Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out a correlation between leadership style, spirit and career development with employee performanceat PT. Agung Automall Bengkulu Branch with the samples of 91 employees. Due to all the population in this study were sampled, the sampling method was by census. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using Spearman rank correlation and hypothesis testing t test. Spearman rank test results there is a strong correlation between leadership style with employee performance at PT. Agung Automall Bengkulu Branch. This is reinforced by the results of hypothesis testing known to a significant, meaning that the leadership style has a positive and significant correlation with the performance of employees at PT. Agung Automall Bengkulu Branch. The results of the study for the correlation between spirit with employee performance at PT. Agung Automall Bengkulu Branch obtained a Spearman rank correlation with strong evaluation criteria. The results of the Spearman rank are also strengthened by the results of hypothesis testing with a significant, meaning that there is a significant correlation between organizational culture and performance.Career development has a moderate correlation with the performance of the employees of PT. Agung Automall Bengkulu Branch with Spearman rank correlation. This result is strengthened by testing the hypothesis with a significant, meaning that career development has a significant correlation with employee performance at PT. Agung Automall Bengkulu Branch.

Abstract

The purpose of this study wasto determine the marketing strategy, the effectiveness of the marketing strategy, the obstacles in carrying out the marketing strategy, and how to overcome the obstacles in carrying out the marketing strategy of health services during the JKN (National Health Insurance) era at the hospital. Lung Surabaya. This study uses a qualitative approach and the researcher as the key instrument. This technique of determining key informants is carried out before or when conducting field research. The technique used before the field research is the judgment of the researcher. Meanwhile, the technique of determining key informants during field research is snowball or snowball technique. The judgment technique is carried out using certain criteria that have been previously determined by the researcher in this study, namely the director, then using the snowballing method totaling 5 key informants. Abstract

The purpose if this study is to describe and analyze of motivation and leadership on theperformance of employees in the Department of PP (Population Control), KB (Family Planning),PP (Women's Empowerment) and PA (Children Protection) in Kaur Regency. This type ofresearch uses quantitative descriptive. The sampling technique used census techniques of 49respondents. Research analysis using multiple linear regression analysis.Based on thediscussion, it can be concluded that motivation does not influence the performance of employeesin the Department of PP, KB, PP and PA in Kaur Regency. This is evidenced by the calculated t count obtained for 1,640. While the value of t table is 2.013, hence t count< t table which results in H0is accepted and Ha is rejected, which means the research hypothesis is rejected. Leadershipinfluences the performance of employees in the Department of PP, KB, PP and PA in KaurRegency. This is evidenced by the calculated t count obtained of 5.700. While the value of t table is2.013, hence t count> T table which results in H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means theresearch hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

This research to determine how much influence the product, service, price and brand have on the decision to purchase pizza hut in Bengkulu city. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression. As many as 100 people as a sample determined by non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach.Data collection techniques used in this research are library research and field studies in the form of questionnaires, observations and interviews.Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it was found that the product, service, price, and brand variables had a significant effect on purchasing decisions by Pizza Hut consumers in Bengkulu City. In other words, the four independent variables together had a major influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the development of entrepreneurial orientation inimproving marketing performance of MSMEs in Bengkulu City. This research is a surveyresearch with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was the owners of MSMEs intrade sector in Bengkulu City totaling 100 respondents (MSMEs owners) with the samplingtechnique of judgmental (purposive). Data collection methods used questionnaires /questionnaires, interviews and literature study. The analytical method used in this research isusing the average method (mean) and the frequency distribution table. The results of thisstudy indicate that the development of MSMEs entrepreneurial orientation in Bengkulu Cityhas been carried out well by MSMEs owners in Bengkulu City through innovation activities,proactive orientation and risk taking and has an impact on percentage of customer growth,sales, and profits that continue to increase every year which is a determinants of increasingits marketing performance.

Abstract

Sifat penelitian ini adalah eksplanatory risearach, yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan variabel Optimisme (X1) dan Motivasi (X2) dengan kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja (Y) dan menguji hipotesa. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif yang berasal dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada reponden kemudian diolah kedalam analisa statistik. Hasil analisis diperoleh (1) variabel Optimisme (X1) dan Motivasi (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan lulusan prodi manajemen memasuki dunia kerja diera new normal (Y). Hal tersebut ditunjukkan oleh regrasi berganda, korelasi berganda, determinasi, uji-t dan uji-f. (2) Variabel motivasi memberikan kontribusi yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan optimisme dalam menumbuhkan kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja bagi lulusan prodi manajemen Unihaz Bengkulu yang menyelesaikan masa studinya. Sebagai saran, mahasiswa diberikan pasilitas dan kesempatan untuk mengembangkan dirisepertimengikutiorganisasikemahasiswaan,organisasi kerohanian dan mengikuti lomba-lomba untuk pengembangan diri.Disamping ituperlu ditumbuh dan kembangkanrasa percaya diri agarlulusan yang baru menyelesaikan studi tetap optimis dalam menatap masadepan

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know labor and communication strategies in increasing theloyalty of wage workers. The results of this study indicate that employment BPJS is doingquite well with marketing communications, and that many loyal companies continue to usethe workforce's social security programs. The writer uses a descriptive method with thequalitative approach of describing, recording, analyzing and explaining the conditions thatare occurring within the company using the data-collection technique of interviews with thecompany's marketing division. The welfare of the worker is a temporal and spiritual meetingof needs both inside and outside work relationships that can improve worker performanceand productivity and thus create a healthy and comfortable working environment. One of theworker's welfare is protecting the worker. Indonesia has a special agency aimed at protectingworkers which is job BPJS. Bank Indonesia the central bank/bi decided to raise itsbenchmark interest rate by 25 basis points to 8.25 percent, he said. In promoting civilityBPJS and labor needs a good marketing communication startegi. Good marketing strategiescan increase customer loyalty to continue using products or programs from labor BPJS.

Abstract

This research aims to find out impact of investment gallery activities against the iterests of student investmest at the Universitas Tridinanti. This type of research is comparative. Sampling techniques is purposive sampling and criteria of students who have income. The population are 4209 students. The samples as many as 250 respondents. Data analysis techniques using wilcoxon test. The primary data sourcers with the techniques of data collection using the interview, questionnaire., and observation. The result showed that there is a difference of interest of student investment before and after the follow the investment gallery activities with siginificance value of 0.000. This proves that the investment gallery activities is quite affective.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of management compensation and financial distress on tax avoidance with profitability and company size as a control variable. This research was a quantitative descriptive employed a correlation design. The population were the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2018-2020 period. The sample were determined by using puposive sampling method which selected 204 companies as the sample of the study. The data were analyzed by using statistical testing of multple linear regression with a significance level of 5%. The results showed that the managamenet compensation had no effect on tax avoidance while the financial distress have a positive effect on tax avoidance. The profitability of control variables and firm size had no effect on tax avoidance. Thus, it can be concluded that management compensation had no effect on tax avoidance while financial distess had effect on it.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the corporate governance mechanism consisting of:managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and audit committee, on the timeliness offinancial reporting. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The population used bythe researcher is a manufacturing company in the consumer goods industry sector and thebasic and chemical industry sector. The sample used is purposive sampling, which is asample selected from the population with certain criteria so that the financial statements of30 manufacturing companies are obtained. The test results show that all variables have asignificant effect both simultaneously and partially, namely the managerial ownershipvariable shows significant results, meaning that managerial ownership affects the timelinessof financial reporting. Institutional ownership variable shows significant results, meaningthat institutional ownership affects the timeliness of financial reporting. The audit committeevariable shows significant results, meaning that the audit committee has a significant effecton the timeliness of financial reporting. Meanwhile, the simultaneous test shows significantresults, which means that Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, and the AuditCommittee have a significant effect on the timeliness of financial reporting. The limitations ofthis study are the lack of a broad research area in manufacturing and only focusing on a fewsectors in manufacturing companies, this research can be a reference for companies toimprove Corporate Governance Mechanisms so that companies become more developed.
