Abstract

This research is conducted on Small and Medium Industries of Gumelem Coconut Sugarlocated in Gumelem, Susukan Subdistrict, Banjarnegara Regency. This study takes the title:"The Influence of Long Term Relationship, Process Integration, Cooperation on SupplyChain Management Performance and Its Impact on Competitive Advantage (Study onGumMem Coconut Sugar IKM)". The purpose of this study was to determine the effect oflong term relationships, process integration, cooperation on supply chain managementperformance and its effect on competitive advantage. The population in this study were allsmall and medium-sized industries of coconut sugar gumelem in Gumelem Kulon. Thenumber of respondents taken in this study were 71 respondents. Sample Randon Samplingis used in determining this respondent. Based on the results of research and analysis ofdata using Multiple Regression Analysis and Simple Regression Analysis shows that: (1)Long term relationships have a positive effect on supply chain management performance,(2) Process integration has a positive effect on supply chain management performance, (3)Cooperation has an effect positive for supply chain management performance, (4) Supplychain management performance has a positive effect on competitive advantage. Theimplications of the above conclusions are in an effort to increase customer satisfaction, theproducers should pay attention to various policies relating to long term relationships,process integration, cooperation. The efforts made are to improve the supply chainmanagement performance in full in accordance with the needs, policies, trust, cooperationrelated to customer satisfaction of coconut sugar gumelem. And also in order to maintaintight competition in the industrial world, companies must improve supply chain managementperformance.

Abstract

This research is a human resource analysis study, especially studies on employees of Warung SS Purwokerto. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of Emotional Intelligence on Job Outcomes and its impact to Turnover Intention on Warung SS Purwokerto. The samples in this study were 86 people who had been selected using purposive sampling. This study uses the analysis method of Simple Regression Analysis and Causal Step Method. Hypotheses indicate that emotional intelligence directly affects job satisfaction, organizational commitment and Turnover Intention, then job satisfaction and organizational commitment affects Turnover Intention, next  job satisfaction and organizational commitment affect the effect of emotional intelligence on Turnover Intention. The implications of this study indicate that Turnover Intention affected by emotional intelligence, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This finding will contribute to future research as an additional reference regarding the development of discussions and studies on human resource management.

Abstract

The ability to manage personal finance has become increasingly important in today?s world.The study about personal finance is challenging to be investigated, due to the rare ofresearch regarding this topic. This research is aim to know the influence of demographicfactors towards financial literacy and its impact towards financial behavior from the membersof SMEs under the guidance of Bank Indonesia in Banyumas. The research methodologythat used in this study is a case study with survey research method. Convenience samplingtechnique derived from non-probability sampling techniques are used for sample selection.The sample of this research are 83 respondents and used the OLS as the model estimation.The results of this study indicate that education significantly influences the financial literacylevel and the financial behavior level. Then, income also significantly affects financialbehavior, but does not affect a person's financial literacy. Surprisingly, the financial literacydoes not affect the financial behavior of the members and other variables such as gender,age, and marital status also do not affect both financial literacy level and financial behaviorlevel. This result could give evidence about the factors affecting financial literacy andfinancial behavior thus it could give the implications to the Bank Indonesia and the SMEs forincreasing the personal financial ability as a whole.

Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior is a voluntary action carried out outside of its main dutyas an employee. Several factors can influence OCB attitudes, such as self leadership andjob satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self leadership tojob satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior in the organization or the company.The method used is a survey with the number of respondents in this study as many as 32respondents. The analysis used is the test of validity, reliability test, multiple regression,sobel test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that job satisfaction canmediate between self leadership and organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract

Social media has made it possible for users to exchange information and discuss theiropinions and experiences about products or services through online on their social mediaplatform with their peers. This kind of communication is called as electronic word-of-mouth(e-WOM) where the information can be spread faster and has the potential for greaterimpact on consumers purchase decision. Therefore, the aim of this research is to know theeffect of e-WOM (including quality and quantity of e-WOM as well as sender?s expertise) insocial media on consumers? purchase decisions moderated by brand image. The researchmethodology used for this study is a case study with survey research method. Conveniencesampling technique derived from non-probability sampling techniques are used for sampleselection. The sample of this research is 175, from people who have purchased and usedEtude House product. Statistical software SPSS and AMOS is used to analyze the data. Thefindings in this area will help Etude House and other marketers to reach out its potentialcustomers and align their marketing effort in efficient way by pay attention on the marketingpolicies about eWOM. The limitations of the research is some respondents not read andanswer the question clearly and made it not represent their exact perception.

Abstract

The study entitled "the effect of the quality of food and service atAmbassador catering towards customer satisfaction and brand loyalty".Type of this research is a case study with survey method using thequestionnaire as a data collection tool. Research is done in the cikarang.There are many types of businesses, such as restaurants, culinaryfoodstreet, foodcourt, etc. But one of the most popular in many people nowis the catering. One of the catering that I take as one of the objects of mythesis is the Ambassador of Catering. As Ambassador catering Cateringwas able to attract the interest of several companies. Because of the newstand for several years and experienced a significant increase in thephenomenon and become Ambassadors of the catering business. Basedon the above issues, this research was conducted to analyze the quality ofthe food and the perceived service quality to customer satisfaction andcustomer loyalty towards Ambassador catering. The respondents in thisstudy are the 176 respondents who came from employees of companieswho use the services Ambassador catering. The research of using SEM(Structural Equation Model) as a tool of analysis techniques. SPSSstatistics paid off device is used to analyze the data. The results ofhypothesis testing using a T-test is as follows: (1) Food quality has apositive influence on customer satisfaction. (2) Service quality has apositive influence on customer satisfaction. (3) Customer satisfaction has apositive influence on brand loyalty. (4) food quality has no significantinfluence on brand loyalty. (5) service quality has a positive influence onbrand loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of leadership, work spirituality, competence, and loyalty to employee performance. The respondents involved were 86 employees who worked at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali Karangasem Branch. The study was conducted by census. This study employed descriptive analysis to determine the number, percentage, and average of respondents? answers. Additionally, this study also used inferential analysis by evaluating the measurement model (outer model) and the structural model (inner model). The results indicate that leadership had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. Leadership and spirituality had a positive and significant influence on work loyalty. Besides, competence and loyalty had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. However, in this study, competence, leadership, and spirituality did not show a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the effect of vlogger credibility as amarketing media on social media youtube on brand awareness to customer purchaseintention study on Traveloka with Arief Muhammad as a vlogger on youtube. The sample inthis study there are 150 respondents who are active on social media youtube. The researchmethodology used for this study is a case study with survey research method. Conveniencesampling technique derived from non- probability sampling techniques are used for sampleselection. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SPSS andAMOS statistical software. The results of this study show that, (1) Credibility of vlogger hasa positive effect on brand awareness. (2) Attractiveness of vlogger has a positive effect onbrand awareness. (3) Expertise of vlogger has a positive effect brand awareness. (4) Brandawareness has a positive effect on consumer purchase intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the effect of work-leisure conflict, workoverload, work-family conflict on job embeddedness using perceived supervisor support asthe moderating variable. The number of respondents in this research were 81 employees ofBank Mandiri, Fatmawati. Purposive sampling method is used to determine sample of thisresearch. Based on result of the research and data analysis using Moderated RegressionAnalysis techniques with the help of SPSS software to ran the data, it was revealed that: (1)work-leisure conflict has a negative and significant effect on job embeddedness, (2) workoverload has no effect on job embeddedness, (3) work-family conflict has a negative andsignificant effect on job embeddedness, (4) perceived supervision support did not moderatethe negative effect of work-leisure conflict and work-family conflict on job embeddedness (5)perceived supervisor support moderate the negative effect of work overload to jobembeddedness.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of role ambiguity, role conflict, external locus of control, and neuroticism on job stress. The research methodology used for this study is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 165 people with 120 people who became respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The sampling technique in this study was a random sampling technique. The software used to analyze the data is SPSS 18. The results showed that role ambiguity, role conflict, external locus of control, and neuroticism had an effect on job stress. The implications in this study indicate that job stress is influenced by stressors from organizations and individuals, so that every organization and individual is expected to be able to control work stress.
