Abstract

The Sunan Ampel religious area is one of the places labeled as halal tourism in Indonesia, especially in Surabaya. Halal tourism is a vehicle or entertainment for the community in which there are religious elements from tombs to entertainment venues with an Islamic atmosphere. Of course halal tourism must guarantee the halalness of the entire halal tourism area, from location to consumption products. Halal in Indonesia has been regulated by the government through laws to government regulations and clerical fatwas. Law No. 33 of 2014 is one of the regulations that contains matters relating to halal certification and regulates the obligation of halal certification for macro and micro businesses throughout Indonesia. Street vendors are included in micro businesses that should be mandatory for halal certification, but according to observation data and observations made at street vendors in the Sunan Ampel religious area, there are still many street vendors who do not understand or do not understand halal certification. As evidenced by the ingredients that are still vague because they do not know the clarity of the ingredients used, starting from the unclear slaughter process, naming products that still contain kufr and falsehood, the hygiene of some traders that has not been guaranteed in accordance with the rules of the existing regulations in Law. Abstract

Penyerapan dan penyaluran dana zakat yang baik memberi manfaat besar untuk kesejahteraan pada masyarakat dan pada pertumbuhan perekonomian sehingga minat muzakki menjadi perhatian utama untuk mencapai target yang optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah sosialisasi dan transparansi pengelolaan dana zakat berpengaruh terhadap minat muzakki membayar zakat di LAZIS Al-Muhajirin yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Gresik Kabupaten Gresik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif asosiatif. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 1.330 donatur yang didapatkan dari penyebaran kuisioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 93 yang dihasilkan dari metode Random Sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial (Uji T) sosialisasi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap minat muzakki dan transparansi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat muzakki, tetapi secara simultan (Uji F) sosialisasi dan transparansi berpengaruh posittif dan signifikan terhadap minat muzakki. Sehingga secara parsial, apabila sosialisasi meningkat maka minat membayar zakat akan meningkat, dan apabila transparansi meningkat, maka minat membayar zakat akan meningkat, dan secara simultan, apabila sosialisasi dan transparansi meningkat, maka akan meningkatkan minat muzakki.

Abstract

Humans are social creatures who help each other. Fundamentally, human needs consist of clothing, food and shelter. Human life is often fickle. Communities are required to keep abreast of existing developments. Apart from human needs that can change a person, namely lifestyle. In Indonesia selling used clothes has become a livelihood. Clothing consumption in Indonesia in 2014 reached IDR 154.3 trillion. The population in this study are people who live in Surabaya. The number of samples used in this study were 96 respondents and for representative results, the researchers took 100 respondents. The results of this study are product quality (X1), brand image (X2), celebrity endorsers (X3) influence purchasing decisions (Y). Product Quality (X1), Brand Image (X2), Celebrity Endorser (X3) influence the purchase decision (Y) through Purchase Intention (Y). Abstract

Employee performance is the result or performance of employees who are assessed in terms of quality and commitment based on work standards set by the company. This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Engagement, Organizational Commitment, Job Rotation and Compensation on Employee Performance. It is expected to make considerations for decision makers in the company. The population in this study is employees PT Asuransi Jasindo Syariah as many as 39 people, with the sampling method is the Census or Saturated method. The data analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS). From the results of data analysis it can be concluded that: 1) employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) job rotation has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, and 4) compensation has an effect positive and significant impact on employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of the study (Case Study of Bank Muamalat KC Medan Balaikota) is to determine the effect of organizational honesty, satisfaction with salary and satisfaction of work on the employee’s turnover intent by using satisfaction by work as a moderator variable. The study was conducted on 35 employees, both as a population and as a sample. This study uses simple samples. The method of analysis is double regression. Double linear regression analysis is used in this study. The software used is SPSS 22. Thro the study, it has been demonstrated that wage satisfaction has a negative and significant impact on the workload and fairness within the organization, while wage satisfying has a positive and substantial impact on employee intentions for turnover and labor burden both negative and substancial. Abstract

Deli Serdang is a district that has natural beauty and cultural diversity that can attract tourists, one of which is the existence of a tourist village. A digital-based tourism village is a village that is managed and developed by utilizing technological developments. This research is qualitative research using interview and observation methods. This study aims to determine the "Development of a Digital-Based Tourism Village in Improving the Economy of the Deli Serdang Community in the Study of Islamic Economics". The results of the study show that in developing a tourist village the local government must cooperate with the community. One of the strategies is through coaching the community and developing it again by making the most of technology, and the government must always pay attention to the village. One example is completing facilities and infrastructure, and maintaining the cleanliness of the environment in tourist villages to support visitor activities so that visitors who come feel comfortable linger in the tourist village area. The concept of tourism in Islam is everything that is entirely framed in Islamic values in every activity and does not conflict with Islamic ethical values. Abstract

The goal of this research was to ascertain how employee performance at PT. Semarang Autocomp Manufacturing Indonesia Semarang City was impacted by discipline, motivation, and the workplace environment. A descriptive quantitative method was utilized by the researchers. The study was carried out at PT Semarang Autocamp Manufacturing Indonesia and would last around three months, from January to March 2023. The 50 participants in this research were all PT Semarang Autocamp Manufacturing Indonesia workers. All 50 workers of PT Semarang Autocamp Manufacturing Indonesia were the sample in this research. Non-probability sampling was employed by researchers. As a result of this research, employee performance at PT. Semarang Autocomp Manufacturing Indonesia Semarang City is simultaneously and significantly impacted by discipline, motivation, and work environment. The outcomes of work environment, motivation, and discipline have a simultaneous and considerable impact on employee performance at PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of the creative economy on employment and the increase in income of creative industry actors is perceived from the perspective of Islamic economics in the city of Medan by using descriptive qualitative. This study uses primary data from in-depth interviews with 20 creative industry business owners in the city of Medan. The creative economy sub-sector has a major contribution to the national economy, namely 7.44% of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), 14.28% of the workforce and 13.77% of exports. The results of this study indicate that the craft sector is the sector that absorbs the most labor and the creative economy can increase the income of creative industry players. The management of creative industry businesses is in accordance with an Islamic economic perspective because they not only seek profit but also carry out their spiritual aspects and provide benefits to consumers and no one feels disadvantaged. Abstract

The advancement of time and technology that continues to develop brings enormous changes to various sectors of life today. This change is the presence of new innovations in digital-based financial and payment systems, namely the presence of e-wallets. The purpose of this study is to determine the consumption behavior of students in utilizing digital wallets, whether using a digital wallet makes them consumptive or can plan their finances in the future. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method. The research results show that the use of digital wallets has an influence on student consumptive behavior. This can be seen from the consumption behavior of students in utilizing digital wallets. where students use digital wallets to fulfill all their needs, be it shopping online, paying electricity bills, credit, data, then ordering online transportation, ordering food and drinks and so on. Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the problematic settlement of unsecured financing, the factors that cause the weakness of the unsecured loan system and minimize the risks that occur in unsecured financing applied by BAZNAS of North Sumatra Province. In this study, qualitative research was carried out which consisted of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research were obtained in solving problematic unsecured loan financing, namely by extending the loan period, extending the installment period or changing the amount of installments. The factors that cause the weakness of this unsecured loan system is the internal factor which lacks thoroughness in checking the authenticity of documents and the ease of providing loans to customers. In minimizing the risks that occur in unsecured loans, namely rescheduling installment payments or repayments that have been taken by the customer, rearranging and rearranging the conditions contained in the terms of the unsecured loans provided by BAZNAS North Sumatra and the process of rearranging loan / credit conditions involving the borrower in question to ease the loan repayment process.
