Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of self-care-based smartphone visual video education on the anxiety level and blood pressure of endoscopic patients with anesthesiology services. This research method uses a quasy experiment (pre-post test with control group design). The results showed that there were differences between the treatment and control groups. There were significant differences in anxiety (p=0.000), systolic blood pressure (p=0.011), and diastolic blood pressure (p=0.042). In the intervention group, there was a significant effect of smartphone visual video education on anxiety (p=0.000), systolic blood pressure (0.042), and diastolic blood pressure (p=0.008). In conclusion, self-care-based smartphone graphic video education affects the anxiety and blood pressure of endoscopic patients with anesthesiology services. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Health Belief Model (HBM) health education on adolescent dietary behavior. The method used is quantitative with a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test design with a control group. The results showed that there was an increase in the average dietary behavior of adolescents after being given health education compared to before being given health education. The results of the analysis using statistical tests obtained values (p <0.05), so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the Health Belief Model (HBM) health education on adolescent dietary behavior. Conclusion: shows the effect of the Health Belief Model (HBM) health education on childish nutritional behavior. This can be proven according to the results of statistical tests with paired sample t-tests showing a value (p <0.05). Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of SIMRS in the Outpatient Polyclinic at the Cut Nyak Dhien Meulaboh Regional General Hospital (RSUD). The research method uses observation and in-depth interviews. The study results show that the benefits of SIMRS have been able to integrate data and be standardized according to the INa-CBgs coding. There still needs to be more staff managing SIMRS, it is necessary to improve facilities and infrastructure, especially a stable network, and the implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation is only carried out when there are complaints about the implementation of SIMRS. In conclusion, the performance of SIMRS in Cut Nyak Dhien Meulaboh Hospital has yet to be maximized. It is hoped that there will be a commitment to improving the Standard Operating Procedures regarding implementing SIMRS in Hospitals. Keywords: Application, SIMRS, Outpatient Poly

Abstract

This study aims to determine the clinical significance of Multidrug-Resistant Organism (MDRO) screening and analysis of infection risk factors in the intensive care unit (ICU). The method used is a descriptive design with a cross-sectional approach. The results showed that the majority of MDRO patients in the ICU were aged 36-45 years in the late adult age category by 45% and were found in the Central ICU by 63% with a length of stay of 1-15 days by 62 found by taking sputum specimens (47% ). Identification of the most Gram-negative bacteria in the ICU: Klebsiella pneumoniae ESBL, Escherichia Coli ESBL, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Acinetobacter Baummannii. Five bacteria are in the Multidrug Resistant Organism (MDRO) category: Klebsiella pneumoniae ESBL, Escherichia Coli ESBL, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter Baummannii, and MRSA. In conclusion, a high MDRO infection will be at risk of transmission to other patients. So early detection is needed in all patients who will undergo treatment at the hospital.
