Abstract

Humans are social creatures who help each other. Fundamentally, human needs consist of clothing, food and shelter. Human life is often fickle. Communities are required to keep abreast of existing developments. Apart from human needs that can change a person, namely lifestyle. In Indonesia selling used clothes has become a livelihood. Clothing consumption in Indonesia in 2014 reached IDR 154.3 trillion. The population in this study are people who live in Surabaya. The number of samples used in this study were 96 respondents and for representative results, the researchers took 100 respondents. The results of this study are product quality (X1), brand image (X2), celebrity endorsers (X3) influence purchasing decisions (Y). Product Quality (X1), Brand Image (X2), Celebrity Endorser (X3) influence the purchase decision (Y) through Purchase Intention (Y). Abstract

Employee performance is the result or performance of employees who are assessed in terms of quality and commitment based on work standards set by the company. This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Engagement, Organizational Commitment, Job Rotation and Compensation on Employee Performance. It is expected to make considerations for decision makers in the company. The population in this study is employees PT Asuransi Jasindo Syariah as many as 39 people, with the sampling method is the Census or Saturated method. The data analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS). From the results of data analysis it can be concluded that: 1) employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) job rotation has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, and 4) compensation has an effect positive and significant impact on employee performance. Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the problematic settlement of unsecured financing, the factors that cause the weakness of the unsecured loan system and minimize the risks that occur in unsecured financing applied by BAZNAS of North Sumatra Province. In this study, qualitative research was carried out which consisted of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research were obtained in solving problematic unsecured loan financing, namely by extending the loan period, extending the installment period or changing the amount of installments. The factors that cause the weakness of this unsecured loan system is the internal factor which lacks thoroughness in checking the authenticity of documents and the ease of providing loans to customers. In minimizing the risks that occur in unsecured loans, namely rescheduling installment payments or repayments that have been taken by the customer, rearranging and rearranging the conditions contained in the terms of the unsecured loans provided by BAZNAS North Sumatra and the process of rearranging loan / credit conditions involving the borrower in question to ease the loan repayment process. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the giveaway practices carried out by oflaila_busana by buying and selling online from a sharia economic perspective. Currently, the practice of giveaway is widely used by online shops as a sales attraction, so that their products are better known by the wider community. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by providing explanations and descriptions regarding giveaway buying and selling in the perspective of Islamic economics. Which is done by describing a problem or phenomenon that occurs accurately. And the results obtained are well described. Methods of data collection by means of observation, interviews, and/or document review. The research location is oflaila_busana which uses online media in sales by practicing a giveaway system in sales promotion. The results of this study based on the data obtained indicate that the giveaway held at oflaila_busana does not contain conditions that are prohibited in religion. So the giveaway practice at oflaila_busana is in accordance with the sharia economy. Keywords: giveaway, online media, sharia economy

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Logistik Kota Madiun. Populasi karyawan PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Logistik Kota Madiun adalah 35 karyawan, metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh, sehingga seluruh karyawan menjadi partisipan penelitian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan skala pengukuran yaitu skala ukur ordinal dengan teknik pembobotan skala likert 1 – 5. Untuk memenuhi tujuan penelitian, hipotesis diuji menggunakan bantuan program perangkat lunak yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS). Seluruh pengujian menggunakan PLS, menunjukkan hasil uji mendapatkan nilai di atas nilai yang dipersyaratkan agar pengujian tersebut dinyatakan reliabel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa bahwa motivasi intrinsik dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Logistik Kota Madiun.

Abstract

Usaha yang dilakukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup diantaranya melakukan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran bank syariah dan UMKM dalam meningkatkan perekonomian Indonesia. Metode dalam artikel ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan studi literature atau Library Research. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah menganalisis teori-teori yang ada dengan melihat perbandiangannya pada teori-teori sebelumnya pada literature hasil penelitian. Literature yang digunakan adalah literature dari hasil penelitian atau review yang terekan dalam dalam artikel ilmiah berupatasi nasional dan internasional yang bersesuaian dengan manajemen keuangan. Semua artikel yang digunakan adalah bersumber dari mesin elektronik pencarian data literasi Mendeley dan Google scholar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa dengan prinsip syariah Islam perbankan Syariah berperan penting dalam menggerakkan roda perekonomian Indonesia melalui pengembangan dan pemberdayaan UMKM.

Abstract

Shopee merupakan salah satu e-commerce atau toko online yang berkembang di Indonesia. Shopee tidak hanya menyediakan penjualan pakaian saja, melainkan juga kebutuhan sehari-hari. Bahkan sekarang shopee juga menyediakan delivery food dengan nama shopee food. Shopee food memudahkan masyarakat membeli makanan dimana pun dan kapan pun. Bahkan ada 3 jenis pembayaran dishopee food, yaitu melalui shopeepay, cod (cash on delivery), dan kartu debit atau kredit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1). Mengetahui pengaruh program voucher diskon terhadap minat beli ulang pada aplikasi shopee food, 2). Mengetahui pengaruh program gratis ongkos kirim terhadap minat beli ulang pada aplikasi shopee food, dan 3). Mengetahui pengaruh program voucher diskon dan program gratis ongkos kirim terhadap minat beli ulang pada aplikasi shopee food. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum dan Bisnis angkatan 2019 Universitas Duta Bangsa Surakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 120 responden yang pernah atau masih menggunakan aplikasi shopee food. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS 25. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program voucher diskon berpengaruh terhadap minat beli ulang pada aplikasi shopee food, program gratis ongkos kirim berpengaruh terhadap minat beli ulang pada aplikasi shopee food, dan program voucher diskon serta progran gratis ongkos kirim berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap minat beli ulang pada aplikasi shopee food.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of audit opinion, financial distress, and management changes on auditor switching. The dependent variable in this study is auditor switching, while the independent variables measured in the implementation of this research are audit opinion, financial distress, and management turnover. This type of research is quantitative research with a population obtained from BUMN companies registered on the BUMN website in 2020-2022. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique and produced 10 sample companies for 3 years of observation. The type of data used is secondary taken from the financial statements of state-owned companies. The analysis technique used in this study is logistic regression analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that audit opinion, financial distress and management turnover have no effect on auditor switching. The coefficient of determination (R2) in this study is 7.9% while the rest is explained by variables with other models outside this study. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the opportunities and challenges of Islamic banks in maintaining their existence in the digital era. The research method used is literature study, by compiling relevant data which is then analyzed using a descriptive approach. The results of the study show that the digital era has provided very promising opportunities for the advancement of the world of Islamic banking, this is because the majority of Indonesian people are Muslim and are supported by many internet users in Indonesia, then the digital era also makes it easier for Islamic banking to promote its products. In addition, Islamic banking also faces the challenge of having to present qualified and competent human resources, guaranteeing protection for its customers, and the most important challenge in facing this digital era is building Cyber ​​Security that is not easy to hack, skiming and safe from malware attacks. Then, in order to maintain its existence in the digital era, Islamic banking has presented a strategy by innovating digital finance by providing good service to its customers, through digital banking such as phone banking, internet banking, SMS banking, and mobile banking. Abstract

The research was conducted at Baitulmaal Muamalat with the aim of knowing the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) carried out by Baitulmaal Muamalat employees. This study uses quantitative methods and data collection is carried out using primary data derived from questionnaires. Research results reveal that job satisfaction has a positive influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) behavior. It is shown from the results of the t test where t count > t table (2,114 > 2.026) and a significance value of 0.041 <0.05. Organizational commitment variable also has a positive influence on Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) where t count > t table (2,621 > 2.026) and a significance value of 0.013 <0.05. The results of the F test obtained that the variables of job satisfaction and joint organizational commitment significantly influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) towards Baitulmaal Muamalat Medan where the Sig value is 0.008 <0.05. R2 test results R2 number of 0.232. This shows that 23.2% interest in Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is influenced by job satisfaction and organizational commitment Key Points: Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)
