didik agar selaras dengan upaya pemberantasan korupsi.Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Alasan digunakannya pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan maksud untuk menjelaskan dan mengungkapkan fakta yang terjadi di lingkungan sekolah, tepatnya pada saat pembelajaran di kelas. Tempat penelitian dilakukan di SMP Negeri 2 Pucuk yang terletak di Desa Kesambi, Kecamatan Pucuk, Kabupaten Lamongan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data  yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah peran (1) guru PPKn dalam membina moral antikorupsi peserta didik adalah sebagai pendidik dan pengajar berperan melakukan transfer ilmu pengetahuan, mengajarkan, dan membimbing Pendidikan Antikorupsi diintegrasikan ke dalam Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan. Selain itu guru berperan sebagai pengelola pembelajaran, guru PPKn harus menguasai berbagai metode pembelajaran dan memahami situasi belajar mengejar di dalam kelas. (2) Kendala yang dihadapi dalam pembinaan moral antikorupsi adalah masih adanya peserta didik yang kurang memperhatikan apa yang disampaikan oleh guru PPKn. (3) Solusi yang tepat agar peran guru PPKn dalam membina moral antikorupsi peserta didik adalah mengadakan pertemuan antar orang tua, wali kelas, guru, dan kepala sekolah.
