The method used is a systematic review using the CINAHL, PubMed, and Scopus databases. The results showed that 2 articles discussed routine treatment monitoring for face-to-face DOT at the patient's home or agreed with location during weekdays, and 8 articles discussed DOT by meeting with health department staff at TB clinics (clinic-based DOT. There were 5 articles using VOT intervention by sending videos (asynchronously) using a software application and 6 articles using VDOT conducting live video conferences while taking TB drugs. Abstract

This study aims to systematically review several kinds of literature that discuss the impact of training or physical activity of patients with Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) in lowering blood pressure in hypertensive patients. The method used is a systematic review by studying journal literature on the Scopus, CINAHL, Pubmed, ScienceDirect and SAGE Journals databases. The results showed that exercise could be done at home by the patient independently to support pharmacological treatment therapy in the cardiovascular system. The therapy can change the patient's behavior from maladaptive to adaptive. Treatment modalities can be given to patients with cardiovascular disorders: hypertension, namely cardiac exercise because cardiac exercise is an easy, light activity, can be done continuously and reduces the effects of pharmacological use. In conclusion, cardiovascular modality therapy is a home-based exercise program that can be given to patients with heart and blood flow disorders. Therapy that is run regularly can affect lowering blood pressure. Keywords: Aerobic, Hypertension, Exercise Program, Blood Pressure, Therapy

Abstract

This study aims to determine how providing balanced nutritious food affects the incidence of stunting in toddlers. The method used is scoping review with the PRISMA-ScR framework and scoping review questions with the PICO framework. Article searches were conducted through the Pubmed, ScienceDirect and Wiley databases with Critical Appraisal based on The Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI). The results showed that three main themes were found, namely: 1) knowledge, affecting the growth and development of children, the higher the mother's education, the better her level of knowledge; 2) economic status, which influences the incidence of stunting because if the economic status is good, then the family is not lacking in terms of food; 3) good feeding practices, is an indicator to assess the optimal fulfillment of a child's nutritional needs. In conclusion, providing nutritious food with balanced nutrition for children is the main factor that significantly influences the incidence of stunting in toddlers. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of birth ball therapy on mothers giving birth to the pain intensity of the first active phase of labor. The method used was quasi-experimental with a one-group pretest-posttest design involving 40 mothers during the first active phase at PMB Nuriman Rafida, Jambi City, who were selected by accidental sampling. Research data were analyzed using paired t-tests. The results showed that most of the pain intensity of the mother before the study was carried out was in a severe category. After the intervention using a birth ball, the majority of the pain intensity of the mother in labor was in the moderate category (p-value = 0.000). In conclusion, there is an effect of birth ball therapy on reducing the intensity of labor pain during the first active phase. Abstract

This study aims to describe nursing care for a hemorrhoid patient at the X Regional General Hospital (RSUD X) located in DKI Jakarta by describing the patient's management. The method used is a case study with a nursing process approach through interviews (anamnesis), observation, reviewing documents and analysis of problems. The results showed that the suitability of symptom signs between theory and the clinic, dominated by pain, was influenced by work history. Furthermore, two primary diagnoses are enforced according to the signs and symptoms that arise. The focus of the action was to minimize pain, but it was found that at the end of the evaluation, the pain had not been resolved because the prognosis for hemorrhoids had entered an advanced stage, requiring surgery. In conclusion, implementing nursing care has yet to be effectively carried out due to unequal work time and responsibilities. The primary key to treating hemorrhoids is to examine when things are different or uncomfortable in the anal area. Keywords: Nursing Care, Hemorrhoids, Pre-Operation
