Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of training andcompetence of tourism managers on service quality at Tanjung Layar Sawarna beach tourist attraction, Lebak Banten Regency. The method used in this research is Quantitative Descriptive research method. The sampling technique used was random, the sample in this study consisted of 36 managers at the Tanjung Layar Sawarna beach tourist attraction. And data collection techniques carried out using the distribution of questionnaires that meet the criteria in this study. Testing of this research was carried out using data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, then analyzed by correlation tests and multiple linear regression tests using the IBM SPSS (Statistical Program For Social Science) v.20 program. The results showed that there was a partial influence between Training on Service Quality, the results of the t test on Training obtained a significant value of 0.02 <0.05 and a tcount value of 3.319> t table 2.035 so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of X1 on Y and significant on Y. The results showed that there was a partial influence between Competence on Service Quality, the results of the t test on Competence obtained 0.041 <0.05 and a tcount value of 2.128> 0.041 so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that X2 has an influence and is significant on Y. The results of the F test menu are as follows.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Return on Assets (ROA) and Inventory Turnover on stock prices of companies listed in the LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis to examine the partial and simultaneous effects between the independent variables (ROA and Inventory Turnover) and the dependent variable (stock prices). The results of the study show that, partially, Return on Assets (ROA) has a significant impact on stock prices. This indicates that an increase in financial performance, as measured by ROA, tends to raise the company's stock prices. Conversely, Inventory Turnover does not have a significant impact on stock prices, suggesting that the efficiency of inventory management does not directly influence market valuation of the company’s stock price. However, simultaneously, ROA and Inventory Turnover have a significant impact on stock prices. These findings underline the importance of considering both factors together in assessing company performance and their effect on stock prices in the capital market. This research provides valuable insights for investors and company management in understanding the financial factors that influence stock prices, and it can be used as a reference in making investment decisions and business strategies.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of company size, capital intensity, sales growth on tax aggressiveness in Pharmaceutical subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is quantitative and the type of data used is secondary data, in the form of annual financial reports of pharmaceutical subsector companies for 2017-2022 obtained on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. namely as many as 30 companies. The samples were collected using a purposive sampling method and a research sample of 11 companies was obtained. This test was carried out using Eviews 9. From the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test) company size, capital intensity and sales growth influence tax aggressiveness. Based on the results of the partial test (t test) company size, capital intensity and sales growth influence tax aggressiveness. Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the feasibility of the Karcak Design design and editing services business in terms of market and marketing aspects, operational aspects, HR management aspects and legal aspects using qualitative descriptive methods, while financial aspects were analyzed using quantitative descriptive methods with a manual system with the help of the program Microsoft Excel. The analysis results obtained from market and marketing aspects, technical aspects, HR management aspects and legal aspects, Karcak Design's design and editing services can still be said to be feasible to run, but there are several things that need to be evaluated from the marketing aspect related to promotional activities that are not consistent and only relying on the Instagram feature alone so that the market share absorbed is still not according to the desired target, apart from that, from the HR management aspect, Karcak Design does not yet have a partner/team. Meanwhile, the results of the financial aspect analysis show that Karcak Design's design and editing services are feasible. This can be seen from the NPV (Net Present Value) which is > 0 and has a positive value, namely IDR 45,035,214. The Profitability Index (PI) obtained was > 1, namely 6.751.

Abstract

This study aims to prove that whether there is a significant effect of Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), and Operating Costs to Operating Income (BOPO) on Return On Equity (ROE), both partially and simultaneously in Banking Companies Listed on the IDX Period 2018-2022. The data in this study used secondary data in the form of financial reports obtained through the Indonesia Stock Exchange website www.idx.co.id, with a sampling technique using purposive sampling resulting in a total sample of 22 banking companies. The data prerequisite test uses a classic assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, and heteroscedasticity test. While the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, correlation test, coefficient of determination test, partial t test, and simultaneous F test. The results of the study show that the FDR variable has a positive and significant effect on ROE partially, NPL and BOPO have a negative and significant effect on ROE partially, and FDR, NPL, and BOPO have a significant effect on ROE simultaneously.

Abstract

Just in Time (JIT) is an inventory management strategy to arrange the delivery of goods to match the production schedule and customer needs. In shipping services, JIT is an inventory control system that regulates the flow of goods so that they can arrive at customers on time. This study aims to determine the description of the application of JIT to optimize profits in expedition companies. The method in this study uses literature studies. The results of the study show that the JIT system provides encouragement for expedition companies to optimize profits through increased efficiency, reduced costs, and improved service quality. These results give the impression for expedition companies to strive to implement the JIT system comprehensively because it can reduce operational costs, efficiency in shipping, improve service quality, reduce waste and risk management, optimize resource use and increase focus on high-value activities so that increased revenues can ultimately optimize profits.

Abstract

Company value is a value used by investors to assess the success rate of the company, the higher the company value reflected in the stock price, the higher the level of investor confidence in the company. This study aims to examine the effect of Capital Structure and Profitability on Firm Value in Food and Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data used is secondary data with the documentation method in the form of annual financial reports of Food and Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2020-2022 period taken from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) www.idx.co.id. The population in this study amounted to 84 food and beverage companies, the sample was taken using purposive sampling method, namely based on certain criteria as many as 20 companies. The analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, determination coefficient test and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 25. The results of the study are Capital Structure partially has no influence on Firm Value. Profitability partially has an influence on Firm Value. Capital Structure and Profitability simultaneously have an influence on Firm Value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the work environment and workload have on employee performance at PT Pekerti Nusantara which includes variables (independent) work environment, workload has an influence on employee performance (dependent). The population in the study were all employees totaling 35 people. Sampling data obtained through questionnaires were tested through quantity tests; namely validity and reliability tests and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression, determination test (R2 ), t test and f test. From the results of multiple linear regression shows that employee performance is influenced by work environment variables b1X1: 0.545, workload variables b2X2: 0.215. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2 ) use an adjusted r square value of 0.775, this indicates that the variables studied work environment variables (X1) and workload variables (X2) have an influence on employee performance (Y) of 75.5% while the remaining 24.5% is influenced by variables not studied. From the results of the t test and f test calculations, it can be seen that all elements of the work environment variable and workload variable together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables with a Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 and an Fcalcute values of 53.480 > Ftable 3.280. For the variable that has the most dominant effect on employee performance variables is the work environment variable

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategies and opportunities of human resource management in the digital era to improve the career development of Generation Z in Rangkasbitung Subdistrict. The digital era has changed the way Generation Z views and manages their careers, especially in utilizing the growing digital technology. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method, where data was collected through in-depth interviews with several informants from Generation Z who work in various fields. The results show that digital technology supports daily work, especially in communication, task management, and learning. In addition, human resource management strategies such as training, mentoring, and regular performance evaluations have proven effective in improving Generation Z's competencies and readiness to face future career challenges. Despite facing challenges such as adaptation to new technologies and undisciplined student management, the opportunities offered by the digital era, such as easy access to learning resources and the chance to upgrade skills through online courses, are key drivers in their career development. This study concludes that proper support from the work environment, supported by an adaptive and flexible human resource management strategy, can help Generation Z in Rangkasbitung Sub-district to continue to develop and adapt in their careers in the digital era. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of work environment, organizational culture and work ethics on employee performance of La Tansa Islamic Boarding School in Lebak Regency, and thus, improve employee performance level. A questionnaire-based survey was conducted at La Tansa Islamic Boarding School in Lebak Regency, analyzing a sample size of 65 employees. The results of path analysis modeling revealed that work environment has a positive and significant effect on work ethics, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work ethics, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work ethics has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work ethics and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work ethics. This study provides important contributions in the field of work environment that can be useful for La Tansa Islamic Boarding School in Lebak Regency to recognize the importance of work environment to improve employee performance. The findings also provide significant implications for organizations to better understand the importance of work environment, which will help to improve organizational success.
