Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there are differences in the skills of mothers/caregivers in measuring LILA of their babies and toddlers before and after being given short training. This research method uses interview techniques and direct observation with a pre-experimental analysis method designed by One Group Pre test-Post test. The data obtained were analyzed using the Wilcoxson test and the Fisher's Exact Test statistical test. The results of research at the UPTD Puskesmas Oesapa, Kupang City showed that the skills of mothers/caregivers in measuring LILA before and after being given training obtained a P_value of 0.000. The difference in the LILA measurement method between the simple method and the standard golden method obtained P-value = 0.025 and the relationship between the color of the LILA ribbon and the nutritional status of toddlers with the BB/U and BB/TB or BB/PB index. The conclusion is that there is a significant difference in the skills of mothers/caregivers in measuring LILA before and after being given training, there is a significant difference in the results of measuring LILA between using the simple method and the standard golden method and there is a significant relationship between the color of the LILA ribbon and the nutritional status of toddlers with the BB/U and BB/TB or BB/PB indexes. This systematic review aims to determine the global prevalence of schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders among homeless people and its implications. The method we used was to search for articles that determined the prevalence of schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders among homeless people in Scopus, Web of Science, Science Direct, PubMed, and Google Scholar that were published in English between 2018-2022. Eligibility of study articles was assessed using the Joanna Briggs Institute guidelines. The results of this systematic review were 114 articles from five databases: 46 articles in Scopus, 28 articles in PubMed, 20 articles in Science Direct, 10 articles from PsycoINFO, and 10 articles from Google Scholar. The results of the selection of articles that met the inclusion criteria were 10 articles, then given serial numbers and analysis of the articles was carried out to facilitate the review process. Selected articles will be presented in PRISMA format. The prevalence of schizophrenia was 13.20% for studies conducted in or after 2010, and 8.88% for studies conducted before 2010, while the prevalence of psychosis was 24.44%. Abstract

This study aims to develop standards and guidelines for assessing the soft skills of nurses at PHC Hospital Surabaya, in order to enhance professional interaction and the quality of patient care. A descriptive cross-sectional approach was used with stratified random sampling of nursing professionals actively involved in the Inpatient, Outpatient, and Medical units. Data collection included quantitative metrics from historical assessments, qualitative insights from Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and a literature review. The method used was a 360-degree evaluation, involving supervisors, colleagues, subordinates, and self-assessment. The results showed significant deficiencies in critical soft skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, empathy, decision-making, and adaptability. The assessment revealed that no soft skills met the hospital's standards, with all scores below the 80% threshold considered very good. The highest levels of soft skills were observed in communication and interpersonal skills, though only 26.0% were rated as sufficient. The acronym "KOMPAK" (Teamwork, Communication, Empathy, Decision Making, Adaptability, Leadership) summarizes the core soft skills for evaluation. In conclusion, these findings highlight the need for targeted interventions and regular training to improve nurses' soft skills. The developed assessment indicators, based on PHC Hospital's core values and corporate culture, provide a robust framework for evaluating nursing staff proficiency.
