Abstract

Among the popular religious practices in Islamic society that are of concern to scholars are about life cycle ceremonies and pilgrimages to the graves of figures believed to be the guardians of Allah to obtain blessings. Many popular religious practices in Islamic society that have been carried out in popular religious practices are quite diverse, including local Islam as opposed to universal Islam, practical Islam as opposed to textual Islam, popular Islam versus ulama Islam, symbolic Islam versus normative Islam, popular Islam opposed to official Islam, small tradition versus big tradition, real Islam versus normative Islam. Therefore, this will examine one of the diversity of death traditions in Indonesia, especially those carried out by Nahdiyin residents. Various events and traditions are sometimes associated with the reading of Surah Yasin in it so that this surah has become a staple meal at religious events. The researcher focuses on the relationship that exists between the religious rituals held and the reading of Surah Yasin in it. The values ​​of the Koran that live in this tradition include, first, that people place the Koran as a holy book, so that reading the chosen letter of the Koran in an activity is a form of reviving the Koran in everyday life. Second, the reading of selected surahs of the Qur'an serves as a guard from various kinds of disturbances. Third, reading the chosen letter of the Koran is able to reduce the fears that will occur in the fetus it contains. The conclusion of this study is that the tradition of memitu is understood as gratitude which perceives the values ​​of the Qur'an as a source of holiness, protection and peace. Abstract

Learning outcomes in the subjects of Islamic Religious Education and manners in the material of Hajj, Zakat and waqf of 10th grade students of SMA Taruna Andigha Bogor City are still low. Judging from the data on the learning outcomes of 10th graders in the 2021/2022 academic year, it was found that 36 students (45%) of 80 students achieved the KKM score, namely 75 and 44 students (55%) of 80 students. which is not complete on the material of pilgrimage, zakat and waqf. . This happens because in the delivery of subject matter the teacher emphasizes knowledge to be memorized. The learning method used by the teacher is dominated by the lecture method. More students sit still, and are given assignments only when learning takes place. As a result, students tend to be bored with learning. This problem must be resolved immediately. Steps that can be taken to solve the problem are by changing the learning method used which focuses more on student activity. To overcome these problems, a research entitled "The effect of the number head together and mind mapping method on student learning outcomes in PAI subjects at SMA Taruna Andigha Bogor City was conducted". The subjects of this study were the 10th grade students of SMA Taruna Andigha Bogor City for the academic year 2021/2022, totaling 80 students. This study used a quasi-experimental study carried out in four stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The method of data collection was done through tests before and after treatment on hajj, zakat and waqf materials. Through observation of student learning activities. The indicator of the success of this research is the average score of student learning outcomes is at least 75, with a minimum mastery percentage of 75%, the percentage of student activity in learning activities is at least 75%. The results showed that the value of Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.691 or A.Sig (2-tailed) > 0.05 which means that the learning method using NHT and mind mapping has a good influence on student learning outcomes in PAI subjects in grade 10 SMA Taruna Andigha Bogor City . These results indicate an increase in the value of student learning outcomes after using the number head together and mind mapping methods. The use of cooperative learning methods of the NHT type and mind mapping can improve student learning outcomes in 10th grade PAI subjects at Taruna Andigha High School Bogor City Keywords: Cooperative Learning Model Number head together, mind mapping and learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of character education through habituation which includes planning, implementing, evaluating the results of character education, supporting factors and inhibiting the implementation of character education through habituation in Bintang Kecil Kindergarten Bogor. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques were conducted by interview, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the process of character education through habituation is carried out by students according to the stages, namely planning, implementation, evaluation and results as well as supporting factors and inhibiting factors. The planning of children's character education is carried out through daily habits in accordance with 9 of the 18 values ​​of the nation's character, namely religious, honest, tolerance, discipline, creative, curious, friendly/communicative, fond of reading and caring for the environment. Abstract

The era of digitalization has had many impacts on various things, one of which is changing the character of students. Therefore, strengthening character education is an important thing to do at this time. The five central character values are religion, nationalism, independence, cooperation and integrity. Wherever the basic values of character education begin, both individuals and universities need to develop these core values conceptually and operationally. Character education teaches habits of thought and behavior so that they can live and work together with their families, communities and countries and help them make the right decisions. Because character education cannot be formed instantly, students must be trained seriously, continuously and in a balanced way to achieve ideal character. Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is the main factor in an agency. Whatever the purpose, the organizational structure is made based on various visions for the benefit of humans and in carrying out its mission it is managed and implemented by humans. In this study, the human resources meant are teachers, schools would really like to have teachers who have high performance, but in fact there are still some problems that are found that show low teacher performance, after observations found that supervision activities and teacher work ethic are considered to be factors that affect teacher performance. can improve the performance of Al-kausar boarding school teachers. This study aims to determine: 1) The effect of principal supervision on teacher performance, 2) The effect of teacher work ethic on teacher performance, 3) The influence of principal supervision and teacher work ethic on teacher performance.The approach used in this research is quantitative. The research location was conducted at Al-Kausar Boarding Shool Sukabumi with sampling technique. This technique includes saturated samples. Saturated sample is the determination of the sample if all members of the population are used as samples. Data collection techniques in this study use documentation, and interviews and questionnaires are distributed, one of which uses a form to the respondents. Then the hypothesis is tested by means of a simple regression test and then a multiple regression test. Based on statistical calculations 1) Principal's supervision has no effect on teacher performance at Al-Kausar Boarding School Sukabumi, this is evidenced by the results of the t test which obtains a t count of -1.426 which is smaller than the t table of 2.042, besides that there is also a significant value of 1, 61 is greater than 0.05 so it can be concluded that the hypothesis Ho is accepted. 2) The work ethic of teachers affects the performance of teachers at Al-Kausar Biarding School Sukabumi, this is evidenced by the t-count value of 3.261 which is greater than t-table 2.042, besides that the significance value of 0.002 is smaller than 0.05, so it can be concluded that the null hypothesis Ho is rejected. Principal supervision (X1) and teacher work ethic (X2) simultaneously have a positive effect on the teacher performance variable (Y). Because the significance shows 0.003 < 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Abstract

The development of science and technology (science and technology) is a challenge for Islamic education, especially when faced with the era of globalization which has been able to cover the distance and time between various countries in the exchange of information and knowledge, especially in the field of Islamic education. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze (1) digital-based PAI learning planning, (2) digital media-based PAI learning implementation, (3) supporting and inhibiting factors in digital-based learning at SD Muhammadiyah Bojonggede. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed through data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data includes triangulation and membercheck techniques. The results of the study show that 1) learning planning that refers to the syllabus set by the government (dikbud) and PAI teachers are active in developing lesson plans, digital media-based learning planning is a learning design that utilizes technology as a learning medium with a teaching strategy that is centered on students, 2) SD Muhammadiyah Bojonggede has implemented various learning models including: (1) discovery learning; and (2) problem based learning and inquiring and implementation of teaching and learning activities in the classroom have used various digital-based learning media, 3) Supporting factors include the role of teachers who master the competence of managing digital-based learning which is the main key to digital success and inhibiting factors in the online learning process sometimes the signal is not good, the limitations of students who have android cellphones and the absence of quotas besides that are difficulties in dealing with differences in the characteristics of students Keywords: Digital-Based PAI Learning Implementation

Abstract

The problem of education in Indonesia still requires extra attention, both in terms of government policies and internal problems at the school level. The school as an organization is led by a principal who is authorized to apply a certain leadership style for the realization of the school's goals. To achieve the goals of national education and realize the vision of the school, factors are needed that can be successful ranging from leadership, educators, staff, infrastructure, work climate and several factors in it. So that the objectives of this study are: (1) To analyze how much influence the principal's transformational leadership has on school productivity at SMPI Nuurushshibyan Cileungsi; (2) To analyze how much influence the school organizational climate has on school productivity at SMPI Nuurushshibyan Cileungsi; (3) To analyze how much influence the principal's transformational leadership and climate school organization of school productivity at SMPI Nuurshshibyan Cileungsi. This research uses a quantitative approach, using a descriptive study method, which is a method directed at solving problems by explaining or describing what the results of the study are, all populations are made into samples so that they are called saturated samples. The results of this study are; (1) The influence of transformational principal leadership on productivity was highly influential by 36.4%; (b) The organizational climate has a 34.5% influence on school productivity; and (c) For transformational principal leadership and the school's organizational climate both have a 72% effect on school productivity. Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of character building in learning and to find out several factors supporting and inhibiting the application of character building in learning in Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools (SDIT). This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection was carried out through interviews and observation, documentation, and descriptive and qualitative data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of character building in schools is integrated into all subjects, extracurricular activities, and habituation activities for each student. The results of this study are expected to be useful for educators and education staff to improve the quality of learning related to the formation of student character. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan web berbasis tutor lms sebagai suplemen belajar matematika di sekolah berasrama (Boarding School) dan mengetahui efektivitas penggunaannya. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode Research & Development (R&D) dengan model Assessment/Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation & Evaluation (ADDIE). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan kuesioner. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi dan angket penilaian kualitas media pembelajaran. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah ahli media dan ahli materi serta murid kelas XI SMAIT As-Syifa Boarding School Jalancagak. Hasil penelitian ini berupa halaman web berbasis tutor lms yang bisa diakses pada jaringan lokal SMAIT Assyifa Boarding School Jalancagak menggunakan browser baik melalui komputer ataupun smartphone. Tingkat kepuasan dalam menggunakan LMS mendapatkan respon sangat puas 65%, puas 21%, cukup puas 12% dan kurang puas 3%. Tidak terdapat murid yang memberikan respon tidak puas menggunakan suplemen belajar berbasis web. Dari respon yang diberikan murid web berbasis tutor lms ini dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif suplemen belajar matematika untuk membantu proses pembelajaran matematika.

Abstract

This paper discusses the concept of modernization and reform of Islamic thought in the field of kalam. The development of the history of Islamic culture and thought consists of three periods: the classical period which lasted from 650-1250 AD, the medieval period which lasted from 1250-1800 AD, the modern period which lasted from 1800 AD until now. Then came many figures who called for ideas as well as reform movements that contained the vision of Islamic civilization. In the field of kalam, their thoughts have varied patterns, according to the circumstances and conditions of the people. In an advanced society, the thinking of kalam tends to be rational, which requires that everything is logical and empirical. In developing societies, most likely on the midline. Meanwhile, in disadvantaged communities, the thinking of kalam will tend to lead to the concept of jabariyah which surrenders to everything that is in front of it. Several prominent Islamic thinkers in the field of kalam in modern times include Muhammad Abduh, Sayyid Ahmad Khan Ismail Raji Al-Faruqi, Hasan Hanafi and so on. Each of them shows a different pattern in understanding religious texts which then gives birth to their own understanding of kalam. From this, a question arises from the author, how is the concept of modernization and reform of Islamic thinkers as mentioned above in the field of kalam. The conclusion in this paper uses a historical approach, with the aim of trying to reveal the values of truth in society so that it should be actualized in the future.
