One crucial aspect that influences performance is emotional intelligence. However, emotional intelligence alone is not enough, so it is also necessary to look at aspects of culture and leadership in organizations. This research studies the teachers' performance in Tunas Bangsa Greenville Middle and High School by looking at the influence exerted by the teacher's emotional intelligence, the principal's transformational leadership, and organizational culture. The data in the study were obtained by dividing the questionnaire, then analyzed quantitatively through the PLS-SEM method through a survey of 25 teachers. The results of this study indicated that teachers' emotional intelligence, principals' transformational leadership, and school organizational culture have a positive effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

PT. Alphacon Valfindo is a company engaged in manufacturing valve in Indonesia. For the production process, PT. Alphacon Valfindo requires raw materials for casting (the product). The most widely used raw material is Scrap. There are several problems in the control of scrap raw material inventory, among which is the purchase of raw materials with the amount that exceeds the needs of production. This leads to the accumulation of raw materials, thus causing storage costs to be free. To control the cost of inventory, this research uses Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method to compare the average cost of inventory more optimally with the actual inventory cost of the company. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research using a descriptive approach. The population of this research is PT. Alphacon Valfindo in the period January 2016 to December 2016, with the sample used in this study is the data of steel scrap inventory costs of PT. Alphacon Valfindo in the period January 2016 to December 2016. The tool / instrument used is finding the optimal order for one order using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method, and comparing the company's total actual inventory costs with the cost of inventory using the EOQ method.

The statistic test used is classical assumption test, simple regression analysis, product moment correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, hypothesis test and using the help of SPSS V20 application program.Based on the analysis contribution, the contribution of hotel tax to Local Revenue per year consecutive from 2014 to 2016 is 0.092%, 0.089%, 0.093%. Based on the coefficient of determination obtained R Square 0,970 so that obtained coefficient of determination 0,456 x 100% = 45,6%, the result means that hotel tax variable can influence variable of local original revenue equal to 45,6%. And based on the t test shows that hotel tax has a significant positive effect on Local Original Revenue (PAD) with significance value smaller than 0.05 that is equal to 0.000.

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of product quality and service quality to customer satisfaction at Cafe Deumdee Rangkasbitung. The research method used is descriptive method using a quantitative approach, i.e. to explain a problem based on the data in the form of figures (statistical data). The population used in this research are the consumers who pay a visit to Deumdee with a total of 17.993 Cafe visitors, using the formula error level slovin 10% then the samples obtained as many as 99 consumer. The technique of data collection is the observation, study of librarianship and the questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, correlation analysis, multiple coefficient of determination, t-test and f-test.Based on the research conducted, t test results obtained that the quality of the product (X 1), namely the significant level of significant extent < (0.017 < 0.05). So starting in H0 and Ha acquired significant value received and the quality of service (X 2), namely the significant level of significant extent < (0.043 < 0.05). So starting in H0 and Ha is received. That means there is the influence between product quality against consumer satisfaction at Cafe Deumdee and there are Influences between the quality of service of consumer satisfaction on a Cafe Deumdee. As well as the results of hypothesis testing the F value obtained significant i.e. 0.000 value smaller than 0.05 significant level. Or F-count is greater than the F-table (0.27705 > 0, 309). Then it can be concluded that the quality of product and service quality to customer satisfaction simultaneously.

(0.000) <α (0.05) and fcount (786.303)> ftabel (3.02). The results of the coefficient of determination show that Revisit Interest (Y) is influenced by Perceptions of Quality (X1) and Perceptions of Value (X2) of 82.6%, the remaining 17.4% is influenced by other variables..

Abstract

The results of the study show that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at the pearl hotel in Rangkasbitung. As evidenced by simple linear regression equation Y = 34,929 + 0,234 X and R square of 0,061 which means 6,1% customer satisfaction is influenced by variable service quality variables, and the significance is seen from t count> t table (2,534> 1,984) with significant 0,013> 0 , 05. Which means if tcount <t table, then H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. This means that there is no influence between service quality (X) on consumer satisfaction (Y) and if thitung> t table then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that there is an influence of service quality (X) on customer satisfaction (Y).
