Jurnal Ilmiah Islamic Resources, published by Universitas Muslim Indonesia. The subject covers textual and fieldwork studies with various perspectives of law, philosophy, mysticism, history, art, theology, and many more. The journal invites scholars and researchers outside the Institute to contribute. Thus, Indonesian and non-Indonesian scholars have enriched the studies published in the journal. Although not from the beginning Jurnal Ilmiah Islamic Resources presents highly qualified scholarly articles, improvement—in terms format, style, and academic quality—never ceases. Now with articles written in Arabic and English and with the fair procedure of peer-review, Al-Jamiah continues publishing researches and studies pertinent to Islamic studies with various dimensions and approaches. Jurnal Ilmiah Islamic Resources, published twice a year, always places Islam and Muslim in the central focus of academic inquiry and invites any comprehensive observation of Islam as a theological belief and a system of society and Muslims as those who practice the religion with their many facets. This journal, serving as a forum for the study of Islam in Indonesia and other parts of the world within its local and challenging global context, supports focused studies of particular theme and interdisciplinary studies. Jurnal Ilmiah Islamic Resources has become a medium of diffusion and exchange of ideas and research findings, so much so that researchers, writers, and readers from various traditions of learning have interacted in the scholarly manner.

Abstract

Basically, the concept of education in Islam already has guidance both in the Qur'an and Hadith. The Prophet saw as the messenger of Allah SWT is enough to provide learning and examples for education and how to apply it. So far, education is dominated by theories of knowledge and takes educational patterns that come from outside views which may not necessarily contribute to Islamic education. Meanwhile, the educational foundation in the Qur'an which is sourced from Allah's instructions and described by Muhammad saw is ignored and is more interested in using western education patterns that are liberal and secular. Exploration of the content of the Qur'an resulted in a theory called Qur'anic education which applies the basic ideas of the Qur'an and Sunnah in a realistic form. and filters for Islamic educators to continue to exist and istiqamah in carrying out Islamic education patterns and not being carried away by the currents of knowledge education theories alone

Abstract

It is not surprising that children are very young and tend to be interested in stories presented through information media, because the messages conveyed in the form of stories are not only interesting but also easy to understand. But sometimes the delivery of learning through stories has not become a habit while students really like this method. It is evident how comfortable a child is watching cartoons and loves being told stories, even admiring and idolizing the characters in these stories. Al-Qur'an as a source of Islamic teachings contains many educational methods presented in the form of stories (stories). A hint to educators and teachers to use the story method in learning. The Qur'anic story method in Islamic education is very important when providing learning to students, because it directly touches feelings so that listeners and readers can easily absorb and live it. In this paper, the urgency and method of applying the Qur'anic story are presented, the purpose and advantages of the Qur'anic story compared to other stories in the hope of motivating teachers and educators to use the Qur'anic method in implementing Islamic education.

Abstract

Learning Mathematics through cooperative learning with the Jigsaw type in Class XI MIPA 1 MAN Bontang students. The number of students is 40 people, carried out in two cycles of 4 meetings each. The data taken is a test of learning outcomes and observations. The collected data were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative analysis. The focus of the research on seven aspects, namely: the average value of Mathematics learning outcomes, student attendance in Mathematics lessons, students who ask questions, students who appear to solve problems, students who collect homework assignments on time, Students who answer teacher questions, Students who helps his friend solve the problem.From the results of this study it can be concluded that by applying a contextual approach with a jig saw type learning model, the results of Mathematics learning for Class XI MIPA 1 MAN Bontang students become effective.

Abstract

This research is ex post facto research. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) whether there is influence of the pedagogic aspects of teacher performance on students' mathematics learning achievement at SMA Negeri 18 Makassar; (2) whether there is influence of the professional aspect of teacher performance on students' mathematics learning achievement at SMA Negeri 18 Makassar. The population in this study were 40 teachers at SMA Negeri 18 Makassar. The sample in this study were 6 math teachers at SMA Negeri 18 Makassar. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, report cards and documentation. Questionnaire method to collect teacher performance data, report cards to determine achievement in learning mathematics. The data analysis technique for the first hypothesis used normality analysis, while the third hypothesis test used multiple regression analysis at the significance level. The results showed that: (1) there was a significant effect of the pedagogic aspect of teacher performance on students' mathematics learning achievement at SMA Negeri 18 Makassar indicated by the value of t table > t count (1.317 > 0.811); (2) there is an influence of the professional aspect of teacher performance on students' mathematics learning achievement at SMA Negeri 18 Makassar indicated by the value of t table < t count (-0.259 > -0.811).

Abstract

Community Service (PkM) with the theme "Increasing Interest in Learning Arabic through the Application of the PAIKEM Method Based on Language Games for DDI Padanglampe Pangkep Madrasah Students" aims to provide a kind of treatment or basic skill training in Arabic through increasing interest and motivation to learn by using the PAIKEM method is based on fun Arabic games with a play-while-learning approach to DDI Padanglampe Pangkep Madrasah students as partners. The method of implementing this training is divided into several meeting sessions using several approaches, namely; 1) participatory lectures and discussions to provide an overview of the urgency of Arabic in life and tips on learning Arabic in increasing interest in learning Arabic, 2) provision of training materials that combine theory and practice using the "PAIKEM Method based on language games" module, 3) simulation and practice of using Arabic by students through language game methods in the form of singing and role-playing. The results and benefits of this training were that the participants, in this case, the students, were very enthusiastic and motivated in participating in the training activities as well as providing new enrichment in the Arabic language learning method and the madrasads gave a positive response and hoped that this kind of activity could be continued in the future.

Abstract

The revival of Islamic groups is essentially an effort to struggle to uphold Islamic ideals, as normatively accelerated it is seen as able to provide a certainty of life in the future. The revival of the Islamic religion will raise various questions again regarding the diversity of religious articulations. It is this diversity that raises complex religious issues, both within the internal religious community itself, and in relation to wider life such as economics, politics, ideology, science, and technology.

Abstract

In this modern era, almost all fields of life, be it cultural, economic, social and religious, cannot escape the influence of modernization as a form of advanced civilization which actually has such a complex impact. Advances in technology gave birth to various conveniences in human life. However, on the other hand, progress also shifts values in life. As a result, human life becomes spiritually dry, even faith in the Almighty has also begun to fade. Psychological problems such as stress, anxiety, confusion, and so on often approach modern human life. Then the solution is to return to religious teachings through Sufism. Sufism is a way to fight the absurdity of human life. The essence of Sufism is the awareness of communication with God. The initial phase of entering Sufism is zuhud. The method in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The method of collecting data in this study is through observation, interviews, and documentation of religious leaders/ulama in Banyumas Regency. The significance of the concept of zuhud in modern life: first, narrowing the will of the heart to be enslaved by the world and matter, second, as a drop of fresh water for the problems of the spirituality of modern life which are increasingly drying up from the value of divinity, third, as a foundation in responding to temporary life and pathomorganna, which always decorated with material, the fourth is as akhlakul karimah which gives birth to wisdom in pursuing the life of the world and in preparing for life after death and the last is as a concept in practicing social behavior in accordance with the Islamic concept of helping each other in goodness

Abstract

Kesehatan merupakan hal urgent dalam ajaran Islam, sehingga menekankan kepada umatnya arti kesehatan dalam hidup. Para ulama sepakat bahwa ajaran agama Islam bertujuan untuk memelihara lima hal pokok, yaitu: agama, jiwa, akal, kehormatan (keturunan), dan Harta. Dari lima poko yang wajib dipelihara, maka perlu dipahami mejaga ke lima ini perlu yang namanya kesehata baik fisik maupun fisikis. Ini tidak terlepas dari ungkapan bahwa harta yang utama adalah kesehatan, karena tidak akan mecapai kesenangan dunia dari rezki apa saja yang diacapai jika kesehatan tidak terjaga bahkan kenikmatan hidup itu tidak sempurna.

Abstract

Pemahaman tentang kecerdasan manusia menjadi amat penting dewasa ini sebab masih dapat ditemukan sebagian orang yang meyakini bahwa kecerdasan manusia hanya identik dengan kemampuan akademik saja. Artikel ini ditulis dengan tujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang keterkaitan antara IQ, EQ, dengan SQ, teori kecerdasan majemuk, dan isyarat Al-Qur’an mengenai kecerdasan manusia. Artikel ini disusun menggunakan metode telaah pustaka dan menghasilkan tiga hal inti yakni 1) Perpaduan antara IQ, EQ, dengan SQ dapat menghasilkan manusia yang paripurna; 2) Teori kecerdasan majemuk terdiri dari 9 aspek yang salah satu diantaranya adalah kecerdasan spiritual; dan 3) Terdapat 5 term utama mengenai kecerdasan yang terkandung dalam Al-Qur’an yaitu dalam QS. al-Baqarah/2: 242, QS. Ali Imran/3: 191, QS. an-Nisa/4: 82, QS. al-Isra/17: 44, dan QS. an-Nur/24: 1.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implikasi sifat hasad terhadap Pendidikan karakter mahasiswa. tujuan Allah s.w.t. melarang seseorang memiliki sikap batin tersebut tidak lain ialah untuk mendidik dan membina manusia itu sendiri agar menjadi orang yang dapat membangun hubungan baik dengan Allah maupun dengan sesama manusia. Islam menginginkan kehidupan manusia selaras dengan Tuhan, dengan sesamanya, dan dengan alam lingkungan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Dampak atau akibat dari hasad tidak hanya mengenai orang yang menjadi obyek perbuatan itu, melainkan juga pada pelakunya. Ada beberapa bentuk akibat hasad ini pada pelakunya.
