Abstract

This research is explanatory research, intended to determine the relationship between soft skill and hard skill variables on the optimism of prospective graduates of Bengkulu Unihaz Management Study Program. The quantitative data of this study were obtained from questionnaires which were then processed into statistical analysis. The results of the analysis are known soft skill variables (X1) and hard skills (X2) have a strong and unidirectional relationship, and have a positive effect on the optimism variable of prospective graduates of the Unihaz Bengkulu study program. This is evidenced by the value of multiple correlation, multiple linear regression, t-test and f-test. Of the two independent variables hard skill contribution is greater than the soft skill. As a suggestion to improve students' hard skills and soft skills, they encourage them to be more active in research and community service, carry out excursion studies, namely visiting companies, entrepreneurs, crafts and other institutions that can foster their hard skills and soft skills, then directed to be more active in student organizations, youth and spirituality.

Abstract

Creatives of bengkulu city in the pandemic time of covid 19. In terms of its nature, this research is descriptive research, namely research that describes certain objects and explains things related to or systematically explains certain facts or frequencies in certain fields factually and careful. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method that leads to a marketing strategy to increase sales of the creative industry sector of bengkulu city during the covid pandemic 19. The data sources in this study were derived from primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all creative industries. The sampling technique used accidental sampling technique and was analyzed using swot analysis. This kanian is expected to be an input for marketing creative industrial products during a pandemic so that sales will not occur.

Abstract

The aim of the study is to know determine the effect of group cooperation, discipline and workmotivation on employee performance at PT. Sinar Sosro kp. Bengkulu. The variables examinedin this study were group cooperation, discipline and work motivation. Methods of data analysisusing instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and statistical tests. The data collectiontechniques and tools in this study were in the form of field data and library data. The sample inthis study were 35 employees of PT. Sinar Sosro kp. Bengkulu. Abstract

The hotel business in the city of Bogor has increased from year to year which has increased business competition. Then it is followed by a performance appraisal of employees whose aim is to monitor and maintain the performance of the selected employees because the performance appraisal will affect the follow-up needed by the employees relating to staffing decisions, for example promotion, payroll, or development. Based on this, this study aims to analyze the effect of performance appraisal on employee motivation and work productivity at the hotel pangrango 2 in Bogor.This type of research used in this study was a quantitative approach or statistical data analysis. The data sources were obtained from distributing questionnaires to 133 employees. The validity of the data was analyzed using the Product Moment Pearson correlation technique formula while the reliability of the measuring instrument was carried out using the Alfa Cronbach technique. The results showed that the employees of the Hotel Pangrango 2 Bogor used self-appraisal techniques, the effect of evaluation on motivation had a positive effect, the place of evaluation had no effect on employee motivation, the evaluation method on motivation had a negative effect, and motivation had a positive effect on the employees’ work productivity. Based on the results of the analysis of the research, the Hotel Pangrango 2 Bogor really needs to pay attention to performance evaluation factors because it is very influential on employee motivation and motivation itself will affect employees’ performance productivity.

Abstract

In general, this study aims to provide knowledge to UMKM owners in Bengkulu City to be able to survive and thrive in running a business by paying attention to and applying the principles of good and correct financial management. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach.The population in this study were 1286 SMEs in Bengkulu City. The method of determining the sample uses the slovin formula, so as to get results as many as 93 MSME actors. From the results of the new slovin formula, a sample of 45 SMEs was taken with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques with interviews, and questionnaires. The results of this study are that there is still a lack of application of financial management carried out by UMKMowners, namely only by recording incoming and outgoing money and still not using good andcorrect financial management principles such as budget utilization, financial recording, financial reporting and control. This is because UMKM owners feel that managing finances is too difficult and inconvenient. Apart from that, ignorance of the importance of doing financial management factors is also one of the UMKM owners not implementing financial management. This study also conducted a SWOT analysis which resulted in 5 main strategies related to financial management that could be carried out by UMKM owners in Bengkulu City

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of natural beauty, facilities, transportation, and cleanliness to the visitors of Panjang BeachBengkulu City. The population was 96 respondents, using the Accidental Sampling technique. To analyze the data, the Multiple Regression, Partial Correlation and Simultaneous Correlation methods were used. Natural Beauty, Facilities, Transportation and Cleanliness both simultaneously and partially have a significant and direct effect on the Visitors Satisfaction of the Panjang Beach Bengkulu City, with the biggest contribution being the Transportation factor, followed by Cleanliness, Natural Beauty, and the lowest contribution is the Facilities variable. Thus the Beauty of Nature, Facilities, Transportation, and Cleanliness both simultaneously and significantly to the Satisfaction of Panjang Beach Bengkulu City, therefore the four factors that need to get the attention of the Bengkulu Provincial Government in taking policies and planning for the management of the Panjang Beach Bengkulu Cityand the Tourism sector others in Bengkulu Province.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of products, price perceptions, promotions and lifestyle onWardah product purchasing decisions in Solo Raya. The population in this study is an unlimited population because the population is unknown. The method of determining the sample is purposive sampling. The number of samples obtained by 97 respondents. Using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Collecting data in the form of a questionnaire and the measurement scale is a Likert scale. The results of the research are the product has no partial or individual effect on the purchasing decision of Wardah products in Solo Raya, Price Perception has no partial or individual effect on the purchasing decision of Wardah products in Solo Raya, Promotion has no partial or individual effect on the purchasing decision of Wardah products in Solo Raya, Gaya Life has a partial or individual effect on the Purchase Decision of Wardah products in Solo Raya. Abstract

Cemoro Sewu tourism object managed by The Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) BahariSejahtera is one of the many tourist attractions that become local destinations have spertipotential of exotic natural beauty, water rides with rubber boat facilities at the mouth of kungkairiver, Hindu houses of worship such as on the beautiful island of Bali, cool beach air in the firforest, and seafood culinary tourism such as shrimp , shellfish, sea fish and others. Seeing thispotential, the author wants to examine the potential and strategy of developing tourist attractionsFrom the results of IFAS and EFAS contained in chart I layout, SO strategy is a strategy that isconsidered to have high priority and urgent to be implemented are : (1) Create new rides as anopportunity to attract tourists, (2) Increase the intensity of promotion by utilizing all potentialpromotional media to increase interest in tourist arrivals, (3) Maximizing exploration of existingpotentials to meet the needs of tourists. As well as making extensive improvements to supportingfacilities and improving the manager's performance management system in the service, (4)Offering affordable prices provides an opportunity to increase tourism visits, (5) Engage thelocal community to optimize the potential of tourism to provide opportunities for the communityto contribute to the Cemoro Sewu tourism object so that the local community becomes moreproductive to the tourism sector.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and stress on employees performance ofBengkulu Regional Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Employees. The type of research used in thisresearch is quantitative. The sample is 42 people, which is the entire population. Datacollection methods used were questionnaires. Data were analyzed by path analysis model withSmart PLS 2.0 program to determine the relationship between variables. The result showed allhypotesis was accepted. The results showed that partially the workload and stress has anegative and significant effect on performance, workload has a positive and significant effect onstress. For indirect influence, influential workload positive and significant impact on employeeperformance through work stress of Bengkulu Regional Otoritas Jasa Keuangan.

Abstract

his research is included in associative/relationship research, which is a study that aims to determine the relationship between the effect of work stress and workload on employee performance at PT. Adi after Bengkulu center. This study tries to determine the factors that affect employee performance in the construction service business of PT. Adi Purna Center. The population in this study were all permanent employees working at PT. Adi Purna Center as many as 30 people and the sample amounted to 30 people. The sampling technique is saturated, all the population becomes the research sample with a questionnaireinstrument. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of each variable, work stress (X1), and workload (X2), on employee performance (Y). From the calculation results obtained a linear regression equation, which is where from the equation it canbe interpreted that there is an influence between the two variables. The value of the correlation coefficient (r) and the coefficient of determination (r2) shows the effect of workload on employee performance is very strong. Constant (a) employee performance has decreased . Regression coefficient (b) each employee's performance has decreased as well as degrees of freedom, meaning the hypothesis which states that work stress and workload have a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Adi Purna CenterBengkulu.
