Abstract

This study aims to describe the process of learning to read poetry with the cooperative script method and describe the results of learning to read poetry using the cooperative script method for class XI students of Senior High School Muhammadiyah Kupang in the 2020/2021 school year. This type of research is Classroom Action Research. Data collection techniques are observation, test and documentation. The data analysis technique used are descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. Qualitative analysis techniques to obtain student responses to learning activities. Quantitative analysis techniques used to describe the data from the results of students' ability to read poetry and take tests at the end of each cycle. The results showed that the results of the poetry reading skills test with the cooperative script method carried out in both cycles showed that the students experienced an increase in grades of 49.5%, the average value of students from 64.66 in the first cycle increased to the average score 76.54 in the second cycle. It is proven that students have increased in every aspect of reading poetry in the first cycle and the second cycle. Therefore, the cooperative script method can improve students' ability to read poetry in class XI students of Senior High School Muhammadiyah Kupang for the 2020/2021 school year.

Abstract

This study is to determine the purpose of predicting the probability of online sales SMEs in the municipality of East Jakarta, including the feasibility of the model and the overall model fit. The research method is carried out with a quantitative approach which uses Binary Logistic Regression or Binary Multiple Regression. Data were collected with the main data, namely questionnaires and supporting data, namely books and journals, for primary data using questionnaires or questionnaires, while secondary data using data from books and journals. The analytical tests here are Case processing summary, Simultaneous Test (Omnibus Test), Expectation and measurement of association, Hosmer and Lemeshow model test, and Fit model test. Data analysis techniques include the simultaneous test on the omnibus table reject H0. The conclusion is that at least one independent variable (marketplace or eCommerce) is significantly correlated with the response variable (sales) so that the model can be analyzed. Model summary for the Nagelkerke R-value of 0.595, that the sales variable is explained in the form of a model of 59.5%. The t-test output obtained by marketplace and eCommerce is statistically significant because it has a probability below 0.05. Therefore, the regression model shown is very good in predicting the sales of MSME online products

Abstract

Pemberdayaan dapat dikatakan sebagai suatu cara atau proses dalam menyiapkan mutu SDM dengan tujuan agar SDM yang ada menjadi mandiri dan memiliki jaringan kerja yang lebih luas serta dapat menyesuaikan dengan kondisi zaman saat ini. Pemberdayaan dapat menjadikan perempuan lebih berkembang dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang memadai. Akan tetapi dalam hal ini banyak perempuan yang belum mendapatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan sehingga sulit bagi mereka untuk mengatasi setiap masalah yang dihadapi dalam kehidupannya. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi wanita rawan sosial ekonomi dan pemberdayaan apa saja yang dilakukan oleh wanita rawan sosial ekonomi yang berada di TPA Kelurahan Manulai II. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian lapangan. Peneliti akan mengambil tempat penelitian di Kota Kupang khususnya pada Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA) Kelurahan Manulai II. Alasan peneliti memilih lokasi tersebut karena tempat ini terdapat masalah sosial dan adanya wanita rawan sosial ekonomi. Sumber data adalah data Primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian teknik analisis datanya menggunakan data Reduction (reduksi data), data display, dan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa Program pemberdayaan bagi perempuan rawan social ekonomi di TPA Manulai II kota kupang belum bisa berjalan dengan baik, baik yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah maupun oleh lembaga swadaya masyarakat dikarenakan kendala dana, indentitas Kependudukan, serta mental instan (gampang) dari pada penghuni TPA Manulai II. Kedepan baik pemerintah maupun Lembaga swadaya masyarakat perlu menyiapkan secara baik program pemberdayaan dan semua harus dilakukan secara terstruktur dan teratur, mulai dari pendataan, sosialisasi, pelaksanaan program, sampai pada tahap evaluasi dan follow up

Abstract

Teachers have a strategic role for creating vision of organizing learning based on the principle of professionalism. The requirement of teachers for professional can’t avoided, because of more development of the times and more the students and guardian students critically. One of effort for upgrading the professionalism of teachers through share activities and discuss between teachers in teacher organization. It is called teacher working group. The aim of this research are for determining effects from teacher working group and professionalism of teachers to mathematics learning achievement of students in cluster IV, district Deket, Lamongan with partial or simultaneously. The teacher working group and professionalism data took from questionnaire in all primary schools that include cluster IV in Lamongan, it consist of Srirande 1, Srirande 2, Pandan Pancur 2, Pandan Pancur 3, Plosoboden, and Rejotengah 2. Mathematics learning achievement data took from the average scores of mid and final test. Teacher working group is measured from indicator planning, performing, and evaluating. It measured by 4 competition based on Regulation of the Minister of National Education of the Republic of Indonesia number 16 year 2007 about Academic Qualification Standard and Teacher’s Competence. It consist of pedagogic, personality, and social. The methods of analyses used are frequency’s tables, pie-chart, bar-chart, boxplot, descriptive statistics and t-test. The result showed teacher working group and professionalism of teachers variables give effect to Mathematics learning achievement with partial or simultaneously.

Abstract

The influence of the scramble learning model supported by crossword puzzle games on the ability to identify Hindu-Budhist historical figures in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the ability to identify Hindu-Budhist historical figures in Indonesia using a scramble learning model supported by a crossword game. This type of reseach using an experimental design, namely pre-test and post-test groups. Data collection instruments used tests and data analysis techniques using normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing (using t test). based on the results of the analysis, there is an effect of using scramble learning models supported by crossword puzzle on the ability to identify Hindu-Buddhist historical figures in Indonesia. It is evident from t-count 9.090 > t-table 2.052 with a significance level of 0.00 < 0.05. Therefore, H0 and Ha are accepted, which means that there is a significant influence using the scramble learning model supported by crossword puzzle games on the ability to identify Hindu-Buddhist historical figures in Indonesia. Thus the use of scramble llearning models supported by crossword puzzle games can create fun and challenging learning for students. In learning, students are enthusiastic and active because each student tries to compete with other friends. In addition, the use of scramble learning models supported by crossword puzzle games also makes it easier for students to understand the material of Hindu-Budhhist historical figure in Indonesia.

Abstract

Human resources are one of the factors to achieve company goals. Increased human resources can be capital to face market competition. One of them is by increasing employee performance. Increased employee performance is influenced by a few factors, including leadership, work environment, and work ability. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work environment and work ability on employee performance. The population of this associative research is all employees who work in a company engaged in the manufacture of handicrafts in the city of Malang. The sampling technique of this research is the census. There are 92 respondents in this study. In this study, the analytical technique used is multiple linear regression. The findings of this study are leadership has a significant influence on employee performance. The work environment variable also has a significant influence on employee performance. In addition, work ability also has a significant influence on employee performance. The three independent variables studied in this study have a significant effect on employee performance simultaneously.

Abstract

This article was written with the aim of providing a deep and comprehensive understanding to the parties, especially decision makers in the world of education related to the Center of Excellence, an educational and training institution. What and how the Center of Excellence will be written in this study. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. This research method is through literature study with a bibliometric approach. The object of research is the bibliographical manuscript data obtained from Scopus, Google Scholar and then mapped and analyzed using Vos Viewer software. Vos Viewer bibliometric analysis results display network visualization, overlay visualization and density visualization. Based on the results of the research study, it shows that there are 3 indicators that make an institution a Center of Excellence, namely, policy alignment, professional teaching staff, and recognition from other institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of location, price discounts, product display and product quality on buying interest in .The data used in this study is primary data sourced from filling out questionnaires.The research sample amounted to 50 respondents.The analytical technique used to answer the research problem and test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis.The data is processed using statistical product service solution (SPSS) applications. The results of this study are (1) there is a positive and significant effect of Location on Purchase Intention at Alfamart (Kayubulan), (2) there is a positive and significant effect of Price Discounts on Purchase Intention.(3) there is a positive and insignificant effect of Product Display on Purchase Intention.(4) there is a positive and significant effect of Product Quality on Buying Interest.

Abstract

Pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) is one of the oldest Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia. Pesantren can produce the next generation of the nation who have the capability to carry the message of da’wah to various regions based on the sources of Islamic teachings, namely the Qur’an and Hadiths. This is as carried out by Pondok Pesantren Al-Ihsan (English: Al-Ihsan Islamic Boarding School) which is located at Jalan Cibiru Hilir No. 23, Cibiru Hilir Village, Cileunyi, Bandung Regency. This study aimed at reviewing the characteristics of Al-Ihsan Islamic Boarding School through a SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats). In this study, the researcher applied a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. Furthermore, the data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Results indicate that Al-Ihsan Islamic Boarding School has at least six characteristics that distinguish it from other Islamic boarding schools, namely (1) integrality, (2) moderateness, (3) inclusivity, (4) holistic feature, (5) simplicity, and (6) Islam amaliy. These six characteristics are the strengths of Al-Ihsan Islamic Boarding School when compared to other Islamic boarding schools around it. Meanwhile, its weaknesses are technology advancements and the swift current of globalization. Therefore, the six characteristics possessed by Al-Ihsan Islamic Boarding School often face limited quality of human resources and problems related to the adjustment to the management of digital-based educational and institutional activities. Furthermore, the opportunities possessed by Al-Ihsan Islamic Boarding School are found in its moderateness and inclusivity characteristics so that this Islamic boarding school tends to be able to adapt to the times. The threats faced with its moderateness and inclusivity characteristics are the possibility of an identity crisis that may undermine the meaning and spirit of Islamic boarding school education systems.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between eye-foot coordination and service skills in sepak takraw, the relationship between kinesthetic perception and service skills in sepak takraw and the relationship between eye-foot coordination and kinesthetic perception simultaneously with service skills in sepak takraw. The study used a correlational method with a research population of 114 people and a research sample of 30 people, using a purposive sampling technique with the help of an instrument to measure eye-foot coordination (Wall pass sho test), kinesthetic perception (perception distance jump test), and a test to serve as many as 5 times. The results of the analysis show that there is a relationship between eye-foot coordination and service skills, which is a simple linear regression equation = 33.123 + 0.956 X1 with a coefficient of determination (r2) =48%, a relationship between kinesthetic perception and takraw service skills=-8.472 +0.802 X2 with a coefficient of determination. (r2) =47%, and the simultaneous relationship between eye-foot coordination =-874 + 0.676 X1 + 0.557X2 with a coefficient of determination (r2) =67%. The study concluded that there was a significant relationship between eye-foot coordination and kinesthetic perception of the service skills of the sepak takraw game in sports talent schools.
