Abstract

Pertumbuhan Koperasi di Indonesia sangat baik dari sisi jumlah maupun kualitas, namun tidak bisa di pungkiri beberapa koperasi yang tutup dan tidak aktif pun tidak sedikit, yang disebabkan dari pengelolaan keuangan yang kurang baik oleh para pengurusnya. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan dalam pengelolaan keuangan dalam suatu organisasi khususnya koperasi mahasiswa STIAMI. Pelatihan ini diberikan kepada pengurus kopma STIAMI, diharapkan para pengurus dapat mengelola keuangan koperasi dengan lebih baik lagi sehingga dapat memberikan informasi laporan keuangan kepada para seluruh anggotanya. Seperti dipahami bahwa informasi yang disajikan dalam laporan keuangan digunakan sebagai salah satu dasar untuk penetapan kebijakan untuk keputusan pengembangan usaha dan merupakan wujud pertanggungjawaban kepada seluruh anggota koperasi. Dampak akhir (outcome) dari pelaksanaan Kegiatan pelatihan adalah para pengurus lebih memahami alur dalam penyusunan suatu laporan keuangan, dari mulai penyusunan nomer akun, mencatatan transaksi ke dalam jurnal sampai kepada tersusunnya laporan keuangan.

Abstract

The problem faced by Sanggar Karya Seni Muda Taruna (Sangkar Semut) is the lack of innovation in using digital marketing to build awareness and to promote 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) of used goods. The purpose of this activity is to empower the Sangkar Semut community by digital marketing training especially the techniques in copywriting and capturing photos or videos to be posted in social media. The methods used in this training are with lectures, discussions, practices, and evaluations through observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of the activity show that there is an understanding from participants the importance of copywriting and good photoshots before being displayed on social media. Future activities such as creating content and steps to sell in marketspace are needed.

Abstract

Technological development, changes in people's preferences, and the dynamics of world development that affect the economy and state policies, as well as other influences that encourage innovation are important factors in preparing workforce competencies. The Marketing Online Business departement prepares students with online business and marketing skills.  Kartika X-2 Vocational High School, South Jakarta is one of the providers of formal vocational education with one of the areas of expertise being Business and Management with a major in Marketing Online Business. Even though it has an adequate curriculum in preparing student competencies, the motivation of each student is different in completing competency achievement.  Motivation is needed to encourage student behavior to achieve competency standards, with the personal conditions of each student being different.  It is necessary to provide knowledge of industrial workers in the field of marketing to be important to confirm and serve as a comparison between the teaching process in schools and marketing work in industry. Guest Teachers provide material that reinforces the basis of marketing, goal setting, student soft skill readiness which increases student motivation in achieving competency standards in order to work in the industrial world.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang berjudul “Sosialisasi dan Pelatihan Mitigasi Bencana Dalam Upaya Mewujudkan Desa Tangguh Bencana di Desa Banyukuning, Bandungan, Kabupaten Semarang, Jawa Tengah”. Kondisi topografi Desa Banyukuning berada di daerah dataran tinggi yang berpotensi rawan terhadap kejadian bencana alam salah satunya tanah longsor, oleh sebab itu kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan mengedukasi dan meningkatkan kewaspadaan masyarakat Desa Banyukuning dalam mengurangi dampak resiko dalam menghadapi bencana alam yang mungkin terjadi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan sosialisasi dan juga pelatihan dengan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab (diskusi) dengan target sasarannya yaitu seluruh masyarakat Desa Banyukuning. Kegiatan sosialisasi mitigasi bencana ini juga melibatkan narasumber dari BPBD Semarang dan Lembaga Pengkajian dan Pengembangan Sumberdaya Pembangunan (LPPSP) yang memaparkan materi mengenai konsep bencana, jenis-jenis bencana, dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh bencana, tanda-tanda akan terjadinya bencana, dan bagaimana cara menghadapi bencana dan pasca terjadinya bencana. Secara keseluruhan semua kegiatan berjalan dengan baik dan diharapkan menjadi tambahan pengetahuan dan kewaspadaan masyarakat Desa Banyukuning dalam usaha mitigasi berbagai macam bencana yang mungkin terjadi, sehingga di masa yang akan datang dapat mendukung terbentuk Desa Tangguh Bencana (destana)

Abstract

Waste is a problem that is being experienced by all humans in this modern era. Waste is the root of the problem of environmental damage and global warming. It is necessary to do a way of handling and processing waste so that environmental damage can be prevented. Senggowar Village in Nganjuk Regency can also play a role in treating waste that exist in the community. With the majority of people as farmers, organic fertilizer processing from household waste is the right choice. Therefore, training is carried out to the community so that they can understand how to make processed organic waste into organic fertilizer.

Abstract

The purpose of conducting this activity is Community Service Program (PKM) . With Title: "Improving Knowledge of Household Financial Management and Investment for PKK Mothers at the Office of Kelurahan Kamal, West Jakarta." The general objective of this community service activity is to train PKK mothers in Kelurahan Kamal to enhance their knowledge of the importance of managing finances more effectively. Additionally, another goal is to instill understanding gradually to avoid dependence on lending institutions. The project also aims to make mothers more productive, not solely relying on their husbands' salaries but also assisting their husbands in various ways such as staying up late or selling goods needed by friends or neighbors. The methods applied in this project involve lectures and discussions on financial management, including planning through recording every need and expenditure. Participants are also provided with basic knowledge of investments, including gold savings, savings/deposits, and other investment options. The conclusion of this community service activity is that housewives increasingly realize the importance of managing finances and making sound investment choices, saving, and possessing skills in prioritizing needs.

Abstract

Currently, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) have a major role in improving people's living standards and strengthening the Indonesian economy. In the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, the competitive ability of UMKM must be improved by mastering the use of social media as a marketing tool. The ability to use social media is important, especially for UMKM assisted by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Tourism and Creative Economy (Disparekraf) so that they can compete in the digital era. The purpose of this Community Service (PKM) activity is to provide knowledge about skills and the use of social media as a marketing tool for UMKM by conducting training and mentoring methods. The result of this activity is that UMKM are expected to be able to use social media as a product promotion tool in order to increase sales.

Abstract

Socialization activity was need to do by student at Desa Lawe Sagu Baru Aceh tenggara. Purpose of this activity to increase bonding and solidarity between student university and community. Beside that this activity was doing to increase awareness of student about hero service in wartime. Some activity was doing like painting wall, cutting grass, cleaning rubbish like plastic, bottle, can and fall leaves. With this social activity, student invite community to directly involve to maintain cleanliness dan take care Makan pahlawan which in Desa Lawe Sagu Baru Aceh Tenggara.

Abstract

In 2023, the number of blind people with disabilities in Indonesia reached 1.5 percent of the total population of Indonesia, which is about 4 million people. Social media newsletters can be used as fundraising media and information media for activities or programs conducted by the Foundation for Blind People. This charitable activity aims to support and empower blind people, especially those who are in poor, orphaned or neglected circumstances. The collaboration between the charitable team and the foundation has resulted in a social media newsletter that is not only visually appealing but also informative. It is important to maintain the sustainability of this activity, especially in digital form, to ensure that the latest information can be quickly accessed by the wider community.

Abstract

The goal of sales budget support is to help companies or organisations create, implement, and oversee their own sales budget. The amount left over from the purchase price after products or services are sold for a predetermined period of time is known as the selling price. Analysing past data, answering client questions, determining target markets, and creating winning marketing campaigns are all steps in the process of creating a sales budget. The purpose of this step is to assist employees of SMEs in lowering sales pressure in the context of money management and business growth. This activity is intended to disseminate information about the advantages of lowering the purchase price, how fair competition can assist SMEs in reaching their financial objectives, and how this process can be maximised.  This activity is anticipated to offer insights into the advantages of sales budget support, how SMEs may attain their financial objectives with the appropriate strategy, and how this process can be improved for increased efficacy. By offering advice on how businesses should plan and manage their sales budgets, this activity can also add to the body of knowledge on financial management and business planning. Over time, support from sales budgets can play a significant role in a company's ability to succeed and expand sustainably.
