Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of progressive muscle relaxation (PMR) on fatigue in cancer patients. The method used is a systematic review. The results showed that of the 7 articles reviewed, 6 showed that PMR could reduce fatigue or fatigue in cancer patients and 1 article showed no significant difference in applying progressive muscle relaxation to fatigue or fatigue. In conclusion, PMR can reduce the fatigue experienced by cancer patients. Keywords: Cancer, Fatigue, Progressive Muscle Relaxation

Abstract

This study aims to identify the performance of KSM Pondok Miri Asri, community satisfaction, and the relationship between the performance of KSM Pondok Miri Asri with community satisfaction in managing waste in Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency as a form of mosque-based community empowerment post (Posdaya Masjid). The method used is a mixed method. Informants in this study were Sunggal sub-district officers, Sei Semayang Village officers, the chairman of the Ar-Ridho Mosque Prosperity Agency and the community. The results showed that as many as 61% of respondents stated that the performance of KSM Pondok Miri Asri was classified as good and 62.7% said they were satisfied with the performance. The significance value obtained is <0.05. In conclusion, the performance of KSM Pondok Miri Asri and community satisfaction are categorized as good, and there is a significant relationship between the performance of KSM Pondok Miri Asri and community satisfaction in Sunggal District. Abstract

This study aims to determine the risk factors for anemia in pregnant women at the Baumata Health Center, Kupang Regency, in 2022. The method used is observational with a cross-sectional approach. The results showed that the number of pregnant women who had a risky age was 28 respondents (63.8%), pregnant women with a risky pregnancy interval were 21 respondents (51.2%), pregnant women with nutritional status who were at risk of Chronic Energy Deficiency (KEK) totaled 25 respondents (61%) and pregnant women with less knowledge about anemia amounted to 24 respondents (58.5%). In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between age, gestational distance, nutritional status and knowledge with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. Abstract

This study aims to explore the experiences of teenage mothers getting husbands' support in the process of becoming a mother. The method used is a qualitative method with a phenomenological design. The results showed that there were five themes, namely: 1) the husband's support based on the initiative and request of adolescent mothers at the stage of pregnancy; 2) husbands provide support based explicitly on the needs of adolescent mothers; 3) the husband has not received the pregnancy intends to terminate and does not provide support; 4) forms of husband support: providing physical and psychological support, providing for the wife's needs, carrying out local rituals related to childbirth; 5) form of husband's support: helping to take care of the baby, willing to do household chores, reminding the duties and responsibilities as a mother, fulfilling the life needs of mother and baby. In conclusion, the husband's support is very influential in the process of becoming a mother. Keywords: Becoming a Mother, Husband Support, Teen Mother

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors influencing social interaction in autistic children, particularly related to parental acceptance and roles. The method used in this research is cross-sectional. The results of this study indicate that as many as 56.7% of autistic children have good social interactions, 56.7% of parents' acceptance is not good, and 63.3% of parents' roles are classified as good. The results of statistical tests showed that there was a significant relationship between parental acceptance (p-value 0.010; OR 10.083; 95% CI 1.658-61.33) and parental roles (p-value 0.023; OR 7.467; 95% CI 1.4-39.836). with the social interactions of children with autism. In conclusion, the social interaction of autistic children can be increased by the parents' acceptance towards their children and the parenting role of parents towards their children. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of virtual reality on the anxiety of third-trimester primigravida in facing childbirth. The method used is experimental, with a one-group pre-post test design approach carried out at the Putri Ayu Health Center involving 34 mothers. The results showed that before the intervention, the data obtained for mild anxiety was 58.9%, moderate was 38.2% and severe was 2.9%, while after the intervention, the percentage of mild anxiety was 82.4% and moderate = 17.6%. The statistical test results obtained are equal to 0.001. In conclusion, there is an effect of virtual reality on decreasing the anxiety level of a third-trimester primigravida in facing childbirth. Abstract

This study aims to determine spiritual needs, fulfill spiritual needs and examine problems or obstacles from health workers in meeting the spiritual needs of COVID-19 patients. The method used is a literature review by browsing articles on the Pubmed, SAGE and Google Scholar databases. The results showed that the spiritual needs of COVID-19 patients increased along with the illness they experienced. Spiritual support is provided by all health professionals, from nurses, doctors and other health workers, with prayer, singing and statements of support that are carried out at the bedside and virtually. The obstacles that often arise are the lack of health workers and their understanding of meeting the spiritual needs of patients. In conclusion, all health professionals can carry spiritual needs such as prayer, singing and statements of support. Barriers often faced in patients' spiritual fulfillment are the number of health workers and the lack of understanding of spiritual concepts from health workers. Abstract

This study aims to determine the preventive behavior of COVID-19 in pregnant women in the Gerokgak I Health Center Work Area. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The results showed that most pregnant women had good knowledge about COVID-19 (97.6%), while the COVID-19 prevention behavior in pregnant women was classified as poor with a percentage of 65.9%. In conclusion, most pregnant women have good knowledge about COVID-19, but preventive behavior is not good. Keywords: Pregnant Women, Knowledge, COVID-19 Prevention Behavior

Abstract

This study aims to determine the control of blood sugar levels in type 2 DM patients at Raden Mattaher Hospital Jambi. The design of this study was descriptive analysis using 100 samples of type 2 DM patients who underwent inpatient and outpatient treatment while blood sugar and HbA1c were checked. The results showed 82 patients with uncontrolled HbA1c levels with an average HbA1c level of 10.11% and 78 patients with abnormal blood sugar levels with an average blood sugar level of 326 mg/dL. Most patients with type 2 diabetes are female (61%), early adulthood 18-40 years (61%), obesity BMI (50%), moderate activity (52%) and poor diet (59%). Based on the characteristics of the respondents, it was found that HbA1c levels were not controlled in the groups: middle adults (85.2%), women (80.3%), BMI with obesity (86.0%), light activity (81.8%) and poor diet. (86.4%). In conclusion, most of the samples were included in the criteria for poor DM control based on current blood sugar levels and HbA1c. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the input of the puskesmas, including personnel resources (Head of City Health Office, Head of P2P Dinkes, Head of Health Center, COVID manager of Puskesmas, Puskesmas staff, COVID tracer, Community) facilities, funds and methods. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the COVID-19 surveillance staff aspect was not appropriate for educational qualifications; the method used was following the guidebook such as the availability of prevention and evaluation guidelines, the available facilities/infrastructure in terms of quantity or quality, the communication tools were adequate and the equipment was out of stock medical use is also good, but PPE clothes are limited. The method for achieving the target of finding suspected COVID-19 is suitable. Funds used in the implementation of surveillance activities are sourced from APBD funds and the amount of the budget follows the needs, for funds for equipment are dropped from the health office. The implementation of case findings has been carried out according to procedures, and supervision of the increase in cases has also been carried out correctly. In conclusion, indicators of the success of implementing COVID-19 epidemiological surveillance at the Jambi City Health Center can be seen from the achievement of the set targets and the achievement of testing targets for case finding. The reason for not achieving the targets in testing and tracing according to informants' statements is because of many rejections in the Community. Keywords: COVID-19, Evaluation, Surveillance
