Abstract

The emergence of excellent elite schools is expected to answer various problems that are being faced internally by Muslims themselves, namely concerns about the low quality of Islamic education and at the same time provide solutions to the challenges faced by science and technology. Educational policy is formulated by basing itself on a foundation of more scientific and empirical thinking. The study in this study is literature research. Factors that develop the existence of elite schools and madrasas. First, the awareness to design a superior education system. Second, the deterioration of educational processes and outcomes in public schools. Third, skepticism about the process and results of education in pesantren and madrasahs. Fourth, improve economic capabilities. Fifth, government support in private education autonomy and government programs in an effort to "internationalize" all levels of education in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether there is an influence of transformational leadership of principals on improving teacher performance. This research is motivated by the low performance of teachers both in terms of planning learning, implementing learning, and evaluating learning. To determine whether or not there is an influence between the transformational leadership of the principal on teacher performance, this study uses quantitative research where the data obtained from the results of the questionnaire. This study took place at SMPN 1 Banyuglugur with a population of 56 people. The types of data required in this study include primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique in this study is to use the Field Research method. Research instruments in the form of questionnaires filled out through the Google Form. The validity test of correlation data includes a normality test and a linearity test. The normality test was performed with the SPSS Version 20 for windows application with the formula One-Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test. The result of the study is that the influence of the principal's transformational leadership on the performance of teachers and staff in schools is acceptable and there is a significant influence between the transformational leadership variables of the principal and the variables of teacher and staff performance at SMPN 1 Banyuglugur. Based on the results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient, there is a fairly strong influence, as well as the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination show that the influence of the transformational leadership of the principal with the performance of teachers and staff in the school shows a positive and linear direction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the future educational leadership model based on the perspectives of religion, philosophy, psychology, and sociology, as well as their implications in educational institutions. The locus of this research is the Prince SMPN 1 Purwakarta Jawa Barat. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method. Interviews were conducted directly with informants, consisting of the school principal, the vice principal, and educational staffs in the educational institution. The results of observations and documentation were obtained from various studies of documents, manuscripts, and archives related to the implementation of educational leadership at SMPN 1 Purwakarta Jawa Barat. The results of the study indicate that the educational leadership model for the future in SMPN 1 Purwakarta after direct interviews with all parties involved in educational institutions can be explained in the discussion of this study

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to determine the reason for the differences in the MSME business index for each province in Indonesia, as well as to provide support for the normality of MSME business index data for each province in Indonesia in the fourth quartile of 2021. The research was carried out using a quantitative approach that used the binomial test and the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. The main data, namely questionnaires, and supporting data, namely books and journals, were used to collect data, where the respondent's data totaled 7,082 MSME debtors, namely MSME actors spread across the provinces where the criteria have been set according to the MSME requirements in the territory of Indonesia, then grouped into 33 provincial data as in the MSME business index table. The analysis test uses the binomial test, and if the binomial probability value, or exact sig value. (2-tailed), of 0.001 is smaller than alpha (0.05), then the null hypothesis can be rejected. Thus, the hypothesis that on average "the average MSME business index = 100 for each province in Indonesia in the 4th quartile of 2021," is declared not accepted, and the Kolmogorov Smirnov test, Sig (2-tailed) = 0.200 because of the Asymp value. Sig (2-tailed) of 0.200 is greater than alpha (0.05), so the null hypothesis cannot be rejected, so it answers the problem formulation and the hypothesis that for the normality of the MSME business index data for each province in Indonesia in the 4th quartile of 2021, the data is normally distributed. Although the average business index has differences, these only occur in 7 provinces, compared to an average above 100 totaling 26 provinces.

Abstract

Menganalisis faktor-faktor yang membentuk kualitas kinerja pelayanan dimana kualitas kinerja pelayanan, menganalisis pengaruh kualitas kinerja pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dimana semakin tinggi kualitas kinerja pelayanan maka semakin tinggi derajat kepuasan pelanggan. ketiga untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas jasa terhadap kinerja reputasi dimana semakin tinggi kualitas maka semakin tinggi kinerja reputasi jasa. Keempat untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dimana semakin tinggi tingkat kepuasan pelanggan maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat loyalitas konsumen. Kelima untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan dengan reputasi dimana semakin tinggi derajat kepuasan pelanggan maka semakin tinggi reputasi.Keenam untuk menganalisis pengaruh reputasi terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dimana semakin tinggi reputasi maka semakin tinggi tingkat loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Hotel Rembangan Jember. Metode penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan kualitas pelayanan dengan kinerja orientasi konsumen. Pada dasarnya tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan agar dapat digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penggunaan paket software statistik SEM AMOS. Dalam penelitian ini disimpulkan kinerja kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan kualitas kinerja pelayanan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap reputasi, namun dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh kualitas kinerja pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan lebih tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan besarnya pengaruhnya terhadap reputasi kualitas kinerja pelayanan. Kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan kepuasan pelanggan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap reputasi. Besarnya pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas dan reputasi hotel tidaklah sama. Pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan dengan kesetiaan lebih besar daripada pengaruh reputasi kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self service technology, service quality, relationship marketings on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. This study uses the subject of Bank BCA KCP Kupang Jaya Surabaya and data analysis using quantitative analysis with analytical techniques using path analysis. The data was obtained by purposive sampling technique and the researcher distributed questionnaires to the customers of Bank BCA KCP Kupang Jaya Surabaya and a sample of 100 respondents. The results showed that self service technology, service quality, relationship marketing had a significant direct effect on customer satisfaction, while service quality and relationship marketing had a significant effect on customer loyalty, while self service technology and customer satisfaction had no significant effect on customer loyalty. The results of the path analysis test show that customer satisfaction is not an mediasi variable in the effect of self service technology on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction is not an mediasi variable in the influence of service quality on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction is not an mediasi variable in the effect of relationship marketing (relationship marketing) on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of teacher competence on student learning outcomes in class XI SMA Negeri 1 Adonara Barat. The population and sample in this study amounted to 50 students. The data collection method in this study was a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data processing, the results obtained are tcount = 5,353 and ttable = 1.677 with Fcount = 28,660 greater than Ftable = 2.565 with a significance level of 0.000, less than α = 0.05. the conclusion that teacher competence has a significant influence on learning outcomes. This can be proven by the problems that exist in the research being answered. The hypothesis states that there is a significant influence between teacher competence on learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 1 Adonara Barat for the 2022/2023 academic year is accepted. And the determinant coefficient (Rsquare is 37.4% which means that the teacher's competence gives a proportion of 37.4% to learning outcomes. Keywords: Teacher Competence. Learning outcomes

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui aktivitas sales promotion dan field marketing chatime Indonesia untuk menciptakan brand experience pada perusahaan. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ini yaitu Perusahaan Chatime Indonesia. Sumber data berasal dari pengumpulan data melalui studi literatur guna untuk memperoleh informasi sehingga menjadi data untuk menemukan jawaban. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data kualiatif dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber yang digunakan untuk dipaparkan. Dibanding brand serupa lainnya memang perusahaan Chatime di instagram bisnisnya (@chatimeindo) terlihat paling sering mengadakan sales promotion baik itu diskon, pemberian voucher, giveaway, dan lainnya. Tak hanya menggunakan strategi sales promotion, Chatime Indonesia juga menggunakan field marketing untuk menunjang startegi penjualan produknya. Sebelum pandemi terjadi di Indonesia pada awal tahun 2020, Chatime aktif menyelenggarakan beberapa event di pusat perbelanjaan atau kampus. Dalam event tersebut biasanya juga akan menggunakan strategi sales promotion berupa penawaran hadiah (permainan), minuman gratis, hingga voucher yang nantinya dapat ditukarkan oleh produk Chatime. Setelah konsumen tertarik melakukan pembelian dari strategi sales promotion dan field marketing tentunya akan muncul brand experience. Brand experience tersebut dapat dirasakan secara langsung ataupun tidak langsung saat konsumen melihat iklan di Instagram @chatimeindo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar antara peserta didik yang belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri dengan yang belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional serta pengaruh model pembelajaran dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar. Penelitian ini termasuk quasi experimental dengan desain treatment by level 2×2. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 40 orang yang terbagi menjadi dua yaitu 20 orang untuk kelompok eksperimen dan 20 orang untuk kelompok kontrol. Data hasil belajar dikumpulkan dengan tes objektif dan tes observasi, sedangkan data minat belajar dikumpulkan menggunakan angket. Data dianalisis dengan Two Ways Anova menggunakan program SPSS IBM 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Hasil belajar peserta didik yang belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri lebih tinggi secara daripada yang belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional (rata-rata 86,50>78,40), (2) Pada kelompok minat belajar tinggi, hasil belajar peserta didik yang belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri lebih tinggi dari pada yang belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional (rata-rata skor 91,80>73,20), (3) Pada kelompok minat belajar rendah, hasil belajar peserta didik yang belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional lebih tinggi daripada yang belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri (rata-rata skor 81,20>83,60). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan secara umum model pembelajaran inkuiri lebih baik daripada model pembelajaran konvensional ddalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial literacy, family environment, and locus of control on interest in entrepreneurship in undergraduate students at Mulawarman University. This study used quantitative methods and 100 respondents to collect data using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test and f test. The results showed that partially the entrepreneurial literacy variable had no significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship, the family environment variables and locus of control had a significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship. Simultaneously the variables of entrepreneurial literacy, family environment, and locus of control have a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship in Mulawarman University students.
