<![CDATA[This study aims to determine theinfluence of intellectual capital to profitability and productivity on islamic banking in indonesia. Data obtained as many as 10 islamic banking City of Tangerang with the period from 2015 to 2017 and linked to the 3 variables of the study, namely: 1 independent variables: intellectual capital and 2 dependent variables: profitability and productivity. Data analysis methods used are test for normality, multicollinearity test, heteroskedastisitas test, autocorrelation test, a test of determination, t test and F test. The results showed that: (1) variable VACA,VAHU, STVA does not affect the profitability (ROA), (2) variable VAIC simultaneosly affects significant impact on profitability (ROA) , and (3) variable VACA, VAHU, STVA and VAIC simultaneosly affects significant impact on productivity (ATO).]]>

<![CDATA[Health is something very important and valuable, without a healthy one can not enjoy life. As the times progressed, the types of disease increased with new or even different manifestations of previous symptoms. Medical diagnosis (abbreviated DS or Dx) is the process of determining a disease or condition of symptoms and signs of a person. ARI disease is one type of disease that suffered someone. ARI is an inflammatory process in the area of the respiratory system starting from the top of the nasal cavity, progressing to the pharynx and larynx. ARD disease without good knowledge can lead to erroneous treatment of a disease, may be more severe or even cause death if late helped. One tool that is very helpful in making diagnosis of internal diseases is expert system. Expert system in general is a system that seeks to adopt human computer knowledge, so that the computer can solve problems as is usually done by experts. Hopefully with this system, the layman can solve certain problems either slightly complicated or complicated though without the help of experts in the field As for experts, this system can be used as an experienced assistant. Application of expert system used to diagnose internal diseases by using Forward Chaning method where the diagnosis is done by analyzing the input of symptoms in the form of questions about what is felt by the patient. Input the symptoms are then processed by using certain rules in accordance with the science of experts or general practitioners who previously been stored in the rules of treatment. <![CDATA[This research entitled the influence of the implementation of ISO 9001:2008 quality management on leadership and service quality in SMK Negeri 2 Kabupaten Tangerang. The formulation of this research problem is whether there is influence of the implementation of ISO 9001: 2008 and principal leadership on the quality of service in SMK Negeri 2 Tangerang Regency. While tujuaannya is wanted to know the effect of the implementation of ISO 9001: 2008 and teacher performance on service quality in SMK Negeri 2 Kabupaten Tangerang. This research used survey method with correlation technique, sample size 350 people, student research object, teacher and employee of SMK Negeri 2 Kabupaten Tangerang. The result of this research is that there is a significant effect of quality management of ISO 9001: 2008 and principal leadership together towards the quality of service in SMK Negeri 2 Kabupaten Tangerang. This is evidenced by (sig) of 0.000 <0.05 and Fcount of 62.233. There is a significant effect of quality management of ISO 9001: 2008 on the quality of service in SMK Negeri 2 Kabupaten Tangerang. This is evidenced by the value of Sig = 0.000 <0.05 and tcount = 5.933. There is a significant influence of Headmaster's leadership on the quality of service in SMK Negeri 2 Kabupaten Tangerang. And proved by the value of Sig = 0.001 <0.05 and tcount = 3.396.]]>

Currently SMA Mandiri Balaraja not have a media information that explains in detail that can attract prospective students to register and recognize the existing facilities in SMA Mandiri Balaraja. This designed information and promotional video explains the excellence of learning, school facilities, extensive building, extracurricular activities at the present time, so it can be an attraction for prospective students and high school students of Balaraja Mandiri as well as the community, to find out information and promotion of SMA Mandiri Balaraja. The purpose of this study is to achieve the target of SMA Balaraja Mandiri High School in terms of conveying information and promotion about SMA Mandiri Balaraja, and increasing the number of prospective students and students who will enroll in SMA Mandiri Balaraja every year. The research methods used in this study include Data Collection, Media Design Analysis, and Concept Media Production (KPM) which includes: pre production, production, and post production. Through the media information and promotion SMA Mandiri Balaraja designed will be informed through: Youtube, SMA Mandiri Balaraja Website and facebook. <![CDATA[Description of Islamic Education on Student Moral Pattern (karakater) SMPN 23 Kota TangerangThis study is motivated by problems or junior high school students who are not in accordance with the students, because there are differences in students, smoking is not polite, rude, skipping school, lazy learning and others. The problem revealed in this study is how the benefits of Islamic religious education for students. The goal to be achieved is to know the meaning of Islamic religious education in the form of moral behavior (character) as the quality of learning. This research is a quantitative research with correlational type. The subjects of the study were students of SMPN 23 Tangerang class 8 and grade 9 of academic year 2013/2014 from 105 students from population 1425 students. Analysis of learning variable are good and give a significant effect on the quality of learning.]]>

<![CDATA[Organizational commitment is a person's attachment to the organization. Employees who are committed to the organization will have a strong desire to become members of the organization, the desire to strive according to the wishes of the organization, and have the trust and acceptance of the values and goals of the organization. Organizations will be more effective if their employees have a high commitment. This study aims to determine the effect of (1) job involvement, (2) work experience, (3) organizational commitment in the Bekasi District Education Office. In data analysis, this study uses causal survey method using Path Analysis Technique. This study used a sample of 97 employees in the Bekasi District Education Office who were selected using the Slovin formula. The results reveal that: first, work involvement has a direct positive effect on organizational commitment. This means that the increase in work involvement has resulted in an increase in the commitment of employee organizations at the Secretariat of the Human Resources Development Agency of the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia. Second, work experience has a direct positive effect on organizational commitment. This means that an increase in work experience has resulted in an increase in the commitment of employee organizations at the Secretariat of the Human Resources Development Agency of the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia. Third, work involvement has a direct positive effect on work experience. This means that the increase in work involvement has resulted in an increase in work experience for employees at the Ministry of Transportation's Human Resources Development Agency Secretariat. From the results of the study also found that the most influential variables are work involvement on organizational commitment, this can be proven from the results of statistical calculations with a value of r13 = 0.426, p32 = 0.328 the highest compared to the influence of other variables. Follow-up of this study, employees are expected to have high work involvement and attitude of love for their work so that employees will be more sincere and sincere in doing their work. In addition, employees will also have a great sense of responsibility and a sense of ownership of the organization and the whole that will bring the desire of employees to do work beyond what is expected, to do work optimally and maximize themselves to be more useful for the organization.]]>

This proves that more and more information can be obtained through print media or electronic media and for nowadays social media can also get information. Currently Fave Hotel LTC Glodok Jakarta, the promotional media is provided through print media such as brochures, flyers and other print media or through social media such as instagram to provide information about the hotel. In order for the promotion media to be well communicated and accepted by the public through the promotion video will be easier to understand and the promotion video is presented with an interesting look by using software such as Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effect for the editing of this promotional video. Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effect to give the effect more attractive and easier to unify the video into one to become the desired video. The method used is data collecting observation, problem analysis, production concept method, design analysis method and mavib production concept (KPM) which include preproduction, production and postproduction. With this promotional video media it is able to make Fave Hotel LTC Glodok Jakarta easier to provide information to the public about the hotel. Promotional videos made with interesting concepts such as video bloggers (VLOG) for today are indeed in the interest of the wider community. With the aim of this research intends to make promoting media through video that is hopefully helpful and helpful to Fave hotel LTC Glodok Jakarta it is easier to provide information to the public about the hotel especially for lodging service users. The contents of this promo video include facilities available and the nearest destination tour of Fave Hotel LTC Glodok Jakarta.]]>

<![CDATA[Raharja College is one of the Universities that applies a learning method that is quite different, that is, it does not only rely on conventional learning systems where the KBM (Teaching and Learning Activities) is carried out by students and lecturers face-to-face, but also applying e-learning methods. learning or better known as the iLearning Education learning system at Raharja College. In its implementation, several devices are used to support the learning system starting from iDu (iLearning Education) as a media for interaction between Students and Lecturers as well as the Use of iLearning Media (IME) as a media that accommodates learning activities through the iLearning Education method. Then during the course of this method several questions arise about how valid the system is for the quality of the assessment and effectiveness of learning methods where it is deemed necessary to apply a measuring instrument that can measure system validity towards the quality and effectiveness of learning methods at Raharja College especially in the Independent class Study IL101A and IL101C. By using a descriptive method with a research survey approach conducted where the survey conducted found a problem solving that is the procurement of a measuring instrument that can later display historical data with certain categories in terms of the effectiveness of learning can be proven empirically through accurate data.]]>
