Abstract

The aim of the researcher is to examine and find out some of the factors that are considered to have an effect on the purchasing decision of the telkomsel provider. Marketing design which includes variables of brand image, price, promotion has an effect onpurchasing decisions of Telkomsel providers. The method used is purposive sampling. This research population used unlimited population because it is not known exactly how many consumers. The sample was taken using the Roscoe formula with the number of respondents 40. The analysis technique was using multiple linear regression. With the results of the marketing design, brand image, price, and promotion variables simultaneously influence purchasing decision variables. Partially, there is a positive and significant influence on the brand image variable on purchasing decisions. There is a negative but significant effect on the price variable on purchasing decisions. There is a positive and significant influence on the promotion variable on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This article was created to see anything that has a major impact on the company's image,expectations, and service quality on customer loyalty of BRI KC Bengkulu Bank. Thisresearch is associative. The type of data used is qualitative data and quantitative data withprimary data sources and secondary data. With the sampling technique using accidentalsampling technique where the customer who is the sample is the customer who is there atthe time the researcher was doing the research. In conducting research, the data collectedwill be used to solve existing problems so that the data must be truly reliable and accurate.The data methods used here include interviews, observations, questionnaires or a list ofquestions. These are techniques used by compiling closed questions and must be filled in byrespondents by selecting one of the available alternative answers. The research results areexpected to serve as a reference for the company's image, expectations and company qualityas well as loyalty and serve as input for Bank BRI to grow customer loyalty

Abstract

This research is an explanatory study, because it sees the relationship between the variables ofprofessionalism (X1) and organizational culture (X2) with the employee performance variable(Y) as well as hypothesis testing. The problem raised is how much influence professionalism andorganizational culture have on employee performance at Grage Hotel Bengkulu. In general, thisstudy aims to assist government programs in promoting tourism in Indonesia including all itsderivatives, specifically the purpose of this study is (1). participate in promoting tourism,especially hotels in Bengkulu Province. (2) Provide input to Grage Hotel Bengkulu in improvingemployee performance. The data used in this study are quantitative data obtained from theresults of distributing questionnaires to 65 respondents, then processed into statistical analysis.Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that (1) the professionalism variable(X1) organizational culture (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Thisinformation can be seen from the regression equation, multiple correlation, determination, t-testand f-test. (2) The contribution of the two variables to employee performance is almost the same.As a suggestion, professionalism and organizational culture need to be developed.

Abstract

The aim of the study is to know factors that influence Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure in the Basic and Chemical Industry Sector. Variables investigated in this study were size of company and age of company. The method used in this study is tocollect data, and then it will be analyzed using quantitative analysis methods. The populations in this study were companies thatcarry out Social Responsibility Disclosure, 28 sample companies selected in this study used purposive sampling methodology. The data analysis method was multi linier regression with significance level of 5%. The result of the study showed that : (1) Company size has a significant effect on CSRD. This shows that large scale companies will do more disclosure of their social responsibility; (2) The age of the company is not significant for CSRD. This shows the length of the company does not affect the disclosure of social responsibility.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality perception, corporate image and consumer perception on consumer loyalty of Honda Ahass Motorcycle: 0295 Patra Jaya Bengkulu City, with a total sample of 50 people, taken by accidental sampling technique data analysis used partial correlation method, simultaneous correlation and multiple regression methods, and the research hypothesis wastested with statistics. The results of the partial correlation analysis show that the three variables of service quality perception, company image and consumer perception will each have a strong, unidirectional and significant effect on consumer loyalty. Meanwhile, simultaneously shows that the three variables together have a very strong and positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. Thus, every change in the perceived service quality variable, corporate image and consumer perception, either alone or jointly, will be followed by changes in the consumer loyalty variable in the same direction, either increasing or decreasing. The results of Multiple Regression Consumer Analysis show that the balance of the nature and magnitude of the influence of three variables, namely the perception of quality on the Loyalty of Honda Ahass Motorcycles: 0295 Patra Jaya Bengkulu City. with the order of magnitude of influence on the variable of consumer loyalty, each variable is corporate image, then followed by the variable of consumer perception, and perception of service quality.

Service recovery is a significant determinant of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Abstract

The Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Musi Rawas Regency is one ofthe Regional Apparatus Organizations that is tasked with assisting the Regent in runningthe wheels of Regional Government. The main task assumed by the Regional Financialand Asset Management Agency is to manage regional finances and assets. This task is animportant task that requires both Civil Servants and non-PNS employees to produce goodperformance. Performance is the result of a process that is referenced and measured overa certain period of time based on predetermined conditions, standards or agreements. Theapproach used in this research is survey research. Survey research examines large andsmall populations by selecting and studying large and small populations by selecting andexamining the selected sample and that population to find the incidence, distribution andrelative interactions and sociological and psychological variables. The population in thisstudy were all Civil Servants (PNS) and Non PNS in the Regional Financial and AssetManagement Agency of Musi Rawas Regency. The sample in this study were all membersof the population, so the sample in this study amounted to 60 people, consisting of 39 civilservants, 21 non civil servants and 25% of the Regional Development Planning Agency ofMusi Rawas Regency. Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effects of convenience, trust and security oncustomer satisfaction through purchasing decisions on the Tokopedia online shop. The variablesused in this research are independent, intervening, and dependent variables. The independentvariables in this study are Ease ( ), Trust ( ), and Security ( ). The intervening variable inthis study is the Purchase Decision ( ). And the closest variable in this study is CustomerSatisfaction ( ). The sample was determined by purposive sampling technique. By distributingquestionnaires with a sample of 100 respondents. Then the data were processed using SPSS 24.0software to test the validity and reliability and to verify the answer to the research hypothesisusing the SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that there is a significanteffect of convenience, trustworthiness, and security on purchasing decisions. There is asignificant effect of purchasing decisions on customer satisfaction. There is a significant effect ofconvenience and security on customer satisfaction, but the variable of trust has no effect oncustomer satisfaction. And there is no significant effect of convenience, trust, and security oncustomer satisfaction through purchasing decisions on the Tokopedia online shop .

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of performance assessment and motivation on employee productivity in the Regional Personnel and the Human Resources Development of Kepahiang Regency. This type of research is quantitative research and causal research, because it proves the causal correlation influenced by the variables studied. Respondents in this study were civil servants from the Regional Personnel and the Human Resources Development of Kepahiang Regency, the samples were 32 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and the data obtained were analyzed using SPSS with partial correlation test, multiple regression test, statistical test (t test and f test).The results showed that from the ttest obtained tcount for the performance appraisal variable the motivational variable which means that there is a partial effect of performance appraisal (X1) and motivation (X2) on the productivity (Y) of employees at the Regional Personnel Agency and the Human Resources Development of Kepahiang Regency. Based on the results of statistical tests, the calculated with a which means that there is an effect the effect of performance assessment and motivation on employee productivity in the Regional Personnel and the Human Resources Development of Kepahiang Regency. Value or This means that the contribution of the Performance Assessment (X1) and Motivation (X2) variables in influencing Employee Productivity (Y) is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify strategic factors in the framework of making participatory development planning in thevillage of Pakis Mojokerto, East Java. The methodology used in this research is descriptive qualitative using SWOT analysis. The results of the study show that the actors of strengths and opportunities greatly contribute to strategic determination, so thestrategy used is to optimize strengths in seizing opportunities. The strategy is to increase human resources (including improving health and education infrastructure and facilities), increase access to financial institutions or credit for productive business development, develop non-agricultural businesses that are still related to the agricultural sector, and develop village tourism. The implications of this research are The strategy used in participatory development planning is to strengthen strengths toovercome weaknesses
