The purpose of this study was to find out the giveaway practices carried out by oflaila_busana by buying and selling online from a sharia economic perspective. Currently, the practice of giveaway is widely used by online shops as a sales attraction, so that their products are better known by the wider community. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by providing explanations and descriptions regarding giveaway buying and selling in the perspective of Islamic economics. Which is done by describing a problem or phenomenon that occurs accurately. And the results obtained are well described. Methods of data collection by means of observation, interviews, and/or document review. The research location is oflaila_busana which uses online media in sales by practicing a giveaway system in sales promotion. The results of this study based on the data obtained indicate that the giveaway held at oflaila_busana does not contain conditions that are prohibited in religion. So the giveaway practice at oflaila_busana is in accordance with the sharia economy. Keywords: giveaway, online media, sharia economy

This research was made in purpose of examine and analyze the effect of service quality (SQ), Customer’s trust (CT) and satisfaction (CS) on purchasing decisions in the personal selling activities of PT. Prudential Sharia Life Assurance. The data was collected using a massive survey that had been created based on predetermined research indicators. The population in this research are active customers of PT. Prudential Sharia Life Assurance and as counted as 85 data of the respondents are used as the samples. The analytical method that had been used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The analytical results show that SQ, CT, and CS, along with personal selling have a significant effect on purchase intention. CS has a significant effect on personal selling, while SQ and CT have no significant effect on personal selling. Personal selling cannot mediate SQ and CT on PI. Indonesia is a developing country with an abundance of natural resources. This abundant natural resource wealth is a distinct advantage for Indonesia, this natural wealth produces a variety of commodities that can become a source of state revenue by trading them. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cocoa production, international cocoa prices, and the rupiah exchange rate on the value of cocoa exports in Indonesia. The data used in this research is secondary data. Data sources were obtained from various institutions such as the Central Statistics Agency, Bank Indonesia, World Bank, Ministry of Agriculture, International Cocoa Organization and other sources related to this research. This research is explanatory research in nature. In this research, a quantitative approach was used. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression tests. The results of the study, namely, cocoa production has no significant effect on the value of cocoa exports in Indonesia. International prices have a significant effect on the value of cocoa exports in Indonesia. The rupiah exchange rate has a significant effect on the value of cocoa exports in Indonesia. Aquafarm Nusantara is a company that raises and cares for fish. Better Normally Tilapia, which is created for homegrown and global business sectors, is the organization's top notch item. PT. Aquafarm Nusantara employs registered representatives from nearby cities in its operations in North Sumatra and Central Java. considering the repercussions of the meeting with HRD that was led by a scientist at PT. Aquafarm Nusantara has various issues, including numerous workers who keep on overlooking organization approaches. as well as the quantity of representatives whose result isn't as per organization objectives. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Logistik Kota Madiun. Populasi karyawan PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Logistik Kota Madiun adalah 35 karyawan, metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh, sehingga seluruh karyawan menjadi partisipan penelitian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan skala pengukuran yaitu skala ukur ordinal dengan teknik pembobotan skala likert 1 – 5. Untuk memenuhi tujuan penelitian, hipotesis diuji menggunakan bantuan program perangkat lunak yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS). Seluruh pengujian menggunakan PLS, menunjukkan hasil uji mendapatkan nilai di atas nilai yang dipersyaratkan agar pengujian tersebut dinyatakan reliabel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa bahwa motivasi intrinsik dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Logistik Kota Madiun.

Usaha yang dilakukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup diantaranya melakukan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran bank syariah dan UMKM dalam meningkatkan perekonomian Indonesia. Metode dalam artikel ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan studi literature atau Library Research. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah menganalisis teori-teori yang ada dengan melihat perbandiangannya pada teori-teori sebelumnya pada literature hasil penelitian. Literature yang digunakan adalah literature dari hasil penelitian atau review yang terekan dalam dalam artikel ilmiah berupatasi nasional dan internasional yang bersesuaian dengan manajemen keuangan. Semua artikel yang digunakan adalah bersumber dari mesin elektronik pencarian data literasi Mendeley dan Google scholar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa dengan prinsip syariah Islam perbankan Syariah berperan penting dalam menggerakkan roda perekonomian Indonesia melalui pengembangan dan pemberdayaan UMKM.

Shopee merupakan salah satu e-commerce atau toko online yang berkembang di Indonesia. Shopee tidak hanya menyediakan penjualan pakaian saja, melainkan juga kebutuhan sehari-hari. Bahkan sekarang shopee juga menyediakan delivery food dengan nama shopee food. Shopee food memudahkan masyarakat membeli makanan dimana pun dan kapan pun. Bahkan ada 3 jenis pembayaran dishopee food, yaitu melalui shopeepay, cod (cash on delivery), dan kartu debit atau kredit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1). Mengetahui pengaruh program voucher diskon terhadap minat beli ulang pada aplikasi shopee food, 2). Mengetahui pengaruh program gratis ongkos kirim terhadap minat beli ulang pada aplikasi shopee food, dan 3). Mengetahui pengaruh program voucher diskon dan program gratis ongkos kirim terhadap minat beli ulang pada aplikasi shopee food. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum dan Bisnis angkatan 2019 Universitas Duta Bangsa Surakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 120 responden yang pernah atau masih menggunakan aplikasi shopee food. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS 25. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program voucher diskon berpengaruh terhadap minat beli ulang pada aplikasi shopee food, program gratis ongkos kirim berpengaruh terhadap minat beli ulang pada aplikasi shopee food, dan program voucher diskon serta progran gratis ongkos kirim berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap minat beli ulang pada aplikasi shopee food.

The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Good Corporate Governance (GCG), and Company Size on Financial Performance in Banking Companies listed on the IDX in the 2015-2019 period. The variables used in this study are Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Good Corporate Governance (GCG), and Company Size as independent variables, while the dependent variable is Financial Performance. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The subjects of this research are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. Secondary data was obtained from the annual reports of 9 companies by purposive sampling. Then the data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression technique. The results of the study using the t-test showed that the Corporate Social Responsibility (X1) variable had a significant effect on Financial Performance (Y) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05; Good Corporate Governance variable (X2) has no significant effect on Financial Performance (Y) with a significance value of 0.085 <0.05; Firm Size variable (X3) has a significant effect on Financial Performance (Y) with a significance value of 0.009 <0.05. This study aims to analyze whether there is an influence of Islamic Corporate Governance, Islamic Social Responsibility, Intellectual Capital, Sharia Bank Indonesia Certificates and Profit Sharing Levels on the Financial Performance of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the 2016-2020 period. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the financial reports of banks, BI and OJK through published institutional reports which were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the E-Views 10 Program. The results of this study are the variables Islamic corporate governance, Islamic social responsibility, and Islamic corporate governance. intellectual capital, and Bank Indonesia Sharia Certificates partially have no effect on the Financial Performance of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia in 2016-2020. while the Profit Sharing Variable has an effect on the Financial Performance of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia in 2016-2020. This study aims to determine the effect of audit opinion, financial distress, and management changes on auditor switching. The dependent variable in this study is auditor switching, while the independent variables measured in the implementation of this research are audit opinion, financial distress, and management turnover. This type of research is quantitative research with a population obtained from BUMN companies registered on the BUMN website in 2020-2022. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique and produced 10 sample companies for 3 years of observation. The type of data used is secondary taken from the financial statements of state-owned companies. The analysis technique used in this study is logistic regression analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that audit opinion, financial distress and management turnover have no effect on auditor switching. The coefficient of determination (R2) in this study is 7.9% while the rest is explained by variables with other models outside this study.
