Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, physical work environment, and organizational culture on employees' affective commitment to the permanent employees of UST Yogyakarta. This study uses quantitative method. The population in this study were all permanent employees of UST. The number of samples was determined using the Solvin formula while the sampling technique employed accidental sampling technique. The gained data were analyzed using classical assumption test and multiple linear regression. The research findings show that work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee affective commitment with a significance value of 0.039. The physical work environment has a significant positive effect on employee affective commitment with a significance value of 0.043. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee affective commitment with a significance value of 2.699. Simultaneously work discipline, physical work environment, and organizational culture affect the affective commitment of employees.

Abstract

The research was conducted at Baitulmaal Muamalat with the aim of knowing the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) carried out by Baitulmaal Muamalat employees. This study uses quantitative methods and data collection is carried out using primary data derived from questionnaires. Research results reveal that job satisfaction has a positive influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) behavior. It is shown from the results of the t test where t count > t table (2,114 > 2.026) and a significance value of 0.041 <0.05. Organizational commitment variable also has a positive influence on Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) where t count > t table (2,621 > 2.026) and a significance value of 0.013 <0.05. The results of the F test obtained that the variables of job satisfaction and joint organizational commitment significantly influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) towards Baitulmaal Muamalat Medan where the Sig value is 0.008 <0.05. R2 test results R2 number of 0.232. This shows that 23.2% interest in Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is influenced by job satisfaction and organizational commitment Key Points: Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)

Abstract

One of the economic goals is economic development. This can be done through strategy MSME. Empowerment MSME is a strategic step improving and strengthening of the economy. With the existence of MSMEs, the government strive to support MSMEs financing programs. In this study the financing program institution studied was Syariah's financial institution of BMT UGT Nusantara, Pegadaian Syariah, and KSPPS Nuri Jatim Socah Bangkalan. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with descriptive approach. The method used by researchers in collecting the required data is: observation (observation), interview (interview), and documentation. This research uses triangulation method. Researchers recheck findings of various sources. So the drug is the result obtained from observation, interview, and documentation. In this study the result obtained is the factor that undertakes the UMKM customers in choosing the financing product in the Sharia Financial Institution is a cultural factor, social, personal, psychological and from these three financial institutions to compare the reason for customers choosing financing in the financial institution is the product, service, trust and price. This above all affects the UMKM customers in decision-making choosing financing in three syariah financial institutions.

Abstract

Islam as a doctrine will certainly be the main foundation in every human activity that has claimed and positioned Islam as its belief. It is with this doctrine that all activities are guarded and regulate all forms of human activity universally and comprehensively, between humans as creatures and God as Creator and humans as His fellow creatures. A Muslim who needs a means of living, of course, will not be able to avoid all kinds of activities related to the economy, therefore as Muslims in their economic activities they must be based on God's doctrine to achieve prosperity and benefit. For this reason, the purpose of this research is to examine in more detail the transcendent basis of Islamic economics from the perspective of Maqāṣid al-Shari'ah, so that in its implementation, the economic welfare of Muslims increases to become a benefit that has a positive impact on other benefits. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants that influence individual behavior in paying taxes and or zakat, as well as examine the service quality of management institutions and the satisfaction of tax or zakat recipients. These factors are reliability, tangibles, empathy, responsiveness and adherence to stakeholder satisfaction. This research was conducted in the city and district of Magelang with a sample of 40 people. This research method uses a mix method, namely a quantitative approach (regression test), and a qualitative approach (case study). The results of the study show that only reliability has a significant positive effect on the level of satisfaction of zakat payers, while the other hypotheses have no positive and significant effect on both the satisfaction of zakat paying stakeholders and taxes. Abstract

Airport Service Unit, hereinafter abbreviated as SATPEL BU, is an airport service implementation unit that is under and responsible to the Head of Airport Operations Unit Office. In this study the Ngloram Airport Service Unit is under and responsible to the Head of the Dewadaru Airport Implementation Unit Office. This study is intended to find out how the Ngloram Airport Implementation Unit operates. Operations focus on policies, structure and work assignments, as well as technical standards and operations that exist in SATPEL BU Ngloram. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach and data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documents, literature study. This study uses primary and secondary data sources. Primary data sources were obtained from civil servants and honorary staff who served in SATPEL BU, while secondary data were in the form of statutory documents, books, journals and articles related to research topics. Based on the conclusions, the results show that the operations of SATPEL BU Ngloram have been running as they should according to the regulations in charge. It's just that there is a slight inequality in terms of division of work units. According to the researcher's analysis, if the restructuring process is carried out optimally, Ngloram Airport will experience an increase in classification from SATPEL BU to become Airport Operations Unit. Abstract

Islamic economics is believed to be a science that exists as an alternative to conventional economics which has failed to develop human welfare in general. Conventional economics is considered to have been born out of a vacuum and there is no role for Islamic scholarship in its historical development, as stated by Schumpeter in his great gap. Scientists emphatically argue that Greco-Hellenistic scholarship reaches the hands of modern European scholars today through the kindness of the hands of Muslims who modify it and add value to it, as stated by Mehdi Nakosteen. Therefore, it is important to explore the existence of conventional economic conceptions in classical Islamic literature. To prove that Conventional Economics does not depart from a vacuum and that Islamic Economics is part of the history of the birth of conventional economics. In several classical Islamic sources, several basic concepts of conventional economics are found which are not only similar but also exactly the same as a whole. In classical Islamic literature, basic concepts such as unlimited human needs, the concept of value, the concept of production, the theory of supply and demand, the mechanism of market prices and others are found. This provides evidence for us that Islamic economics is not a "new" thing that has never existed in the history of the development of science. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Country Of Origin and Brand Image on iPhone product purchasing decisions. The research method used is a quantitative method. The data used in this research is primary data. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique. The samples studied in this study were 100 respondents who were active students of the Faculty of Economics, Palembang Campus, Sriwijaya University. Based on the statistical t test conducted, it can be concluded that the country of origin variable partially has a significant effect on the decision to purchase an iPhone as indicated by a significance value of 0.007 <0.05. Based on the statistical t-test conducted, it can be concluded that the brand image variable partially has a significant effect on the decision to purchase an iPhone as indicated by a significance value of 0.002 <0.05. Based on the simultaneous f test, a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 was obtained, so it can be concluded that country of origin and brand image as a whole have a significant effect on iPhone purchasing decisions. The magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 37.7%, the remaining 62.3% is influenced by other variables outside the research.Keywords: Author Guidelines; Journal Al-Kharaj; Article Templates. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of digital marketing to Batik Sembung SMEs in Kulon Progo in a review of strategic marketing management. This study used a qualitative descriptive analysis method with the object under study was the UMKM Batik Sembung in Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta. The results show that Batik Sembung has used social media to inform and communicate with consumers. Social media that is often used is Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok and Whatsaap. The platform is quite effective in informing Batik Sembung products and interacting directly with consumers. The obstacles faced by Batik Sembung in implementing digital marketing are unstable internet connections, delays in delivery, and the difficulty of educating the public to distinguish between written, stamped and printed batik through photos displayed in online sales. The application of digital marketing through social media makes it very easy for consumers to shop anywhere, anytime and is proven to be able to be used as a medium to increase sales. Abstract

his study intends to explain and examine the managerial patterns of zakat in the perspective of sharia economic law using qualitative methods, with a literature study approach. That zakat in a review of sharia economic law has strategic and significant potential. Therefore, zakat needs to get managerial attention that has a sense of alignment and is consistent with the mechanism of zakat according to syaari' instructions. In addition, the position of the state or in capacity as a government must of course guard it with all seriousness with the sharia mindset always being the basic motivation, so that the managerial pattern applied can function significantly to improve the welfare of society in a comprehensive manner. In this way, empowered zakat can be an alternative solution for people's welfare and a large source of state foreign exchange. So that zakat does not only have religious-spiritual value alone, but also zakat actually has an effective and useful economic value. Keywords: zakat, economic value, Islamid economic
