Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence customer trust, servicequality, and perceive price of expedition company towards customer satisfaction, effectedtoo on customer loyalty. The sample in this study there are 100 respondents.Conveniencesampling method is used in the determination of this research sample. Data were analyzedusing Structural Equational Modeling (SEM) with SPSS and AMOS statistical software.Theresults of this study show that cusotmer trust, customer satisfaction, service quality,perceived price has a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction. Thus, customer satisfactionhas a positive effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research is a type of research based on case studies, where is the research withUSING a descriptive approach to explain variables what will be studied. The purpose of thisprogram was to find out the Queuing System Model of the Office of Central Java Province inPemalang District, to find the size pattern of service at UP3AD Central Java Province, andto test the arrival pattern Poisson distribution and whether Service Time is distributedExponential. This research is conducted by observing the rate of arrival of taxpayers perminute and also the time of service for taxpayers per minute. This study was tested usingthe Kolmogorov-Smirnov Conformity Test which was assisted by SPSS and Microsoft Excelapplications.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to assess the influence of cost leadership strategy and firm structure coalignment on firm performance of star rated hotels in Kenya. The research philosophy adopted was positivism and the research design was descriptive and correlative. The population consisted of senior managers from star rated hotels listed by the Tourism Regulatory Authority of Kenya as at 2018. Sampling techniques used in the study were proportionate stratified sampling and simple random sampling. 267 hotel managers were sampled. 253 managers responded out of which 103 respondents were found to represent cost leadership hotels. Hypothesis was tested using structural equation modeling. The study concluded that cost leadership strategy and firm structure coalignment has significant and positive influence on performance of star rated hotels in Kenya. The study recommends hotel managers to ensure a match between the pursuit of cost leadership strategy and the choice of firm structure.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of generational characteristic, workload,work conflict, leadership, and work culture on work stress. Respondents in this study areSETDA employees including two criteria. First, those born in 1965-1979 and 1980-1994.Secondly, those who work in the SETDA office. Based on the results of research and dataanalysis using multiple regression with dummy variables, the results of this study shows thatgenerational characteristic, leadership and work culture have no effect on work stress.Thus, workload and work conflict has a positive effect on work stress. The implication of theresults of this study, that SETDA needs to strengthen the work culture and maintain goodvalues such as giving support from fellow employees and leaders. Because with strongculture can to reduce work stress among employees. In addition, SETDA needs to improvethe work system like felt by some employees there

Abstract

The devolved system of governance was adopted to ensure development in all regions and effectiveness in service delivery for all Kenyans. This purpose of the study was to evaluate the influence of inclusiveness of stakeholders? participation on performance of county governments in Kenya. The design methods used include the descriptive and explanatory cross-sectional survey method. The unit of analysis was the county governments. The unit of observation was county officials who included Governors, deputy Governors, County executive committee members, County secretaries, deputy County secretaries and MCAs. For this study, a sample of 354 was arrived at. Simple random sampling method was adopted for the selection of the study participants. The study used a questionnaire for collection of primary data. Data analysis was done using SPSS. Frequencies and descriptive statistics were obtained for the study?s variables and this information was presented in graphs and frequency tables. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were used. Inferential statistics included regression analysis that was used to test the significance between dependent and the independent variables. The study established that stakeholder?s participation had a significant influence on the performance of county governments in Kenya. The study concluded that inclusiveness influences the performance of county governments in Kenya significantly and positively. The study recommends that there is a need for county governments to set effective regulations through the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority so as to regulate and shape the county?s procurement procedures. This will ensure that no financial resources are unaccounted for.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect the repurchase intention, whichis brand awareness and customer satisfaction, and the customer satisfaction affected byperceived quality and brand image. The population in this study is Indocafe coffeecostumers in Purwokerto. The total number of samples that used in this study was 120respondents by using convenience sampling. The measurement of variables in this researchusing Likert's scale and hypothesis testing using Structural Equational Modeling (SEM).Based on the result of this study, the average of respondent is male between the ages of20-30 years old and the favorite is Indocafe Coffeemix 3 in 1. The result shows that (1)Perceived quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, (2) Brand image has apositive effect on customer satisfaction, (3) Customer satisfaction has a positive effect onbrand awareness, (4) Customer satisfaction has a positive effect on repurchase intention,and (5) Brand awareness has a positive effect on repurchase intention. a. Perceived qualityis a factor that effect the costumer satisfaction and impacts the repurchase intention. Bymaintaining the quality of taste and aroma of Indocafe coffee consumers will be moresatisfied and have an impact on future intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style,intrinisk motivation on the performance of employees train company with job satisfaction asa mediating variable. The number of respondents taken in this study were 52 respondentsusing probability sampling. This study uses a survey method using a quantitative approach.The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression analysis with SPSS software.Based on the conclusion that transformational leadership style and intrinsic motivation havea positive effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable.

Abstract

Human resource management becomes a important aspect for an organization's, because it is the human who built up and develop the organization, to achieve its objectives. Achieving a goals for the company depends not only on modern equipment, facilities and complete infrastructure, but depends on the people who carry out the work. The success of an organization is influenced by the performance of individual employees. Amongs the important functions of human resource management, one of the most important in achieving optimal performance in terms of operational revenue of an airport is the improvement of the quality of Human Resources. The improvement of human resources can be done with the provision of education and training. PT Angkasa Pura I (PERSERO) is a State Owned Enterprise (BUMN) that engaged an airports services that manage 13 airports in the Central Region to Eastern Indonesia. In a human resource management,compensation satisfaction also become an important aspect because satisfaction of compensation can influence employee's behavior to work more excited and high performance. This study is more focused on whether the cost that has been spent so far can really contributes to get a better in net operating income or in fact there is no significant linkage. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the contribution of compensation and training and employee development on net operating income. The sample in this study are PT Angkasa Pura I annual report on the year 2017 with 13 branches airport. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS software or PASW (Predictive Analytics SoftWare). The limitation in this study actually the data for training and employee development still minim. There is no detail about how much each training and development that company spend for that. so because of that we can really have a detail information about it.

Abstract

Health and Work Discipline on Employee Productivity (Study on Employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Central Java & D.I.Y) Distribution Regulatory Areas". This study have a goal to determine and analyze the influence of the physical work environment, work safety, occupational health and work discipline on employee work productivity. The research was carried out on one of the owned companies that specialized in electricity in PT. PLN (Persero) APD Central Java and Yogyakarta Special Region. The research method used is a survey with judgment sampling sampling technique. The population in this study is PT. PLN APD Central Java and Special Region of Yogyakarta, the number of respondents taken in this research is 68 respondents. Based on the results of research and data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis shows that: (1) Physical work environment has a positive influence and significant effect on employee work productivity (2) Physical work environment has a positive influence and significant effect on employee work productivity (3) Work safety has a positive influence and significant effect on employee work productivity (4) Work discipline has a positive influence and significant effect on employee work productivity. The implication of this research is to continuously improve the work productivity of its employees, the management of PT. PLN (Persero) APD Central Java and Yogyakarta Special Region needs to maintain and improve various policies related to efforts to improve and improve the physical work environment, work safety, occupational health and employee work discipline.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational justice on r stres   with work-family conflict as  mediating variable. There were 80 member chosen as respondent of the research by using purposive sampling method. This research using quantitative approach.  Analysis tool used in this research is Multiple Regression with SPSS software. Based on the result of the analysis, it can be concluded that organizational justice has negative effect on stres with work-family conflict as a mediating variable.
