Abstract

ABSTRAK             Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis (1) penerapan pendidikan multikultural di SMP Immanuel Batu; (2) toleransi antar umat beragama di SMP Immanuel Batu; (3) faktor pendukung dan penghambat penerapan sikap toleransi atar umat beragama di SMP Immanuel Batu. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini antara lain:(1) bagaimana penerapan pendidikan multikultural di SMP Immanuel Batu; (2) bagaimana toleransi antar umat beragama di SMP Immanuel Batu; (3) apa faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penerapan sikap toleransi antar umat beragama di SMP Immanuel Batu. Metode penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian: (1) penerapan pendidikan multikultural diterapkan dalam setiap proses pembelajaran baik di dalam kelas di luar kelas ataupun di dalam sekolah dan di luar sekolah, bentuk diterapkannya pendidikan multikultural yakni diadakannya even-even, keagamaan, hari kartini, dan bulan bahasa. (2) Bentuk toleransi antar umat beragama yakni adanya kebebasan dalam menjalankan syariat agama yang dianut oleh masing-masing siswa, strategi agar toleransi beragama selalu diterapkan yakni dengan adanya kasih dan pembiasan. (3) Fator pendukung penerapan toleransi beragama di SMP Immanuel Batu yakni adanya fasilitas pendukung untuk beribadah, faktor pengambat sering muncul dari guru dan peserta didik itu sendiri.

Abstract

ABSTRAKLangkah pertama dalam implementasi kurikulum yang penting ditempuh sekolah adalah penyesuaian dengan ketentuan yang berlaku bagi peserta didik cerdas istimewa serta karakternya, di mana perlakuan yang kurang maksimal dan tidak sesuai dengan karakter peserta didik cerdas istimewa disebabkan terjadinya miss konsepsi serta ketidaksesuaian (lack of it) antara tuntutan yang seharusnya dengan kenyataan pelaksanaan pada saat di kelas. Hal ini yang kemudian menyebabkan perlakuan dan pelayanan pembelajaran pada kelas akselerasi di sekolah menjadi kurang maksimal bahkan kurang berguna untuk mengembangkan potensi peserta didik cerdas istimewa, Penelitian ini mengambil rumusan masalah Bagaimanakah langkah ? langkah dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Diferensiasi Pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Kelas Akselerasi Peserta Didik Cerdas Inklusif Yang Dilaksanakan Di MTsN Ponorogo, Apa Saja Kendala Yang Dihadapi Dalam Mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Diferensiasi Pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Kelas Akselerasi Peserta Didik Cerdas Inklusif MTsN Ponorogo, Bagaimana Solusi terhadap Kendala yang dihadapi dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum diferensiasi pada mata pelajaran. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitaif karena memiliki beberapa pertimbangan, yaitu: (1) pendekatan kualitatif lebih mudah apabila berhadapan dengan kenyataan jamak, (2) pendekatan ini menyajikan secara langsung hakikat hubungan antara peneliti dan informan, (3) metode ini lebih peka dan dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan banyak penajaman pengaruh bersama terhadap pola-pola nilai yang dihadapi. Sumber data primer diperoleh hasil wawancara yakni wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, Ketua Program PDCI, Guru PKn, serta siswa kelas VII PDCI. Kemudian data dianalisa secara deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat kesesuaian dengan komponen kurikulum seperti: (1) Tujuan, (2) Isi atau materi (Bahan Ajar), (3) Proses (Strategi Mengajar) atau sistem penyampaian dari media, (4) Evaluasi, tetapi Proses Implementasi kurikulum Diferensiasi Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan pada kelas Akselerasi PDCI MTsN Ponorogo mendapatkan beberapa kendala di dalamnya yaitu disebabkan oleh keadaan siswa yang cendurung berfikir cepat tetapi gampang bosan kalau materi yang disampaikan tidak membuat siswa berfikir lebih jauh.Kata kunci: ImplementasiKurikulumDiferensiasi, pesertadidikcerdasinklusif ABSTRACTThe first step in the implementation of the curriculum of the school is important are adjustments to the provisions that apply to students are intelligent as well as special characters, where treatment insufficient and not in accordance with special smarter learners character due to the occurrence of miss conception as well as the rendering (lack of it) between the demands that should be with the reality of implementation at the time in class. This then lead to the treatment and service learning on grade acceleration in school becomes insufficient even less useful to develop potential learners are special, intelligent Research takes the outline of the problem How steps-the steps in implementing the Curriculum Differentiation on the subjects of Civics Class Accelerated Learners In an inclusive Smart MTsN Ponorogo, what are the obstacles faced in implementing the Curriculum Differentiation on the subjects of Civics Class Accelerated Learners Intelligent Inclusive MTsN Ponorogo, How solutions to obstacles faced in implementing the curriculum differentiation on subjects.The method used in this research approaches Qualitative because it has several considerations, namely: (1) the qualitative approach more easily when faced with the reality plural, (2) it serves directly the nature of the relationship between researchers and informants, (3) the method is more sensitive and can adjust to a lot of sharpening influences together to patterns of values ??encountered. Abstract

The character of nations that now becomes the focus on various life aspects ishonesty. Now, the value of honesty is used as an example of a precious and costly thing. The weak value of honesty in school, like cheating and lying to a teacher, will negatively affect the education process and the learning outcome. The value of honesty can be improved through self-service canteen, so the material or main topic of the lesson in the subject can be immediately implemented. Self-service canteen is one of the effective strategies that enablethe students to learn and practice implementing the values of anti-corruption and as a forum for the education of the prospective anti-corruption national leader. The study conducted at SMA Negeri 8 Malang discussed (1) the implementation of character-building education development through the management of self-service canteen at SMA Negeri 8 Malang, (2) the description of the obstacles found in the implementation, (3) the description of solutionsto reduce the obstacles during the implementation. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach, in which the researcher was directly involved to find out information related to the title of the study. The data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. In addition, the informants were the headmaster, vice headmaster for student affairs, the coordinator of anti-corruption education/self-service canteen, civics teacher, and students ofSMA Negeri 8 Malang. Based on the research finding, the conclusion was obtained as follows: (1) Anti-corruption education/self-service canteen was launched 6 months ago. The concept was simple by providing snacks and beverages. The food was displayed on a table with is the price tag. There was a box for money from the box. The management mechanism was fully offered to the students, under the guidance of the management coordinator self-servicecanteen. (2) There was not any available change. Consequently, some students who owed forgot to pay. (3) The coordinator of self-service canteen gave instructions and guidance to the students continuously during the flag ceremony and the class activity, inserted the lesson materials about honesty, fairness, simplicity, struggle, and others.

Abstract

Moral is somebody?s act/attitude/speech in interacting with others. If what is conducted by somebody suitable with value in society and can be accepted also please the surrounding, he/she is regarded as having good moral. By using SMK Muhmmadiyah 2 Malang as the object, the researcher conducts a study on ?The role of civics (PKn) in building students? moral in SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Malang?.This study is aimed to know the problems on the focus of study; they are: (1) How is the role of civics in building students? moral in SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Malang? (2) What obstacles faced in building students? moral in SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Malang? (3) What are the solutions to overcome the obstacles in building students? moral in SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Malang? This study used qualitative approach. To obtain the data, the researcher used observation, interview and documentation. Meanwhile, for checking data validity, the researcher used credibility, transferability, dependability and confrmability.From the result of study, it is obtained that the role of civics in building students? moral in SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Malang is by embedding responsibility, caring, discipline and nationality also teach students on religious. Yet, in building students? moral, there are obstacles such as the less of parents? attention and comprehension and society so that children often do something which harms them. To overcome the obstacles, the teachers are expected that there is still good cooperation between teacher, parent and society.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPemerintah Kabupaten Manggarai Barat mempunyai peran penting dalam memajukan daerahnya, salah satunya dengan mengembangkan potensi yang ada. Dengan mengoptimalkan potensi yang ada di Manggarai Barat, khususnya dari sektor pariwisata agar bisa meningkatkan Pendapatan Daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) Mendeskripsikan upaya pengembangan potensi pariwisata dalam meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah, (2) Menganalisis kendala yang dihadapi Pemerintah Daerah dalam pengembangan potensi pariwisata, (3) Menjelaskan solusi yang dilakukan Pemerintah Daerah dan mengatasi kendala. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun informan yang digali informasinya adalah sekretaris dinas kebudayaandan pariwisata, kepala bidang pengembangan, kepala bidang promosi, pemandu wisata dan pengunjung wisata di Kabupaten Manggarai Barat. Berdasarkan penelitian diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut:(1) Strategi Pemerintah Daerah untuk meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah melalui pengembangan potensi pariwisata telah dilakukan dan dimasukan dalam Renstra, namun belum begitu maksimal, (2) Kendalanya yaitu: faktor masyarakat, kurangnya kualitas SDM, anggaran dana terbatas, belum optimalnya sarana dan prasarana, kurangnya kerjasama, ketatnya persaingan pasar dan masih belum tersedianya sarana promosi. (3) Solusinya yaitu mengadakan pokdarwis, meningkatkan kualitas SDM, mengoptimalkan pengeluaran maupun pemasukan dana, peningkatan sarana dan prasarana, meningkatkan koordinasi antar dinas, peningkatan kualitas produk, mengoptimalkan sarana promosi.Kata Kunci : Strategi, Pemerintah Daerah, Potensi Pariwisata.ABSTRACTFurthermore, the local government of West Manggarai holds the crucial role indeveloping the region by means of optimizing the existing potentialities. In accordance with the societal perception regarding the condition of eastern regions of Indonesia that are categorized as underdeveloped regions, it is of requirement for local government to alternate such paradigm. It might be by optimizing the potentialities that entail West Manggarai, particularly on tourism sector, in addition to increase the revenue. Therefore this research was intended to: (1) describe the efforts of developing the tourism potentiality in developing the locally-generated revenue in West Manggarai; (2) analyze the barriers faced by the local government in developing the tourism potentiality; (3) formulate the possible solutions for local government to overcome the barriers. Moreover, this research accommodated descriptively qualitative research design in whichthis research was to systematically and conscientiously provide a vision of actual facts and characteristics of particular population. In addition, it aimed to solve the actual issues and collect the data. Furthermore, the data were originally collected from observation, interview, and documentation. In fact, the informants recruited included the secretary of Department of Tourism and Culture, the head of field development tour-guide (1 person), and tourist (1 person) of West Manggarai. Alluding to the research that had been piloted,there were some results as being explicated as follows: (1) the strategies of localgovernment in developing the revenue by means of developing the tourism potentiality had been implemented and inserted into the strategic plan, but they had not been maximally successful yet; (2) the barriers faced in developing the tourism potentiality comprised societal factor, lack of quality regarding human resource, limited budgets, ineffectiveness of supporting facilities, lack of collaboration with private parties, the sharp competition ofmarket, and the unobtainability of tourism promotion facilities, such as websites; and (3) the possible solutions to overcome the barriers were by: establishing aware group of tourism, upgrading the quality of human resource, optimizing the expenditures and revenues, developing the supporting facilities, strengthening the coordination of each department, upgrading the quality of products, and optimizing the promotion facilities.Keywords: The Strategies, Local Government, Tourism Potentiality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan (1) pelaksanaan pendidikan sex-class dalam membangun karakter siswa berwawasan gender, (2) faktor-faktor penghambat pelaksanaan pendidikan sex-class dalam membangun karakter siswa yang berwawasan gender, dan (3) solusi mengatasi hambatan pelaksanaan pendidikan sex-class dalam membangun karakter siswa yang berwawasan gender. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi, yaitu metode yang berupaya untuk memahami makna yang sesungguhnya atas suatu pengalaman, menekankan pada kesadaran (intentional of consciousness). Kemudian, pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui kegiatan observasi, wawancara, dan pemanfaatan dokumen. Sementara, data hasil penelitian di analisis dengan alur, yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan, bahwa (1) pendidikan sex-class berfungsi untuk menyalurkan nilai kesetaraan gender, menjawab stereotip masyarakat yang menafsirkan siswi sebagai individu yang lemah, juga membangun paradigma yang tidak memandang siswi sebagai sub ordinat siswa yang berlandaskan pada nilai agama dan kesopanan, (2)hambatan dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan sex-class ialah pengetahuan, pemahaman, sikap guru serta peran sekolah yang absolut, dan (3) solusi dalam mengatasi berbagai hambatan ialah dengan melakukan sosialisasi yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is: (1) To identify and describe the implementation ofcharacter education in addressing student misbehaviour in SMP Negeri 8 Malang. (2) To identify and describe the factors that cause delinquency students in SMP Negeri 8 Malang. (3) To determine and describe the obstacles and supporting elements in the face in the implementation of character education in dealing with student misbehaviour in SMP Negeri 8 Malang. (4) To identify and describe the solutions taken by the school to address the factors inhibiting the implementation of character education in dealing with student misbehaviour inSMP Negeri 8 Malang. This study uses qualitative research techniques. Where researchers go directly into the field to gather information related to the title of the review. The data collection was obtained by interview, observation and documentation. The informant information that needs to be explored is the principal, teachers PPKn SMP Negeri 8 Malang, Islamic Teacher SMP Negeri 8 Malang, Teacher Guidance Counseling (BK) SMP Negeri 8 Malang, andinformant of class VII students of SMP Negeri 8 Malang. Based on research conducted by researchers at SMP Negeri 8 Malang The results obtained are (1) Implementation of character education in dealing with student misbehaviour in SMP Negeri 8 Malang in accordance with the Vision and Mission of SMP Negeri 8 Malang, and through all subjects and extracurricular activities through SMP Negeri 8 Malang. (2) Causes of Delinquency students occurrence due to the influence of the external environment that influences society and the mass media technology and increasingly sophisticated. (3) Obstacles and Supporting implementation of character education in dealing with student misbehaviour in SMP Negeri 8 Malang is, the inhibiting factor because fulgar outside media such as the internet and the mass media that children easy access to the things that cause the destruction of morals of the nation while the supporting factors of all components of the school is good that all the teachers and administrative staff who have been part of the support. (4) The solution in overcoming factors inhibiting the implementation of character education that is conducted by the school SMP Negeri 8 Malang is to be arranged in the system, the role of government itself must care for the child as a future asset, and there must be cooperation between all the components in schools SMP Negeri 8 Malang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine efforts to improve student character through education policy. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. This research can be classified in the category of field research. Data collection used in this study uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis in this study is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study show that the PGSD study program policy in its efforts to improve student character is by character education strategy, namely the development of an educational unit culture through a policy of using uniform and point cards. Co-curricular character education strategy through the activities of the learning media competition festival and the PGSD Award. ABSTRAKPembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraann merupakan pelajaran yang diajarkan pada setiap tingkat pendidikan, oleh karana itu berdasarkan uraian dan judul skripsi ini peneliti tertarik menggali informasi dengan judul peneliti. Adapun informasi yang perlu digali informasinya adalah Kepalah Sekolah MAN Langke Rembong Ruteng Nusa Tenggara Timur, Guru PPKn, Siswa dan Siswi MAN Langke Rembong Ruteng. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1. Untuk mengetahui bentuk nilai-nilai demokrasi dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan di MAN Langke Rembong Ruteng NTT. 2. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi nilai-nilai demokrasi dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan di MAN Langke Rembong Ruteng NTT. 3. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana guru mengatasi hambatan pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan tentang materi nilai-nilai demokrasi di Man Langke Rembong Ruteng NTT. Metode Penelitian adalah mengunakan penelitian tentang riset yang bersifat deskriptif dan cenderung menggunakan analisis Proses dan makna lebih ditonjolkan dalam penelitian kualitatif. Landasan teori dimanfaatkan sebagai pemandu agar fokus penelitian sesuai dengan fakta di lapangan. Selain itu landasan teori juga bermanfaat untuk memberikan gambaran umum tentang latar penelitian dan sebagai bahan pembahasan hasil penelitian. Hasil Penelitian adalah 1. Bentuk Nilai-Nilai Demokrasi dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan di MAN Langke Rembong Ruteng NTT yakni Pembentukan nilai-nilai demokrasi dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan merupakan pengetahuan mencakup tentang kebebasan, serta membangun jiwa-jiwa nasionalisme, siswa dapat membentukan nilai-nilai demokrasi dalam dirinya, sekaligus menerapkannya. 2. Implementasi nilai-nilai demokrasi dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan di MAN Langke Rembong Ruteng NTT yakni mengembangkan kebebasan dalam berpendapat, yang harus ditegakkan oleh setiap siswa dan siswi MAN Langke Rembong Ruteng NTT. 3. Guru mengatasi hambatan Pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan tentang materi milai-nilai demokrasi di MAN Langke Rembong Ruteng NTT yakni mengembangkan gagasan Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan yang focus pada materi nilai-nilai demokrasi di sekolah, dan perludipersiapkan kemampuan guru dan tenaga kependidikan.Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Nilai-nilai Demokrasi, Pembelajaran, Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan.ABSTRACTLearning Pancasila and Civics Education is a lesson taught at every level of education. Based on the description and title of this thesis, the researcher were interested in digging up information with the current research title. Also, there are some information needed to be explored which were the Head of Islamic High School in Langke Rembong Ruteng, East Nusa Tenggara, Civic Teachers, and Students of the from the school.The purpose of this research are: 1. to identify the forms of democratic values in learning Pancasila and Civic Education in Islamic High School at Langke Rembong Ruteng in East Nusa Tenggara. 2. To identify how the implementation of democratic values in learning Pancasila and Civic Education in Islamic High School at Langke Rembong Ruteng in East Nusa Tenggara. 3. To identify how the teachers overcome the obstacle in teaching Pancasila and Civic Education with the material democratic values in Islamic High School at Langke Rembong Ruteng in East Nusa Tenggara.The Research Method used the descriptive research and more of analysis. Processes and meanings are more highlighted in qualitative research. The theoretical foundation was applied as a guide to make a focus of the research in which accordance with the facts in the field. Besides that the theoretical basis is also useful to provide an overview of the research setting and as a material for discussion of research results.Research Results are 1. Forms of Democratic Values in Learning Pancasila and Civic Education in Islamic School at Langke Rembong Ruteng in East Nusa Tenggara were the Establishment of democratic values in the learning of Pancasila and Civic education that states this is knowledge about freedom, and building the nationalism, students can form democratic values within theriself and also implement them. 2. Implementation of Democratic Values in Learning Pancasila and Civic Education in Islamic High School at Langke Rembong Ruteng in East Nusa Tenggara is the development freedom of expression, which must be upheld by every student in IslamicHigh School at Langke Rembong Ruteng in East Nusa Tenggara. 3. Teachers overcome obstacle to teach Pancasila and Civic Education on Democratic Values Material in Islamic High School at Langke Rembong Ruteng in East Nusa Tenggara is the development of the idea of Pancasila education and civic that focus on the material of democratic values in schools. Abstract

ABSTRAKUntuk memperbaiki karakter peserta didik khususnya karakter religius dan disiplin, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui program pendidikan karakter religius yang dikembangkan di SMAN 2 Batu. (2) mengetahui program pendidikan karakter disiplin yang dikembangkan di SMAN 2 Batu. (3) mendeskripsikan bentuk implementasi dari karakter religius dan disiplin peserta didik di SMAN 2 Batu.Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan penelitian deskriptif, tempat dan waktu penelitian di SMAN 2 Batu selama 4 minggu. Prosedur Penelitian: Tahap pra lapangan, Tahap pelaksanaan/proses lapangan, Tahap analisa data, Tahap kesimpulan, dan Tahap pelaporan. Data Primer hasil wawancara, Data Skunder adalah buku, jurnal, data-data sekolah, sumber datanya adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru agama, petugas tatib, dan beberapa peserta didik dari kelas XI IPA, IPS, dan IBBu. Teknik Pengumpulan datanya menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian: Peneliti sebagai alat utama (Key Instrumen), Instrumen Observasi, Instrumen Wawancara, dan Instrumen Dokumentasi. Teknik Analisis data: Pengumpulan data, Reduksi Data, Penyajian data, dan Kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) program pendidikan karakter religius seperti: Keputrian, BTQ, infak, sholat berjamaah, perayaan hari-hari besar, dan lain-lain, (2) program karakter disiplin, seperti: Pengenalan lingkungan sekolah, baris-berbaris, seluruh aturan tata tertib, dan lain-lain, program-program tersebut merupakan cara yang efisien untuk membentuk karakter religius dan disiplin peserta didik di SMAN 2 Batu. (3) Bentuk implementasi dari karakter religius dan disiplin peserta didik di SMAN 2 Batu dengan memberikan internalisasi pendidikan karakter religius dan disiplin, membiasakan peserta didik untuk mengikuti seluruh program yang telah dibuat khususnya program religius dan disiplin, memberikan teladan yang baik untuk peserta didik, serta memaksukkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi karakter religius dan disiplin, seperti faktor intern dan faktor ekstern peserta didik.  Kata Kunci : Peranan Sekolah, Karakter Religius, Karakter Disiplin ABSTRACTTo improve the character of students especially religious character and discipline, hence this research aim to: (1) know the education program of religious character developed in SMAN 2 Batu. Research Procedure: Pre-field stage, Implementation Phase / Field Process, Data Analysis Stage, Conclusion Stage, and Reporting Stage. Primary data of interview result, Script Data is book, journal, data of school, data source is principal, vice principal, religious teacher, tatib officer, and some students from class XI IPA, IPS, and IBBu. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Research instrument: Researcher as main instrument (Key Instrument), Observation Instrument, Interview Instrument, and Documentation Instrument. Techniques Data analysis: Data collection, Data Reduction, Presentation of data, and Conclusions.            The results of the study show that: (1) religious character education programs such as: Keputrian, BTQ, infaq, congregational prayer, celebration of big days, etc. (2) disciplinary character program, such as: Introduction of school environment, , the entire rules of order, etc., the programs are an efficient way to shape the religious and disciplinary character of students in SMAN 2 Batu.
